Abstract

This research discovers correlation between income and the characteristic of the Lampu Merah (Traffic Light) traders and beggars. The 154 respondents which are spreading at the intersecion in Jakarta. The result shows that there is correlation between the characteristic of trader and beggar and income.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, involving 1 dependent variable and 3 independent variables; the independent variables are Green Involvement, Workplace Well Being, and Career Planning, while the dependent variable is Turnover Intention. The results of the data analysis show that green involvement has a positive influence on turnover intentions. This can be seen based on a significance value of.007 0.05, which indicates that H 0 is rejected, H a is supported with a value () of.278. Workplace well-being has a positive influence on turnover intention. This can be seen based on a significance value of.194 0.05, which indicates that H0 is rejected, Ha is supported with a value () of.091, and career planning has a positive influence on turnover intention. This is evident from the significance value of.000 0.05, indicating that H 0 is rejected and H a is supported by a value () of.710. The conclusion of this research is that employees agree with the implementation of green engagement, wellbeing at work, and career planning to reduce high levels of transfer intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of business independence on students through the use of digital technology and entrepreneurial resilience. This research method uses correlational with a total population of 254 students who take part in the business student community. The number of samples in this study was 120 students with a sample taking technique using a probability sampling technique. Data analysis using path analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the use of digital technology and resilience affects business independence. The level of student business independence in the moderate category is 45%, while the student entrepreneurial resilience has a high category of 47%. The use of digital technology is needed to create product innovations to become independent prospective entrepreneurs. The recommendation based on the results of this study is the need for training provided to members of the business student community in improving business independence.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja membutuhkan dinamika sosial yang baik antara atasan dan karyawan. Hubungan yang dinamis akan menghasilkan suatu perkembangan baik pada output dan outcome dari hasil kolaborasi antar karyawan. Hubungan antar karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan ini sering disebut dengan istilah employee engagement. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas terkait bagaimana employee engagement sebagai variabel moderator memengaruhi ethical leadership terhadap employee performance. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi yang menggunakan analisis SEM. Subyek yang digunakan berjumlah 121 orang dari karyawan PT. VWX. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert terhadap ketiga variabelnya. Analisa data menggunakan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara ethical leadership terhadap employee performance. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar mengembangkan employee engagement policy di kantor sebagai bahan evaluasi terhadap hubungan antar karyawan yang ada di PT. VWX.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Spiritual Leadership, Transformational Leadership, on Happiness at Work. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 61 employees of Bank Persero Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used a test technique instrument using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership and Transformational Leadership have a positive effect on Happiness at Work. The managerial implications of this research are that leaders in organizations apply Spiritual Leadership, so that employees are happier at work

Abstract

This study uses 3 variables consisting of: 1 Independent variable, namely Job Performance, 1 Mediation variable, namely Job Satisfaction and 1 Dependent variable, namely Emotional Intelligence which aims to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. The sample used in this study were employees of the Bank BNI in Jakarta Barat. The sample was taken using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method, through a survey using a questionnaire with a total of 130 respondents and the data analysis method in this study using Structural Equation Models (SEM). with AMOS software version 23. through a survey using a questionnaire with the results of this study showing that Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. However, it has no significant effect on Job Performance. If you look at the role of Job Satisfaction as a Mediation variable, it is enough to give Emotional Intelligence an influence on Job Performance for the employees of Bank BNI Jakarta Barat. Thus, the conclusions obtained indicate that employees with high job satisfaction tend to perform well in their jobs compared to employees with low job satisfaction. In addition, the work performance of employees with high emotional intelligence is greater than the performance of employees with low emotional intelligence. Apart from the direct effect, this study shows that job satisfaction has a significant mediating role on the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance. These findings reveal important theoretical clues that emotional intelligence as a personal capability can affect job performance not only directly but also indirectly through its positive influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) di Jakarta Barat. Melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 orang dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Burnout. Namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Jika melihat peran Job Burnout sebagai variabel Mediasi, cukup memberikan pengaruh Work Family Conflict terhadap Prestasi Kerja bagi Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) di Jakarta barat. Namun, hasil kami menambahkan dukungan dan memperluas pemuan ini. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan kerja sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan konflik rumah pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja, meskipun kami menemukan efek tidak Secara khusus, temuan penelitian ini menyoroti fakta bahwa kehadiran karyawan bank garis depan yang kelelahan secara emosional sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan (Job Burnout dan WFC) dan kepuasan kerja, yang sejalan dengan model yang diterapkan dalam penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Morality, Employee Engagement onAffective Commitment. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 86 employees of three star hotel in Cipanas, Sangga Buana. The data analysis technique in this study used a test technique instrument using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Morality and Employee Engagement have a positive effect on Affective Commitment. The managerial implications of this research are in organizations apply Morality, so that employees are comfortable at work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel yang terdiri dari: 1 variabel bebas yaitu leadership style, 1 variabel mediasi yaitu job satisfaction dan 1 variabel terikat yaitu job performance yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership style terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di hotel bintang 3 di Cipanas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive, melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 243 orang dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leadership style berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance, dan leadership style berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Jika melihat peran job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi cukup mempengaruhi leadership style terhadap job performance pada karyawan di hotel bintang 3. Maka kesimpulan yang dapat dikemukakan adalah dukungan yang tinggi terhadap kondisi dan tantangan dalam bekerja diantaranya job satisfaction yang menyebabkan pegawai bekerja secara maksimal dalam mendorong peningkatan job performance dari pegawai sehingga leadership style berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai pengaruh yang diterima oleh karyawan pada Hotel bintang 3 di Cipanas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety on Job Performance. Job Involment is a normative belief about the value of work in the life of an incumbent and this state of attitude is the result of previous cultural and socialization activities. Social support from colleagues can include instrumental assistance to complete work tasks, it can also be a type of emotional support to prevent the health consequences of stressful work experiences. Job related anxiety describes the tension that employees experience in carrying out their work duties because employees worry about organizational functions and their ability to meet superiors' expectations. Job Performance is As a behavioral skill that employees use to perform various aspects of their job. a role that directly or indirectly contributes to the goals of the company. This type of research is a quantitative method. The sampling method used is convenience sampling with 245 employees of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Persero) in the big rice fields of central Jakarta. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrument testing techniques with validity and reliability. Validity relates to the accuracy of the instrument in measuring the variables to be studied, while reliability relates to the consistency, accuracy, and predictability of a measuring instrument. and there is a hypothesis test carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the SPSS version 21 program. Hypothesis testing is carried out by comparing the p-value or level of significance (alpha) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety have a positive effect on Job Performance. The managerial implication in this research is that it is expected that leaders in organizations implement social support colleagues, so that employees become more comfortabel at work. The company is expected to be able to foster good relationships with employees so that Job related anxiety employees feel that their work has become a definite responsibility. Good relationships from superiors and subordinates will create effective work so Job Involvement is very important for workers.
