Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at Moen's Farm in Cidahu, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 110 employees, with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 27 software. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely workload, work motivation, and teamwork, simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of 60.5% indicates that the combination of the three variables is able to explain employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined. Workload has a positive influence on performance, which means that the more balanced the workload, the better the performance. High work motivation also improves performance, as does effective teamwork. These findings are expected to provide input for Moen's Farm management in improving employee performance through workload management, providing appropriate motivation, and forming a solid work team.

The research examines the influence of Training, Compensation, and Integrity on Employee Performance in Jakarta Banks. This study applies a quantitative approach with an associative design and distributing questionnaires to 187 Employee respondents residing in Jakarta. Data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through Smart PLS 4.0 software through Outer Model (validity, reliability, and Fornell-Larcker criterion) and Inner Model analysis. The results show compensation and integrity have a significant effect on employee performance, except training did not significant impact. Among the two, integrity emerged as the most dominant factor. These findings underscore the importance of incentive-based compensation and shaping morality and professional integrity to manage their motivation and commitment as strategic efforts to boost their performance in the banking sector. Abstract

This study examines the role of agricultural cooperatives in empowering farmers and alleviating poverty in rural areas. Despite their potential, cooperatives face several challenges that hinder their effectiveness, especially in developing countries. This study aims to evaluate the contributions of agricultural cooperatives in improving farmers' access to finance, technology, and markets, and how they support integration into modern agricultural systems. A literature review approach based on the PRISMA method and bibliometric analysis was employed, identifying 157 relevant articles published between 2005 and 2024. The findings reveal that agricultural cooperatives significantly reduce multidimensional poverty in countries like China and Tanzania by improving material and social well-being. However, challenges such as low organizational capacity, uneven benefit distribution, and inadequate policy support persist. The study also highlights gaps in adapting cooperative models to local socio-economic contexts. Future research should focus on adapting suitable technologies, strengthening partnerships with smallholder farmers, and evaluating the role of government policies in fostering cooperative ecosystems. This study offers insights into the potential of cooperatives.as a tool for economic empowerment and offers suggestions for future research on inclusive and sustainable rural development.
