Abstract

The rapid development of the business world today causes companies to face intense competition. This research is classified as a type of quantitative research method, using a purposive technique. The results of the study are as follows. The use of social media has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi Smartphones with a p value of 0.031 < 0.05 1.65. E-wom has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi Smartphones with a p value of 0.033 < 0.05. The use of social media has a positive effect on trust with a p value of 0.015 <0.05. EWOM has a positive effect on trust with a p value of 0.030 <0.05. Trust has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions with a p value of 0.010 <0.05. Social media has a positive effect on purchasing decisions mediated by trust with a p value of 0.047 < 0.05. EWOM has no positive effect on purchasing decisions mediated by a p value of 0.096 > 0.05.

Abstract

Integrity in the Civil Servant Apparatus (ASN) is crucial in improving the quality of public services, enhancing the accountability and transparency of public institutions, optimizing the use of public resources, and improving the quality of human resources. Integrity is a fundamental moral value in daily life and particularly in the workplace, including for ASN employees. One method for approaching this is through qualitative research, which is used to understand phenomena or events in-depth, through descriptive and non-numerical data collection. In qualitative research, the aim is to understand phenomena holistically and contextually, as well as to consider the role and influence of social and cultural factors in shaping these phenomena. This study uses literature review as a method for data collection. Literature review is a critical analysis of ongoing research on a specific topic or question about a particular area of knowledge in a systematic way. The findings of this research indicate that strong integrity in shaping the personality of ASN is crucial in providing high-quality public services. ASN employees with strong integrity tend to have strong moral values, such as honesty, fairness, and responsibility, which can shape good character. Good character can lead to good performance in carrying out duties and responsibilities as an ASN. Through strong integrity, ASN can maintain professionalism in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. ASN employees with good integrity will work diligently, diligently, and enthusiastically in serving the community. In addition, ASN with strong integrity can also maintain the quality of public services and avoid unethical behavior that can harm the community. The government and society need to pay special attention to the formation of ASN integrity, both in the recruitment process, career development, and public ethics training. The formation of good integrity can also be achieved through strict supervision and severe sanctions for ASN ethical violations. Thus, strong integrity can shape good ASN personalities, provide high-quality public services, and maintain the image and trust of the community in government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantations of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Agriculture and Plantation Office of Central Java Province, totaling 96 people. This study used a quantitative method and the data collection method used a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis method is used to explain the influence between variables. The data that has been collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of each question item, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2), on Repurchase Intention (Y) through Brand Loyalty (Z) as an intervening variable in D'Konkrit Coffee & Food. This type of research is quantitative research by taking samples from 150 customers of d'concrete coffee & food who have made purchases or visited d'konkrit coffee & food as research subjects. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, and data collection was carried out by survey method by distributing questionnaires. The data was processed using the PLS-SEM (Structural Equation Model) method, and the Smart-PLS software statistics by performing a data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the 5 hypotheses in this study are supported. From these results, it is concluded that if brand equity increases, brand loyalty also increases. Furthermore, it was found that if customer satisfaction increased then brand loyalty also increased. The results also show that if brand equity increases, it can increase repurchase intention. It was also found that if customer satisfaction increases, it can increase repurchase intention and finally it was found that if brand loyalty increases, repurchase intention also increases.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze investment decisions using the Price Earnings Ratio (P/E Ratio) approach. The sample companies for this study are construction service companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. The results indicated that PT. Waskita Karya Tbk., PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk., PT. Adhi Karya Tbk., and PT. Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk. are sequentially the company with the highest investment priority. This priority scale can be taken into account by investors when making investments.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the partial and simultaneous impact of knowledge and skills on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth as many as 525 people. The sample acquisition method uses the Slovin formula as many as 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Research findings state that knowledge has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth partially. While work skills do not have an impact on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth partially. Knowledge and skills have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Sulawesi Mineral Earth simultaneously, with a large influence of 34.3%, while the rest is influenced by variables that do not exist in this research of 65.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Personal Selling, Promotion, Product Availability simultaneously influence the purchase decision of PT Maju Telekomunikasi Batam. Forward Telecommunications Batam. The phenomenon of purchasing decisions at PT Maju Telekomunikasi Batam, shows that purchasing decisions experience sales going up and down. This study uses three independent variables, namely personal selling variables, promotion variables, and product availability variables. The method of data collection techniques used in this study was distributing questionnaires using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, the number of samples used was 169 people. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the personal selling variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product availability has a positive and significant influence on decisions, and simultaneously personal selling, promotion, and product availability has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variables contained in this study had an influence of 56,7% on purchasing decisions. The remaining 43,3% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research begins with gap research on the influence of the introduction of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance based on the Resource-based theory (RBT). This study analyzes the effect of entrepreneurial orientation assistance and learning ability on company performance which is mediated by the competitive advantage of halal food SMEs in the city of Salatiga. The results of multiple linear regression of 112 respondents stated that entrepreneurial orientation, company performance had a significant positive effect on company performance, and competitive advantage was able to mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning ability on company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of taxes on regional spending in Jambi Province and to analyze the effect of levies on regional spending in Jambi Province. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The development of regional taxes in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional taxes in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 of 7.13 percent. The development of regional fees in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional fees in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 amounting to -3.06 percent. Meanwhile, the development of regional spending in Jambi Province has fluctuated with the average development of regional spending in Jambi Province from 2011-2021 amounting to 10.58 percent. The results of the study show that regional taxes and regional levies simultaneously have a significant effect on regional spending in Jambi province during the 2011-2021 period. Then partially Regional Taxes and Regional Levies also have a significant effect on Regional Expenditure in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the democratic leadership style, individual characteristics, work motivation and employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office in Muaro Jambi Regency and to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and individual characteristics on employee performance through work motivation as mediation at the Population and Registration Office. Civilian in Muaro Jambi Regency. The analysis tool used is PLS analysis. Based on the results of the description of democratic leadership style, individual characteristics, work motivation and employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Muaro Jambi Regency that Democratic Leadership shows a good category, individual characteristics show a very good category, work motivation is in a very high category. While employee performance shows in the good category. The results of PLS show that Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Individual Characteristics has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Individual Characteristics has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, democratic leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable and individual characteristics have a significant and positive effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Muaro Jambi Regency.
