Furthermore, the Sport Anxiety Scale-2 (SAS-2) is used as an instrument for data collection on athlete's anxiety. Research data collection is carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that the distribution of research instruments is carried out online using the google form. The research data are analyzed using descriptive and ANOVA techniques using the IBM SPSS program version 26. The results show that (1) there is no difference in anxiety between athletes in the sport of games, martial arts, and accuracy, (2) there is no difference in anxiety between male and female athletes. This study aims to test the effect size of motor skills on the performance of a person in the field of sports. The type of research used is meta-analysis Studyes. The data sources in this study are google scholar, Jurnal SINTA, Scopus, and Eric. The livelihood of literature from various sources uses the keywords motor skills and performance. Data analysis is conducted through the stages of variable identification, identification of r values, transforming the r value into the z distribution which is the size effect of each study, calculating variance, calculating the Error Standard of z, and calculating the summary effect. Summary effect calculation using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between motor skills and performace. The relationship of motor skills to performance falls into the moderate category with a random effect correlation value of 0.498.

Abstract

The correlation between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes of elementary school students in physical education is still minimal. Therefore, a deeper exploration in this study is carried out to reveal it. This study aims to analyze the correlation between emotional intelligence and students' physical education learning outcomes in elementary schools. This correlational study aims to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and elementary school students' learning outcomes in physical education. The ANOVA correlation between emotional intelligence and physical education learning outcomes shows a significance value of 0.224, greater than alpha 0.05. It means that there is no correlation between emotional intelligence and students’ cognitive learning outcomes in physical education subjects. Factors that contribute to the absence of a relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes include implementing online learning that is less than optimal because it is not supported by adequate facilities and learning participation by all students. The other factors are reduced or limited interaction between students and the learning environment, the economic burden that causes parents’ emotional problem that impacts children's emotions. The contribution of emotional intelligence to the achievement of learning outcomes, especially in physical education subjects, is as much as 2%, and other factors contribute as much as 98%.

Abstract

The lack of training models and training creativity in creating traditional game-based training models for kenshi to improve the basic techniques of kempo becomes problems in this study. The purpose of this research is to produce a model of basic martial arts techniques of kempo through traditional games for kenshi beginners. This research is a research and development (R&D) research which was adapted into 8 steps in research: 1). Field news collection 2). Breakdown of the news that has been collected 3). Elaborating initial creation 4). Expert validation and revision 5). Small scale trial 6). Large-scale trial 7). Making the final product 8). Product effectiveness test. The small-scale trial subjects of 20 beginners kenshi were taken from 2 dojos, namely the Panjatan Junior High School dojo and the Amikom dojo. The large-scale test subjects totaling 45 beginners kenshi were taken from 3 dojos, namely Balong, Triharjo, and SD Gunung Kidul. The subjects in this study came from 5 dojos in Perkemi DIY. Data were collected through interviews, distributing questionnaires, field notes, evaluation, and assessment rubrics for beginner kenshi. The results of this study are in the form of training models for basic techniques of kempo martial arts through traditional games for beginner kenshi, and there are five training models: 1. gobak sodor, 2. yeye, 3. pahtil catfish, 4. zogdag, 5. stick dance. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the traditional game-based kempo martial arts training model for kenshi beginners is feasible to use. The author's recommendation to other prospective researchers is to examine traditional games in an approach with other disciplines and use professional research subjects in other sports.

The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique, totaling 25 trainers and 16 referees who were active throughout Riau Province. The results of this study obtained a sig value of 0.141 (p>0.05). So it can be concluded if there is no difference in the understanding of the referees and basketball coaches in Riau on basketball rules. If in hypothesis 1 it is said that there is no difference in understanding because the sig results obtained are p> 0.05. This happened because the average understanding of the coach and referee were both in the medium category. Abstract

Living a better and happy life (well-being) is a key point for people’s daily life. Well-being integrates both of physical and psychological health namely feelings, emotions, and life satisfaction. This means that good life is when people are physically fit and they are satisfied with their life. There have been few studies investigating the relationship between physical activity and life satisfaction in Indonesia. Therefore, this quantitative study is aimed to examine the association between sport and well-being, especially the frequency of physical activity and life satisfaction. The data used are from the fifth wave of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2014, with 31,669 participants from 15,160 households and 297 districts in Indonesia. Linear regression is used for data analysis, adjusting for control variables. The results show that the more frequent people exercise, the more they are satisfied with their lives, even after controlling for a set of confounding variables. Different measures need to be taken to increase physical activity as parts of people’s daily life in order to protect their health and enjoy a better life.

Abstract

Physical education learning in high school during the current Covid-19 emergency, teachers have difficulty delivering material, controlling, evaluating, and providing learning feedback, especially on basic competencies that contain motion. The research objective was to improve students’ wellbeing in high school physical education learning during the Covid-19 emergency by implementing the disdcord application. Students’ wellbeing in this study, the researcher described three indicators of achievement, that is: 1) appropriateness of learning, 2) student satisfaction in learning, and 3) improved learning outcomes. The research method used was a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The population was the students of SMAN I Kota Banjarbaru class X totaling 8 classes. Two classes of samples were selected by random technique. The learning implementation instrument and student satisfaction with learning used a questionnaire with a likert scale, while for learning outcomes using a push-up test and sit-up test. The data analysis technique used the t-test sample paired test. The results of the study showed an increase in students’ wellbeing in terms of; 1) a significant increase in the implementation of learning seen from the value of the two-tailed difference test (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, 2) a significant increase in student satisfaction in learning seen from the two-way difference test value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05, and 3) a significant increase in student learning outcomes seen from the two-way difference test value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of the research is that the application of the discord application in learning physical education in high schools during the Covid-19 emergency improves students’ wellbeing.
