Early Childhood Research Journal (ECRJ) is a scientific journal of early childhood education program of Teaching and Education Faculty of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta focusing on publication of scientific research result conducted by UMS's internal and external academicians, especially in early childhood education. Early childhood research journal (ECRJ) publishes scientific articles in the field of pure and applied science about early childhood education including innovative and creative learning and teaching on early childhood education, detection of growth and development for early childhood, early childhood studies about nutrition and health. The article based on research article, a critical, and comprehensive scientific study of the important and current issues covered by the journal Early childhood research journal (ECRJ).

<![CDATA[Learning difficulties that many students experience are learning concentration, management of learning materials, storage of learning outcomes, and exploration of stored learning outcomes. With digital literacy, it can increase student independence in finding solutions to problems that arise during learning using various digital sources. However, this is a problem for teachers of the digital immigrant generation because of the large difference in the generation gap. The output targets are (1) research reports on teachers' efforts to instill digital literacy for early childhood, (2) research articles published in the journal "Cakrawala Dini" accredited national journal Sinta 3. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type. The object of this research is the digital immigrant generation teacher at Aisyiyah Kartasura Kindergarten. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While testing the validity of the data includes: internal validity, external validity, reliability, and objectivity. Data obtained by in-depth interviews can be analyzed by open-coding.]]>

<![CDATA[Gempuran budaya asing mengakibatkan ke khawatiran akan keberlangsungan eksistensi budaya local termasuk di antaranya budaya daerah bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan games interaktif wordwall terhadap kemampuan mengenal budaya bali anak usia taman kanak-kanak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 anak yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lisan dengan bantuan kartu bergambar. Validitas instrument di uji dengan korelasi poin biserial, sementara reliabilitas di uji dengan KR20. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Sebelum data di uji hipotesis terlebih dahulu di uji normalitas dengan kolmogrov smirnov test dan homogenitas dengan levene test. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh games interaktif wordwall terhadap kemampuan mengenal budaya bali pada anak usia taman kanak-kanak yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai sig 2 tailed yang didapatkan yaitu 0,000 lebih dari kecil dari 0,05.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out how the role of parenting influences the introduction of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the subjects of this study were 3 children who had democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. Informants taken were 3 people who were parents, siblings and grandmothers who helped care for the object.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the type of parenting applied by parents causes differences in behavior towards knowledge of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. ]]>

<![CDATA[The rise of schools with the concept of inclusion needs to be balanced with the right curriculum, especially with regard to the learning process. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of learning for children with special needs at the PAUD level in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The object of this research is Saymara Inclusion Early childhood education programs. The reason for choosing this education unit was that Saymara Inclusion PAUD is an Inclusive PAUD level education in Kartasura and received an A rating in Accreditation. Research uses an empirical or field approach. The results of the study show that learning for children with special needs is based on the Individual Learning Program, where children with special needs are given services according to their needs, and focus on the abilities and weaknesses of students.]]>

<![CDATA[Early Childhood learning prioritizes developing cognitive intelligence rather thanaffective intelligence or character building. This research is a type of exploratory descriptiveresearch. Exploratory descriptive research aims to describe the state of a phenomenon. Thisresearch is not intended to test certain hypotheses, only to describe what a variable, symptomor condition is. This research wants to further analyze related to early childhood charactereducation based on Kohlberg using literature studies obtained from various scientificsources. The urgency of character education for each individual is an absolute thing to do asan effort to build a generation that contributes to the progress of the nation. Charactereducation efforts certainly cannot escape from the psychological aspects contained inindividuals which may influence the process of achieving the success of character buildingitself. One of the most significant individual psychological aspects for the development ofindividual personality is the moral aspect.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the inculcation of aqidah education in children. It is very important to instill aqidah education from an early age, so that children can understand the Oneness of Allah SWT so that when the child grows up he will grow up with a strong faith. The research method in this research is library research by analyzing various references such as journals, books and various other reading sources related to the discussion in this study. The research results obtained from this study are that aqidah education must be applied from an early age because this period is a determining period for the future. Planting aqidah education can be done in various ways, while the method recommended by Rasulullah SAW is to teach the word Allah in the early days when children start learning to speak, then continue with the sentence of monotheism, instilling a sense of love for Allah and Rasulullah SAW, in the early days of awareness, knowledge, and the ability to distinguish between good and bad, teaching the Qur'an to children, starting with short letters, then long letters, also accompanied by the habit of reading and listening to the recitation, and getting children to pray at the age of seven years.]]>

<![CDATA[Metode daring sebagai langkah inisiatif penerapan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19, namun guru TK masih menghadapi beragam tantangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi guru TK selama menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif. digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Enam guru dari tiga TK di Kota Yogyakarta sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini yang diseleksi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran menjadi lebih banyak karena guru harus membuat video berdurasi singkat untuk menjelaskan kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan dilakukan anak di rumah dan guru perlu membagi jadwal pembelajaran daring setiap minggu. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sering kali tidak tepat waktu, orang tua tidak bisa menemani anak mengikuti pembelajaran daring, dan keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran daring. Evaluasi pembelajaran belum optimal karena pembelajaran daring hanya dilaksanakan seminggu sekali dan masih ada orang tua yang tidak bisa mengirimkan bukti pembelajaran anak di rumah melalui bentuk video. Strategi dalam mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi dengan cara selalu membangun komunikasi yang positif dan bekerja sama dengan orang tua, memotivasi anak, dan mengunjungi rumah anak.]]>
