Abstract

Abstract.  Customer retention is considered a very important goal and competitive component in any business environment today. Market penetration and market development is one of the important aspects in business activities. The market has a strategic value as a meeting place for sellers and buyers. The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the application of market penetration and market development of curly chili farmers in Kakaskasen I and Kakaskasen II sub-districts, North Tomohon, Manado City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data sources obtained from observations and in-depth interviews with various sources. The results of the study show that the implementation of Market Penetration in the implementation of the curly chili marketing process is good in the application of the market penetration method by providing time and opportunity for customers to make purchases directly in the garden, but the consistency of the agreement is often ignored, this will affect customer retention to remain loyal to the product. the farmers Abstrak.  Retensi pelanggan dianggap sebagai tujuan yang sangat penting dan komponen kompetitif dalam lingkungan bisnis apa pun saat ini. Penetresi pasar dan Pengembangan pasar merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kegiatan bisnis. Pasar memiliki nilai strategis sebagai tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli .Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis penerapan penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar para petani cabe keriting di kelurahan Kakaskasen I  dan Kakaskasen II kecamatan Tomohon Utara Kota Manado. metode penelitian yang digunakan  pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari observasi dan hasil wawancara secara mendalam dengan berbagai narasumber. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan Penerapan Market Penetration  dalam pelaksanaan proses pemasaran cabe keriting sudah baik dalm penerapan metode penetrasi pasar  dengan memberikan waktu dan kesempatan kepada pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian langsung di kebun, namun konsistensi kesepakatan seringkali di abaikan ini akan berpengaruh terhadap retensi pelanggan utnuk tetap setia dengan produk para petani. Abstract

The present level of technological advancement in 4.0 business and industry revolution has required the professional secretaries to adapt their knowledge/skills/work style in line with these technological explosions in records creation/management/processing/storage as well as the record maintenance and retrieval. The objective of the study is to find out the industry requirements of the secretarial profession in order to align them with the curriculum and classroom training of the secretarial students. The 39 criteria of 4.0 industrial revolution characteristics of “knowledge, skills, and work-styles attitude” in form of a questionnaire was distributed to 38 samples of executives. Quantitative as well as qualitative methods and descriptive analysis were used to analyze the data. The result shows that the most important aspect of an office secretarial competency is attitude (M=4.50; SD=0.77), followed by skill (M=4.44; SD=0.83), knowledge (M=4.14; SD=0.90). The study recommends that the development of secretarial professional education must be based on correctly handle the relationship between theoretical classroom teaching, practical office training with the emphasizes on systematically incorporate the 4.0 professional attitude with the skills and knowledge as proposed by industries

Abstract

Abstract. Business performance is generally used for part or all of the actions of a company in a certain period. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of innovation, financial literacy, working capital and government policies in an effort to improve the performance of SMEs. The population in this study were all SMEs in East Java Province. Respondents in this study were SME managers. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data because the data obtained directly from respondents in the form of questionnaires. The method used in this study is a survey method because the data source in this study uses a questionnaire. This study uses partial regression analysis to test the four hypotheses proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using PLS software to test the relationship between variables. Innovation, bookkeeping literacy and working capital can improve the performance of SMEs, while debt literacy, budgeting literacy and government policies are not able to improve the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan metode sample jenuh sebanyak 65 orang karyawan PT. Exedy Manufacturing Indonesia Departemen CVT Componen. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi sebagai variable independent, serta kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi Pustaka, kuisioner dikembangkan dari indicator masing-masing variable yang menjadi pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26 terdiri dari persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan uji hipotesis koefisien determinasi, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan maupun parsial lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe tourism industry is expected to recover after the Covid-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, tourism, which emphasizes community empowerment as an important feature of tourism villages, is expected to be an alternative driving force for tourism to show growth again. However, this certainly raises social and environmental challenges, which in turn draw attention to tourism patterns. Sustainable tourism promises the environmental protection and socio-cultural elements that are the main strengths of most tourist villages in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to understand the complex relationship between tourism village management policies and social responsibility that emphasizes sustainable tourism development. This study involved tourism village managers at the managerial level from 138 tourist villages in East Java Province, Indonesia. This study proposes that tourism village management policies and social responsibility have a positive and significant impact on the development of sustainable tourism villages. In addition, social responsibility is also able to play its role in mediating the relationship between tourism village management policies and sustainable tourism village development.Keywords: tourism village; management policy; social responsibility; sustainable tourism development ABSTRAKIndustri pariwisata diharapkan dapat mulai bangkit kembali pasca pandemi Covid-19. Di Indonesia, pariwisata yang menekankan pada pemberdayaan masyarakat yang menjadi ciri utama dari desa wisata diharapkan dapat menjadi motor penggerak alternatif sehingga pariwisata bisa menunjukkan pertumbuhannya kembali. Namun, hal ini tentunya menimbulkan tantangan sosial dan lingkungan, yang pada gilirannya menarik perhatian pada pola pariwisata. Pariwisata berkelanjutan menjanjikan perlindungan lingkungan dan elemen sosial budaya yang menjadi kekuatan utama dari sebagian besar desa wisata di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan yang kompleks antara kebijakan pengelolaan desa wisata dan tanggung jawab sosial yang menekankan pada pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Studi ini melibatkan pengelola desa wisata pada level manajerial yang berasal dari 138 desa wisata yang ada di Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Studi ini mengusulkan bahwa kebijakan pengelolaan desa wisata dan tanggung jawab sosial memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan. Selain itu, tanggung jawab sosial juga mampu memainkan perannya dalam memediasi hubungan antara kebijakan pengelolaan desa wisata dan pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: desa wisata; kebijakan pengelolaan; tanggung jawab sosial; pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh diversifikasi pendapatan, regulasi modal, tata kelola perusahaan, ketidakefisienan (BOPO) bank dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan risiko perbankan di indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013 - 2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 24 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengambilan risiko bank. Variable independent dalam penelitian ini yaitu diversifikasi pendapatan, regulasi modal, tata kelola perusahaan, inefisiensi (BOPO). Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi pendapatan dan regulasi modal berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan risiko bank. Ukuran dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan risiko bank. Dewan independent dan inefisiensi (BOPO) signifikan dan berpengaruh negative terhadap pengambilan risiko bank. .Kata Kunci: diversifikasi pendapatan; inefisiensi (BOPO); regulasi modal; tata kelola perusahaa; pengambilan risiko bank Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of income diversification, capital regulation, corporate governance, bank inefficiency (BOPO) can affect banking risk taking in Indonesia.  The data in this study uses secondary data sourced from the annual financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX period during 2013 - 2020. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling so that 24 companies were sampled.  The dependent variable in this study is bank risk taking.  The independent variables in this study are income diversification, capital regulation, corporate governance, inefficiency (BOPO).  The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program. The results show that income diversification and capital regulation have a positive effect on bank risk taking.  Board size has no effect on bank risk taking.  Independent board and inefficiency (BOPO) are significant and have a negative effect on bank risk taking. Keyword : banking risk taking; capital regulation; corporate governance; income diversification; inefficiency ( BOPO )

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to examine differences in profitability before and after using fintech with quantitative methods aimed at measuring profitability for the 2014-2019 period, using a comparison of profitability ratios, namely Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Interest Margin and Operating Expenses on Operating Income. Data information is based on the link between the Financial Services Authority and the population of state-owned banking financial statements, then defined using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is the quarterly financial reports that have been issued by banks. Analysis of research data using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that the ROA value after fintech was higher than before, the ROE value after fintech was higher than before, the NIM value was higher after than before and the BOPO value was lower after than before. In conclusion, fintech can provide positive potential for banking profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa herding behavior terhadap keputusan investasi pada Pasar saham di Indonesia, guna mengetahui seberapa besar perubahan perilaku finansial pada saat terjadinya pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini Menggunakan data saham IHSG pada periode 2019 - 2020. Bursa efek merupakan salah satu tempat bagi investor untuk memperoleh keuntugan melalui perdagangan saham. Saham lebih banyak dipilih investor dibandingkan instrumen keuangan lainnya karena hasil yang akan diperoleh lebih besar meskipun diikuti dengan risiko yang tinggi. Keserakahan merangsang investor untuk melakukan investasi yang semakin berisiko, maka investor cenderung melakukan transaksi mengabaikan analisis yang rasional, dan kecenderungan tersebut adalah Herding Behavior. Pandemi global COVID-19 telah menciptakan tantangan yang dramatis dan belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya bagi individu, ekonomi, pasar keuangan, lembaga keuangan, dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan membandingkan beberapa temuan penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan masalah pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan perilaku keuangan (terdapat indikasi perilaku Herding) yang terjadi di pasar saham Indonesia dalam masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examines perception of three characteristic of electronic word-of-mouth (EWOM) which quantity, credibility, and quality to customer’s online repurchase intention mediated by trust and perceived usefulness on Sociolla application. A total of 228 respondents who had previously made an online purchase from Sociolla. Results show that three EWOM characteristic has negative direct effect on online repurchase intention. Trust mediates the quantity and quality EWOM characteristic on online repurchase intention, while credibility has negative influence. Perceived usefulness mediates the quantity and quality EWOM characteristic on online repurchase intention, while credibility has negative influence.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOf the many e-commerce sites that have sprung up in Indonesia, the TikTok application takes this business opportunity by creating a TikTok Shop which is a digital marketing medium that is no less widely used by business people. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence advertising, the COD system and free shipping promo have on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop among UIN North Sumatra students. The research method used is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample of this research was students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely advertising, the COD system, and free shipping promos and the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop. The results of the study show that advertising, COD systems and free shipping promos have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously. Partial testing results: advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions indicated by tcount 1990 and ttable 1985. The COD system has a significant effect on purchasing decisions shown by the tcount of 2.306 and ttable of 1.985. The free shipping promo has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as indicated by the tcount of 3,452 and ttable of 1,985.
