Abstract

The housing assistance program is a form of housing subsidy in the form of money or direct development which is intended for low-income households as an effort by the government to increase housing resilience and provide social protection to targeted households. The Government of Bone Bolango Regency in order to improve the welfare and equity of development for the people in their area, has implemented a decent housing assistance program for the less fortunate, where it is the government's responsibility to create a just and prosperous society. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by prioritizing primary data and secondary data, focusing on how the implementation of the public housing development program in Bone Bolango Regency and the factors that influence it. The results of the study show that the public housing development program in Bone Bolango Regency from 2010 - 2018 has been going well and the benefits have been felt directly by the community as the recipients of the policy itself. However, the government must further maximize the public housing development program in 2019 and 2020, because the planned development program has not been fully realized. The supporting and inhibiting factors for policy implementation include communication, resources, attitudes of policy implementers, and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) in the 2019 Election in Gorontalo Regency showed extraordinary achievements, where PPP's vote acquisition increased by 250% from PPP's vote acquisition in the 2014 election. With this increase in votes, PPP's vote acquisition in the Gorontalo Regency DPRD experienced a significant increase from 4 the seats in the 2014 election results became 7 seats in the 2019 election results, which led PPP to become the chairman of the Gorontalo Regency DPRD Chairperson. Of course, this achievement is the success of the PPP strategy, both in beating its legislative candidates and in the communication that is built in the midst of society. This qualitative descriptive research by prioritizing primary data and secondary data focuses on seeing how PPP's political communication strategy won in Gorontalo District. The results of the study show that the United Development Party's winning strategy for Gorontalo Regency in the 2019 legislative election uses a winning strategy that utilizes marketing politics for campaign strategies both to gain political support in general elections and to maintain an image during the election break. The obstacles faced by PPP candidates in the implementation of the 2019 legislative elections in Gorontalo Regency include money politics, black campaigns, political apathy, and overlapping claims between fellow candidates on the same choice basis.

Abstract

Ponggok Villagemanaged to utilize village funds to improve the welfare of its citizens. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the Village Fund Management Strategy and to examine the efforts of the Village Government in managing village funds for the welfare of the people. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative to the object under study through secondary data collected. The results showed that successful management of village funds through the formation of Village Owned Enterprises able to improve people's welfare. Village Governments use transparency, accountability and participatory principles in village fund governance and continue to explore the potential in the village to improve people's welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and discuss collaborative governance during times of crisis at the local level by taking case studies of accelerated COVID-19 vaccination services in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Collaborative governance of accelerating COVID-19 vaccination in DIY involves government actors, both central and regional governments, entrepreneurs including corporations on various scales from international, regional, national and local as well as business associations, as well as civil society with a membership base that varies from professional expertise to religion. This study used a qualitative method with data collection carried out through a desk study. Collaborative governance allows the exchange of resources between actors that are cross-sectoral and the flexibility of mobility between actors to accelerate people's access to vaccines as a public good. Collaborative governance is a potential solution for building and developing a better service system for public needs.

Abstract

This research titled The Effect of Public Service Quality Towards Costumer Satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi. Based on the problem about costumer satisfaction about this matter with service quality that has not optimal yet. The purpose of this research was to know tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and emphaty effects towards satisfaction of PDAM’s costumer in Kota Bekasi. This research used survey method with the population is all costumer of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi with total sample 395 costumers. Data collection technique that used in this research was random sampling. Analysis technique using correlation coefficient technique, with test T and test F using SPSS software. The result of this research shows that physical evidence (tangible) has positive and significance effects towards satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi costumers. Responsiveness has positive and significance effects towards satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi costumers. Reliability has positive and significance effects towards satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi costumers. Assurance has positive and significance effects towards satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi costumers. Emphaty has positive and significance effects towards satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi costumers.

Abstract

The 2014 General Election of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (2014 Pilpres) was held on 9 July 2014 to elect the President and Vice President of Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the electoral system was during the reign of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla in 2014. The method used by researchers in this study was literature. The results of the research and discussion use the theory of the Electoral Cycle: 1) Pre-Election, in this indicator Pre-Election refers to a number of election stages carried out by election organizers such as formulation of regulations, voter registration, registration and determination of candidate parties; 2) Election Period, this indicator refers to a number of election stages such as election/voting and vote counting. As for the vote count in the 2014 election, namely: Jokowi 52-53% of the vote and 46-48% of the vote for Prabowo; 3) Post Election, this indicator is the stage of announcing results, evaluating and resolving disputes or problems in elections. The announcement of the results of the 2014 presidential and vice-presidential elections was won by the Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla pair by obtaining a vote of 53.15% in accordance with the KPU RI decision on July 22, 2014. The Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa camp filed several lawsuits over the results of this election, namely to the DKPP and the Court. The conclusion in this study is that the General Election System (Election) During the Leadership Period of Joko widodo and Jusuf Kalla in 2014 used the Electoral Cycle system where this Election Cycle was a tool used to understand election preparation and an understanding of holding elections . The party system used during the reign of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla in 2014-2019 was using a multi-party system.

Abstract

E-government implementation is an effort to develop electronic-based governance to improve the quality of public services more effectively and efficiently. The city of Palembang is one of the cities in Indonesia that is trying to develop E-government in carrying out administrative affairs in its government. However, in the continuation of the use of E-government in the city of Palembang, many face problems and various problems so that it has not been able to run optimally as expected. to the people of Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how to evaluate the use of e-government websites at the Demang Lebaran urban village office. The theory used in this study uses a model developed by Stuflebeam known as the CIPP Evaluation Model. CIPP stands for this theory indicator, namely Context, Input, Process, Product. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-government websites among the people of the village of Demang Lebar Daun has not been going well until now. This is because there is still little public interest in using the website, this is because people think it is easier to do offline services to the office. Another obstacle reason is that there are still many people who are not digitally literate and are not accustomed to using cellphone devices, especially among the elderly. . So that this is a big task for the village of Demang Lebar Daun to continue to try to maximize the function of this e-government website.

Abstract

The essay's purpose is to comprehensively address the gaps in the literature by analyzing the ethical dimensions of selective partnerships, the influence of political ideologies, the importance of comprehensive analytical work, and the synthesis of insights from diverse regions. These elements collectively contribute to evidence-based governance improvements that foster equitable resource allocation and enhanced health outcomes. Drawing from an extensive review of existing literature, the essay synthesizes insights from empirical case studies in both European and Asian contexts. The theoretical framework used—the "Political Economy of Health Governance"—provides a comprehensive lens to examine the intricate interplay between political, economic, and ethical factors that shape governance practices within health systems. The analysis reveals several novel perspectives that offer fresh insights into evidence-based governance improvements. The ethical dimensions of selective partnerships are explored, shedding light on potential equity implications. The impact of political ideologies on governance practices is uncovered, emphasizing the need for alignment with equitable health outcomes. The essay advocates for comprehensive analytical work as a precursor to policy, ensuring transparent decision-making and stakeholder inclusivity. By synthesizing insights from diverse regions, the essay enriches the understanding of governance qualities that drive successful health system reforms. In conclusion, this essay contributes to the field by addressing existing gaps in the literature and offering a holistic view of governance's impact on health systems performance. The synthesis of diverse perspectives and the application of the "Political Economy of Health Governance" theory provide a nuanced understanding of evidence-based governance improvements. Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the self-efficacy or level of self-confidence of students participating in the PMM 3 program. The subjects in this research were 66 students participating in the PMM 3 program at Djuanda University who came from 35 universities from various islands in Indonesia, namely, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, NTT and NTB. The sample used was 40 respondents using the TARO YAMANE calculation. The technique used in collecting data is a survey using a self-efficacy questionnaire compiled based on Bandura indicators, namely, 1) Personal Experience (Mastery Experience), 2) Other People's Experience (Various Experience), 3) Verbal Approach (Verbal Persuasion), 4) Index Psychology (Psychological Index). The data collected was then categorized into three classifications, namely low, medium and high. The research results show that the majority of students participating in PMM 3 fall into the medium category. A total of 30 students participating in the PMM 3 program had moderate category self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the remaining 9 students had high category self-efficacy and 1 was in the low category.

Abstract

In Good Governance Practices, lobbying is a part of communication that plays an important role for government administrators to reach mutual agreements in government activities. Good and effective lobbying can affect the smooth running of government programmes because it can help in creating relationships and cooperation between interest groups in a government area. The purpose of this research is to analyse how good lobbying is applied in good governance practices in order to successfully undergo good lobbying for every government program activity. This research uses the library research method, which is a method that uses secondary data sources by finding references through journals, books, literature, notes, and various other documents related to the problem to be solved. The results of the study state that the success of good lobbying in government practice. Successful lobbying and negotiation depends on skills in mastering verbal and non-verbal communication, the ability to analyse and solve problems, careful preparation, active listening, smart in controlling emotions, commitment, and knowing the negotiation style of others.
