Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been felt by all sectors, including the economic sector. UMKM have really felt the impact after the covid 19 pandemic with declining sales turnover. This study aims to classify products from UMKM that are not selling well and selling well. The K means method was chosen for grouping because it is simple and the K means method can group according to the same criteria grouped into a data cluster, for different data entered into another cluster. There are 28 data sets which will be grouped into 2 clusters . With the criteria of total goods sold, total transactions, difference in days and final stock. The data was taken from January 2022 to August 2022. After clustering, it was found that C1 had 12 products that were selling well, and for C2 there were 16 products that were not selling well. Therefore, UMKM can carry out sales promotion strategies that are fast and precise so that products that are not selling well can increase sales volume. Promotions can be carried out in the form of discounted promotions, mailer promotions, and fractional promotions.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is crucial for organizations to gain profits, maximize time and minimize costs. Dinas XYZ is a government agency located in East Java, aware of this and implementing IT in their daily operations. Because of this, measurement of IT governance is needed to determine the extent to which IT supports the operational activities of the XYZ Agency. There are 9 domains selected to determine the level of capability. The result is that seven domains are at level 2 namely lAPO01, lAPO02, lAPO04, lAPO08, lAPO10, lBAI02, and lDSS02. While the two domains, namely BAI01 and EDM02, are at level 1. The capability value obtained is 1.7, while the desired level is level 3. Therefore, there is a gap of 1.3. The XYZ Service can improve the level obtained to the desired level by implementing the recommendations provided.

Abstract

Queries in a database application system, have a great influence on the success of application development. Frequently used query forms include subselect and join. Choosing the right query form will affect the performance of the database application. Database applications are sometimes slow to respond because of slowness in their databases. The selection of the form of the query to be used is the first step of forming a query, because the resulting query will affect access from the database. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of SQL with a faster data access time, whether join or subselect. The subject of this study is queries made in the form of joins and subselects. The methods that will be used in this study are literature and experimental methods. The result of this study is a comparison table of access time between join and subselect queries. From the results of the query comparison, it can be concluded that the join form query is a faster SQL form compared to subselect. A faster query is determined from testing done by creating a simple application using both forms of the query.

Abstract

During the covid 19 pandemic, the use of website technology facilities is very important because it reduces direct interaction between banks and customers to prevent the spread of covid 19. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung were established on November 6, 1957 under the name PT Bank Pembangunan South Sumatra. Complaints faced by Bank Sumsel Babel from customers such as money not being received but debited account, insufficient money received, not making a transaction but account being debited twice, failed transfer to another bank, debited account, transfer via M-Banking failed to debit account, etc. The Complaint Process for South Sumatra Babel customers now has to come directly to the office, customers will take a long time if they are far from the Bank Sumsel office, Customers queue for a long time and have to complete the file manually (physically). The solution to overcome these problems is to build a Customer Complaint File Submission Service system at Bank Sumsel which can be accessed online with the results of the notification of the resolution of the problem obtained by the customer via WhatsApp. This can provide service quality and customer satisfaction. The system development method used is the waterfall model. The purpose of this study is to build an information system for filing complaints at Bank Sumsel Babel which will make it easier to process data for filing complaints

Abstract

Tourism activities cannot be missed, they are a basic need for every human being to eliminate boredom every day. The tourism sector plays an important role for Indonesia, which is currently growing in various regions. By combining information technology and natural resource development business is a form of domestic tourism development strategy. The problem that often occurs when tourists are going on a tour is they lack information on the right location and estimated prices when traveling on the Thousand Islands. As we know, the tour package booking system is still conventional, customers still have to come to the crossing port and the payment system still uses cash. To overcome this problem, an information system was created to facilitate ordering tour packages online which aims to expand marketing and increase profits in the tourism sector. This website-based information system is built using the prototype method. In designing this information system using the PHP programming language, and using the Laravel framework as coding, for the database using MySQL. The results of this study are a tourist information system that can present complete tourist information, order tour packages online, pay using payment gateways, and manage visitor data more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Objects can be interpreted as all inanimate and living things that have various shapes and sizes. For humans to determine the presence of objects, to classify and estimate the distance of objects around them is not difficult. But for a computer to do the work mentioned above with an accuracy level that reaches up to greater than 90% is not easy. Object detection is important in the field of computer vision because it is used to monitor and track objects, while robots that use cameras as sensors are used to avoid obstacles, follow objects, classify and so on. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the CNN method in classifying objects. The steps used to complete this research were literature study, collecting digital image data, determining training, and testing data, designing the CNN program, conducting training and testing. From the results of testing the CNN method that has been carried out, it is known that the level of accuracy in classifying objects reaches 98%.

Abstract

PT. Musim Mas is a business entity engaged in the processing of palm oil and soap in the city of Medan. In carrying out the processing, PT. Musim Mas uses several means of production. Every production tool used requires an electric motor to drive the tool, so PT. Musim Mas must provide stock of the electric motorbikes that will be used. In processing electric motor stock data, PT. Musim Mas still uses the manual method. Electric motor stock data is recorded and processed in a book by officers. In this way, the problem persists. Recording and processing data requires a significant investment of time and effort on the part of staff. The author conducted research to design an Android-based mobile information system that can be used to process and record electric motor stock. The waterfall method is used for system development, while the Kodular framework and Airtable database are used to build information systems. With this information system, it can help the warehouse staff of PT. Musim Mas in processing and recording as well as facilitate monitoring the stock of electric motor online via an Android smartphone.

Abstract

PT Telkom is a telecommunications service provider company in Indonesia that implements a customer-oriented business and operational strategy. One of the products offered by Telkom is IndiHome. IndiHome provides an application that can be used by customers to carry out all activities related to services to customers known as myIndiHome based on mobile. The facts were found through interviews with PT Telkom employees in the service department and pre-research questionnaires, some customers felt that the myIndiHome mobile application was difficult to use, boring, and not efficient. Then a user experience analysis was carried out to find out from the user's point of view the myIndiHome mobile application and it is hoped that it can provide benefits in the form of recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of the application. User experience analysis was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The measuring tool at UEQ uses Data Analysis Tools version 11 in excel format. The sample used in this study was 334 respondents using the myIndiHome mobile application in the city of Palembang. The results show that the Mean and Variance values get positive evaluations for all scales, whereas when compared with the dataset, the benchmark results show that there are three scales (attractiveness, precision, and stimulation) that get Above Average results while the other three scales (clarity, efficiency, and novelty) get Below Average results.

Abstract

The Cirebon City Youth and Sports Service (Dispora) is an autonomous implementing element in the field of sports. This field has a section that manages data on government and non-government activities in Cirebon City. One of them relates to information related to sports in the city of Cirebon. As part of the Cirebon City Youth and Sports Service, they do not yet have an adequate or dynamic financial reporting web, so this agency must develop a dynamic web-based information system to accommodate cash management. System development follows the Waterfall concept, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, implementation and maintenance. Data collection procedures were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The design of this website provides convenience in submitting financial reports to agencies.
