Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine and analyze whether there is an effect of Perceived Ease of Use on BRI Customers' Interest in Using BRImo Mobile Banking, (2) determine and analyze whether there is an influence of Perceived Usefulness on BRI customers' interest in using BRImo Mobile Banking, and (3) determine and analyze whether there is an influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on BRI customers' interest in using BRImo Mobile Banking. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents, which was determined using the Yamane formula. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) partially, the perception of ease of use has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using BRImo, (2) partially, the perception of usefulness also has a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using BRImo, and (3) simultaneously, the perception of ease of use and the perception of usefulness have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in using BRImo. The contribution of these two variables to customer interest in using BRImo is 57.9%, while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe the condition of work facilities, career development, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, as well as analyzing the influence of work facilities and career development on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. This research is descriptive verification with a PLS analysis approach. The survey results show that work facilities are in the good category with a total score of 6027. Employee career development is also rated as good with a score of 3624. Employee job satisfaction is classified as satisfied with a total score of 4175, while employee performance is recorded as high with a score of 6414. Research findings reveal that work facilities and Career development has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Apart from that, both of them also directly influence employee performance positively and significantly. Job satisfaction itself is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between work facilities and career development and employee performance.

Abstract

Consumers' choices to purchase Somethinc things are influenced by product quality, brand image, and sales promotion. This research aims to analyze and assess these factors. The study population includes Somethinc product users; specifically, it includes a sample of Bandung Regency residents from Generation Z, ranging in age from 18 to 28, who have purchased Somethinc goods. The sample size was 120 people. Multiple linear regression was one of the data analysis strategies used using SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were evaluated using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Brand perception and product quality were shown to have a substantial and positive effect on customers' purchasing choices. Conversely, the variabel of sales promotion had no impact on the choice to purchase Somethinc items.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of competence and career development on employee performance through motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The methods used in this study are descriptive verification and quantitative methods. The object of research in this study is the Influence of Competence and Career Development on Employee Performance Through Motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Based on the approach, it can be seen that the number of samples is 62 people. This study uses the PLS analysis method. The results of the study show that Competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Career development has a positive and significant effect on motivation Competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance through work motivation and Career development has a positive and significant effect on performance through work motivation. For further research related to the study, it is hoped that further researchers will add other variables that can theoretically affect employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate and examine the impact of profitability, sales growth, and firm size on financial performance in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. The sampling technique applied in this study was purposive sampling, which involves selecting samples based on specific criteria to sharpen the research focus. Based on this purposive sampling method, there were 14 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with a total of 70 data points collected over five years. The data source used in this research was annual reports. The data analysis methods employed were multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. After conducting the tests, the results revealed that profitability ratio and firm size have a positive and significant impact on companies’ financial performance, while sales growth ratio shows no significant influence on company performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that profitability ratio and firm size play a crucial role in determining financial performance, whereas sales growth ratio does not make a meaningful contribution in this regard.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of discipline and job satisfaction on work motivation and its impact on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department employees of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive verification and quantitative method. The object of research in this study is the influence of discipline and job satisfaction on work motivation and its impact on the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Based on the approach, the number of samples can be known, namely 50 people. This study uses the PLS analysis method. The results of the study show that this study shows that there is a positive and significant influence between several factors on work motivation and employee performance at the Satpol PP-Damkar Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Employee discipline contributes 41.8% to increasing work motivation, while job satisfaction has a greater influence, namely 57.8% on work motivation. In addition, employee discipline also affects employee performance by 33.2%, and job satisfaction contributes 36.5% to employee performance. Work motivation itself plays an important role with a positive influence of 30.7% on employee performance. In addition, employee discipline and job satisfaction have been shown to have an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation, respectively 12.8% and 17.8%.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, from a financial perspective that encourages economic growth in villages. This can be realized by implementing the financial accounting standards for micro, small, and medium entities (SAK EMKM). The research aims to determine the factors influencing the implementation of SAK EMKM, identify factors that hinder the implementation of SAK EMKM, and provide practical suggestions to improve MSME compliance with standard bookkeeping. This research uses a mixed quantitative and qualitative method approach using surveys and interviews. The results of the data using SPSS obtained the calculated t value of the HR Competence and Business Size variables greater than the t table 1.703 so that for the two independent variables Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected and the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 7.788 + 0.290 + 0.484 The constant of 7.788 means that if the Business Size and HR Competence are 0, then the Implementation of MKM SAK is 7.788, the regression coefficient of Business Size is 0.484 so if the other independent variables remain and the business size increases by 1 then the Implementation of EMKM SAK will increase by 0.484. The coefficient is positive meaning there is a positive relationship between12 Business Size and the Implementation of EMKM SAK. The regression coefficient of HR Competence is 0.290 so if the other independent variables remain and the business size increases by 1 then the Implementation of EMKM SAK will increase by 0.290. A positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between HR Competence and the Implementation of EMKM SAK. The researcher draws the following conclusions from the data analysis and discussion of the study findings described above as follows: 1. Business size has a partial and significant effect on the implementation of EMKM SAK in the preparation of financial reports in Retail MSMEs. 2. HR Competence has a partial and significant effect on the implementation of EMKM SAK in the preparation of financial reports in Retail MSMEs. 3. Business Size and HR Competence have a simultaneous effect on the implementation of EMKM SAK in the preparation of financial reports in Retail MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of training and work facilities on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Nipah Panjang District Office, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research uses descriptive verification and quantitative methods. The object of this research is the influence of training and work facilities on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Nipah Panjang District Office, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, with a total sample of 86 people. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS method. The research results show that training and work facilities have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation and performance at the Nipah Panjang District Office, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. Training has a direct effect on employee motivation by 27.9% and on employee performance by 69.3%, with an indirect effect through work motivation of 10.6%. Work facilities have a direct influence on employee motivation by 72% and employee performance by 68.5%, as well as an indirect influence on employee performance through work motivation by 27.3%. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 37.9%. Overall, training and work facilities are proven to play an important role in increasing employee motivation and performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the competence, work environment, discipline and performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. Then to analyze the influence of competence and work environment on discipline, analyze the influence of competence and work environment on teacher performance, then analyze the influence of discipline on teacher performance, then analyze the influence competence and work environment through discipline towards teacher performance. This research is a research using descriptive and verifiative research methods, which is a method in examining a group of people, an object, situation and condition of a system of thought with a goal to make a description, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The verification research aims to test hypotheses about the influence between variables of this study. This research involved teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City totaling 132 people. A sample of 57 respondents based on the formula of the Probability Sampling technique. Data was analyzed using SPSS.22. The results showed that competence in good condition, work environment in good condition, high discipline and high teacher performance, that competence and work environment simulatively or partially have a positive and significant effect on discipline , competence and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City .

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional experience and destination image on revisit intention mediated by tourist satisfaction of Curug Cileat Subang tourists. 120 tourists who experienced visiting Curug Cileat Subang were involved as respondents. The cross sectional or one shot method was used to obtain data. This instrument has passed validity and reliability tests which include convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability.The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 3.0. From the thirteen hypotheses proposed, eight were supported by empirical data. With the results of this study emotional experience, cognitive image, affective image and unique image have a direct effect on revisit intention and affective image has an indirect effect on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for further researchers and the management of the object being assessed or a similar tourist industry related to designing strategies relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.
