Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior and proactive personality with innovative work behavior, as well as the influence of psychological capital and proactive personality on innovative work behavior. This research is a research with non-experimental quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were 51 employees from PT. Cahaya Citra Indah is a company engaged in the property sector. This research uses population studies because the total population is below 100. The data collection method in this study uses interviews and a psychological measurement scale. The research instrument used was a psychologicalcapital scale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.937, a proactive personalityscale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.934, and an innovative work behavior scale withan Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.887. The data analysis technique uses the Rank Spearman correlation test and the Multiple Linear Regression test. This study found that psychological capital with innovative work behavior has a positive relationship that is equal to 0.887 and, proactive personality with innovative work behavior has a positive relationship that is equal to 0.852. Then there is the influence of psychological capital and proactive personality on innovative work behaviorwith an R squared value of 0.841 or 84.1%

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the picture between peer social support and learning motivation with schoolwell-being at SMP Negeri 40 Bekasi City. This research method uses quantitative research with the variables studied, namely the relationship between peer social education (X1), and learning motivation (X2), towards school well-being (Y). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 40 Bekasi City with the research subject of grade 8 students totaling 120 students, this research was conducted within a period of three months from January 16, 2023 to March 31, 2023. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and psychological measurement scales (questionnaires). The tests used in this study are descriptive tests, assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests, correlation tests and multiple linear tests. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between peer social support and school well-being, and there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and school well-being. There was an influence between peer social support and learning motivation with school well being positively and significantly with an R square value of 0.469 (46.9%) and an F Test Value of 15.962 with a significant level of p = 0.000 (ρ<0.05).

Abstract

Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) is a widespread feeling of fear, anxiety and depression that a person experiences when someone is not aware of what is happening in cyberspace or in the real world, making people get to know each other to stay connected on social media so that they don't miss what other people are experiencing. One thing that influences fomo is self regulation and self-control. This research is quantitative research with a research design using correlation research and multiple linear regression. The research subjects were 169 teenage respondents in the city of Bekasi. with simple cluster sampling technique. Data collection in this research used psychological scales and interviews. The instrument used is a psychological scale consisting of a fear of missing out (FOMO) scale, a Self-Regulation scale and a Self-Control scale. The instrument reliability test using the Cronbach's Alpha formula produced a ralpha value = 0.790 for the fear of missing out (FOMO) scale, a ralpha value = 0.941 for the self-regulation scale and a ralpha value = 0.902 for the self-control scale. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman rank correlation technique and multiple linear regression tests to test the hypothesis. The results of research between the social variables of self-regulation and self-control on fear of missing out (FOMO), show an F value of 8.075 with the results of the significance test showing a value of 0.000 (Sig, ≤ 0.05). Self regulation and self-control together influence fear of missing out (FOMO) by 9.0%, while 91% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine body dissatisfaction which is influenced by self confidence and diet behavior. This research is quantitative research with a research design using correlation research and multiple linear regression. The research subjects were 86 respondents who were members of aerobics at Aeromix Studio Ayu Bekasi using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection in this research used psychological scales and interviews. The instruments used were psychological scales consisting of the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-34) scale from Cooper, Taylor, Cooper and Fairbum (1987), a self-confidence scale and a diet behavior scale. The instrument reliability test using the Cronbach's Alpha formula produced a ralpha value = 0.969 for the body dissatisfaction scale, a ralpha value = 0.888 for the self confidence scale and a ralpha value = 0.783 for the diet behavior scale. Data analysis in this study used the Spearman rank correlation technique and multiple linear regression tests to test the hypothesis. The results of research between the variables of self-confidence and dietary behavior on body dissatisfaction show an F value of 17.155 with the results of the significance test showing a value of 0.000 (Sig, ≤ 0.05). Self confidence and diet behavior simultaneously influence body dissatisfaction by 29.2%, while 70.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description and comparison of the level of quality of subjective well-being among overseas students from outside Java who study at Semarang State University (UNNES) based on gender. The criteria for respondents in this research were overseas students from Semarang State University (UNNES). This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive comparative design. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 individuals. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and t test using statistical software. Sig value. (two-tailed) in the T Test, a value of (0.369 > 0.05) was obtained. These results show that the quality level of subjective well-being in male overseas students from outside Java who study at Semarang State University (UNNES) is slightly better when compared to the level of subjective well-being quality in female overseas students, although there is no significant difference. significant between the two.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of somatization, resilience and happiness, to find out there is a significant relationship between resilience and happiness with somatization, and to find out there is a significant effect between resilience and happiness with somatization in finalyear students at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The research subjects are final year students at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The number of samples is 88 people. Sampling is done by means of stratified random sampling Data collection methods in this study were interviews and psychological measurement scales. The research instrument used was the resilience scale (CD-RISC), the Happiness scale, and the somatization scale using the Likert model and the Adult Somatization Inventory (ASI). The data was obtained using a Likert scaleand processed using SPSS version 21.0. The reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha resulted inan r Alpha value = 0.949 for resilience, an r Alpha value = 0.838 for happiness, an r Alpha value = 0.963 for somatization. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression methods. The results of the analysis show that there is a negative relationship between resilience and somatization, the correlation coefficient value is -0.226 with a p-value of 0.034 (p<0.05). The results of the analysis for the second correlation are thatthere is a negative relationship between happiness and somatization, the correlation coefficientvalue is -0.230 with a p-value of 0.031 (p<0.05). These results indicate that the research hypothesis is accepted. The results of the multiple regression test between resilience (β1 = - 0.240, = 0.049 <0.05) and happiness (β2 = -0.545, = 0.028 <0.05) on somatization from the study showed that resilience had a negative and significant effect on somatization and happiness have a negative and significant influence on somatization. That is, 9.7% of resilience and happiness are influenced by these factors. While 90.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Work-life balance is a condition where a person can manage and divide time and energy for work and personal life well. Work-life balance is a person's ability to manage and divide time in a balanced way in work and personal life. This study aims to determine the relationship between self efficacy and peer social support with work-life balance. The research method applied in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who were working. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the characteristics of active undergraduate students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, aged 18-25 years, female and male, working while studying, having a minimum working hour of 6 hours per day, having worked for at least 1 month, working in the Surakarta area, and not married. The sample in the study amounted to 100 students. Data collection used a psychological measurement scale, namely the work-life balance scale, selfefficacy, and peer social support. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and peer social support with work-life balance. The ability to balance roles in personal life and work is greatly influenced by the individual's self-confidence and support from the people around him, thus enabling the individual to achieve satisfaction in balancing his life.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationshipbetween romantic love type and subjective well-being in youngadults in Bekasi City. This is based on the large number ofdating relationships carried out by young adults with differentbeliefs. The existence of interfaith relationships can onlyincrease the number of interfaith marriages in Indonesia.Subjective well-being is an important component of life.Romantic relationships become a domain of life in a person'ssubjective well-being. Therefore, romantic love becomes asubjective well-being factor for a person. The instrument formeasuring romantic love used in this research is a scalemodified by Stenberg and developed by Rosita Aryani. Forsubjective well-being, two measuring instruments are used,namely the SWLS (Satifaction With Life Scale) which wasadapted by Diener (1985) and the SPANE (Scale of Positiveand Negative Experience) measuring instrument which wasadapted by Diener (2009). The participants in this researchwere 59 young adults who had relationships with differentreligions in Bekasi City. Through the Spearman Rank analysistechnique, it is known that there is a significant relationshipbetween the variabel type of romantic love and subjectivewell-being (correlation coefficient of (0.334) and significancevalue ᑭ= 0.010 where ᑭ < 0.05) and through the MultipleLinear Regression analysis technique it can be interpretedeven though the effect is not strong, but there is a significantcontribution from the type of romantic love to the level ofsubjective satisfaction (the coefficient of determination (RSquare) of 0.112 indicates that it is around 11.2%).

Abstract

Low forgiveness in a relationship when facing conflict cancause new conflicts and to be able to cause separation. Thisstudy aims to determine the relationship between commitmentand agreeableness with forgiveness in dealing with conflict inyoung adult in relationships. The method used in this study is aquantitative method with a correlational type. The subjects inthis study amounted to 151 men and women aged 18-25 yearswho were in a courtship/commitment relationship with theopposite sex for at least 6 months and had experiencedcommunication conflicts in their relationships. In this study,data collection used the original scale that had been translate.Measurements for forgiveness variables use TRIM-18(Transregression-Related Interpersonal Motivation),commitment variables using measuring tools made by Rusbult,and agreeableness variables using the Big Five Inventory (BFI)scale. The data analysis use to see the relationship betweenvariables in this study was the Spearman Rank correlation testand multiple linear regression assisted using the SPSS(Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 25 for windowprogram. This study found that there is a relationship betweencommitment and forgivness, agreeableness with forgiveness,and the influence of commitment and agreeableness onforgiveness
