Abstract

Indonesia is facing a serious threat regarding the decline of the nation's morale, this can be seen from the low ethical values related to the low morale of the nation related to the low morale of students, such as the case of student abuse against teachers, this is due to the lack of knowledge of students in knowing the ethics they should have in studying. For this reason, students need to gain ethical knowledge, either by learning from the teacher or by studying books, books and studies that discuss ethics. While the purpose of this study is to determine the ethics of students towards teachers in Islamic education from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asyari in the adab al-alim wa almuta 'allim book. This research is a library research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach to collect data by collecting from books, books, magazines, internet, and then the data is analyzed and concluded.

Abstract

In Islam sex education gets serious attention to be taught to teenagers. One of them, according to Muslim figures Abdullah Nashih Ulwan and Ali Akbar. The results of this study are: 1) Sex education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's view is an effort to teach, raise awareness and explain sexual problems to adolescents, since he is familiar with problems related to sexual and marital instincts through the methods of awareness, warning and binding, 2) Sex Education according to Ali Akbar that Islam regulates sexuality starting from the genitals, clothing, vision and sex, lust itself, 3) a.The similarities between Abdullah Nashih Ulwan and Ali Akbar's thoughts on sex education are that the two figures in providing sex education are based on religious education. In discussing the concept of sex education, the two characters use a psychological approach. b. The difference in thinking about sex education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan and Ali Akbar is that Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in his concept is more inclined to the process, while Ali Akbar is inclined to the material.

Abstract

The state has succeeded in captivating the imaginations of political theorists, because it has been central to their questions since Plato's time. It is almost impossible to theorize a phenomenon, whether it is a text on gender relations, family, religion, ecology, law, human rights, culture or literature, without reference to the state as a codification of power from the social formations that contextualize and regulate these social phenomena. By paying attention to the key words, even though they are all cursory, it can be concluded that in the Qur'an there is no explicit concept of the state. In the Qur'an, there are only basic principles that must be realized in a country, especially those applied to the people of Lampung. These basic principles are as follows: Adhering to the principles of monotheism; There is a guarantee of security; The basic needs of the community are met; and Oriented to the future and for the common good.

Abstract

Syirkah or partnership is a form of cooperation between two or more parties to run a certain business, where there is a distribution of profits and losses based on an agreement that has been agreed upon by the parties concerned. Syirkah is divided into two types, namely syirkah amlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkah amlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. The application of syirkah itself has progressed along with the development of the times. These applications can be found in the banking sector such as project financing and venture capital. Obstacles in the cooperation between the Bank and the customer do not rule out the possibility. Then the alternative that can be used to resolve obstacles or disputes is through deliberation, banking mediation, through arbitration bodies, through courts within the scope of general courts.

Abstract

Harga yang dikedepankan oleh Ibn Khaldun, adalah harga yang dikehendakinya adalah berdasarkan kekuatan penawaran dan permintaan yang dipengaruhi oleh nilai kemanfaatan barang yang dikehendaki oleh konsumen. Kehendak konsumen untuk membeli atau memiliki suatu barang bisa muncul karena faktor keinginan ataupun faktor kebutuhan. Karakteristik dari keinginan itu sendiri bersumber dari hasrat atau nafsu manusia yang menghasilkan kepuasan dan dapat diukur dari preferensi suatu barang, serta harus dibatasi/dikendalikan. Sedangkan kebutuhan bersumber dari fitrah manusia yang menghasilkan manfaat dan berkah (mashlahah) bagi konsumen itu sendiri juga sekelompok masyarakat, yang dapat diukur dari fungsi suatu barang itu sendiri.

Abstract

The entry of Islam into Indonesia has a long history, starting with Gujarat traders and then Arab and Persian traders. While trading they spread the teachings of Islam to their anchorage throughout Indonesia. Many also speculate that Islam entered Indonesia in the 7th or 8th century, because in that century there were Islamic villages around the Straits of Malacca. The history of the development of the entry of Islam in Indonesia cannot be separated from acculturation with local culture. Islamic teachings are welcomed by various cultures in the archipelago, or Java, which have been acculturated with Hindu, Buddhist, and ancestral traditions. The definition or understanding of acculturation is important to understand in this context, continuing with the initial process of the entry of Islamic teachings in the archipelago which eventually became the largest religion embraced by the Indonesian population. The result of acculturation of Islam with local culture in the archipelago that has existed before then produces something new and is a blend of these different cultures.

Abstract

Management of education personnel is an important step in realizing an effective and efficient national education system. In the process of management of education personnel can not be separated from the cooperation of all members who participate in the process. Reliable personnel in the world of education will only be obtained if the education system already has an ideal mechanism for conducting the right recruitment, selection, placement, coaching and dismissal. In other words, the national education system requires a mechanism for managing education personnel in line with the achievement of national education goals.

Abstract

Israj Mi'raj is the event of the Prophet's journey from the Haram Mosque to the Aqsh Mosque, then the Prophet was brought up to Sidaratul vomitingara by the angel Gabriel by riding the Buraq. On this occasion Muslims were ordered to perform the five daily prayers. The person who first confirmed this incident was Abu Bakr for his bravery he earned the title as-Siddiq "brave". This incident has been described in Q.S Al-Isra '1 and in Q.S An-Najm verses 13-18 where it is explained that the Messenger of Allah met Allah SWT directly and without any obstacles. The Messenger of Allah also knows the signs of Allah's greatness, the recompense for those who like to disobey Allah's commands, and the recompense for those who carry out Allah's commands. In this event we can also take lessons that we can apply in everyday life.

Abstract

The explanation of the education of children in the family with an Islamic perspective in Lampung Province, several conclusions can be drawn that education in the family with an Islamic perspective is education based on Islamic religious guidance which is applied in the family which is intended to shape children to become human beings who believe and fear God. The Almighty, and has noble character which includes ethics, morals, character, spirituality or understanding and experience of religious values ​​in everyday life. Islamic religious education for children must be carried out since the fetus is still in the womb. This Islamic religious education is carried out by holding prayers and reading the Quran. When the baby is born, it should be continued with the next Islamic religious education, namely listening to the call to prayer and iqamah, giving a good name, walimatul aqiqah and walimatul circumcision. Patterns of Islamic education that can be practiced by parents are exemplary patterns, customs, advice, attention and patterns of rewards and punishments. The patterns of education that are practiced do not stand alone, but support each other and are related to one another. These patterns are also practiced according to the existing situation and conditions.

Abstract

In the Kancing Gemerincing activity, each group member gets the opportunity to make their contribution and listen to the views and thoughts of other members. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the mastery of the Sociology teaching materials of students, 2) To determine the improvement of student learning achievement, 3) To determine the increase in student activity. Data collected through observation, field notes, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The flow model of the validity of the data was checked by investigator triangulation. From these findings, the researchers concluded that learning with the Kancing Gemerincing model, in general, can improve student achievement and student activities.
