Abstract

Firm value was a goal that must be achieved in the context of the welfare of shareholders. This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, company growth and managerial ownership on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. Sampling by purposive sampling with a total sample of 150 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis.Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, debt policy has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company growth has a negative and significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership positive and significant effect on firm value

Abstract

Technology and the lifestyle of Indonesian people are currently experiencing developments. Many Indonesian people want prestige smartphones with high quality. A good brand image given by a product can give consumers confidence in using the product to support activities that suit their lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and lifestyle on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with an unknown population. To determine the number of samples, the formula used was lemeshow. Data processing techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image and lifestyle variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect Analysis of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability on Price Earning Ratio in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The population used in this study were Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities (IDX) 2016-2020. This study uses purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study amounted to 14 samples, which were obtained from secondary data using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F test and t test) with an alpha significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the variable liquidity (Current Ratio) and profitability (Return On Equity) have a positive and significant effect on the price earning ratio. While the solvency variable (Debt to Equity Ratio) has no significant effect on the price earning ratio and simultaneously shows that there is an influence between liquidity, solvency and profitability on the price earning ratio. This research is limited to food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. So for future researchers it is suggested to extend the research and expand the number of research populations. As well as considering other variables that might affect the Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. SAI Apparel Industries. The population in this study were all employees of PT. SAI Apparel Industries, which has a total of 1000 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 110 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis where hypothesis testing is done through the t test and F test. The results of this study show that (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality and e-promotion on purchasing decisions at Cafe Eat Toast Outlets in Indramayu. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification analysis, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 285 respondents by using the sampling technique Accidential Sampling. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis. The partial effect of service quality on purchasing decisions is 22.8%, while e-promotion on purchasing decisions has a greater influence and contribution, which is 39.6%. Simultaneously, the total influence of service quality and e-promotion on purchasing decisions is 31.3% while the remaining 68.7% is the contribution of other variables not examined.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors in Indonesia. As a result of the pandemic that occurred, it affected the company's financial performance. Financial performance is the ability of an organization or company to achieve the expected financial targets. Companies should continue to strive in managing their resources efficiently and effectively, so that the company can achieve its goals. Financial statement analysis can be done using financial ratios. Financial ratios that are often used include Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Profitability Ratios, Activity Ratios, and Inventory Turnover Ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the financial ratios of the companies PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and PT Kino Indonesia Tbk were in good condition and which financial ratios were better between the two companies before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the financial ratios of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk are better than PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the period 2018 to 2021 during conditions before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The positive and significant effect of Work Experience on Work Competence (2) The positive and significant effect of Training on Work Competence. (3) Positive and significant influence between Work Experience on Work Productivity (4) Positive and significant influence between Training on Employee Work Productivity. (5) The positive and significant effect of work productivity on work competence. This study uses quantitative research where the population in this study are employees of PDAM Solok city. The sample in this study were 51 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique, while data collection was done using a questionnaire. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, t test and F test and determination test. The result of this research is Work Experience is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence. Training is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence.

Abstract

In this study the variables used were leadership style, communication, work facilities and performance of employees at PT Suryagita Sarana Jaya. The purpose of this research is to provide input to PT Suryagita Sarana Jaya and add knowledge to readers. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Suryagita Sarana Jaya, in answering the questionnaire the respondents simply mark the column that contains the Likert's Scale (1 – 5) leadership style on work facilities has a positive and significant effect, while work communication has a negative and insignificant effect on work facilities and work facilities have a positive and significant effect, so does the variable leadership style on performance has a positive and significant influence, while communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance While simultaneously leadership style, communication through work facilities has an influence and significant.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology today makes the development of business strategies grow rapidly. So that every company can run its business well, the company continues to strive to develop innovation and creativity to compete in market competition. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and product quality on purchasing decisions for EcoKing products in Batam City. This study applies a quantitative method by determining a sample of 100 respondents to consumers who are in the city of Batam, specifically the sub-district of Batam, a city that is a user of Ecoking lamp products. Questionnaires are used as a technique in collecting data. With the help of SPSS 26, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, brand image (X1) has an effect of 0.231 or 23.1% on purchasing decisions, brand trust (X2) has an effect of 0.424 or 42.4% on purchasing decisions and product quality (X3) has an effect of 0.231 or 23 .1% on purchasing decisions. Brand image, brand trust and product quality factors influence the decision to purchase EcoKing products in Batam City by 67.4% based on the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that brand image, brand trust and product quality had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions for EcoKing products in Batam City.
