Abstract

Abstract Quality education is highly dependent on the existence of quality teachers, namely teachers who are professional, prosperous, and dignified, so that later the movement experience students get in Physical Education is an important contributor to increasing the participation rate in physical activity and sports which is also an important contributor to student welfare and health. This study aims to determine the National Standards and Guidelines for Physical Education. The method used in this study is to use literature study. The data were collected using bibliographical studies from previous studies, and also a collection of articles from scientific journals. The results of this literature study research indicate that the main goal of physical education is to understand how students perceive students to be taught, increase perceptions to improve physical awareness, guide students to have an active lifestyle. Through the NASPE standards, physical education should help students become active in the learning process. Through physical education it can form children, namely attitudes or values, intelligence, physical, and skills (psychomotor), so that students will be mature and independent, which can later be used in everyday life.

Abstract

Abstrak Seluruh aspek kehidupan mengalami penyesuaian sejak pandemi covid-19. Hal ini menjadi sangat penting untuk menjaga kebugaran tubuh dengan melakukan aktivitas fisik melalui olahraga, agar imunitas tubuh terjaga serta terhindar dari virus dan penyakit lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi terhadap tingkat aktivitas fisik Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) selama masa karantina covid-19 di Kabupaten Jembrana, Provinsi Bali yang dilakukan selama 14 hari. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar recall physical activity 24 jam selama 14 hari untuk mengumpukan data status gizi dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Setelah data terkumpul akan dilakukan uji normalitas menggunakan teknik kolmogorov smirnov dan uji homogenitas menggunakan teknik levene statistic dengan taraf signifikan 5% (p > 0.05). Selanjutnya, uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi dengan taraf signifikan 5% (p < 0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai sig 0.167 (status gizi) dan sig 0.073 (tingkat aktivitas fisik) p > 0.05 dan data bersifat homogen dengan nilai sig 0.133 (p > 0.05). Hasil uji hipotesis dengan teknik korelasi mendapatkan hasil nilai sig sebesar 0.005 (p < 0.05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan status gizi terhadap tingkat aktivitas fisik PMI selama masa karantina covid-19 di Kabupaten Jembrana. Abstract

This study aims to find outdescribe the result of basic-movement learning in basketball shooting skill with modification of learning tools.The method which is used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The subjects of the research are 30 students of XII Pemasaran A class SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu. Technique of collecting data by test of basketball shooting skill and observing from the learning process. This research uses Classroom Action Research approach with the research procedure included 3 cycles of planning, acting, observation, and reflecting. The result of the research shows that implementing of learning modification can improve the result from learning basketball shooting skill for studenets of XII Pemasaran A class SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu. From the result of analysis obtained there is improvement of condition from preliminary observation to cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III is63%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan shooting bola basket melalui modifikasi alat pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaanpenelitianiniadalahdeskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Pemasaran A SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes keterampilan shooting bola basket dan observasi dari proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan prosedur penelitian meliputi planning, acting, observation, dan reflectingsebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan modifikasi alat pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting bola basket pada siswa kelas XII Pemasaran A SMKN 1 Kebun Tebu. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh terdapat peningkatan kondisi dari observasi awal ke siklus I, suklus II, dan siklus III sebesar 63%.Kata kunci:bola basket, modifikasi alat pembelajaran, shooting.

Abstract

Living a better and happy life (well-being) is a key point for people’s daily life. Well-being integrates both of physical and psychological health namely feelings, emotions, and life satisfaction. This means that good life is when people are physically fit and they are satisfied with their life. There have been few studies investigating the relationship between physical activity and life satisfaction in Indonesia. Therefore, this quantitative study is aimed to examine the association between sport and well-being, especially the frequency of physical activity and life satisfaction. The data used are from the fifth wave of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2014, with 31,669 participants from 15,160 households and 297 districts in Indonesia. Linear regression is used for data analysis, adjusting for control variables. The results show that the more frequent people exercise, the more they are satisfied with their lives, even after controlling for a set of confounding variables. Different measures need to be taken to increase physical activity as parts of people’s daily life in order to protect their health and enjoy a better life.

Abstract

Old age is characterized by many problems including physical health, psychological health, and overall well-being problems. Most studies indicate a decline in subjective well-being in the geriatric population. Although many studies have investigated the relationship between physical activity and subjective well-being in old age, few have been conducted among the aging Indonesian population. This study was aimed at investigating the association between physical activity and measures of subjective well-being among older adults in Indonesia using data from a community survey. After restricting the sample to individuals aged 60 and older, a sample of 1,813 old individuals was yielded. Two models of multiple regression were estimated. In the first model, subjective well-being was predicted by physical activity. The second model added to the first model a wide range of confounding variables in order to check whether the relationship between physical activity and subjective well-being was still significant after adjusting for covariates. The main findings revealed that staying physically active was associated with high levels of life satisfaction but not with happiness beyond the contribution of gender, education, marital status, religiosity, personality, and self-rated health. Physical activity yields well-being benefits in old age and these findings are relevant for policymakers, health professionals in the geriatric field, and public health professionals.

Abstract

Filsafat Ilmu Olahraga merupakan dasar dan nilai yang sifatnya adalah harus sedangkan praktik pendidikan berusaha mengimplementasikan dasar-dasar tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep dasar filsafat ilmu olahraga pada pendidikan saat ini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode studi literature. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan studi daftar pustaka yang berasal dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, buku, dan juga kumpulan artikel yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian studi literature ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak manfaat mengenai pertimbangan berdasarakan landasan dan teori-teori yang telah dikemukakan bahwa asas belajar dalam melalui pandangan filsafat ilmu olahraga untuk pendidikan zaman now. Maka secara alamiah, manusia memiliki sifat sosial dan mau bekerjasama. Sejalan dengan itu, kegiatan belajar harus menekankan kerjasama serta meminimalkan daya saing demi masa depan. Sehingga setiap manusia dapat mewujudkan diri untuk tidak meninggalkan landasan teori yang telah diterapkan pada filsafat Ilmu Olahraga, maka seorang individu secara intrinsik memiliki persaingan dari dalam diri dalam arti harus melawan diri sendiri, serta memiliki motivasi untuk perkembangan-perkembangan pendidikan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of basketball game in reducing excess weight among children and adolescents through a literature review approach. By conducting an in-depth review of relevant literature, this study identifies the physical, psychological, and social benefits of basketball game in the context of weight management. The results of the analysis indicate that basketball game offers significant potential as one of the effective strategies in addressing obesity, by providing intensive physical activity, enhancing psychological well-being, and promoting teamwork and positive social relationships. However, challenges still exist in promoting participation in this game, particularly related to accessibility and support of adequate sports facilities. Therefore, collaborative efforts from various parties are needed to create an environment that supports and facilitates participation in basketball game as part of a sustainable active lifestyle.

Abstract

Economic development is a series of activities carried out in a systematic and structured manner in the economic sector which causes the goods and services produced in society to increase and increase for the community. In the current era, economic growth is marked as an indicator for achieving the success of the development of a region. The purpose of this study is to see how the influence and impact of the sports sector to improve economic development on a micro and macro basis. The type of research adapted is library research or more commonly known as library research, using descriptive analysis of research. The data analyzed is data that comes from previous studies to be analyzed and described so that conclusions can be drawn. The data collection method used is literature study research consisting of various sources including primary and secondary sources. The results obtained from the research are that there are implications of organizing sports on economic growth for actors and the community around the place where sports are held. society so as to create economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the implementation of the micro teaching program for the 2022–2023 academic year is effective for students of the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Primagraha University. Study descriptive done with use design study studies survey. Research sample this using 80 students with taking sample use purposive sampling. Instrument study this use questionnaire scale likert. Based on results study 67.5 % of students answered questionnaire about level preparation micro teaching activities are categorized has do it. Study This supported by survey data about aspects not quite enough answer lecturer mentor in implementation of micro teaching, in particular classification of 52.5% of them classified moderate / fair in matter guidance student. Based on results survey, found 50.84% of students Enough capable carry out micro teaching practice in the microteaching laboratory. Based on the percentage results, it is stated that in terms of implementing micro teaching, it has not achieved success because it has not achieved 100% of the overall assessment aspects which really support the implementation of micro teaching practice.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the knowledge and concentration of junior high school students in PJOK learning with augmented reality technology. This study uses a quantitative approach method with an experimental design "the one group pretest posttest design" or there is no control group for experimental tests whether the resulting product is feasible and effective or not. The sample used was 60 students of SMPN 7 Kota Serang with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study used 20 questions to measure knowledge, and measured concentration using a concentration test grid. The results showed that there was a significant increase in knowledge (49.47%) and concentration (55.15%) of junior high school students in PJOK Learning after using augmented reality technology AR) in the 5.0 era.
