Abstract

Studi desain berbasis kinerja seismik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Direct-Displace­ment Based Design (DBD) metode Single-Degree-of-Freedom (SDOF) equivalent system yang berdasarkan ragam getar pertamanya, telah banyak dilakukan di Indonesia, namun studi pengujian DBD metode Multiple-Degree-of-Freedom (MDOF) equivalent system yang dapat menangkap pengaruh empat ragam getar, masih minim dilakukan. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian desain berbasis kinerja seismik menggunakan pendekatan DBD metode MDOF equivalent system dengan tiga buah subjek studi berupa struktur rangka baja terbreis eksentris tiga dimensi, dan sebagai verifikasinya menggunakan analisis non­linear modal time history. Hasil uji menunjukkan bila DBD metode MDOF equivalent sys­tem memberikan akurasi yang kurang baik, juga pada studi ini menunjukkan analisis non­linear modal time history memberikan efisiensi waktu yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata galat yang masih dapat diterima.

Abstract

Implementing bus as a public transport system could reduce traffic congestion on urban roads. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of Sarana Angkutan Umum Massal (SAUM) bus in congestion reduction in Balikpapan. This study uses a macroscopic approach to analyze the changing in traffic characteristics when SAUM buses operate. Modal shift percentage is gained from the previous study. The focus of traffic characteristics is the degree of saturation, operational speed, and travel time. The result shows that decreasing the degree of saturation, increasing operational speed, and shorter travel time occurred. However, the result also found that operating buses do not contribute significantly to increasing operational speed on low-traffic corridors.

Abstract

The collapse of the dam has a significant impact on the downstream area of the dam. These impacts can be minimized by conducting a dam collapse simulation. There are two main causes of dam collapse, namely overtopping and piping. From the hydrological analysis of the Jatibarang Dam, it is determined that overtopping is not a concern. Therefore, the dam collapse analysis utilizes the piping analysis method. Dam collapse modeling is carried out using the HEC-RAS 2D program with the Froehlich 2008 regression method, as the dam is of the embankment type. According to the simulation results, a dam collapse at the Jatibarang Dam would result in a flood affecting an area of 30.590 km2 downstream of the dam.

Abstract

Pemerintah mengalokasikan pembangunan bersumber dana APBN untuk program hibah swakelola masyarakat. Program dimaksudkan masyarakat bertindak sebagai pelaku utama dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi dan pengadaan barang/jasa di tingkat masyarakat. Namun, kemungkinan munculnya risiko pengadaan oleh masyarakat belum teridentifikasi detil dan perlu dirumuskan upaya mitigasinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi risiko pada pengadaan dengan mempertimbangkan hubungan pengaruh risiko, serta merumuskan tindakan mitigasinya.  Hubungan pengaruh keterkaitan risiko diolah menggunakan metode DEMATEL-ANP (DANP) dan menghasilkan nilai threshold value sebesar 0,114. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan pengaruh keterkaitan memberi dampak yang signifikan. Analisis diagram pareto diperoleh sebanyak 16 penyebab risiko (55,17%), berkontribusi sebesar 80,9% menyebabkan kemunculan risiko. Tindakan mitigasi risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) dan diperoleh upaya pencegahan risiko dengan membuat kebijakan sanksi yang jelas dan sistem online yang transparan dengan satu data (one big data) (TM1), merekrut fasilitator dengan SDM yang berkualitas (TM 2 ), dan memberi pelatihan dan peningkatan kapasitas kepada PIC (TM12).

Abstract

Ibu kota baru (IKN) Indonesia direncanakan akan dipindah ke kawasan tak terbangun di Kalimantan Timur. Terdiri dari tiga wilayah fungsi yang berbeda, Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintah (KIPP) akan dikembangkan menjadi tiga tahap, termasuk sistem drainasenya. Sistem drainase merupakan bagian penting dalam pembangunan ibu kota baru, karena dapat meningkatkan limpasan secara signifikan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan Water Sensitive Urban Drainage (WSUD), khususnya Low Impact Development (LID), untuk mengatasi peningkatan limpasan di ibu kota baru Indonesia. LID yang dipilih adalah Green Roof dan Rainwater Harvesting berdasarkan kelayakannya. Hidrograf limpasan dievaluasi menggunakan curah hujan dengan periode ulang 10 tahun untuk skenario yang berbeda. Skenario 1, 2 dan 3 menerapkan Green Roof masing-masing 50%, 75%, dan 100% dari luas bangunan, sedangkan skenario 4 dan 5 memanfaatkan Rainwater Harvesting dengan menggunakan rasio volume tampungan terhadap luas wilayah, yaitu 54 m3 dan 12 m3 untuk setiap 200 m2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limpasan dengan menggunakan 100% Green Roof pada kawasan terbangun mengikuti kondisi alami, namun menempati luas yang sangat besar. Kondisi yang sama juga berlaku untuk Rainwater Harvesting untuk Skenario 4. Oleh karena itu, Skenario 5 merupakan skenario yang paling optimal di antara skenario lainnya, mengingat kemampuannya untuk mereduksi hidrograf limpasan mendekati kondisi alami dan kelayakannya untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

The current requirements for structural concrete are SNI 2847 2019 which is an update of SNI 2847 2013. In the latest provisions contained in the table title 6.6.3.1.1 (a) SNI 2847 2019, it is stated that the moment of inertia is allowed to be reduced in elastic analysis at the load level factored. Thus, there is a potential for under design if the stiffness used when determining the magnitude of the earthquake load is reduced stiffness. This study aims to see the effect of using reduced stiffness of structural elements when determining the design seismic load, on the structural behavior of medium-level office buildings in the city of Padang. Structural modeling consists of two models. Model A is a structure with reduced stiffness when determining earthquake loads, while model B is not. The results showed that the fundamental period of the Model B structure experienced a decrease of 17.53% and an increase in base shear of 20.19%. The drift structure of Model B shows a more rigid structure and the maximum internal force has decreased by 9.85%.

Abstract

The terminal function is still needed to help community mobility, improve the economy, and increase local tourism, especially in the Borobudur Tourism area. In order for the Magelang City transportation arrangement to be maintained effectively, it is necessary to have a Type C Passenger Transport Terminal in Magelang Regency. The construction of this terminal can generate traffic and increase the burden of traffic around it, resulting in traffic disruptions that reduce the level of road services. Therefore, this study aims to calculate and analyze the impact of development activities that are useful to minimize the impact of traffic by providing appropriate recommendations. The research method was used with the approach of the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997), with outputs used for delays and saturation degrees, where the delay values and saturation degrees were used to see existing conditions and predictions for the next 5 years. The results of the prediction analysis for 2028 show a significant increase in the degree of saturation on Jalan Syailendra Raya by 9-13% and also Jalan Pramudyawardhani by 11-15% judging from the existing conditions for both roads. Likewise, the increase in the degree of saturation in the performance of intersections around the development reaches 30-70%, as seen from existing conditions.

Abstract

Coupled Steel Plate Shear Wall (CSPSW) adalah sistem penahan beban lateral yang efisien yang terdiri dari dua atau beberapa Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) yang saling terhubung pada setiap lantai, CSPSW memiliki kemampuan deformasi kekakuan awal yang tinggi, berperilaku daktail, dan mendisipasi energi yang besar, sehingga cocok menjadi sistem penahan gempa besar. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan validasi numerik dan eksperimental dari Daniel & Larry (2017), serta pemodelan gedung 15 lantai dengan menggunakan sistem Coupled Steel Plate Shear Wall (CSPSW), selain itu membuat 4 model 3 lantai yang dibedakan berdasarkan panjang dan section coupling beam  dan dianalisa dengan Finite Element Method (FEM) dengan menggunakan program bantu Abaqus CAE. Hasil analisa sistem CSPSW yaitu berupa kurva histeresis, pola deformasi, kapasitas disipasi energi dan kapasitas gaya geser. Kesimpulan hasil analisa yaitu intermediate coupling beam (CSPSW1-I dan CSPSW2-I) lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan long coupling beam (CSPSW1-L dan CSPSW2-L).

Abstract

The morphology of river mouths is influenced by several factors, including waves, river discharge, tides, currents, and those caused by human intervention. This study explores the dynamics of erosion and sedimentation processes in the estuary of the Ayung River caused by lithology, wind, tides, currents, and waves. This study aimed to determine the effect of river discharge, tides, currents, and waves on erosion and sedimentation in the waters of the Ayung River Estuary. Hydrodynamics and sediment transport modeling using Delft 3D software. As a validation of the modeling results, a calibration was performed on the results of hydrodynamic parameter measurements that had been carried out previously. The review conditions are divided into the rainy season (December – March) and the dry season (April – November). River discharge, tides, currents, and waves affect littoral processes on the shoreline around the waters of the Ayung River. This influence causes erosion and sedimentation around the coastal area and affects sediment transport both in the rainy and dry seasons.

Abstract

This article provides information regarding the comparison of methods and results for calculating  compressive strength in compression member composite elements of concrete filled steel tubes (CFST) based on three standards (SNI) related to the design and specifications of structural steel in buildings. The three standards being compared are SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1729-2015 and SNI 1729:2020. Hollow structural sections (HSS) are widely used as structural elements, then increase their strength and reliability, concrete is added as a filler, known as Concrete Filled Steel Tubes (CFST) Sections. In all three standards, there are the same concept and discussion. Meanwhile, different methods, formulas, and coefficients appear in the calculation of compressive axial strength for CFST, so there are different results. The design axial strength values based on SNI 1729-2015 and SNI 1729:2020 are coincide, even though there are different coefficients. Further, the calculation results of the two SNIs are smaller than SNI 03-1729-2002 due to significant change in the suggested reduction factor. Overall, based on this study, the existing CFST member designed using SNI 03-1729-2002 needs to be re-evaluated, especially in their axial force restraining contribution.
