Abstract

Dinamika pendidikan Islam pada periode 2020–2025 menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital dan transisi kurikulum yang signifikan. Meskipun pembelajaran fiqih memiliki posisi strategis dalam membentuk karakter siswa, praktiknya di lapangan seringkali masih terjebak dalam metode tekstual-normatif yang berorientasi pada hafalan. Terdapat kesenjangan antara percepatan inovasi teknologi (seperti AI dan Madrasah Digital) dan masalah mendasar para pendidik yang terus berulang. Studi ini menggunakan metode Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Google Scholar, SINTA, PoP, dan Garuda untuk periode 2020–2025. Dari 100 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 20 artikel relevan dipilih untuk diekstraksi menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan teknik meta-sintesis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan evolusi masalah yang paradoks; Di satu sisi, terjadi peningkatan integrasi teknologi seperti Kecerdasan Buatan (AI), tetapi di sisi lain, terjadi pengulangan masalah mendasar yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya kompetensi pedagogis guru dan literasi digital. Secara epistemologis, pembelajaran fiqih masih berjuang untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara kajian klasik dan pendekatan modern yang kritis dan reflektif. Sebagai solusi, studi ini menawarkan rekonstruksi model konseptual melalui integrasi pilar Bayani, Burhani, dan Irfani untuk membentuk karakter Ulul Albab, yang memiliki keseimbangan intelektual dan spiritual dalam menanggapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of iḥdād for women during the ‘iddah period following a spouse’s death in the modern era, as well as to examine its alignment with the Shafi’i school of thought in Pengambengan Village, Negara Subdistrict, Jembrana Regency, Bali. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to gain a deep understanding of the social practices developing within the community. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants, direct observation of social conditions, and a documentary study of Islamic legal sources within the Shafi’i School. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and the systematic drawing of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the majority of women in Pengambengan Village still observe iḥdād in accordance with the provisions of Shafi’i fiqh, particularly regarding the prohibition on adornment, the use of perfumes, and restrictions on activities outside the home during the ‘iddah period. However, in practice, there are several forms of adaptation influenced by economic demands and social realities, such as the need to work or meet daily living needs. These adjustments are made within limited parameters and continue to consider the principle of public interest, without substantially contradicting the fundamental provisions of the Shafi’i School. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of iḥdād in the modern era is not entirely rigid but rather adaptive and contextual, without undermining the normative values that form the primary foundation of Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to contextualize the values of tafaqquh fi ad-din in the implementation of anti-bullying education at Al-Muballighin Islamic Boarding School, Muara Bungo. Bullying phenomena, manifested in verbal, physical, and psychological forms, are still found within the pesantren environment, despite its reputation as a religious-based educational institution that emphasizes moral and character development. The values of tafaqquh fi ad-din, which focus on deepening religious understanding and internalizing Islamic moral values, are believed to have strong potential as a foundation for building a comprehensive anti-bullying culture. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, and triangulation was used to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that bullying persists due to a lack of supervision, imbalanced senior-junior relationships, and insufficient internalization of religious values in students’ daily practices. The values of tafaqquh fi ad-din, such as proper conduct (adab), empathy, mutual respect, and the prohibition of harming others, are highly relevant as foundational principles for anti-bullying education. Contextualization strategies were implemented through strengthening the moral education curriculum, habituation of Islamic behavior, role modeling by caregivers, and the integration of religion-based anti-bullying policies. The implementation of these values has proven effective in fostering a safer and more inclusive pesantren environment that reflects the principles of compassion and respect. This study offers both theoretical and practical contributions by proposing a tafaqquh fi ad-din based anti-bullying education model that can be applied in other Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini memerlukan fondasi yang stabil, dan konsistensi dalam pola asuh serta pembelajaran terbukti menjadi syarat utamanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi konsistensi sebagai prasyarat mutlak dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif terhadap 35 artikel jurnal terindeks periode 2014–2024. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi — dalam aturan, respons emosional, dan penerapan nilai — secara signifikan memengaruhi keamanan psikologis, kepercayaan diri, dan internalisasi nilai moral anak. Sebaliknya, inkonsistensi menyebabkan disonansi kognitif, kebingungan moral, dan perilaku oportunis. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa konsistensi bukan sekadar strategi, melainkan kondisi wajib yang harus dipenuhi oleh orang tua dan pendidik untuk membangun karakter utuh sejak dini.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of SIMPATIKA (Management Information System for Educators and Education Personnel) and its relevance to the professionalism of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers at Nurul Amal Islamic Educational Institution. The study is motivated by the gap between the ideal function of SIMPATIKA as a strategic educational management tool and its actual implementation at the institutional level. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of SIMPATIKA, its relevance to teacher professionalism, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employs a qualitative approach using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the implementation of SIMPATIKA is still administrative and operator-centered, and has not been supported by strategic planning. The system contributes to improving discipline, accountability, and moral values such as honesty and responsibility among teachers, but it has not been optimal in enhancing overall teacher professionalism. Supporting factors include leadership commitment and the role of operators, while inhibiting factors include limited technological competence among teachers and technical system constraints. SIMPATIKA functions effectively as an administrative control tool but has not yet been optimal as an instrument for developing teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah diniyah, khususnya melalui program Bantuan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Diniyah dan Guru Swasta (BPPDGS). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi, implikasi, serta efektivitas penggunaan dana BPPDGS dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Diniyah Al-Amien Putri 1 Prenduan Sumenep sebagai mitra pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang diintegrasikan dengan metode pengabdian berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta intervensi langsung dalam pengelolaan keuangan madrasah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dana BPPDGS berjalan secara sistematis melalui perencanaan partisipatif, pelaksanaan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pembelajaran, serta pelaporan dan pengawasan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Dampaknya terlihat pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, profesionalitas guru, sarana prasarana, serta motivasi belajar santri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan dana yang efektif dan partisipatif memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan madrasah menjadi langkah penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan program pendidikan diniyah.
