Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk in 2019-2021 by using the calculation of the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, namely processing existing company financial data in the form of financial statements and the data used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id and PT. Antam. The results of this study indicates that in 2019 and 2021 PT Antam can be said in a good condition, but in 2020 PT Antam's financial performance is not good. However, the profit obtained by PT Antam from 2019-2021 has always increased.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to measure the direct and indirect effects of price, product packaging, product quality, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as the intervening variable, and 2) to determine the total amount of each of the effects of price, packaging product, product quality, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Virsya Snacks Typical Souvenirs of Trenggalek. This research approach is quantitative. This type of research is causal comparative. The data analysis technique of this study is multiple linear regression. Comparative causal research is research that compares which has the stronger direct or indirect effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and compares the total amount of influence of each independent variable. The population of this study is Virsya Shop consumers and the number is unknown. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling method is by filling out a questionnaire which is distributed to consumers who come to the Virsya Store. The test results in this study indicate that price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has no effect on purchasing decisions, product packaging has no influence on consumer satisfaction, product packaging has no influence on purchasing decisions, product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction , Product quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, Store atmosphere has a positive influence on consumer satisfaction, Store atmosphere has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, Consumer satisfaction has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, Consumer satisfaction has a role in mediating prices on purchasing decisions, Consumer satisfaction does not provide a role in mediating product packaging on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction does not provide a role in mediating product quality on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction Consumers do not play a role in mediating store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Virsya Snack Shop, Typical Souvenirs of Trenggalek.

Abstract

The important role of human resources in achieving organizational goals requires good maintenance of human resources. Factors that influence the level of success of an organization is to look at the performance of its employees. This study aims to describe and implement servant leadership, affective commitment, work motivation and employee performance at Bank BNI Muara Bungo Branch and to analyze the influence of servant leadership and affective commitment on employee performance through work motivation (a case study at Bank BNI Muara Bungo Branch). This study uses the PLS analysis method. Based on the description of servant leadership, affective commitment, employee performance and work motivation at Bank BNI Muara Bungo Branch, servant leadership shows that the average score is 410 and a total of 4,102 in the very good category, work affective commitment shows that the average score is 295 and a total of 1,770 in the very good category. work motivation shows that the average score is 290 in the high category and employee performance shows that the average score is 286.5 and the total score is 2,865 in the good category. PLS results show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, affective commitment has a positive and significant effect and positive effect on work motivation, servant leadership has no significant effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable and affective commitment has no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation at BNI Bank Muara Bungo Jambi Branch.

Abstract

The banking world is one of the important aspects in the financial sustainability of society so that the need for optimal task performance from employees in order to provide optimal service to customers. Employee task performance can be influenced by several factors such as autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, autonomous motivation, educational level, and innovative work on task performance in 201 employees of PT Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Determination of the sample in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling technique or census. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed to respondents via google form. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work have a significant positive influence on employee task performance. Managerial implications in this study are expected that companies in recruiting employees pay more attention to factors that can affect employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on competitive advantage at ShopeeFood in Yogyakarta and analyze the effect of corporate image on competitive advantage at ShopeeFood in Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this study is to use a survey research type. This research was conducted on ShopeeFood customers in Yogyakarta. As for the time of research in September 2022. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality had a partial positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage for Shopeefood customers in Yogyakarta and Corporate Image had a partial positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage for Shopeefood customers in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the competence of human resources contained in the treasurer and school leadership as well as community participation on the management of BOS funds in the Education unit in Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study were all elementary / junior high schools in the scope of the Bengkalis Regency Education Office, while the sample amounted to 176 schools consisting of 126 elementary schools and 50 junior high schools. Respondents were taken by means of random sampling, in order to obtain a total of 528 respondents consisting of the principal, teacher/treasurer and the local community/school committee. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis methods that use numbers and statistical calculations. The data analysis tool in this study uses structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) using WarpPLS version 5.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the competence of treasurer human resources, managerial competence of school principals and community participation affect the management of boss funds in the education unit in Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to measure the direct and indirect effects of price, product quality and service quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as the intervening variable. 2) To find out the total amount of each effect of the price variable, product quality and service quality for consumers of BTA Corner Tulungagung Resto. The approach of this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is comparative causal. The data analysis technique of this study is multiple linear regression. Comparative causal research is research that is used to compare which effect is the strongest between the direct or indirect effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and compares the total effect of each independent variable. The population of this study are consumers who have made purchases at BTA Corner Tulungagung Resto. The amount is not known with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method is by filling out questionnaires that are distributed online and offline with the target being consumers of Resto BTA Corner Tulungagung. The test results in this study indicate that price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has no effect on customer loyalty, service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, service quality does not have an effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction cannot have an effective effect in mediating price and service quality on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can have an effective influence in mediating product quality on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Financial management behavior is a person's ability to plan, budget, check, manage, control, seek and save financial funds on a daily basis. This behavior arises due to the magnitude of a person's desire to fulfill his life needs in accordance with his income level. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, personal traits, and self-control on financial management behavior. The sample used was 107 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that financial literacy, personality traits, and self-control partially have a positive and significant effect on financial management.

Abstract

Many ownership of vehicles is an opportunity for repair service owners in Indonesia, to plan operations on Carimontir's business plan, operational plans are carried out based on a strategic plan by setting operational objectives in line with the company's strategic plan in accordance with setting objectives. After determining operational objectives, Carimontir determines targets that in accordance with QSPM, namely the number of business partners and being anywhere & anytime. Then according to the business level strategy, namely the differentiation strategy by having artificial intelligence technology in the form of Chat Bots. The idea for the display of the application must be easy for everyone to understand by applying a minimalist design concept accompanied by symbols that imply the function of the user of the feature. In designing the Carimontir system process technology using the latest version of the system so that application work will run smoothly without lag, the latest security system is an important part of system security and company data.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment through competence on lecturer performance. This research uses descriptive verification analysis. Data analysis was carried out using Path analysis and partial hypothesis testing with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 22 program. The results of the Path analysis showed a total effect of 27.27%. The results of the partial t test for leadership style and competency variables H0 are rejected, meaning that they have a significant influence on performance variables. Meanwhile, the work environment variable H1 is rejected, meaning that it does not have a significant effect on performance variables.
