Abstract

This study discusses the utilization of Temple Muara Takus as learning resources in learning history in high school Darmayudha.This research is qualitative research naturalistic. Research data obtained from students and high-school history teacher Darmayudha. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of data using triangulation techniques.The analysis of the data used is a model of interactive analysis models Miles and Huberman. Temple Muara Takus utilization as a source of learning gives a positive value for the students. Students become excited and active as well as raise awareness of the importance of students learning history. A visit to the Temple of Muara Takus students as a source of historical study has been hampered at the time of implementation, management and direct the students to focus on learning objectives in the field.

Abstract

This research aimed to create a guide module for learning outcome test based on High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) in lectures at the Departement of History Education at Universitas Riau in Penilaian Pembelajaran Sejarah course. The research method used in this research was research and development adopting 4-D (Four-D) development model. In this research, the development focused on the creation of a guide module for the preparation of learning outcomes instruments based on High Order Thinking Skills. The validation result from the material expert was 3.8 (very feasible) while the validation result from the language expert was 3.6 (very feasible), and the results of the module trial for students was 96.22 (very positive). Thus, the guide module was suitable to be utilized as teaching materials in Penilaian pembelajaran Sejarah course at the Deaprtment of History Education, Universitas Riau.

Abstract

Abstract: Kuala Terusan village is located on the banks of the Kampar river, Pangkalan Kerinci sub-district, Pelalawan district and is inhabited by 115 families who work as traditional fishermen as the main income with simple fishing gear, so their economic level is still below the poverty line. The number of health and education facilities is also a factor in changing the village economy. The research objectives: (1) To determine the educational condition of the fishing community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (2) This is to determine the health condition of the fishermen community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (3) This is to determine the working conditions of the fishing community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. (4) This is to determine the condition of the income of the fishermen family of the fishermen community after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The results of the research: Traditional Fishermen in Kuala Terusan Village are classified as below, this is due to the lack of supporting factors such as the lack of education, health and access facilities in Kuala Terusan Village. So that it hinders the economic changes of the fishing community, the socio-economic changes after the formation of the Pelalawan Regency government, namely the opening of access to the village make it easier for the fishing community to expand the place to sell their catch and the community can also access education and health facilities that do not exist in the village. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai kebudayaan dan tradisi. Kebudayaan dan tradisi yang ada di Indonesia memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu tradisi yang terdapat di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang sampai saat ini masih eksis keberadaannya yakni Pacu Sampan Leper . Tradisi Pacu Sampan leper ini merupakan tradisi yang lahir dari tengah-tengah masyarakat yang sejak dahulu selalu memanfaatkan transportasi air. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni adalah: Untuk mengetahui latar belakang festival pacu sampan leper di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam festival pacu sampan leper serta mengetahui upaya pelestarian festival pacu sampan leper di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Berawal dari masyarakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang sejak dahulu selalu memanfaatkan transportasi sampan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Namun kondisi alam Inhil yang setiap tahunnya mengalami kondisi pasang surut mengakibatkan sungai-sungai yang ada di Inhil menjadi kering dan menyulitkan menggunakan sampan ketika kondisi surut. Masyarakat yang sudah terbiasa dengan kondisi alam seperti itu membuat suatu inovasi dengan menciptakan suatu transportasi yang dapat digunakan ketika kondisi surut yakni sampan leper.

Abstract

Abstrak Cagar Budaya memiliki 5 kategori, dimana kategori tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap status cagar budaya, 5 kategori cagar budaya tersebut ialah: benda, bangunan, struktur, situs, dan kawasan. Berdasarkan kategori tersebut, maka Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru telah mengalami perubahan status cagar budaya berdasarkan kategorinya, yaitu dari bangunan cagar budaya menjadi struktur cagar budaya. Perubahan status Cagar Budaya Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru terjadi akibat adanya revitalisasi yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan fisik dari bangunan Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru. Revitalisasi Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru dilaksanakan pada tahun 2009. Penelitian ini membahas tentang (1) Latar belakang perubahan status Cagar Budaya Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru; (2) Peran pemangku kebijakan dalam merenovasi bangunan Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru; (3) Proses perubahan status Cagar Budaya Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru; (4) Perubahan Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru tahun 2009-2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian sejarah dengan metode deskriptif yaitu mendeskripsikan jawaban melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masjid Raya Senapelan Pekanbaru tetap berstatus cagar budaya yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2010 tentang cagar budaya. Abstract Cultural Conservation has 5 categories, where these categories can affect the status of cultural heritage, the 5 categories of cultural heritage are: objects, buildings, structures, sites, and areas. Based on these categories, the Pekanbaru Senapelan Grand Mosque has changed its cultural heritage status based on its category, namely from a cultural heritage building to a cultural heritage structure. Changes in the cultural heritage status of the Pekanbaru Senapelan Grand Mosque occurred due to the revitalization which resulted in physical changes to the Senapelan Pekanbaru Grand Mosque building. The revitalization of the Great Mosque of Senapelan Pekanbaru was carried out in 2009. This study discusses (1) the background of the change in the status of the Cultural Conservation of the Great Mosque of Senapelan Pekanbaru; (2) The role of policy makers in renovating the Senapelan Mosque, Pekanbaru; (3) The process of changing the status of the Cultural Conservation of the Senapelan Great Mosque of Pekanbaru; (4) Changes to the Pekanbaru Senapelan Grand Mosque in 2009-2017. This type of research is historical research with descriptive method, namely describing answers through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Pekanbaru Senapelan Grand Mosque remains a cultural heritage protected by Law No. 11 of 2010 concerning cultural heritage.

Abstract

The ideal learning process is a student-oriented and not boring learning process. The problems identified in history learning are the low active participation of students to be involved in learning activities and the stigma of students stating that history learning tends to be boring. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of collaborative discussion and question and answer methods in learning compared to the lecture method. This research is a quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at the Bahlum Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Siak in July 2020. The subjects of this research were female class XI students as experimental class students and female class XII students as control classes. The data collection instrument used was an observation sheet for learning activities. The results of this study indicate that collaborative discussion and question and answer methods are more effective in increasing student participation in the learning process than the lecture method.

Abstract

Pela Gandong local wisdom has played a significant role as a media for Ambon conflict resolution. The existence of dialogue and communication based on Pela Gandong culture can bring mutually battling parties to achieve peace. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to describe how SMPN 4 Salahutu Liang Central Maluku with 100% Muslim students also, SMPN 9 Ambon City with 99% of their Christian/Catholic students in implementing Panas Pela of Education as the transmission of Pela Gandong culture as an implementation of the Ambon City Regional Medium-term Development Plan (RPJMD). Panas Pela of education is an assemblage of students with different religions tore-warm the sibling relationship (Pela Gandong). This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection is done by participatory observation, literature study, document analysis, and interviews. The results showed that the Panas Pela of Education activity on January 29, 2018, had succeeded in transmitting Pela Gandong culture to students to maintain peace. It can be seen by student’s ability from both schools to blend in with one another without segregation and together celebrate the Panas Pela of Education. It is expected that the field of education implementing Panas Pela of Education sustainably. It will surely be successful because the local wisdom of the Pela Gandong has been integrated into the Ambon City Local Government Medium-term Development Plan (RPJMD).

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil analisis kompetensi dasar esensial mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia di masa kurikulum darurat berdasarkan asas UKRK (Urgensi, Kontinuitas, Relevansi, Keterpakaian). Silabus yang digunakan oleh guru sejarah Indonesia di awal masa pandemi dan transisi pasca dikeluarkannya Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik No 719/P Tahun 2020 masih menggunakan silabus yang dibuat pada masa kondisi sebelum Covid-19. Akibatnya, pembelajaran sejarah Indonesia yang bersumber dari silabus menjadi tidak relevan dengan kondisi saat ini. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpalan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Dasar (KD) yang terdapat pada silabus sebelumnya adalah kumpulan KD yang dibuat dengan kondisi kehidupan normal. Pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa pola pembelajaran yang awalnya di kelas berubah menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Sehingga, KD pada silabus kondisi normal masih tetap digunakan maka hal ini tidak relevan dan sangat menyulitkan peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan hasil analisis KD esensial pada mata pelajaran sejarah wajib. Sehingga dapat dipergunakan oleh guru sejarah di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract: Today, mass media development is growing rapidly, this can be seen in the variety of choices for people to get news, entertainment and knowledge. One of the growing mass media is television. Television plays a very important role in development. The purpose of this document is: To understand the initial process of the formation and development of the Riau Kepri Station of the Television Republic of Indonesia (TVRI) and the role of the Riau Kepri Station of the Television Republic of Indonesia (TVRI) as a mass media in development. Province of Riau in the field of Social and Economic, Education and Culture. The research method that will be used in this research is the historical method. The television era in Riau province started since 1977 when the TVRI Relay Station Tower was built at that time. The development of TVRI Riau Kepri Station began to appear in 1999, where in 1999 TVRI Riau Station was able to broadcast locally for the first time, exactly in January. The role of TVRI Riau Kepri Station served as a tool used to disseminate information about the public's development. in the province of Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi generasi muda suku Batak terhadap tradisi martarombo di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kota Pekanbaru. Tradisi Martarombo merupakan salah satu tradisi suku Batak yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekerabatan antar suku Batak. Sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi masyarakat suku Batak untuk mengetahui silsilahnya agar mengetahui letak hubungan kekerabatan dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 500 generasi muda suku Batak yang merupakam amggota dari setiap organisasi marga yang ada di Kelurahan Simpang Baru, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik kuota yaitu 10% dari 500, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara insidental (kebetulan). Selain itu dilakukan wawancara kepada setiap ketua Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) organisasi marga yang ada di Kelurahan Simpang Baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa generasi muda suku Batak di Kelurahan Simpang Baru dengan pemahaman baik ada 8 orang, berpemahaman sedang dengan jumlah 36 orang, berpemahaman buruk 6 orang. Sementara generasi muda yang berpenerapan baik ada 10 orang, yang berpenerapan sedang ada 31 orang, yang berpenerapan buruk ada 9 orang, dan generasi muda yang berpersepsi baik ada 10 orang, berpersepsi sedang ada 29 orang dan yang berpersepsi buruk ada 11 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini, kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu responden setuju dengan adanya pelaksanaan tradisi martarombo di perantauan, selain pelestarian budaya melalui tradisi ini juga dapat memperkuat hubungan persaudaraan dengan sesama. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Tradisi martarombo, Suku Batak
