Abstract

Technology is growing rapidly and has covered almost all areas of life, one of which is education. The learning process at Yaperna Tuamese Elementary School is still experiencing problems in providing learning media and dealing with students who are left behind in material due to illness or activities outside of school. The learning process only uses textbooks in front of the classroom with so few book packages, so students feel bored and lazy to study. So while the concentration on students must be directed specifically at science subjects. Through an Android-based interactive multimedia learning application, students can explore the material independently. The designed media includes text, images, audio, and video to help teachers prepare learning media and maintain students' attention and concentration on lessons. Rapid Application Development (RAD) with 4D mode is the configuration method used. Through the results that have been tested, users feel more interested and more easily understand material with interactive multimedia than those who are used to using textbooks.

Abstract

E-commerce is a profitable opportunity for SMEs, particularly in the sale of household goods like clothing. SMEs' growth in e-commerce has been driven by theCovid-19 pandemic, leading to widespread adoption ofe-commerce systems. OvintLevint, a clothing store thatstarted during the pandemic, still relies on traditionalmarketing methods like word-of-mouthrecommendations. This hampers their growth andcompetitiveness against well-known brands, requiringsignificant investment and time to overcome. Currently, OvintLevint accepts both cash and non-cashtransactions, including transfers and WhatsApp-basedpayment proofs. However, there are frequent instancesof lost transaction receipts and income recording errors. To facilitate customers and OvintLevint, an Android system is being developed for online product purchases. Equipped with a payment gateway, this system aims tosimplify customer transactions. The development usesprototyping with the Flutter framework (Dart andjQuery) for frontend, and Laravel framework (PHP andBootstrap) for backend and web administrationservices. Research findings suggest that developing a clothing e-commerce application can streamline theordering process, transaction data processing, andenhance marketing efforts.

Abstract

Almost 70% of Indonesia's region is a body of water, so production of catch fish is increasing. Fish is one of the principal ingredients that most people consume. To meet the rapidly increasing demand of fish requires predictions of fish products that can help with effective planning and decision introduction. The aim of this study is to assess the quality of predictions and provide vital information for future fish production. Fuzzy c-means (FCM) is a technique that can be used to make such predictions using data on water quality, water temperature, and fish production. Analysis using fuzzy c-means means to predict fish production in the next few years. These predictions provide information on the future volume of fish production based on water quality and water temperature data. The results of this study indicate that the method can provide accurate predictions that could be useful for the production of ongoing fish.

Abstract

In October 2022 BPOM withdrew the circulation of syrup drugs and banned the public from using syrup drugs due to the increasing cases of kidney failure in children with a mortality rate of up to 59%. The phenomenon of mass death has caused psychological trauma that threatens. The purpose of this study was to find out how public comments on Twitter and Instagram social media regarding the prohibition of using syrup drugs by classifying emotions using the Naive Bayes algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection. The methodology used is the AI Project Cycle which consists of problem scoping, data acquisition, data exploration, modeling and evaluation. The amount of data in this study was 1213 comments with 381 surprised comments, 318 angry comments, 277 sad comments, 137 scared comments, and 100 happy comments. Happy and afraid comments have fewer comments than other emotions, so the imbalance dataset will be handled using SMOTE. The results of this study are to compare the classification results of the application of PSO and SMOTE to the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the best model. Based on the classification results, the Naive Bayes, PSO, and SMOTE models produced the highest accuracy values of 76.48%, with a recall value of 76.47%, a precision of 76.20%, and a fmeasure of 75.62%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 has accelerated the application and use of technology in universities. Various academic activities, such as learning, final project work, and UTS and UAS, were completed online. But unfortunately, supporting facilities such as digital libraries are needed as a source of reference and information that can store various material needs such as ebooks and modules that can be used for the learning process and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This is the basis for designing the Digital Library Information System to make it easier for lecturers and students to find the books and modules they need. This library information system is web-based and made with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages. The method used in the development of this digital library information system is the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) software approach. With the Informatics Digital Library, it is hoped that it can help students and lecturers find various references and information for the learning process.

Abstract

In the current technological era, several educational institutions' teacher attendance and payroll system uses manual recording in a book for each attendance and payroll. This research aims to design and build a teacher attendance and payroll system integrated with a database using radio frequency identification (RFID). This attendance and payroll system consists of several main components, namely E-KTP used as a substitute for ID cards and RFID readers used to read teacher attendance information. The attendance and payroll system has several features, namely, attendance and return scan page, attendance summary report and payroll report in form of salary report. The method used in this design is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The method provides much faster development and better results than the traditional cycle. The information system testing used is blackbox and whitebox testing. The results of implementing the Attendance & Remuneration Information System in SD Negeri 1 Permanu have shown that the system improves the attendance of teachers.

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of accounting information systems in the retail business, with a case study on CV. Mutiara Sejahtera. We use qualitative methods and development cycle systems to understand the needs and overcome the constraints in managing a financial company. With business growth, managing data receipts, transactions, and expenses becomes complicated. A more integrated accounting information system is implemented to record and process data more efficiently. This helps reduce human error and provides better financial reports. The results of the implementation of this new system provide benefits for CV. Mutiara Sejahtera. Finances are managed more efficiently, and more accurate reports help decision-making. Thus, the implementation of an integrated accounting information system has the potential to support business growth and build operational transparency.

Abstract

Earthquakes are natural phenomena that occur when the Earth's tectonic plates move and release energy. Big Data's emergent epistemological and research paradigms, as well as data science, an increasingly integrated field of data research, are opening up new opportunities. Visualizing earthquake data is all about understanding earthquake characteristics such as size, location and depth. The result show that September was the quietest month in terms of earthquakes, and in this graph we can see the number of earthquakes for each month in 2022. The month of October is the one that has the highest number of earthquakes. We can see the average depth and magnitude of each year on the bubble chart. In addition, the size and color of the bubbles indicate the number of earthquakes that month. In general, most of the earthquakes occurred in the shallow earthquake range and the 1.8-3.85 magnitude range.

Abstract

The payroll system at PT Cipta Kiyat Adijaya whose calculations have not been computerized will take a long time and cause difficulties in finding the history of calculating salaries. That is because there are several parameters used such as attendance recap and performance achievement obtained from the realization of the income and expenditure of each project. The distribution of payslips is also worried to be a wrong delivery because it is still being done by sending an email to each employee. This research will design an information system designed with UML, ERD, and interface so that it fits the system's needs. This website built using the PHP programming language so as to create a payroll system that can accommodate data, calculate, and distribute with computerized system. The personnel manager will find it easier to process payroll data accurately and quickly and from an employee perspective, it will be easier to access salary slips and their calculation history.

Abstract

In this modern era, of course, every good company has a company standard that greatly affects all operational and non-operational activities such as selling goods. PT Jomini Coco Internasional is a company that was established in 2013, PT Jomini Coco Internasional is a company engaged in charcoal briquettes. However, the current sales system at PT. Jomini coco Internasional still uses the conventional system because in the process of processing sales data and making reports still using computers in the form of standard applications, namely Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, recording customer documents still using record books and also stored in different computers so that it can cause problems. such as damage and loss of important documents. Therefore PT Jomini Coco Internasional requires a web-based information system that aims to manage data on sales of goods and can provide convenience for every user in accessing information on goods and managing data. The software development method used is using a prototype. This website-based Charcoal Briquette Sales Information System is expected to facilitate transactions and the preparation of useful reports for PT Jomini Coco Internasional.
