<![CDATA[Background: Emergency is a clinical condition of patients who need immediate medical treatment. Response time is the alacrity in treating the patients done by health workers from patients' arrival at the hospital to patients treatment. Response time with standardized treatment alacrity can be a good process of service so the patients will be satisfied.Aim: To find out the correlation between the response time of Emergency Department service and patients' satisfaction level in Wijayakusuma Hospital of Purwokerto.Method: This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional observational design. The 94 samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire and response time observation sheets and analyzed using the Sommersd test.Results: The results from the response time of Emergency Department service of Wijayakusuma Hospital of Purwokerto were fast (81.9%) and slow (18.1%).The patients' satisfaction level showed very satisfied (81.9%), satisfied (6.4%), and not satisfied (11.7%) toward the Emergency Department service. The analysis results between response time and satisfaction level using the Sommersd test showed sig value was 0.001 (p 0.05) and the coefficient correlation value was 0.654 which meant there was a correlation between the response time of the Emergency Department service and patients' satisfaction level with strong correlation power.Conclusion: There was a correlation between the response time of Emergency Department service and patients' satisfaction level with strong correlation power.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective: To examine the correlation between stress levels and sleep patterns in seventh semester undergraduate students of the Faculty of Health Sciences. Method: This study conducted using quantitative non-experimental research with descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 204. Results: The stress level of the seventh semester students at the Faculty of Health Sciences was in the moderate category (84.3). However, the sleep pattern was considered poor (90.7). Chi square test results showed that the correlation between stress levels and sleep patterns was p (0.001). Conclusion: There is a correlation between stress level and sleep pattern of nursing students of the Faculty of Health Science. ]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that occur in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition. Chronic malnutrition is closely related to the ineffectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding, poor parenting, especially the behavior of mothers in feeding toddlers, this is because mothers have a major role, especially in choosing and preparing food to be consumed by toddlers. The phenomenon that occurred at the Posyandu Anggrek, Mulyorejo, Surabaya, was found that some children had a height that was not suitable for their age and some parents only gave formula milk when the child did not want to eat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, parental behavior in feeding toddlers with stunting. The study design uses a cross-sectional design. Respondents were 22 mothers in Posyandu Anggrek 2, Mulyorejo Subdistrict, Surabaya, who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Stunting in toddlers is assessed based on z-score Height/ Age. Exclusive breastfeeding was assessed using a questionnaire. Maternal behavior in feeding is measured using the Parental Feeding Behaviors Questionnaire (PFBQ) questionnaire. Fisher's Exact Test statistic test results show there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and parental behavior in feeding children with stunting in children aged 1-3 years (p = 0.002; p = 0.015). Exclusive breastfeeding and proper feeding behavior are important to prevent stunting in children.]]>

<![CDATA[Quantitative descriptive research using cross sectional design. The population was 96 and the sample was 74 students, taken by cluster sampling techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi square statistical tests.The results showed that the majority of respondents were 16 years old (45.9%). Most of the respondents were male (54.1%). Most of them were interested in the opposite sex (51.4%). There were 56.8% of respondents who had a good parents role. There were 59.5% of respondents who had good knowledge of reproductive health. There were 20.3% of respondents who got bad pre-marital sexual behavior. There is a relationship between the role of parents (p-value = 0,0001) and reproductive health knowledge (p-value = 0,0001) with pre-marital sexual behavior of students in senior high schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Online gaming has become a necessity for many teenagers to divert most of their time into playing online games. One of the negative effects of the diversion affects the coping strategies used by someone who plays online games in dealing with problems. Objective: To find out the coping strategy is for students who play online games at the Faculty of Health and Science of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Method: This is a quantitative research using descriptive analysis method. The population is 80 students who use online games at the Faculty of Health and Science of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Total sampling technique is used as the sampling method with a sample size of 80. The univariate analysis is used to analyze the data. Results: Respondents are mostly 19 years old on average. There are 43 female respondents and 37 male respondents. Based on the frequency of playing online games, there are 43 students with low category, 24 students in medium category, 12 students in high category, and one student in very high category. Based on the data of coping strategies used by respondents, there are 71 students using the type of problem-focused coping strategies and 9 students using the type of Emotion-focused coping strategies. Conclusion: There are 71 students using the type of problem-focused coping strategies and 9 students using the type of Emotion-focused coping strategies.Keywords: coping strategies, playing online games]]>

<![CDATA[Background: Â Disability prevalence in the elderly in Indonesia as much as 1.6% experienced total dependence, 1% experienced heavy dependence, 74.3% were able to carry out independent activities, 22% could only do light activities, and 11% were able to carry out moderate activities. Results obtained in Central Java province 1.8% experienced total dependence, 1% experienced severe dependence.Objective: Analyze the relationship between the need for sleep and physical activity in the elderly at the Bhakti Surakarta Dharma Nursing Home. Method: This type of research is quantitative, with an observational analytic method with a cross sectional design, sampling using the purpose sample method with a sample of 44 respondents with a research instrument using a GPAQ (Global physical activity questionnaire) from physical activity. This data analysis uses Fisher Test. Results: Statistical test results on respondents showed Ïvalue (0.018) <0.05, so that there was a significant relationship between the need for sleep and physical activity. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the need for sleep and physical activity in the elderly at the Surakarta Darma Bhakti Nursing Home.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of counseling during Antenatal care (ANC) on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy in the Kapasa health center coverage area. Methods: In this study, using a pre-experimental design design with the One Group Pre test and Post test approach and using purposive sampling research techniques. The number of samples is 16 people. The sampling technique uses the Federer formula. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire, data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using distribution tabels and Wilcoxon statistical test with 95% confidence degrees. Results: The results showed that the results of the Wilcoxon test for knowledge obtained p value = 0.011 which means that there is an effect of counseling on knowledge of pregnant women. And the Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0.025, which means there is an effect of counseling on the attitude of pregnant women. Conclusion: there is an effect of counseling during antenatal care on attitudes of pregnant women.]]>

One cause of improvement is poor sleep quality. If adequate sleep is obstructed, it can cause accidents. The phenomenon of online motorcycle taxi in the era of application-based globalization meets the most in every place. The collection of motorcycle taxi drivers where they are 24 hours on the road is what causes the online motorcycle taxi drivers to sleep less.Objective: The general objective in this research is to study the relationship of work duration with sleep quality on online motorcycle taxi.Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive study using cross sectional method. The sample of this study was an online motorbike rider which was put forward by researchers as many as 50 riders with sequential sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire sheet.Results: The sex characteristics of the respondents were mostly 47 male respondents (86.0%). The age characteristics of most of the early adults were 36 respondents (72.0%). Most of the high school education is 29 respondents (48.0%). 74.0% online motorcycle taxi drivers have poor sleep quality. Meanwhile, on the characteristics of the duration of work, it shows that the majority of online motorcycle taxi drivers work> 15 hours / 3 days (74.0%) of respondents. The results of the analysis of work duration variables with sleep quality indicate a significant relationship, with a p value = 0,000.Conclusion: There is a relationship between the duration of work and the quality of sleep at an online motorcycle taxi.Keywords: Duration of work, quality of sleep]]>

<![CDATA[Background: According to data compiled from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017, Central Java ranks third with the highest diarrhea cases in all of Indonesia with 911,901 patients. Moreover, based on the data from the Banyumas Health Profile (2018), diarrhea cases reached 36,696 cases and the sub-district with the most diarrhea cases was Jatilawang sub-district with 1,483 cases. Objective: To determine the correlation between the application of PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat), a term used to describe clean and healthy living behaviour, in the household o and the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers in the service area of Jatilawang Community Health Care Center. Method: the method used in this study was descriptive-analytic with case-control approach. Purposive sampling technique was applied in this study in which there were as many as 26 respondents that complemented with the inclusion and exclusion criteria applied. The research instrument used in this study were questionnaire sheets and observational sheets. The data collected in this study were then analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: This result of the study showed that there was a relationship between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of the household order and the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Jatilawang Public Health Center working area with a value of 0.005 (p value 0.05) and an odd ratio value (OR) = 12.375 with CI value = 1,828-83,767 Conclusion: There is a correlation between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of the household order and the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers in the service area of Jatilawang Public Health Center.Keywords: Application of PHBS household order, the incidence of diarrhea, toddlers]]>

<![CDATA[Objective: To determine the correlation between the role of parental supervision and gadget addiction with the ability of social interaction in school-age children in SD Negeri 1 Pamijen Sokaraja. ABSTRACTMethod: It was a quantitative study by using descriptive correlative with a cross-sectional study design. The populations were the students in grades 4, 5, and 6 of SD Negeri 1 Pamijen Sokaraja. The total samples were 46 students. They were collected by using a cluster sampling technique. The data were collected by using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. Results: The analysis showed that the role of parental supervision was related to the ability of social interaction with a p-value of 0.000 and the gadget addiction was related to the ability of social interaction with a p-value of 0.012. Conclusion: There was a relationship between the role of parental supervision and gadget addiction with the ability of social interaction in school-age children in SD Negeri 1 Pamijen Sokaraja.]]>
