PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh free cash flow dan leverage terhadap harga saham dengan menggunakan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening, dimana kebijakan dividen diproksikan dengan dividend payout ratio (DPR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel penelitian diambil dari industri manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama kurun waktu 2010 – 2014 dengan metode purposive sampling. Diperoleh 16 perusahaan sebagai sampel, yang diobservasi selama 5 tahun dengan total observasi sebanyak 80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa free cash flow dan leverage memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Pengaruh langsung free cash flow terhadap kebijakan dividen adalah signifikan, sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh free cash flow dan leverage terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: free cash flow, leverage, harga saham, kebijakan dividen.

Analisis rasio keuangan terhadap Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) merupakan salah satu parameter dalam pengukuran kinerja pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Analisis kinerja keuangan menggunakan perhitungan rasio efektifitas, efisiensi, kemandirian keuangan daerah, aktifitas dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Mataram selama kurun waktu Tahun Anggaran 2012-2015. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif menggunakan metode analisis rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, rasio efektifitas dikategorikan efektif, rasio efisiensi dikategorikan tidak efisien, rasio kemandirian pengelolaan keuangan daerah masih rendah, rasio aktifitas kurang baik, rasio pertumbuhan pada komponen Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) kurang baik, sementara pada komponen rasio pendapatan daerah dikategorikan sedang, untuk pertumbuhan belanja dikategorikan kurang baik karena porsi belanja operasi lebih besar dari belanja modal. Diharapkan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Mataram dapat lebih meningkatkan PAD, serta melakukan skala prioritas alokasi belanja daerah.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the HR Development Needs to Improve Employee Performance in the Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 QMS in BKP Class I Mataram. This research is a qualitative research, the informant criteria used in this study is someone who has the authority to regulate, supervise, audit and implement directly related to the continuation of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 QMS in BKP Mataram. Qualitative data analysis consists of three activities that are carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that BKP Class I Mataram had developed HR and implemented the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS to improve employee and organizational performance, efforts to improve theperformance were carried out starting: 1). organizational development (OD) in the form of implementing work systems through the implementation of Quality Management Standards through ISO 9001: 2015, SNI ISO 17025 for laboratory of accreditation and ISO 37001 on anti-bribery management systems; 2) Non-Apparatus Development through the quarantine socialization; 3) Apparatus of Development through increasing the level of education to a higher level; 4) Apparatus through quarantine basic training and Training Center; 5) Apparatus of Training in the form of training activities, in-house training, workshops and mental development of employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran bank syariah dalam mendukung wisata halal dan untuk menganalisa potensi bank syariah dalam mendukung wisata halal. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kondisi bank syariah dalam mendukung wisata halal belum melakukan sosialisasi yang efektif kepada para pelaku industri wisata, akses kantor dan jaringan atm yang masih sulit ditemui serta kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perbankan syariah sementara potensi bank syariah itu sendiri dapat melakukan inovasi produk dengan memberikan kekhususan produk pembiayaan bagi para pelaku industri wisata serta melakukan event yang menarik agar dapat merubah mindset masyarakat bahwa bank syariah merupakan bank yang inklusif dan bukan eksklusif

This study aims to determine the effect of geen marketing and brand image on buying interest of mineral water brand of Aqua among undergraduate degree students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. This study uses two independent variables; Green Marketing, namely products, prices, promotions and places, and Brand Image, namely professional impression, modern impression, serving all segments and attention to consumers. The sample in the study were 100 respondents using accidental sampling. The method of data analysis uses quantitative methods and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are Green Marketing has a positive effect on buying interest. while Brand Image has a negative effect on buying interest.

This study aims to see whether Entrepreneurial Networks influence the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the City of Bima Does Explorative Learning affect the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City, and which of the entrepreneurial networking variables and Exploratory Learning has a dominant influence on the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City. This research was conducted on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City for 7 (seven) months. This research is divided into several stages, namely 1) Preparation (2) Implementation, (3) Reporting, (4) Monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination. The research method used is explanatory research research using the sample survey approach. Conventionally, explanatory research is used to explain the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses. Questionnaires were distributed to 104 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City, where questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability and then processed using SPSS so that the accuracy of the analysis tools could be reliable. The results showed that. Network Enterpreneur affected the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City while exploratory learning did not affect the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City.

The purpose of this study is to fill the research gap with the hope of contributing to the development of consumer behavior models that are part of Consumer Behavior lectures in the field of Marketing Management studies.The research method used is descriptive method with a sample survey approach in some populations. This Study population was tourists who had visited one of the natural attractions (Botanic Garden and Pancingan Market). There are 50 people in each location determined accidentally. The analytical approach used is model of the Consumer Matrix. The conclusions that can be drawn are; (a) Pancingan Market is in the East with low price perception (cheap) and high PUV (perceived use value), (b) Botanic Garden is in the West path with higher price perception (expensive) and PUV perception or perceived use value low, (c) Position of the Pancingan Market seen from the perception of price and perceived value of use to have a better position compared to the Botanic Garden, (d) All service elements in the Pancingan Market and Botanic Garden still do not provide good performance and need attention serious developing.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh risk attitudes terhadap keputusan penempatan dana untuk modal kerja pada UKM, 2) pengaruh risk attitudes terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UKM, 3) pengaruh keputusan penempatan dana untuk modal kerja terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UKM, dan 4) pengaruh risk attitudes terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keputusan penempatan dana untuk modal kerja pada UKM.Populasi penelitian adalah semua UKM di Pulau Lombok. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling, yaitu menggunakan judgment sampling. Sampel yang diambil UKM yang bergerak pada industri gerabah dan sudah melakukan ekspor. Responden penelitian ini manajer sekaligus pemilik UKM. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan risk attitudes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui keputusan investasi penempatan dana untuk modal kerja. Selain itu juga bisa dikatakan bahwa secara psikologis manajer sekaligus pemilik UKM rasional dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi (penempatan dana untuk modal kerja). Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebagian besar manajer sekaligus pemilik UKM laki-laki, berusia masih produktif dan berpengalaman dibidangnya lebih dari 10 tahun.Kata Kunci: risk attitudes, modal kerja, kinerja perusahaan

Religion is an invaluable factor in understanding culture as it is the most universal and influential social institution as well as it serves a significant role in attitude, values, and behaviour. There has been a lack of research that includes roles of religion as cultural element in terms of consumer behaviour especially using religiosity as its estimator. This research intents to analyze the relationship between an individual’s level of religiosity towards his/her behaviour in choosing a syariah bank, and to provide deeper understanding of the relation between religiosity, brand trust, and consumer behaviour. Location for the research is Mataram City with 100 respondents. Path analysis result proves that religiosity has a significant positive influence both directly and indirectly on the respondents’ decision to choose syariah banking. This finding supports the need for more understanding of religion as sub-culture, target markets and the importance of brand as company strategy in industrial positioning.

The purpose of this research is to know the level of refund Loan Save women's groups (SPP) at Sumbawa district and analyzing the strategy of Innovation management of the Fund Save Loan group of women (SPP) at Sumbawa district. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods that use the approach of the Ex post Facto on the five Subdistrict: Subdistricts of West Base, district, sub-district of Labuhan Badas Utan, Lopok sub district, and Sub-district Lape. The collection of data by the method of observation, kuisioner, documentation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that by doing the Innovation Fund management Save Loan group of women that used to be the level of kolektibilitas above 90% to 43% This means about 47% so an increase in refund the loan. So have significant results to increased kolektibilitas. The conclusion from this study that there are several causes of occurrence of nonperforming loans include: the existence of information that is not true that this is a fund that grants provided by the Government which does not need to be restored, failed harvest, the existence of communities that migrate, and used for other purposes that are urgent.
