<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the management of leadership education programs for students in Banyumas Banyubelik Nature School Banyumas. This type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Management of Leadership Education Program for Students in the Banyu Belik Nature School had been implemented well. This can be proven by the achievement of the vision, mission and goals of the school which is to create a generation of ahlusunnah wal jama'ah who are ready to become leaders with moral mercy and scientific reasoning and have life skills in the field of leadership and technology by carrying out management functions including planning, organizing, implementing and controlling . Thus, the creation of educational institutions that can be moved as a whole as a whole in order to achieve the goals set.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the management of Islamic education, in developing Islamic educational institutions. Educational management is management that is applied in the development of education. Educational management is more general in nature for all educational activities in general and educational institutions in particular, while management of Islamic education more specifically refers to management applied in the development of Islamic educational institutions. In a sense, how to use and manage the resources of Islamic educational institutions effectively to achieve the goals of development, progress and quality of the process and results of Islamic education itself. Certainly aspects of managers and leaders who are Islamic or who are illuminated and imbued with Islamic teachings and values, must be attached to the management of Islamic education. That the management of Islamic education is a process (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) of the Islamic use of all existing potentials (human or non-human, self and others) in totality in educational activities (efforts, institutions, and products) Islam, starting from the intention to Islamic and to achieve an Islamic goal. Management of Islamic education and become a basic belief to influence the effectiveness and productivity of work in the Islamic education environment and the achievement of objectives. The method used in this study is the study literature by analyzing various sources. The results of this study show that the organization of Islamic education is all resources to optimize the ability of each individual to realize cooperation in achieving the objectives of Islamic education through the implementation of the plan. In the life of an Islamic education organization which contains a collection of a number of people, there is a division of occupations. The division of work creates the existence of leaders and members, whose authority and role models influence members to work voluntarily and jointly achieve goals based on Islamic values.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the essence of the implementation of character education through learning activieis in school environment. The research was qualitative approach with library reseach. Character education has an important role in the moral cultivating of students relating to moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior. The three aspects must be developed in order to realize students with noble character. In connection with the concept of school management, character education ought to be internalized through learning activities, extracurricular activities, and intracuricular activities. The formation of character through environmental factors can be done through several strategies, including modelling, intervention, habituation that is done consistently and reinforcement. In other words, developments in character formation require exemplary transmission, interventions through learning, training, continuous long-term habituation that is carried out continuously and reinforced, and must be balanced with noble values.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to see how the effectiveness of charismatic leadership when viewed from the perspective of a subordinate that examined from previous research articles. In this study, researcher also used a qualitative approach with the type of research is study of literature. The data collection technique is done by collecting both primary and secondary literature which is analyzed and presented. The results obtained indicate that in a subordinate's perception of charismatic leadership can be influenced by physical and psychological aspects. The physical aspect shows that leadership can be perceived as charismatic when viewed from gender and age. While the psychological aspect shows leadership can be perceived as charismatic if it is able to create a sense of trust, satisfaction, and feelings of empowerment from subordinates.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to describe the strategy to determine the literacy abilities and character students on the subject of reproduction in organisms, an as effort to equip life skill to approaching the 21st century. The research used a qulitative method with research subjects were student of class IX G SMPN 1 Baros in the 2018/2019 academic year. The research instrument used was in the form of a rubric which scoring the report and the scoring sheet between individuals on the following characters: one that can work together, be responsible, and care for the environment. The results showed there were 16 students or 52 % demonstrated literacy skills accordinng to the teacher’s requirements, while 15 students or 48 % were showed inadequate. Considering the observed characters, students already have good responsible character category with a total score 85, and also showed a character that capable of cooperating with good category with a total score of 89. However, for characteristic the showed environmental caring was only obtained a score of 46, the lowest among all categories. Therefore, it can be concluded that the teacher’s guidance startegy that included the stages of writing, grades, revisions, typing, sending and editing were able to reveal the literacy abilities and character of students more objectively on the subject of reproduction in organisms, as an effort to equip life skills to approaching the 21st century.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the interaction and the quality of WhatsApp Grouping communication, and the use of WhatsApp Grouping in improving the ability of English Economics and Business Faculty Students. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with primary data in the form of semistructured online interviews, participantory observation, documentations. Informants in this study totaled 177 active members of the WhatsApp group from 8 classes. The results showed the majority of informants stated that the interaction and quality of communication on WhatsApp group was good, quality and useful. The existence of WhatsApp Group is useful to support English Economics lectures1, an accurate media of information about lectures for the delivery of material and assignments, task collection, whether in the form of direct comments in chat, pictures / captions, quick dialogue recordings. WhatsApp Grouping has also proven to be beneficial in improving English Economic skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking competencies (listening, writing, reading, speaking). With a series of drilling activities and interactions in groups, students are proven to be more active in English, improve their ability to read, listen, write and improve vocabulary.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find efforts to improve teacher’s performance, namely decision making, and organizational climate, both individually and jointly. This research used sequential explanatory. The population of this study was 669 Private Madrasah teachers in Tangerang regency, with a sample of 251 teachers made proportional random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and statistical analysis were used regression correlation. Results of this study indicated that: (1) there is positive correlation between decision making with teacher performance, with correlation coefficients ry1=0,488 (p<0,01), (2) there is positive correlation between organizational climate with teacher performance, ry2=0,378 (p<0,01),(3) there is positive correlation between decision making, organizational climate together with teacher performance, correlation coefficients ry12=0,779 (p<0,01). This result shows that teacher’s performance can be improved through development of decision making, and organizational climate, both individually and jointly.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the satisfaction of students and alumni FITK UIN education services Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the 2014-2017 student class of FITK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The sampling technique is done by propotionate stratified random sampling. The sample size was 354 students and 273 alumni. Data collection techniques using attitude scale. The data analysis technique is using trend test and percentage of frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate: 1) Educational services for students within the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in general are already good. The results are shown by questionnaire analysis on 46 statements which are mostly included in the category of very satisfied. Then the results of the percentage of student satisfaction with educational services which also has a value of 85.71% or in the category of very satisfied, 2) Educational services according to alumni in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in general are already good. These results are shown by questionnaire analysis on 46 statements, most of which fall into the category of very satisfied. Then the results of the percentage of alumni satisfaction with education services which also has a value of 85.58% or in the category of very satisfied.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System in Improving the Quality of Education services at Uninus as an effort to improve the quality of inputs, processes, and output outcomes. This is very important considering the quality of study program performance issues are so complex from the start of student input, teaching and learning processes, fulfillment of graduation standards, infrastructure and human resources. Other problems in the management of study programs have not been optimal implementation of higher education quality standards both academic and non-academic. This study uses a qualitative research approach, with the case study method. Research activities carried out at the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Group, Quality Assurance Unit and Study Programs at Uninus Graduate School. How to collect data through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with data sources and informants. The results illustrate (a) There are policies and SPMI concepts, in the form of academic quality standard documents and non-academic quality standard documents that are formulated and determined by the Directorate of Quality Assurance as a reference in implementing the Directorate General of Higher Education quality standards in the Study Program, coordinating with the Quality Assurance Group and the Unit Quality Assurance for setting standards, implementing standards, evaluating standards, controlling standards and improving quality standards in the study program; (b) The internal quality assurance system is implemented through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation of the SPMI cycle; (c) barriers to implementation include commitment by the leadership is not optimal, the number of personal auditors is limited, SPMI is implemented only when facing accreditation. (d) The solution is to anticipate obstacles in the form of providing experts in SPMI implementation, training for young auditors, fostering quality assurance spirit, carry out evaluation in every semester. Utilization of SPMI evaluation results in the context of building a quality culture, enhancing the BAN-PT accreditation rating and gratification to customers.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe how to strengthen the role of teachers in the digital age through inspirational learning programs. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study. Data both primary and secondary are collected and then analyzed and presented descriptively. The findings of the analysis reveal that in an effort to strengthen the role of teachers in the digital era through inspirational learning programs, it is more optimal to pay attention to four things: first, to strengthen the cultivation of character through example, habituation, reinforcement, and internalization in the learning process; secondly, creating a classroom management system that empowers through quantum teaching; third, optimizing the process of habituation and literacy development in the classroom and its integration in learning; and fourth, using blended learning methods in learning.]]>
