Abstract

The education unit level curriculum (KTSP) for PAI subjects needs to be evaluated and implemented properly by teachers so that academic quality can be improved. The findings of this study conclude: Implementation of KTSP in PAI subjects begins with: (1) Knowing the purpose of education. (2) Prepare syllabus and lesson plans (3). The PAI learning process which is implemented based on the KTSP is carried out by means of PAI teachers preparing syllabus, completing lesson plans, coordinating teachers once a month or incidental class visits by principals and supervisors. (4) The use of facilities and infrastructure by PAI teachers in implementing the KTSP has been relatively good. (5) Obstacle factors faced (a) Low motivation to learn about KTSP. (b) The competence of teachers who lack dedication. (c) Lack of cooperation from related parties. (d) Unfavorable environment. (e) There are still those who teach less prepared. Supporting factors: (a) teachers have high dedication. (b) The ability of teachers who always conduct evaluations. (c) Government policy.

Abstract

Quality education management is inseparable from the ability of the principal. The principal as a leader in his work unit must be accompanied by several qualifications attached to his duties and functions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this research, it is attempted to collect as much descriptive data as possible which will be stated in the form of reports and descriptions. Based on this objectively, the type of descriptive research used is a case study. The results of this study regarding the role of school principals in improving teacher performance, organizational climate and quality of education have not been successful due to the absence of maximum cooperation between the government and the environment. Therefore, good relations from all parties must be maintained so as to assist the role of the principal in improving teacher performance, organizational climate and quality of education.

Abstract

Knowledge was born since the creation of the first human, namely the prophet Adam; Knowledge developed since ancient times, but is still influenced by myth and mysticism; Knowledge is growing and becoming a science, which erodes the notion of myths and mystics, in other words, science can logicalize knowledge; Science began to develop in ancient Greece which was started by Socrates along with the birth and development of philosophy in the 6th century BC; The golden age of science began with Plato, followed by his student, Aristotle; and In the period between 650-1250 AD, the period of scientific development in the West (Europe) stopped which was called the Dark Ages.

Abstract

Prevention of KBGO in children can be done from an early age, one of which is by dialogical assistance in using gadgets in children. As parents, we must wisely sort and choose the right time and spectacle for our children. Next we are encouraged to educate what has been watched earlier. Some of the phenomena that occur today are children over the age of 8 who are addicted to games in which they have to consume advertisements that should be included in the category of adult advertisements, there are even some games that offer to login and use applications such as Tik-Tok, SnackVideo and others whose applications really need extra supervision from parents. Not only that, the presentation of games for children must also be wise and adapted to the age of our children, because not all games are appropriate and good for children, and even children should avoid it because it will affect the character.

Abstract

The term progressive Islam has only been in contemporary Islamic studies used by academics and activists since the last few years. This Progressive Islamic Movement also emerged as a cultural grounding movement, especially Islam Nusantara. For example, the Muslims who are affiliated to NU in general are those who come from villages, work as farmers, have an educational background in traditional pesantren (salaf) and have a strong adherence to tradition. Maintain ancestral traditions and as much as possible integrate religions and traditions that are harmonious and do not conflict with each other. Culture as a method of Islamic da'wah used to invite people to understand and obey all God's commands by using cultural approaches or the culture of the local community. So that it provides diversity and invites people to love Islam in ways that are not rigid and adapt to local culture so that Islam is no longer a rigid religion in spreading it. Kaku means practicing Islam does not have to use methods or methods of violence or blame other parties, but in a humanistic manner and strengthens it with the existing cultural acculturation.

Abstract

Managerial capacity headmaster who qualified to participate in the building of teacher performance as steps an organization madrasas controlled by a school principal. In this studi, in South Lampung the results showed; 1) Leadership Principals run with its role as a leader, motivator, supervisors, educators and administrators can improve the performance of teachers. 2) Process management is performed by the headmaster in improving the performance of the teacher will not run properly without qualified managerial competence which is owned by the headmaster as manager at the school, as well as the support and solid cooperation between the head madrasah, teachers and other academic community. 3) Aspects of teachers' work discipline is known that there are many teachers who do not work well to do discipline. 4) Headmaster has been functioning with maximum leadership through the implementation of strict work discipline teachers and supported by good managerial ability so as to improve the performance of teachers.

Abstract

The poverty of parents is one of the factors that often hinders the smooth running of their children's education, parents always think about the pros and cons of going to school. They never predict their children's education to be better than their parents. As happened in Karang Tanjung village and its surroundings, which are still sheltered in the Padangratu sub-district, Central Lampung Regency. Based on the background of the problem above, the researcher can draw the formulation of the problem, namely "Is there any influence of the family economy on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students at SMA Darma Utama Karang Tanjung, Padangratu District, Lampung Tengali Regency?" Based on the formulation of the problem above, this study aims to determine the effect of family economy on learning achievement of Islamic religious education students at SMA Darma Utama Karang Tanjung, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung Regency. Parents who have adequate income, they are very concerned about the development of their children, parents provide various needs needed by children, including school equipment so that they can channel their various potentials well including their achievements. Therefore, children who have parents who earn enough in fact get high learning achievement.

Abstract

There are various views of human life in this world. In Indonesia, various views of life can be found. First, it is concluded that every Muslim must have a view of life, because with this view, one's life will be well directed. Second, a view of life is a way of looking at life according to a certain point of view, meaning a certain view that is used to view reality. Third, there are four kinds of views of a Muslim's life, one of which is considered good and worthy of getting the perfection of life in this world and happiness in the hereafter is the view that views that life must be carried out in a balanced way, meaning working for the continuation of life in the world and doing good deeds for worship. Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the level of correlation between student perception about teacher role with learning achievement, learning style with learning achievement, student perception about teacher role and learning style with learning achievement by together. To get the obtained data, writer will process and analyze by using Statistical product and Service Solution (SPSS). From analysis result expressed that, 1) there are significant relation between about teacher role improved, learning achievement also increase, 2) between students learning style variable with student learning achievement. If student learning style improved, learning achievement also increase, 3) between student perception variable about teacher role and student learning achievement by together with student learning achievement.

Abstract

The family is the smallest component in a nation. If in the nation there is only one family that is weak or damaged then the nation will be weak too. Children are part of a family that really needs guidance from both parents. The guidance includes: fostering the soul of parents, fostering monotheism for children, fostering faith in children and social coaching for children. People who neglect their children's education, do not pay attention to their teachings, instead open the door of their hearts to always love the world and submit to their rule, so that the children disobey them and do not follow the instructions of their teachings, so let him not blame anyone other than himself. Losses always befall people who are negligent and negligent. In this day and age, too many children who are disobedient and do not want to hear the words of their parents are scattered everywhere. If we examine carefully, the cause is none other than the negligence of the parents who have neglected the care of the children since childhood.
