Abstract

This study is targeted at observing whether visitor satisfaction at Gunung Gajah Lingga Tiga Baths, South Labuhan Batu Regency is influenced by the quality of services provided and tourist attraction. Using a random sampling method, 99 visitors to Mount Gajah Lingga Tiga Baths in May 2024 were used as the study sample. This means that anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be included in the sample if it is determined that the individual is a suitable data source. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, while data analysis used multiple linear regression testing. The results of the study show that tourist attractions have a partial impact on visitor satisfaction with a t value above the t table (3.001 > 1.984) and a sign of 0.003 < 0.05. Service quality also has a significant positive impact on visitor satisfaction with a t count above the t table (8.299 > 1.984) and a sign of 0.000 < 0.05, but simultaneously tourist attraction and service quality have a significant positive impact on visitor satisfaction with a F count above the F table (164.318 > 3.09) and sign 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The industrial era 4.0 encourages textile and apparel companies to increase efficiency. CV. Berdikari Textile experienced high levels of absenteeism in its knitting department, reflecting low job satisfaction. Building discipline and work motivation is a concern, especially with rules that are often violated, such as prohibitions on smoking and the use of cell phones. Data on employee absenteeism and tardiness indicates problems that need to be addressed. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of developing discipline and work motivation on the level of job satisfaction of CV Knitting Department employees. Autonomous Fabric. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The common form of data collection is by distributing questionnaires and conducting direct interviews in the field. The data analysis approach uses several tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Testing was carried out by analyzing the output table produced by the Statistical Package for Social (SPSS) software program, namely version 26. The results of the research showed that disciplinary development partially influenced job satisfaction and work motivation partially influenced job satisfaction. Furthermore, fostering discipline and work motivation simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of CV Knitting Department employees. Berdikari Textile. This shows that the more the company provides good work discipline guidance and the higher the work motivation, the more it can strengthen the job satisfaction of employees in the Knitting Section at CV. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the hybrid work model as a catalyst in enhancing employees' innovative behavior to support organizational performance. Using an explanatory survey approach, this research involves 121 employees from companies implementing the hybrid work model. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS software to illustrate the causal relationships between the variables studied. The expected results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the contribution of the hybrid work model to employees' innovative behavior and its impact on overall organizational performance improvement.

Abstract

The decline in employee satisfaction based on findings from interviews with several individuals PT Xwy employees still needs to be improved. The aim of this study is to assess how the physical work environment and adherence to work discipline impact on the perception of direct superiors on employee satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This research uses was 37 employees in the fabrication department of PT XWY. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. quantitative methods and questionnaires with an interval scale as data collection. This research data processing uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing uses partial (t test) and simultaneous (f test). The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant partial effect on employee satisfaction. Additionally, work discipline positively and significantly influences employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test, the physical work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfactionn.

Abstract

Opening a restaurant business or the trend called a restaurant is currently more popular with entrepreneurs. Moreover, recently types of food such as noodles have been admired by many people, especially noodle lovers. When starting a business, you must pay attention not only to preparing materials and finances, but being ready to take risks is an important thing to overcome existing problems. That way, entrepreneurs have to work harder to gain and maintain consumer loyalty. This research was conducted to determine the influence of marketing management, creativity, innovation and location on consumer loyalty (Case Study of the Aigo Noodle Business in Kamal). The aim of this research is to determine the influence of marketing management, creativity, innovation and location on consumer loyalty (case study of the Aigo noodle business in Kamal) partially and simultaneously. The type of research used was quantitative with a Likert scale and 30 respondents. The sampling Technique in the research used Convenience Sampling. The research results showed that the marketing management variable (X1) had a significant influence on consumer loyalty. This is proven by a value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Tcount of 3.654 > 2.060. So Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The creativity variable (X2) has a negative but significant influence on consumer loyalty. This is proven by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a T value of -6.356 <2.060. So Hoe was rejected and Ha was accepted. The innovation variable (X3) has a negative but significant influence on consumer loyalty. This is proven by a significance value of 0.034<0.05 and a Tcount value of -2.244<2.060. So Hoe was rejected and Ha was accepted. The location variable (X4) has a significant influence on consumer loyalty. This is proven by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a T value of 6.015> 2.060. So Hoe was rejected and Ha was accepted. Testing F, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between marketing management variables (X1), creativity (X2), innovation (X3), location (X4) on consumer loyalty variables (Y). This is proven by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 54.996 > 2.76. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between marketing management variables (X1), creativity (X2), innovation (X3), location (X4) and consumer loyalty variables (Y).

Abstract

Transformational and work facilities on performance with work supervision as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative descriptive statistics. The research object in this study is the influence of transformational leadership style and work facilities on employee performance with work supervision as an intervening variable at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Jambi Province with a total of 91 specimens. This research uses the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. Based on the reflection of the transformational leadership style, work facilities, supervision of activities and results of activities of employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Jambi Province, it shows that the transformational leadership style has a total score of 4366 in the good category. Then, for an overview of the work facilities variable, it shows that the work facilities at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Jambi Province are higher with a total score of 2499 in the very good category. Furthermore, the description of the work supervision variable shows a total score of 3449 with good criteria, while the reflection of objects resulting from the activities of the State Civil Service with a total score of 4495 is quite satisfactory. Based on the results of a study using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, transformational leadership style has a relevant impact on monitoring activities, work facilities have a relevant impact on monitoring activities, transformational leadership style has a positive and relevant impact on the activities of the State Civil Service, work facilities have a positive and relevant impact on the activities of the State Civil Apparatus, supervision has a good and relevant impact on the activities of the State Civil Service, transformational leadership style has a relevant impact on activities.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the recruitment process in the era of Industry 4.0, focusing on the benefits and challenges faced by companies. Utilizing a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with recruitment teams, human resource managers, and candidates, the research finds that the adoption of AI brings several advantages, including enhanced efficiency in the selection process, improved screening accuracy, and an enriched candidate experience. However, significant challenges also arise, such as privacy and data security issues, a lack of transparency in algorithms, and regulatory uncertainties that may affect the adoption of this technology. The findings highlight the need for companies to address these challenges through the development of robust data protection policies, regular monitoring of algorithms, and educating both candidates and recruitment teams about AI usage. This research aims to provide insights for organizations in implementing AI ethically and effectively in the recruitment process.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the business success of Entrepreneurship Study Program students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) with participants of the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups (1000S) in West Java, based on five indicators: sales growth (X1), customer growth (X2), customer retention (X3), product/service validation (X4), and business efficiency (X5). This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with comparative analysis between two groups. The samples used were 10 UPI students and 10 1000S participants. The results showed that of the five variables tested, the 1000S group had a significant advantage in the variables of sales growth (X1), customer growth (X2), and customer retention (X3) over the UPI group. The workshop-based entrepreneurship program was more effective in improving several aspects of business success.

Abstract

Employee performance is a vital part to support the success of an organization, including the Batang Hari Regency Library and Archives Service. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, physical work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with discipline as an intervening variable. The research method uses a quantitative method by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to 51 ASN and Non-ASN employees. Data analysis in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 application to test the relationship between variables. The outcome of this research proves that the variables of leadership, physical work environment, and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee discipline. Discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, leadership, physical work environment, and organizational culture directly or through discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. These results confirm that good leadership factors, a conducive work environment, and a good organizational culture can generate employee discipline, which will later have a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, organizational managers must pay attention to factors that can increase employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how training and education affect worker performance at the State Police School (SPN) Polda NTB, using learning motivation as an intervening variable. This study employs survey-based quantitative methodologies. Employees of SPN Polda NTB who had taken part in the education and training program made up the research sample. To investigate the direct and indirect effects of variables, data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed using path analytic techniques. The analysis revealed that training had a considerable impact on employee performance at the State Police School (SPN) Polda West Nusa Tenggara, whereas education had no discernible influence. The best model was obtained with an r-square of 91.1%. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that learning motivation improves worker performance. The relationship between education and training and performance is mediated by learning motivation, which is an intervening variable. Good training and education will raise learning motivation, which will enhance employee performance. According to this study, enhancing the caliber of training and education initiatives and paying more attention to learning motivation are crucial for raising employee performance at SPN Polda Nusa Tenggara Barat.
