Abstract

Abstract. In accordance with the provisions of the financial reporting, the government entity is obliged to conduct an annual reviu of the financial reports by the government’s internal audit agency (APIP) before the audit of financial reports by the financial audit agency, from the phenomenon there are problems related to the drawing of financial reports, this research is aimed at identifying the effects of time-pressure. Two professional care, accountability, and experience in the reviu of financial reports performed by an intern inspection unit as an authority in the testing of the results of the financial reports prepared by the accounting work unit in the hospital. The data used in this study was obtained from the questionnaire via google form with the intern examination unit. the accounting department, The financial part. The population of up to 20 public service bodies are public hospitals and special hospitals vertical of the Ministry of Health and gathered 153 respondents.   Abstrak. Sesuai ketentuan laporan keuangan entitas pemerintah setiap tahun  wajib dilakukan reviu terhadap laporan keuangan oleh Aparat Pemeriksaan Internal Pemerintah (APIP) sebelum dilakukan audit laporan keuangan oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan, dari fenomena terdapat masalah terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan, Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Tekanan Waktu, Due professional care, Akuntabilitas dan Pengalaman terhadap Reviu Laporan Keuangan yang dilakukan Satuan Pemeriksaan Intern sebagai otoritas dalam pengujian terhadap hasil laporan keuangan yang disusun unit kerja akuntansi pada rumah sakit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuisioner melalui google form dengan kepada Satuan Pemeriksaan Intern, Bagian Akuntansi, Bagian Keuangan. Populasi yang sebanyak 20 Badan Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Umum dan Rumah Sakit Khusus vertikal Kementerian Kesehatan dan terkumpul 153 responden.

Abstract

The traditional batik craft which is now spread throughout Indonesia is a richness of Indonesian culture that should not be left behind and forgotten, especially for all Indonesian people in general. One of the factors that can encourage increased productivity of human resources is efforts to increase work motivation, such as fulfilling both external and internal needs. This research aims to find out whether work motivation and the physical work environment have an influence on the performance of the employees of Rumah Batik Komar. In this research the author used quantitative methods and used descriptive analysis. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and sampling using probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis research show that work motivation variables (X1) and physical work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) have a significant influence

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) To find out the role performed by the Village Head in managing institutional cooperation in the Tetehosi I village government of Gunungsitoli City. 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the village head in managing institutional cooperation in the Tetehosi I village government of Gunungsitoli City. 3) The author determines that this research is carried out in a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach because this type of research has the aim of describing and analyzing phenomena, events, or social activities that occur in society that occur in the present in Tetehosi I village. The results of this study are: 1) the role of the village head is very relevant to the objectives of institutional cooperation in Tetehosi I Village. 2) a. Supporting factors: Active in carrying out tasks, Strong communication, Support and motivation, Controlling the decision-making process, Inclusiveness in decision-making, Encouraging active involvement of team members. b. Inhibiting factors: Limited Information Dissemination, Lack of active involvement of team members, Differences in Priorities and Focus, Lack of Community Participation. 3) The Tetehosi I Village Head has implemented several important strategies to manage institutional cooperation. In addition, the Tetehosi I Village Head should prioritize improving communication and active involvement in managing institutional cooperation in the Tetehosi I Village government, the Village Head should improve the existing supporting components, also remain active in carrying out tasks and ensure strong communication with all communities and institutions.

Abstract

In today's globalization, it is inevitable that school organizations need to prepare human resources (HR) in order to adapt and improve school performance to be able to compete on a global scale. One of the efforts is to improve teacher performance. So that talent management is a concept that starts from how to plan, get, develop and maintain a talent in an organization or company. Because talent management is very important, therefore talent management is also needed in the world of education, which focuses on the professionalism of a teacher. This research was conducted in a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach because this type of research has the aim of describing and analyzing phenomena, events, or social activities that occur. The teacher talent management system at UPTD SD Negeri 074056 Dahana Humene has several shortcomings and challenges that need to be overcome. First, the honorary teacher selection process has not been effective and optimal, which affects school quality and standards. Secondly, the placement of honorary teachers often does not match their expertise or academic qualifications, which can impact on the quality of teaching and learning. Thirdly, the development and training provided by schools do not always match teachers' needs and expertise, especially in terms of using IT and making technology-based learning tools. For this reason, schools need to make some improvements. In the selection process, schools should implement effective procedures, develop clear and relevant selection criteria, and conduct regular evaluation and improvement. In terms of training and development, schools should better understand teachers' skills and knowledge needs, design appropriate training programs and ensure the training and development process is sustainable. In addition, schools should also ensure that the placement of honorary teachers is in line with their expertise and academic qualifications.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of budget planning, human resource competence and organizational commitment on regional budget absorption with the process of procuring goods and services as a moderator in the education sub-department of the Seribu Islands administrative district. The sample obtained was 85 from the education sub-department of the Seribu Islands administrative district. The research results show that budget planning influences budget absorption. The HR competency variable has no effect on budget absorption. The organizational commitment variable influences budget absorption. Procurement of goods and services can moderate the influence of budget planning on budget absorption. Procurement of goods and services cannot moderate the influence of HR competency on budget absorption. Procurement of goods and services can moderate the influence of organizational commitment on budget absorption.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan komitmen oganisasi terhadap penyerapan anggaran belanja daerah dengan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa sebagai pemoderasi pada suku dinas pendidikan kabupaten administrasi kepulauan seribu. Sampel yang diperoleh 85 pada suku dinas pendidikan kabupaten administrasi kepulauan seribu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggaran perencanaan berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan anggaran. Variabel kompetensi SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan anggaran. Variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan anggaran. Pengadaan barang jasa dapat memoderasi pengaruh perencanaan anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran. Pengadaan barang jasa tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi SDM terhadap penyerapan anggaran. Abstract

Abstract. Transportation is one of the important and commonly used things in the modern era like today. In this era of Globalization, as the population increases, transportation is very popular to meet human needs to carry out their activities. Globalization itself has a big impact in this case technology that makes it easier for people to get to a place without the hassle of going to a public transportation terminal. One of the transportation services in Indonesia is ride hailing. Various kinds of ride hailing in Indonesia, making competition quite high among online transportation. Maxim comes with something different to offer. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value and Habit on Customer Acceptance on Maxim service users in Bandung City both partially and simultaneously. This research data collection through distributing questionnaires and using quantitative data analysis. Sampling was carried out using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Abstrak. Transportasi merupakan salah satu sesuatu yang penting dan biasa digunakan di era Modern seperti saat ini. Di era Globalisasi ini, seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, transportasi begitu sangat di gemari guna memenuhi kebutuhkan manusia untuk menjalankan kegiatannya. Globalisasi sendiri membawa dampak yang besar dalam hal ini teknologi yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam menuju suatu tempat tanpa perlu repot menuju ke terminal transportasi umum. Salah satu jasa transportasi di Indonesia adalah ride hailing. Berbagai macam ride hailing di Indonesia, menjadikan persaingan yang cukup tinggi di kalangan transportasi online. Maxim hadir dengan menawarkan sesuatu yang berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value dan Habit Terhadap Customer Acceptance pada pengguna layanan Maxim di Kota Bandung baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner serta menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling.

Abstract

Abstract.  At this time, the assessment of regional hospital performance is more emphasized on financial aspects, especially the achievement of annual revenue targets and budget absorption as well as physical and budget realization, this certainly cannot describe the overall performance of hospitals, especially non-financial performance. Balanced scorecard is a management performance measurement tool that provides a concise and comprehensive view of an organization through four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal service process perspective and learning and growth perspective and balanced scorecard is the right concept to be used as a basis in strategic planning. This research was conducted at RSUD Cimacan Cianjur using quantitative descriptive research methods. The data in this study is in the form of primary data from questionnaire results from patients and employees of Cimacan Hospital with 100 patient respondents and 96 employee respondents and secondary data collected through documentation. The results showed that the performance assessment of RSUD Cimacan for customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective has good value and for financial perspective performance appraisal is not good. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Cimacan Hospital is in quadrant I so that the strategic step taken is aggressive growth. Abstrak.  Pada saat ini penilaian kinerja  rumah sakit daerah lebih ditekankan pada aspek keuangan terutama pencapaian target pendapatan tahunan dan penyerapan anggaran serta realisasi fisik dan anggaran, hal ini tentunya tidak dapat menggambarkan kinerja rumah sakit secara keseluruhan terutama kinerja non keuangan. Balanced scorecard merupakan alat pengukuran kinerja manajemen yang memberikan pandangan ringkas dan komprehensif tentang suatu organisasi melalui empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal pelayanan dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan serta balanced scorecard merupakan konsep yang tepat untuk digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perencanaan strategis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Cimacan Cianjur dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer hasil kuesioner dari pasien dan karyawan RSUD  Cimacan dengan jumlah responden pasien sebanyak 100 orang dan responden karyawan sebanyak 96 orang dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja RSUD Cimacan untuk perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran mempunyai nilai yang baik dan untuk penilaian kinerja perspektif keuangan kurang baik. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Cimacan berada pada kuadran I sehingga langkah strategis yang diambil adalah pertumbuhan yang agresif.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) has an important role in the Indonesian economy. Currently, BRI’s role is not only limited to providing conventional financial services, but also has a role in supporting financial inclusion, microeconomic growth, agricultural sector development, and community empowerment. BRI provides various service and transaction innovations to maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to examine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating service quality and trust in BRI customer loyalty in Buleleng Regency. The sample for this research was 80 BRI customers in the Buleleng area. The analysis used is path analysis. The independent variables are service quality, trust and customer satisfaction, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The results of this research show that service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction shows a significant influence. For customer trust in customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, the results did not have a significant effect.

Abstract

Business startup planning has a strategic value, for the realization of independent entrepreneurial activities that will provide benefits, for increasing knowledge and governance of business startups, efficient business management, and increasing the income potential of entrepreneurial activities carried out. The main problem faced by students in managing a business startup is the lack of knowledge of business planning and good business startup governance, so many business startups fail because they do not meet the business eligibility criteria. This activity aims to: 1) improve business management knowledge and skills through business startup planning for students, and 2) improve skills through understanding how to build a startup business, to be able to grow and master niche markets in the environment quickly and profitably. This community service was carried out at the auditorium of Universitas Dumoga Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi province. The methods used are planning simulations and case studies of building a start-up business, discussions, and role play to improve participants' knowledge and skills. The results of the activity were obtained as an illustration of an increase in the ability of participants to make business plans based on good business management principles, increased performance in making alternative business plans and solutions to achieve business targets, increasing the ability to plan a startup business to master the market well, and having reliable profitability to develop their business well. Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia's entry into the free-market competition has led to a surge in the number of hospitals, resulting in intensified competition with increasingly selective consumers, higher expectations, and lower loyalty. According to the 2022 report from Siloam Hospital Manado, there has been a decline in urology patient visits, and no research has been conducted on patient satisfaction levels regarding service quality, brand image, communication, and their impact on urology patient loyalty. This situation raises concerns about a potential decline in patient visits, which is crucial during this period to enhance the hospital's marketing function for achieving patient satisfaction and loyalty. To analyze the influence of service quality, brand image, and communication on patient satisfaction and their subsequent impact on patient loyalty. This study employs a descriptive-analytic design with a quantitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling with a sample size of 161. Data is collected through questionnaires, and the analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).   Abstrak. Masuknya Indonesia ke dalam persaingan pasar bebas telah menyebabkan lonjakan jumlah rumah sakit, sehingga persaingan menjadi semakin ketat dengan konsumen yang semakin selektif, ekspektasi yang lebih tinggi, dan loyalitas yang lebih rendah. Berdasarkan laporan RS Siloam Manado tahun 2022, terjadi penurunan kunjungan pasien urologi, dan belum dilakukan penelitian mengenai tingkat kepuasan pasien mengenai kualitas pelayanan, brand image, komunikasi, dan dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pasien urologi. Situasi ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan potensi penurunan kunjungan pasien, yang sangat penting pada periode ini untuk meningkatkan fungsi pemasaran rumah sakit guna mencapai kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan pasien dan dampak selanjutnya terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif-analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 161. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS).
