The focus of this research was to develop a system of environmental education (EE) skills development for secondary school teachers, which was carried out using qualitative approaches. The data were obtained by the Eco-School Operational Teachers Questionnaire and a standardized interview with the experts of the Eco-School Teachers and the Eco-School Teachers. Results of this study showed that the majority of informants had an intermediate level of EE competence in 6 parts: environmental awareness, basic understanding of EE, responsibility for EE instructor updating, EE preparation and service, support for EE learning, and EE assessment. The EE development was produced to cultivate educators out of a variety of subjects to carry out interoperable learning in order to improve the environment of students before preserving or resolving society environmental issues. This systematically consisted of 5 steps including: analyzing the environmental policy covering national, educational area, and school policies; studying the community environmental problem; designing the environmental learning project; identifying the learning standard; and performing the integrated lesson plan. This article aims to analyze public relations strategies in improving the quality of education, public relations strategies in improving the image of education, and information management carried out by a private university in East Java. A qualitative descriptive approach is carried out with a case study at IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk. Research data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results found that public relations at the university did not have a specific organizational structure, but everyone acted as public relations and carried out the function of public relations; the programs those public relations have launched must be implemented to improve the quality of education that refers to the standard process and educational outcomes. The public relations strategy is determined to improve the image through regular program procurement, collaboration with the government, mass media, figures who have mass, other institutions, providing scholarships, and community service. It uses a vertical, horizontal, and diagonal communication system to communicate with the internal public, while the external public uses a two-way communication system.

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the level of extractive management effectiveness in Serang Junior High School 18; (2) to describe how much non-academic school achievement; (3) describes how much extracurricular non-academic school achievements. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students who took extracurricular activities as many as 120 students, thus the study sample was 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The conclutions of the research results are (1) the level of extracurricular management effectiveness at Serang Junior High School 18 is classified as good with 59.19%; (2) the level achievement of non-academic schools in Serang Junior High School is classified as good with 63.41%; and (3) the contributions of the effectiveness of extracurricular management variables on the achievement of non-academic school at 38.44%. The money crisis is a bitter history for the Indonesian nation, but in the end it can be diverse Law of National Education System Number 20 Year 2003 and Government Regulation Number 55 Year 2007 formally there is general education with Islamic education institute. This was reinforced after the Signing of a Joint Decree (SJD) of five ministers (Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Religious Affairs) should be a bright signal for the existence of institutional education in Indonesia Islamic education institutions, but unfortunately the fate of this joint decree together with the previous joint decree. Experts agree that education has a very important role in creating human resources as a determinant of the nation's future toward a just, prosperous and prosperous society. After the monetary crisis of 1997, the leaders of the Indonesian nation realized that education is an agent of change for the progress of a nation.

Manajemen pendidikan Islam perlu menangani masyarakat atau hubungan lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan masyarakat. Kita harus menyadari bahwa masyarakat memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap keberadaan, kelangsungan, bahkan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Setidaknya salah satu parameter penentu nasib lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah masyarakat. Di sini kepercayaan masyarakat menjadi salah satu kunci kemajuan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Ketika masyarakat memiliki kepercayaan terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam, mereka akan mendukung penuh bukan saja dengan memasukkan putraputrinya ke dalam lembaga pendidikan tersebut, tetapi bahkan memengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan hal yang sama. Masyarakat memiliki posisi ganda, yaitu sebagai objek dan sebagai subjek yang keduanya memiliki makna fungsional bagi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Sebagai contoh, disaat lembaga pendidikan Islam melakukan promosi penerimaan siswa baru maka masyarakat merupakan objek yang mutlak dibutuhkan. Sedangkan respon masyarakat terhadap promosi itu menempatkan mereka sebagai subjek yang memiliki kewenangan penuh untuk menerima atau menolaknya. Posisi masyarakat sebagai subjek juga terjadi ketika mereka menjadi pengguna lulusan-lulusan lembaga tersebut. Yayasan Mujahidin di Desa Trimulya di Kabupaten Konawe memiliki ke khasannya dalam manajemen Masyarakat Pendidikan Islam melahirkan dua peran yaitu peran dinamisator dan peran pencerah.

This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses of MI Al-Hidayah, opportunities and threats that will be faced MI al-Hidayah, and what the appropriate branding strategy for MI al-Hidayah. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by observation and interview. Key informants in this study were principals and some teachers who were directly involved in the school management process. The results showed that MI Al-Hidayah has a good enough strength and this can be utilized to win the competition in the field of education. Opportunities owned MI Al-Hidayah has been utilized optimally by MI Al-Hidayah. The branding strategy owned by MI Al-Hidayah is with the tahfidz qur`an from class 1 s / d VI that not all MI have such a program. If tahfidz program continues to be maintained and developed then MI al-Hidayah will have its own brand known by the community. This research also suggests MI al-Hidayah to maintain good image in the eyes of the community. In addition, MI al-Hidayah is also advised to increase the intensity and quality of the delivery of information in a focused manner, especially promoting the existing programs in the school. The study aims to discover the habits that are entrenched in State Islamic Primary School that can influence the formation of learner character values which focused on reading culture and healthy school culture. This study used a descriptive approach and data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. Besides, the questionnaire was also used to support the data. The subjects of the study were the school principal, board of teachers, staff, and students. The qualitative descriptive analysis used in the form of data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of this study showed that State Islamic Primary School 1 Bantul has a madrasah’s culture that is formed based on three main cultures, namely academic culture, social culture, and democratic culture. The culture produced the Madrasah Excellence Program. Through the program, it can build honor characters to students in the form of discipline, responsible, independent, care for the environment, and friendly as well as communicative.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the formation of character in students of Junior High School Ardaniah Boarding School Serang Banten. Research methods using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Triangulation was done by way of rechecking the information interview results with the results of observation and documentation. The research found that the formation of character in the Boarding School Program Junior Ardaniah is done through: 1) academic activities, either intrasekolah or ekstrasekolah; 2) religious activities, such as: Islamic studies, the study of the book of yellow, muhadhoroh, memorizing the Qur'an, Qur'an tahfidz and Lughotul al-Ta'lim al Arabia; 3) activity skills, such as: activities The cultivation of Plants through tissue culture of language skills, and information and Communication Technology skills. The characters are observed is 1) religious, attitudes, and behavior; 2) disciplines3) honest. 4) independent, 5) responsibility towards themselves, society, environment, country and God Almighty. This study aims to determine the suitability of the work fields of IIM Surakarta graduates in improving the quality and relevance of the higher education curriculum. This quantitative descriptive research uses a survey approach. In general, the implementation of this tracer study includes three steps: 1) development of concepts and instruments; 2) data collection; 3) data analysis and reporting. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah IIM Surakarta. Respondents and samples consisted of 25 graduates drawn from a total population of 110 graduates. The primary data in this study were all respondents who were taken randomly (random sampling). As for secondary data, researchers took scientific research sources in books, journals, proceedings, and others. Data were obtained by making an online questionnaire, and the results of data collection were then analyzed. At the same time, the study results revealed that the alumni's assessment of the performance of the Tarbiyah Faculty IIM Surakarta was from 25 respondents and consisted of nine indicators, 67% very good, 25% good, and 7% adequate. Absorption data revealed that 100% of alumni have worked and are spread across various fields for 60% of teachers, 16% of lecturers, 8% of company employees, 4% of civil servants, and 12% of the private sector. Alumni satisfaction data also show very good numbers. Furthermore, the relevance of the curriculum at the Tarbiyah Faculty includes 1) Alumni assessment of the suitability of lecture material with the work they are engaged in, showing 79% of alumni assessing the suitability of course material and work > 86%. A total of 17% stated that the suitability was 76%-85%, while 4% stated that the suitability was less than 50%. 2) Most alumni need information technology and English language skills in the workplace. 3) Get input and suggestions from alumni. The tracer study results for IIM Surakarta graduates shows a good category. The types of work are diverse but are dominated by education. The relevance of the Tarbiyah Faculty IIM curriculum is quite good, especially in terms of technical ability, confidence, and theoretical knowledge.

Communication technology increasingly cement the role of information as a commodity that has high selling value, including information published print media. Technology not only affects the production and distribution of print media, but also pushes toward where the media business leads. Internet and multimedia technologies make the print media an added value and provide a foundation for the development of the media industry. Technology spawned convergence by bringing together old technology in new technology, where old technology adds value to new technologies. Convergence concept must be done by print media. Convergence creates a change in the foundations of people's lives in communicating, especially in the media industry. Tempo Media Group as one of the leading media in Indonesia, successfully transformed from traditional media into digital media. Tempo Media Group successfully mated Tempo magazine, Koran Tempo, Tempo.co, and Tempo digital shop. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that describes a problem with depth. Technique of collecting data using library study or documentation with research object of Tempo Media Group. The purpose of this research is to know how the strategy done by Tempo Media Group entering the digital media industry. The results revealed that the steps taken by Tempo Media Group from media organization side converged by forming a newroom together, increasing investment for communication technology, and creating an adaptive work culture to innovation.
