Abstract

This study aimed to see how the effectiveness of charismatic leadership when viewed from the perspective of a subordinate that examined from previous research articles. In this study, researcher also used a qualitative approach with the type of research is study of literature. The data collection technique is done by collecting both primary and secondary literature which is analyzed and presented. The results obtained indicate that in a subordinate's perception of charismatic leadership can be influenced by physical and psychological aspects. The physical aspect shows that leadership can be perceived as charismatic when viewed from gender and age. While the psychological aspect shows leadership can be perceived as charismatic if it is able to create a sense of trust, satisfaction, and feelings of empowerment from subordinates.

Abstract

The Education is a basic human need that is very important. The purpose of this study are (1) to know the commitment of the holy kalam Christian primary school principals in quality assurance, (2) to prepare the accreditation of the holy kalam Christian primary school, and the implementation and follow-up of the results of the accreditation of the holy kalam christian elementary school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The findings in this study are (1) the form of commitment carried out by the principal in order to maintain quality is done in various ways including optimizing the performance of the school's internal quality assurance system team, (2) there are at least 3 aspects that are prepared in implementing school accreditation, namely aspects of facilities and infrastructure (sarpras), administration, and preparation for the implementation of visitation, and (3) follow-up to improve school quality, the results and accreditation recommendations obtained are taken into consideration by schools in the framework of making policies for improving school quality, as well as improving school facilities and infrastructure. technology-based to support education and learning activities in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kinerja pegawai Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan dilihat dari indikator (1) pengetahuan, (2) kualitas pekerjaan, (3) adaptasi pekerjaan, (4) kemampuanmenyelesaikan masalah, dan (5) tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenisdeskriptif eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari pegawai BPMP Gorontalo yang berjumlah 56 orang, dengan sampel jenuh, di mana semua populasi berlaku sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakanteknik analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengetahuan pegawai beradapada kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 78,2%, (2) kualitas pekerjaan berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 84,4%, (3) adaptasi pekerjaan pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 74,0%, (4) kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 79,1%, dan (5) tanggung jawab pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 77,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of information technology in improving the quality of distance learning in the digital era. This study used qualitative research methods. It gathered data through in-depth interviews with educators and students in Muhammadiyah 2 Depok Junior High School, Jogja with the respondent 10 teachers and 10 Class VIII student. Additionally, it involved document analysis of online learning practices. The results reveal that information technology enhances education accessibility. It also improves learning. It does this by enabling better interaction and using more engaging materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) yang akan memulai mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana mahasiswa memandang konsep strategi pembelajaran, pengalaman mereka dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran, serta harapan mereka terhadap mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang diisi oleh 84 mahasiswa pada pertemuan pertama mata kuliah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman dasar yang baik tentang strategi pembelajaran, namun terdapat beberapa variasi dalam preferensi mereka terhadap penggunaan teknologi dan metode pembelajaran tertentu. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) dianggap efektif oleh mahasiswa, meskipun tantangan seperti manajemen waktu dan perbedaan gaya belajar tetap menjadi kendala. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pengajaran mata kuliah Strategi Pembelajaran mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan lebih baik dan memperhatikan keragaman gaya belajar mahasiswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif.

Abstract

Framing is a strategic approach in education that shapes stakeholders’ perspectives and interpretations of educational issues, policies, and practices. In the context of digital transformation in Indonesian education, framing serves as a critical instrument to support the implementation of technology that facilitates deep learning. This study aims to develop a framing model that enhances the adoption of educational technology in schools, focusing on improving teachers’ technological competencies and the effectiveness of strategic communication within educational environments. The research employs a conceptual literature review using content analysis of recent studies and scholarly literature. The findings reveal that an effective framing model consists of three key stages: diagnostic framing, which identifies challenges in technology integration; prognostic framing, which formulates pedagogical solutions based on technology; and motivational framing, which builds collective commitment towards digital transformation in schools. These findings emphasize that framing strategies can enhance collective awareness, strengthen collaboration, and promote the sustainable implementation of innovative deep learning practices. This model is expected to serve as a practical reference for school leaders, teachers, and policymakers in advancing the digital transformation of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Talumelito Village in Telaga Biru District, Gorontalo Regency, is a strategic village that has been designated as a Cultural Conservation Village. This village has great potential in the fields of culture, agriculture, and the creative economy. However, the community, particularly indigenous women, still faces challenges in processing corn crop yields into the traditional cake, kokole, to create value-added products, low digital literacy, and limited access to entrepreneurship and cultural preservation training. The lack of active business institutions and cultural studios also hinders the maximum development of local potential. This service program is designed as part of the Thematic Community Service Program of Gorontalo State University 2025 to empower indigenous women thru the development of creative businesses based on local wisdom and the utilization of digital technology. The activities aim to provide training in production and business management, cultural preservation, digital literacy, and health and environmental education. This program aligns with the MBKM policy and supports the achievement of university Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). With a participatory and collaborative approach, it is hoped that this program will be able to create a community of independent, tech-literate women who are actively involved in the sustainable preservation of local culture. Strengthening the role of women means creating a supportive environment where they can actively participate in cultural preservation. This includes providing access to education and training, as well as promoting gender equality in community participation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Fenomena crowding atau kesesakan di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) merupakan isu penting yang berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan kesehatan anak usia dini (AUD). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul pengenalan dan mitigasi fenomena crowding di TK untuk meningkatkan literasi calon pendidik PAUD. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). E-modul dikembangkan melalui platform Canva dengan integrasi multimedia interaktif. Validasi expert judgement dilakukan oleh 2 ahli bidang Pendidikan dan Psikologi, serta uji efektivitas melalui pretest-posttest pada partisipan yang merupakan 25 calon pendidik. Validasi expert judgement menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,5 dari 5,0 dengan aspek kemenarikan desain memperoleh skor tertinggi (4,75). Hasil paired t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan partisipan dari skor mean pretest 3,92 menjadi posttest 6,96 (p = 0,000 < 0,05). E-modul pengenalan dan pencegahan crowding di TK terbukti valid dan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan calon pendidik PAUD tentang fenomena crowding serta strategi mitigasinya. Kata Kunci: e-modul, crowding, kesesakan, Taman Kanak-Kanak, calon pendidik ABSTRACT The phenomenon of crowding in kindergartens (TK) is a significant issue that negatively impacts the cognitive, social, and health development of early childhood (AUD). This study aims to develop an e-module for recognizing and mitigating crowding in kindergartens to improve the literacy of prospective PAUD educators. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The e-module was developed using the Canva platform with interactive multimedia integration. Expert judgment validation was conducted by two experts in the fields of Education and Psychology, and effectiveness testing was conducted through a pretest-posttest on participants from The 25 prospective PAUD teachers. Expert judgment validation showed an average score of 4.5 out of 5.0 with the design attractiveness aspect obtaining the highest score (4.75). The results of the paired t-test showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge from a mean pretest score of 3.92 to a posttest score of 6.96 (p = 0.000 < 0.05). The e-module on recognizing and preventing crowding in kindergarten has proven valid and effective in increasing the knowledge of prospective PAUD educators about the phenomenon of crowding and its mitigation strategies.
