Abstract

Background: Online gaming has become a necessity for many teenagers to divert most of their time into playing online games. One of the negative effects of the diversion affects the coping strategies used by someone who plays online games in dealing with problems. Objective: To find out the coping strategy is for students who play online games at the Faculty of Health and Science of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Method: This is a quantitative research using descriptive analysis method. The population is 80 students who use online games at the Faculty of Health and Science of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Total sampling technique is used as the sampling method with a sample size of 80. The univariate analysis is used to analyze the data. Results: Respondents are mostly 19 years old on average. There are 43 female respondents and 37 male respondents. Based on the frequency of playing online games, there are 43 students with low category, 24 students in medium category, 12 students in high category, and one student in very high category. Based on the data of coping strategies used by respondents, there are 71 students using the type of problem-focused coping strategies and 9 students using the type of Emotion-focused coping strategies. Conclusion: There are 71 students using the type of problem-focused coping strategies and 9 students using the type of Emotion-focused coping strategies.Keywords: coping strategies, playing online games

Abstract

Sirkumsisi merupakan intervensi medis yang diwajibkan oleh sebagian ulama khususnya untuk muslim laki-laki. Di Indonesia sirkumsisi biasanya dilakukan ketika anak berusia 5-12 tahun. Prosedur sirkumsisi dengan cara pemotongan kulit penis, sering kali menjadi hal yang menakutkan bagi anak-anak sehingga mempengaruhi kesehatan jiwa seperti kecemasan. Kecemasan pada anak dapat diatasi dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya adalah dengan intervensi psikoedukasi yang berbasis spiritual. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual terhadap kecemasan anak presirkumsisi. Desain penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelompok, responden sebanyak 32 anak, alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner SCARED. Skor kecemasan sebelum dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok kontrol adalah 63,14 dan kelompok intervensi 65,94 dan skor kecemasan setelah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok control 66,03 dan kelompok intervensi 57,58. Hasil uji t-independent didapatkan p value 0,0001, maknanya terdapat pengaruh intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual terhadap kecemasan responden. Kecemasan  pada anak yang akan dilakukan tindakan medis jika tidak diatasi dapat menyebabkan masalah psikologis yang berkepanjangan, salah satu untuk mengatasi kecemasan tersebut adalah dengan intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual, hal tersebut merupakan koping yang adaptif karena responden mampu memahami dan menerima rasa sakitnya dengan mindset secara spiritual. Psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual dapat menurunkan skor kecemasan responden. Kata kunci: Psikoedukasi, sirkumsisi, spiritual. Abstract The effect of spiritually based psychoeducation interventions on preschool-related children's anxiety. Circumcision is a medical intervention that is required by some Ulama especially for male Muslims. In Indonesia circumcision is usually done when children are 5-12 years old. The procedure of circumcision by cutting the skin of the penis, often becomes a frightening thing for children that affects mental health such as anxiety. Anxiety in children can be overcome by various methods, one of which is psychoeducation based on spiritual intervention. Objective to determine the effect of spiritually based psychoeducation interventions on preschool-related children's anxiety. The design of the study was quasi-experimental using two groups, respondents are 32 children, measuring instruments using the SCARED questionnaire. Anxiety score before intervention in the control group was 63.14 and the intervention group 65.94 and anxiety scores after intervention in the 66.03 control group and intervention group 57.58. The independent t-test results obtained p value 0,0001, meaning there is an effect of spiritual-based psychoeducation intervention on respondents' anxiety. Anxiety in children can cause prolonged psychological problems, one of which is to handle these anxiety with a spiritually based psychoeducation intervention, this is adaptive coping because respondents are able to understand and accept the pain with a mindset spiritual. Conclusion: Spiritual based psychoeducation can reduce respondents' anxiety scores. Keywords: circumcision, psychoeducation, spiritual.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the mental health of the elderly before and after the COVID-19 outbreak using a qualitative approach. Ten elderly people volunteered to participate in offline semi-structured interviews. The data was analyzed using the interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) technique. The results of our study mentioned the differences in the mental health of the elderly during the COVID-19 outbreak and after the COVID-19 outbreak. The elderly felt the difference in emotional terms, such as being more relieved and happier because activities returned to normal. The elderly feel calmer when using religion as religious coping to overcome psychological problems that arise during the COVID-19 outbreak. During the COVID-19 outbreak, elderly people still working also feel the impact on the family's economy, which compounds the problem. Excessive coverage on social media also helped make the elderly more afraid of COVID-19. The study's results can help improve older people's mental health after COVID-19 by understanding their experiences and finding good ways to cope. It suggests that future research should look at specific ways to support older people's mental health, taking into account their special challenges and the role of social media in causing fear and worry about COVID-19.

Abstract

Tingginya prevalensi gangguan jiwa salah satunya akibat stigma negative yang melekat pada masyarakat terhadap ODGJ. Perlu berbagai upaya menangani masalah tersebut, antara lain dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, salah satu yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah dengan pembentukan kader kesehatan jiwa. Meskipun sudah mendapatkan bekal pelatihan, akan tetapi kader masih memiliki stigma negative. Perlu metode mengatasi masalah tersebut, salah satunya dengan program pembelajaran direct contact challenge. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 72 orang. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Emphaty Toward the Mentally Ill Scale dan kuesioner Community Attitudes Toward the Mentally Ill Scale (CAMI). Analisa data yang dilakukan adalah paired-sample t test. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat perngaruh direct contact challenge pada stigma kader terhadap ODGJ dengan p value 0,0001 dan pada empati kader dengan p value 0,0001. Kesimpulan direct contact challenge efektif untuk menurunkan stigma negative dan meningkatkan empati terhadap ODGJ.

Abstract

Detection of mental health in children and adolescents is essential for the next stage of growth and development, this is done to prevent and minimize disturbances so that when children and adolescents face problems, they can survive. The study aimed to determine the effect of health education using “Module on Mental Health for Children and Adolescents” media on the mental health knowledge of Health Cadres In Suro Village. This study used a pre-experimental design, one group pretest, and a posttest involving 40 health cadres in Suro Village in 2022. The total sampling technique was used because the population was less than 100. Data were collected using mental health knowledge questionnaires tested for validity and reliability by researchers. Univariate analysis was used to describe the characteristics of health cadres, and knowledge of cadres before and after health education. In contrast, bivariate analysis was conducted to determine health education’s effect on increasing knowledge of health cadres using the mental health module. The results showed that the majority of cadres were 25-36 years old (37.5%), the last education was junior high school (47,5%), they were housewives (70%), and the length of service as cadres was 1-10 years (60%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained a p-value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that there was a significant change in the level of knowledge after health education was carried out.  “Module on Mental Health for Children and Adolescents” can be used to increase mental health knowledge among Health Cadres.

Abstract

Gangguan emosional merupakan kondisi kesehatan yang mempengaruhi pikiran, perasaan dan suasana hati.Gangguan emosional, seperti kecemasan depresi, stress, sering dialami kader desa akibat peran ganda yang meningkatkan beban kerja. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah ini, terapi mindfulness dapat menjadi solusi efektif. Terapi mindfulness adalah terapi yang menekankan pemfokusan pada peristiwa yang terjadi disini dan sekarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi mindfulness terhadap skor gangguan emosional dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest dengan subjek penelitian kader desa Tlahab Lor yang terdiri dari 35 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Peneliti menggunakan kuisioner Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) yang terdiri dari 42 item. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Analisis data meliputi uji univariat dan bivariat. Uji bivariat menggunakan uji paired t-test untuk data yang berdistribusi normal, serta uji wilcoxon untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan adanya pengaruh terapi mindfulness pada variabel gangguan emosional dan keterampilan kader dinilai peneliti, keterampilan kader dinilai kader didapatkan hasil dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,005 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh dalam penurunan skor ganguan emosional, keterampilan kader dinilai peneliti, dan keterampilan kader dinilai kader. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi mindfulness berpengaruh pada gangguan emosional dan keterampilan kader di desa Tlahab lor Kabupaten Purbalingga.

Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang:Postpartum adalah masa setelah plasenta lahir sampai organ kandungan kembali pada keadaan sebelum hamil. Pospartum dengan kelahiran bayi BBLR akan meningkatkan risiko depresi postpartum, terutama pada bayi yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan dan harus dirawat terpisah dengan ibu. Diperlukan ilmu pengetahuan tentang faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan gejala depresi pada ibu postpartum.Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko depresi postpartum dengan BBLR di ruang perinatologi RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo (RSMS)Metode:Desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum yang melahirkan bayi BBLR dirawat di ruang perinatology dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Consecutive Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Ruang perinatology. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Kuesioner EPDS, Efikasi Diri dan dukungan keluarga. Menggunakan uji statistic Chi ScuareHasil Penelitian:Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p value usia (p=0,537), status pekerjaan (p=0,598), pendapatan (p=0,444), paritas (p=0.105), riwayat obstetri (p=0,020) Pendidikan (p=0,017), dukungan keluarga (p=0.037) dan efikasi diri (p=0,024)Kesimpulan:Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, status pekerjaan, pendapatan, paritas dengan risiko depresi postpartum, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Pendidikan, dukungan keluarga, Riwayat obstetri, efikasi diri dengan risiko depresi postpartum.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Elderly individuals often experience both primary and secondary hypertension, with primary hypertension leading to stress, a significant factor in hypertension. In addition to stress, hypertensive patients also suffer from poor sleep quality. Unmanaged stress and poor sleep quality can exacerbate hypertension, thus necessitating a health program specifically designed for elderly hypertensive patients. To determine the effects of Sehat Hari Ini Ceria Masa Tua (Healthy Today, Happy at Old Age) SEHARI CERMAT program on sleep quality and stress levels in elderly hypertensive patients in Cijati Village, Cimanggu District. This quantitative study employs a descriptive correlational design with a pre-experimental approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using paired sample t-tests. 144 (55.2%) students have a moderate level of Health responsibility aspect, in the physical activity aspect, most students (152 students or 58.2%) were categorized in the moderate category. Moreover, in the nutritional eating pattern aspect, 132 students (51.3%) were in the moderate category, and the majority of students are in the good category of spiritual development, 136 students (52.1%). In the interpersonal relationship aspect, students (112 students or 42.9%) are mainly in the good category, and 133 students (51%) have stress management aspects in the moderate category. The results showed that the healthy lifestyle of SMP N 3 Pangkah students with an average score of 2,560,20.  The SEHARI CERMAT program effectively improves sleep quality and reduces stress levels in elderly hypertensive patients. Keywords: Hypertension, Sleep Quality, Elderly, SEHARI CERMAT, Stress.  ABSTRAK Lanjut usia mengalami penyakit hipertensi sekunder dan primer dimana hipertensi primer menyebabkan stress yang termasuk faktor utama penyebab hipertensi. Selain mengalami stress penderita hipertensi juga mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk. Stress dan kualitas tidur yang tidak diatasi akan menyebabkan memberatnya hipertensi, maka hal ini perlu diatasi dengan program Kesehatan untuk penderita hipertensi pada lansia. Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Program Sehari Cermat terhadap kualitas tidur dan tingkat stres pada lansia penderita hipertensi di Desa Cijati Kecamatan Cimanggu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskripsi kolerasi dengan pendekatan pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan One Grup Pretest and Posttest design. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran Kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan paired simple T test. Mayoritas usia responden adalah 60-70 tahun sebanyak 25 orang(60%) dengan jenis kelamin mayoritas Perempuan sebanyak 22 orang (52%). Nilai rata-rata stres pada lansia sebelum  dilakukan intervensi adalah 30.98 setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah 9.28. Nilai rata-rata kualitas tidur lansia sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah 23.10 setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah 5.65. berdasarkan uji statistik dengan Uji Paired Sample T test didapatkan hasil setelah diberikan intervensi tingkat stres nilai Sig 2-tiled adalah 0.000<0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh dari program sehari cermat tergadap tingkat stres pada lanisa hipertensi. Hasil uji statistik dengan Paired Sampel T Test setelah diberikan intervensi kualitas tidur didapatkan nilai Sig 2-tiled 0.000<0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh dari program sehari cermat terhadap kualitas tidur pada lansia hipertensi. Program sehari Cermat efektif meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia dan efektif menurunkan tingkat stres lansia.  Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Kualitas Tidur, Lansia, Sehari Cermat, Stres.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A preliminary study conducted at the Dharmo Yuwono Orphanage for Orphans and Abandoned Children revealed that 30 children reside in the orphanage, many lacking a sense of belonging. A survey conducted by the researcher on January 9, 2024, showed that 2 children had a high sense of belonging, 4 had a moderate sense of belonging, and 4 had a low sense of belonging. Many children appeared isolated and unwilling to interact with others. This study aims to determine whether the traditional game Ular Naga affects the sense of belonging among children at the Dharmo Yuwono Orphanage for Orphans and Abandoned Children. This research employed a pre-experimental design using a non-randomized pre-post test without a control group design and paired sample t-test technique. A total sampling technique was used to select 30 orphanage children as the sample. The data were collected using the Sense of Belonging Instrument (SOBI) questionnaire. The score before the intervention was 66.97, and after the intervention, it was 23.77, indicating a difference of 43.20. The paired sample t-test results showed a mean difference of 43.20 with a standard deviation of 8.77. The significance level of the results was 0.000 0.05, indicating that the Ular Naga game significantly affected the sense of belonging among orphanage children. The traditional game Ular Naga significantly influences the sense of belonging among children at the Dharmo Yuwono Orphanage for Orphans and Abandoned Children. Keywords: Ular Naga Game, Sense of Belonging  ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di panti asuhan Yatim Piatu dan Terlantar Dharmo Yuwono terdapat ada 30 anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan dan terdapat anak-anak yang terlantar dan kurang sense of belonging.  Hasil survei yang telah dilakukan peneliti pada tanggal 9 Januari 2024, menunjukkan 2 anak mengalami rasa memiliki yang tinggi, 4 anak mengalami rasa memiliki yang sedang dan 4 anak mengalami rasa memiliki yang rendah. Banyak anak-anak yang terlihat menyendiri dan tidak mau berbaur dengan teman lainnya. Peneliti ingin mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari permainan tradisional ular naga terhadap sense of belonging anak Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu dan Terlantar Dharmo Yuwono. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre eksperiment dengan desain penelitian non randomized pre-post test without control group design dan Teknik paried sampel t test. Sampel yang di ambil dengan teknik total sampling 30 anak panti asuhan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner SOBI. Skor sebelum intervensi adalah 66,97 dan setelah intervensi adalah 23,77, atau terdapat perbedaan sebesar 43,200. hasil uji t test sampel berpasangan yang diperoleh setelah diberikan intervensi rasa memiliki, diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 43,200 dan standar deviasi sebesar 8,771. Tingkat signifikansi hasil sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa permainan ular naga berpengaruh terhadap rasa memiliki anak panti asuhan. Ada pengaruh permainan tradisional ular naga terhadap sense of belonging anak Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu dan Terlantar Dharmo Yuwono. Kata Kunci: Permainan Ular Naga, Sense of Belonging

Abstract

Self-injury expectancy are a type of violent behavior as a way to vent emotions, where the goal of the self-injury actions is only to injure himself in order to channel his emotions, not to end his life. Butterfly Hug relaxation therapy and Progressive Muscle Relaxation are the therapies used for intervention in this research which have the benefit of stabilizing emotions, reducing tension in the body's muscles and relaxing the body more. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Butterfly Hug and Progressive Muscle Relaxation relaxation therapy on self-injury expectancy in SMK HKTI 1 Purwareja Klampok students. The method used in this study used a quantitative pre-experimental one grup research method using a pretest-posttest design with a total sampling of 65 respondents with several predetermined criteria. The results showed that there was a difference before and after the intervention was given with an average score, before the intervention was 70.20 and after the intervention increased to 53.40 using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (respondents 65) and the p-value was 0.80 so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. In addition, a paired t-test has been conducted showing the effect of butterfly hug and progressive muscle relaxation therapy on nonsuicidal self-injurybehavior with a p-value of 0.001 where this value is less than <0.05. In this study, butterfly hug and progressive muscle relaxation therapy have an effect on overcoming self-injuryin vocational high school students who experience self-injurybehavior. Through this technique, students can channel pent-up emotions that result in self-injurybehavior, so that they can stabilize their emotions again.
