Abstract

Abstrak: Keterampilan berpikir historis menjadi keterampilan penting yang harus dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Melalui keterampilan berpikir historis, siswa didorong untuk melakukan penyelidikan historis melalui kegiatan mencari, menemukan, menganalisis, merekonstruksi, dan menggeneralisasi suatu peristiwa masa lalu. Ketersediaan sumber-sumber sejarah yang dapat digunakan sebagai infromasi dalam rekonstruksi masa lalu, sangat terkait dengan kegiatan investigasi sejarah. Namun, salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi siswa ketika belajar sejarah adalah kelangkaan bahan sejarah. Untuk meningkatkan kegiatan penelitian sejarah dan menumbuhkan pengembangan kemampuan berpikir sejarah, kita harus mengambil langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sumber sejarah salah satunya melalui pengembangan website museum . Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website museum sejarah sebagai salah satu pusat sumber sejarah yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh siswa guna meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir historis siswa. Metode penelitian pengembangan (R&D) digunakan untuk dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian adalah 180 Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas yang diambil dari 564 siswa SMA di Kota Pekanbaru melalui teknik purposive sampling. Tahap-tahap penelitian dibagi menjadi tahap analisis permasalahan dan pengembangan website, tahap penyusunan desaian website, dan tahap uji validaasi ahli, uji coba produk, uji validtas, dan reliabilitas, tahap uji efektivitas produk dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir historis. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi ahli, lembar uji coba produk, dan tes keterampilan berpikir historis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, penyebaran angket validasi ahli dan angket uji coba produk, serta tes keterampilan berpikir historis. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui uji statistic uji t untuk melihat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh website museum terhadap keterampilan berpikir historis peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Website Museum yang dikembangkan valid dan reliabel digunakan utuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir historis siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Website Museum memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan berpikir historis siswa yang dikonfirmasi oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05). Abstract: In the current virtual generation, there are many internet-based social media tools available, which are generally in the form of websites. This site can be used as a means of social networking interaction. One of the most popular social media in the world is Facebook. The business process with the media of information and communication technology and the Internet is known as e-trade, meaning that businesses that use digital space as a place for several companies to provide e-trade to display their business through the e-trade internet site, this encourages the creation of an electronic market called the e-trade market. . In increasing consumer buying interest and creating trust in the products provided in online stores or olshops, they usually use special strategies to achieve the olshop's goals. One of the strategies used is to increase personal branding. In the big Indonesian dictionary the word "Brand" means a name or brand. Brands are beneficial to both producers and consumers. For manufacturers, brands play an important role as a means of identification to facilitate the process of handling or tracking products for companies, especially in organizing inventory and accounting records. Also a form of legal protection against unique product features or aspects. Brands can get intellectual property protection. Marketing communications represent the “voice” of the company and its brand and are a means by which companies can establish dialogue and build relationships with consumers. Abstract

Abstract: The low skills of students in reading and analyzing historical sources are caused by social restrictions due to the covid-19 pandemic. So that activities outside of school such as historical field trips are abolished. Responding to this issue, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of using the Android-based Sang Nila Utama digital museum application on the skills of using primary source evidence for high school students in Pekanbaru City. Experimental research method with randomized pretest-posttest control group design is used as an approach in this study. The research subjects involved 96 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru City who were selected through proportional sampling technique. The research data were collected through the use of primary source evidence skill test sheets which were arranged based on the research objectives. The data analysis of the research results was carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach through the t-test statistical test to see the effect of giving treatment to the variable. The research findings show that there is a significant effect of using the Android-based Sang Nila Utama digital museum application on the skills of using primary source evidence of high school students in Pekanbaru City which is confirmed by the t-test significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05. The average posttest score between the control group and the experimental group showed a difference. So it was concluded that the use of the Android-based Sang Nila Utama digital museum application had a significant effect on students' primary source evidence use skills. Abstract

Abstract: Technological sophistication has a significant impact on its users, including entrepreneurs/businessmen. Through the use of technology, small, medium, and large entrepreneurs can promote their efforts to make it easy for consumers to understand. Luchio Recreation Park, for example, is a micro-enterprise that utilizes advanced technology in marketing its tourism. Through the Facebook and Instagram platforms, Luchio Recreation Park tours are able to attract the interest of visitors. For this reason, this study aims to find out how digital marketing through social media attracts visitors. This study used qualitative research methods. Research that focuses on the in-depth process of the interrelationship of phenomena studied by researchers. Determination of the sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling technique. The primary data was obtained directly from key entities or sources relevant to this research, namely from social media account managers and lachio recreation park owners. The secondary data that the researcher obtained was obtained through documentation in the form of promotional posts carried out. The instruments in the study were interview guides, recording equipment, portrait tools, and stationery. There are 3 data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model using 3 parts of the analysis that go hand in hand, namely; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that the strategies used in carrying out promotional activities through social media are in accordance with the 4C theory, namely context, communication, collaboration, and connection. In context, the Lachio theme park account pays attention to the quality of the content, both photos or videos as well captions , in communication, has the principle of always being open and friendly to comments submitted and honest, in collaboration Lachio theme park accounts work together with accounts entertainment and news information provider who has thousands of followers to be able to help promote shared content to expand reach and admin interacts with visitors to tag or mark Lachio recreation park, and on connection, admin @tamanrekreasilachio posts up to date every day. So, by implementing these 4 things, you can streamline the success of the Lachio Recreation Park in an effort to attract visitors through social media. Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the meaning of mental health motivation in the lyrics of the song Zero O'Clock. This study aims to focus on knowing how the meaning of mental health motivation is described in the lyrics of the song Zero O'Clock by BTS. To find out the representation of the meaning of mental health motivation in the song Zero O'Clock by BTS, the researchers used qualitative research methods. The data obtained were then analyzed using the semiotic approach of Roland Barthes' model by clarifying the terms in the lyrics of verse one to verse 4. The results showed that the song Zero O'Clock has the meaning of health motivation to entertain listeners and heal the mind according to their situation. At first everyone felt tired of their activities and felt left behind from others to the point of hating the world. However, at 00:00 is a new beginning, hopefully tomorrow will be happier and stop thinking about bad things. Pray and smile proudly for having a great day through a tough day. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi pemerintah desa Perkebunan Teluk Panji dalam mensosialisasikan vaksinasi covid-19. Program vaksinasi telah dimulai dan sedang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia termasuk di desa Perkebunan Teluk Panji. Banyaknya kabar hoax atau berita bohong mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 menjadi kendala dan tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah dalam menjalankan program vaksinasi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi komunikasi yang tepat dalam memberikan pemahaman yang benar kepada masyarak mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa kolaborasi antar stakeholder pemerintah desa, kepolisian, TNI, puskesmas, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh agama menjadi kunci kesuksesan pemerintah desa Perkebunan Teluk Panji dalam mensosialisasikan vaksinasi covid-19. Selain itu juga, pemilihan strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan efisien menjadi factor pendukung, khususnya mencerahkan dan memberikan pemahaman yang benar mengenai vaksin Covid-19 yang selama ini diberitakan secara bohong. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of Dalihan Na Tolu culture in Batak Mandailing marriage customs. Descriptive qualitative research was used as the research method. Research data were collected through interviews and literature studies from relevant materials. The data analysis method consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The research findings show that Dalihan Na Tolu culture has a strategic role in the Batak Mandailing wedding customs. The Dalihan Na Tolu Institution plays an important role in making decisions. The value system in Dalihan Na Tolu is used as a guide to be used to organize life in carrying out holong (love) between mora, kahanggi and anakboru. Dalihan Na Tolu, is a custom that can penetrate the barriers of religion/belief into a social unit. Dalihan Na Tolu has different positions and functions that can change (dynamically) according to the situation, condition and place. Therefore, the Mandailing people can always adapt if needed. Abstract: This research discusses the moral message contained the video clip Yura Yunita entitled Tutur Batin. This research focuses on knowing what are the moral messages contained in the video clip “Yura Yunita- Tutur batin". The research was to find out what the moral message conveyed in the video clip, researcher conduct qualitative methods and data obtained and then analyzed by Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic approach to determine the symbolic meaning of the moral message to be conveyed in the video clip. The results showed that in the video clip “Yura Yunita-Tutur batin " those are many moral messages that we can take lessons for ourselves, among others, in the first scene women must be brave and strong, in the second scene shows that do not feel discouraged and insecure, the fourth scene shows the moral message do not look at someone from the physical, and scene 5 to 7 there is a moral message that is not perfect is not a problem because every human being has their own uniqueness. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kesiapan pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi keuangan berbasis android “Si-Apik” pada pelaku usaha batik di Desa Klampar Kabupaten Pamekasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan meyebarkan kuisioner pada sampel pelaku UMKM batik. Desa klampar merupakan salah satu Desa yang ada di Kabupaten Pamekasan dan menjadi salah satu sentra batik andalan di Kabupaten Pamekasn dengan jumlah pengrajin mencapai 1300 orang selain itu terdapapt banyak komunitas dan kelompok yang ada di Desa Klampar dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada didalamnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pelaku UMKM batik di Desa Klampar Kabupaten Pamekasan bisa dikatakan siap dalam menggunakan aplikasi keuangan berbasis android hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari uji validitas dan reabilitas. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is the influence of instructional leadership, achievement motivation and quality of work life on teacher job satisfaction at Al-Washliyah vocational high school, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this study, Quantitative Method with the teacher population as the object in Vocational High Schools there are 68 people, the sample used is the entire number of teachers. The research instrument using a questionnaire has been tested for its validation and reliability. The results of this study are shown by the coefficient of determination (R square) = 74.0% and the remaining 26% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation Ŷ = 8.638+ 0.838 X1, which means that the increase is 0.838. The effect of achievement motivation on job satisfaction. indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.461% and the remaining 53.9% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation Ŷ = 8.638+ 0.290X2, which means an increase in value of 0.290. The results of simple regression analysis show the regression equation Ŷ= 8.638+0.309X3 which means that an increase of 0.309 There is a positive and significant influence of instructional leadership (X1), achievement motivation (X2), and quality of work life (X3) together on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = which means that Job Satisfaction jointly influences teacher performance by 63.0% and the remaining 37.0% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the equation Ŷ =8.638+ 0.838X1 + 0.290X2+0.309X3. Keywords: Instructional Leadership, Achievement Motivation, Quality of work life, Job Satisfaction
