Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of teacher professionalism in MTsN 1 in Serang Regency through an increase in professional and pedagogical competencies. This research was carried out in the Serang District 1 MTsN. The research methodology uses qualitative studies with a field research approach that attempts to research or make observations and jump directly in the field. Research on the development of teacher professionalism in Serang District 1 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri is not only enough with theoretical studies but it needs direct research to the location studied, known as observation using a systematic approach. While the speakers who can be used as resource persons include the head of The Madrasa and all Madrasa teachers. Based on the results of the research the development of teacher professionalism through competency and pedagogical improvement can be done in a way, namely: First: Pedagogic Ability; Ability to Understand Students, Ability to Design Learning, Ability to Implement Learning Processes, Ability to Assess Processes and Results, and Ability to Develop Potential Students. Second: Professional Ability; can be described by the ability to master the field of study seen from the educational background of teachers who have academic qualifications and teaching teachers in accordance with their expertise and majors, and have the ability and understanding of students, the ability to master educational learning through the ability to understand the types of subjects, organizing the subjects and utilize learning resources.Keywords: teacher professionalism, professionalism, pedagogy, teacher performance

Abstract

This research to analyze teacher professional competencies in schools that are associated with management of school principals, teachers work motivation and ability of teacher in teaching. This research uses quantitative analysis, because wants to get the magnitude of the relationship that has the management of school principals, teachers 'work motivation and teacher's teaching ability to teachers' professional competencies in schools. Research data analyzed using correlation and regression analysis, data collected using questionnaires in the form of instruments relating to the four research variables, the instrument was prepared using a Likert scale. The results of the study it was found that the management of school principals' coaching had a positive and significant relationship to the teacher's professional competence, as well as the teacher's work motivation and the teacher's teaching ability. Increasing the professional competence of teachers will contribute greatly to the implementation of learning activities in schools, teachers who have professional competence will have a high dedication to their duties and responsibilities as an educator, for that special handling is needed in an effort to improve and improve teacher professional competence with provide good management of guidance from the principal, provide and increase motivation in work and provide training and education to improve the ability to teach teachers in schools. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the factors that are at the root of the problem in increasing quality of madrasa graduates, and 2) to find out strategies in improving the quality of graduates at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. The method used in this study is qualitative. This research was conducted at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang. This research in collecting data using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations. The results of this study are 1) factors that cause the low quality of madrasah graduates, namely material, tools (facilities and infrastructure), learning methods, and man (human resources); and 2) The strategies formulated to improve the quality of graduates at the MA Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang are, providing training in making teaching materials and learning media, setting the time for appropriate learning and teaching activities, utilizing library space for learning, procuring and repairing damaged teaching aids, maximamizing madrasah’s wifi usage, provision of teacher training to develop varied learning methods and according to student needs, provision of training on leisure hours guided by teachers who have mastered information technology, and provision of teacher training for the development of syllabi. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the ability to memorize the Qur'an Hadith through the SAVI learning model. This study uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles consisting of three stages, namely: design (planning), action (implementation) and reflection. The target of this study was class VIII students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Meulaboh, West Aceh. The research subjects in this study were 30 students who took part in the Al-Hadith study. The research instrument used the Lesson Plans, observation sheets, interview sheets, student activity sheets, and non-test assessment sheets. The results showed that students' learning completeness during the pre-cycle of student mastery learning still reached 30%. While in the first cycle students 'learning completeness reached 43.33%, in the second cycle students' learning completeness reached 66.67%. So the classical increase of the pre-cycle conducted by the teacher and the second cycle conducted by the researcher was 36.67%. Keywords: Memorizing al-Qur'an Hadith, SAVI Learning Model

Abstract

This study aims to describe the curriculum of Kulliyatul Muallimin al-Islamiyyah Gontor and cottage discipline in developing the santri character, which includes: the application of a curriculum developed in the modern Gontor boarding school, the application of cottage discipline during santri living in dormitory environments, and the formation of santri characters as a result of the implementation of the KMI curriculum and cottage discipline. This study is a field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that (1) Kont Gontor 9 curriculum is an integration between the curriculum of scientific competence and character formation that is implemented in the totality of santri's life for 24 hours, (2) Gontor 9 cottage discipline is a standard rule of santri activity while staying in the cottage which includes time discipline, place discipline, activity discipline, self discipline, and (3) KMI curriculum in this case there is a written curriculum and hidden curriculum which acts as a guideline in the process of developing the character of santri through curricular, cochurricular, extracurricular programs designed in 24-hour activities. Abstract

Leaders in an Islamic education management system have a very important role. An organization will run well is greatly influenced by the spirit of leadership. In education management in general there are a number of types of leadership with different game strategies. Sometimes you have to place and apply it in its place. Leadership in Islam provides a very detailed picture of how to build a spirit of leadership. Not only outwardly but how to build the spirit of al-Jama'ah that well, so that leadership in the Islamic education management system has a sharp influence on Jamaahah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process of Aqidah Akhlak with interactive CD learning media. This is done because students have low interest and motivation in learning the subjects of Aqidah Akhlak in the madrasa. This study uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles consisting of three stages, namely: planning, implementation and reflection. The target of this study was a fifth grade student at State Islamic Middle School I, Meulaboh West Aceh. The research sample consisted of 18 students who followed the learning process. From the results of the analysis it was found that: 1) student learning completeness in the first cycle of student learning completeness was lower than the standard set, 2) in the second cycle students' learning completeness reached 68.75% exceeding the standards set. Thus, it can be said that the improvement in the increase in interest and motivation of students in Aqidah Akhlak lessons can be done with interactive CD media with various improvements to the obstacles and problems that occur in practice in the classroom. Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) to analize the leadership of the madrasa principals at MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang MTs, 2) to find out the work ethic of teachers at MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang MTs, and 3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher's work ethic at Pondok MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin alekambang. This study is a kind of qualitative research field research. Research instrument using observation guide and interview guide. Processing and data analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and data verification. The results showed that 1) the leadership of MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang is quite good because it upholds responsibility with trustworthy, 2) The work ethic of teachers at the Pondok Indah Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang MTs is categorized as good, because they have shown performance and various kinds of efforts undertaken for achievement of learning objectives, 3) Factors supporting work ethic (discipline, personality of the teacher carrying out the duties, exemplary and firmness of the principal. Obstacle Factors, there are still many teachers who teach as usual, namely lecture methods, so that students' interest in learning is seriously reduced. Keywords. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the formation of character in students of Junior High School Ardaniah Boarding School Serang Banten. Research methods using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Triangulation was done by way of rechecking the information interview results with the results of observation and documentation. The research found that the formation of character in the Boarding School Program Junior Ardaniah is done through: 1) academic activities, either intrasekolah or ekstrasekolah; 2) religious activities, such as: Islamic studies, the study of the book of yellow, muhadhoroh, memorizing the Qur'an, Qur'an tahfidz and Lughotul al-Ta'lim al Arabia; 3) activity skills, such as: activities The cultivation of Plants through tissue culture of language skills, and information and Communication Technology skills. The characters are observed is 1) religious, attitudes, and behavior; 2) disciplines3) honest. 4) independent, 5) responsibility towards themselves, society, environment, country and God Almighty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of engagement and empowerment in quality at the HDI at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. This study uses a qualitative paradigm with methods of observation, interviews and documents to determine the implementation of engagement and empowerment in quality at the institution. It was found that madrasas implement engagement and empowerment in quality in their student organizations. The implementation process is carried out by establishing a good organizational culture in student organizations through four stages, namely 1) creating a supportive environment, 2) determining targets and overcoming obstacles, 3) implementing and using supporting facilities, 4) assessing, adjusting and improving. In its implementation, trial-error fixes are used so that ongoing evaluations can be carried out. The implementation of engagement and empowerment is felt to have a positive impact on students and on the student's organizational culture. Keywords.
