Abstract

Banyaknya kasus kehamilan, aborsi dan penyakit kelamin akibat hubungan seks bebas pada remaja, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kebanyakan menjadi korban karena ketidaktahuannya mengenai seks dan sebagian besar dari mereka dilakukan dengan teman akrab (pacar). Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana hubungan antara pacaran dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja? Apa saja factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi remaja yang berpacaran sampai berlanjut ke hubungan badan? Apakah ada perbedaan sikap permisif antara remaja laki-laki dengan wanita dalam perilaku seksual pranikah? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di Kota Bekasi. Sedangkan Sampel penelitiannya adalah Siswa-siswi Kelas II dan III pada SMA N 2 Bekasi dan SMA YPI ?45? Bekasi. Jenis sampling yang digunakan adalah jenis Quota Sampling yang terdiri dari 160 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan/ dokumentasi dan studi lapangan (wawancara dan angket). Teknik analisa data menggunakan pendekatan statistika antara lain Uji validitas konstruk, Skala Guttman, Kendalls, Coefisien Contingensi dan Mann-Whitney. Hasil kesimpulan dari penelitian : ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pacaran dengan perilaku seksual pranikah; faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pranikah lainnya antara lain waktu usia dari pubertas sampai menikah diperpanjang, adanya kesempatan untuk melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah, paparan media massan tentang seks, kurangnya informasi/ pengetahuan tentang seks, komunikasi yang kurang efektif dengan orang tua, mudah menemukan alat kontrasepsi yang tersedia bebas dan kurangnya pemahaman etika moral dan agama; remaja laki-laki lebih bersikap permisif/ menyetujui daripada remaja wanita dalam menentukan dan melakukan perilaku seksual pranikah.

Abstract

Selama ini, pengelolaan inventaris di Kelurahan Rancabolang dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali menyebabkan berbagai masalah, seperti kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan kurangnya efisiensi dalam proses pelaporan. Kondisi ini sangat mengganggu kelancaran operasional kelurahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkanlah Sistem Informasi Inventaris Rancabolang (SI-STAR), sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pengelolaan inventaris. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL, dengan mengikuti tahapan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, serta pengujian. Data untuk pengembangan sistem ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black-box, SI-STAR telah menunjukkan kinerja yang memuaskan dengan berfungsinya semua fitur yang dirancang sesuai dengan harapan. Fitur-fitur utama yang disediakan oleh SI-STAR antara lain adalah CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete), pencarian data, pencetakan laporan, serta validasi pengguna berdasarkan ID peran. Implementasi SI-STAR di Kelurahan Rancabolang telah membantu dalam mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pencatatan serta pelaporan data inventaris, yang pada akhirnya mendukung kelancaran operasional di lingkungan kelurahan.

Abstract

Employee performance always plays a very important role in the survival and sustainability of every company over a long time horizon. Based on literature and empirical reviews, it is known that optimal employee performance can be determined or caused by having positive work attitudes. Employees who have a better perception and perspective regarding work, environment, and job satisfaction tend to strive in performing and achieving work performance with an increasing trend. This research aims to investigate the cause and effect relationship between motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. Carried out using simple random sampling and digital questionnaire design, this research involved 86 employees of PT X, one of the largest housing project development services companies in Bandung. After applying multiple regression studies and the Sobel test, through this study, it has been proven that job satisfaction and employee performance are influenced by motivation and work environment, while employee performance is not influenced by job satisfaction and job satisfaction is not a mediator of employee performance which is caused by motivation and work environment. This research should serve as a facilitator of constructive input for wiser human resource management by the companies concerned and the development of similar studies in the future by other researchers.

Abstract

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is a plant used for sugar production with waste products in the form of bagasse and sugarcane leaves. Sugarcane pulp and leaves are known t°Contain hemicellulose (xylan) which has the potential to be used as a rough substrate for xylanase-producing microorganisms. The aim of the research was to isolate xylanolytic bacteria from sugar cane plantations and to know the characteristics of xylanolytic bacteria. The research was conducted in December 2022- February 2023. This research was divided into 2 parts, namely experiment and observation. Experimental research in the form of biological characters using Completely Randomized Factorial Design (RALF). The first factor was the pH of the media, namely pH 4, pH 5, and pH 6. The second factor was temperature, using a temperature of 25°C and 45°C. Each treatment was carried out with 3 replications. To determine the characteristics of xylanolytic bacteria, an observational study was carried out by conducting a hypersensitivity test and observing the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the bacterial colonies. The results showed that the best bacterial pH in producing the enzymatic index was at pH 4 and 25°C. Hypersensitivity test showed that all isolates were pathogenic.

Abstract

Digital innovation has become a crucial factor in creating competitive advantage for startups in the e-commerce industry. In the fast-paced digital economy, startupreneurs must leverage technological advancements to differentiate themselves and ensure sustainable growth. This research aims to explore how digital innovation is utilized by startupreneurs in e-commerce to gain a competitive edge, focusing on the strategies that enhance market presence and customer loyalty. A mixed-method approach was adopted, combining surveys and in-depth interviews with e-commerce startupreneurs, along with a comprehensive literature review to provide a theoretical foundation. The findings indicate that startups implementing digital innovations such as automation, data analytics, and personalized customer experiences see significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. These innovations play a pivotal role in helping e-commerce startups maintain competitiveness in a saturated market. In conclusion, this study highlights the practical importance of adopting digital innovation for e-commerce startups and contributes to the theoretical understanding of how digital tools can drive entrepreneurial success in modern markets

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia, sebagai aset berharga, ialah penggerak bagi beragam sumber daya lainnya yang hadir di perusahaan. Keberhasilan setiap perusahaan seyogianya bersumber dari kontribusi sinergis para karyawan dengan optimalnya rasa kepuasan mereka dalam bekerja. Kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja dapat ditimbulkan oleh cara pandang sehat dari insan organisasional untuk mencapai work-life balance yang ideal dan kepemilikan persepsi positif dalam menyikapi stres yang dialami dari pekerjaan di perusahaan. PT QQ merupakan suatu bisnis jasa yang sangat memerhatikan kepuasan kerja para karyawannya, yang mana terbukti dari kehadiran visi misi mereka dengan kiblat untuk mendorong terciptanya hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepuasan kerja sebagai resultan dari work-life balance dan stres kerja, adalah tujuan utama dari riset ini. Desain teknik perolehan data primer dilaksanakan melalui simple random sampling dengan keterlibatan 47 orang karyawan yang terhimpun melalui kombinasi cara survei dengan kuesioner digital dan manual. Dengan menempuh analisis regresi secara linier dan berganda, terbukti melalui riset ini bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh work-life balance, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja. Perusahaan yang bersangkutan sebaiknya berupaya lebih proaktif untuk lebih memerhatikan fasilitas kerja, sistem kerja, kondisi kesehatan mental karyawan, jalur kemajuan karir, serta pengembangan program integrasi dan sosialisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior and proactive personality with innovative work behavior, as well as the influence of psychological capital and proactive personality on innovative work behavior. This research is a research with non-experimental quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were 51 employees from PT. Cahaya Citra Indah is a company engaged in the property sector. This research uses population studies because the total population is below 100. The data collection method in this study uses interviews and a psychological measurement scale. The research instrument used was a psychologicalcapital scale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.937, a proactive personalityscale with an Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.934, and an innovative work behavior scale withan Alpha Cornbach reliability value of 0.887. The data analysis technique uses the Rank Spearman correlation test and the Multiple Linear Regression test. This study found that psychological capital with innovative work behavior has a positive relationship that is equal to 0.887 and, proactive personality with innovative work behavior has a positive relationship that is equal to 0.852. Then there is the influence of psychological capital and proactive personality on innovative work behaviorwith an R squared value of 0.841 or 84.1%

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationshipbetween romantic love type and subjective well-being in youngadults in Bekasi City. This is based on the large number ofdating relationships carried out by young adults with differentbeliefs. The existence of interfaith relationships can onlyincrease the number of interfaith marriages in Indonesia.Subjective well-being is an important component of life.Romantic relationships become a domain of life in a person'ssubjective well-being. Therefore, romantic love becomes asubjective well-being factor for a person. The instrument formeasuring romantic love used in this research is a scalemodified by Stenberg and developed by Rosita Aryani. Forsubjective well-being, two measuring instruments are used,namely the SWLS (Satifaction With Life Scale) which wasadapted by Diener (1985) and the SPANE (Scale of Positiveand Negative Experience) measuring instrument which wasadapted by Diener (2009). The participants in this researchwere 59 young adults who had relationships with differentreligions in Bekasi City. Through the Spearman Rank analysistechnique, it is known that there is a significant relationship between the variabel type of romantic love and subjective well-being (correlation coefficient of (0.334) and significance value ᑭ= 0.010 where ᑭ < 0.05) and through the Multiple LinearRegression analysis technique it can be interpreted even thoughthe effect is not strong, but there is a significant contributionfrom the type of romantic love to the level of subjectivesatisfaction (the coefficient of determination (R Square) of0.112 indicates that it is around 11.2%).

Abstract

Khandiq Convection is a garment business in Bandung that still uses manual methods for order processing and sales recording, leading to data inaccuracy and loss risks. As digital technology advances, many businesses have adopted web-based information systems to streamline operations. However, existing systems are often generic and not suited to the specific needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to develop a web-based information system tailored to Khandiq Convection’s operations. Using the Waterfall method, the system was designed with CodeIgniter, PHP, and MySQL, and implemented via XAMPP. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. The results show that the system improves data accuracy, reduces errors, and enhances order and sales management. This solution addresses the gap in accessible and integrated digital tools for SME garment businesses, supporting operational efficiency and customer service in the digital era.

Abstract

Many couples find it difficult to balance work life and household life. In their work life, they often experience work conflicts, such asrisky work, insufficient work equipment, various work demands from superiors or colleagues, and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence of workfamily conflict and interpersonal communication on marital satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with interviews and psychological scale measurements. Subjects are employees as much as 255 respondents. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling with the criteria of employees who are married and have at least 1 child. The instrument uses the original scale or standard scale from the theory used. The results of the instrument test used the content validity test conducted by 4 raters, the construct validity test was tested on 70 respondents and the reliability test used Cornbach's alpha. Data analysis techniques using descriptive tests, assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are that there is a relationship between work- family conflict and marital satisfaction. There is a relationship between interpersonal communication and marital satisfaction. There is a significant influence between work-family conflict and interpersonal communication with marital satisfaction
