PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to know and analyze about etnosentrisme of positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (2) to know and analyze about product knowledge in positive and signicance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (3) to know and analyze about etnosentrisme and product knowledge of positive or significance effect of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. the special aim of this research was to give positive input for weaver of “Tembe Mee Donggo” and for conserved this local product and for government, to give support in morale and material for development of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. The use of method in this research is using associative method. Location of this research in Bima district, especially in Donggo. The population of this research is all the people in Donggo, who ever used and bought of “Tembe Mee Donggo”. the technique of sampling is using purposive sampling with 50 respondence. The technique of data is analyzed multiple regression linear. The results of the research are: (1) etnosentrisme has positive and significance effect of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. (2) the product knowledge has positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (3) etnosentrisme and product knowledge has similarity positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Main Distribution Unit continuously improves services to customers by conducting new installations following the targeted time. Installation speed is one of the factors that influence the function and customer perception of the company. PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Distribution Main Unit serves the connection of Low Voltage (TR) and Medium Voltage (TM) electricity. Based on the identification carried out, it was found that there were obstacles experienced by the company, causing the connection work to belong. This is located in the Medium Voltage service pattern of 100 days required above the 100-day target. The length of the service process is experiencing problems from the external and internal sides of the company. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth analysis of certain methods to achieve the targets set the following year. This study examines the attributes of reliability and responsiveness using the Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) and Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) metrics. The results showed that the licensing factor and customer unpreparedness were the main reasons for the delay in installing the 100-day Medium Voltage electricity pattern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Produk Konveksi dan Aksesoris Pada Toko UD.Gina Ria. Tujuan dan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui posisi UD.Gina Ria dalam pemasarannya berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal, untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang tepat untuk digunakan oleh toko UD. Gina Ria dilihat dan analisis internal dan eksternal.Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk memeperoleh gambaran terhadap faktor-faktor lingkungan internal dan ekstennal kemudian menganalisis menggunakan analisisi SWOT. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 orang yang dibagi menjadi responden internal perusahaan sebanyak 13 orang dan sisanya adalah eksternal perusahaan yang menjadi tringulasi. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Setelab melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik UD. Gina Ria dan hasil analisis SWOT, didapatkan bahwa posisi UD. Gina Ria berada pada kuadran 1 yang berarti UD. Gina Ria berada pada posisi kuat dan berpeluang. Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Lingkungan Internal, Lingkungan Eksternal

Abstract

The main objective of the study was to examine the effect of consumer ethnocentrism toward domestic product belief and willingness to buy. The survey was carried out among students of the University of Mataram. A hundred of student sample were accidently determined during two weeks of data collection. Majority of them were students of the Faculty of Economic and Businesess. The study found that ethncentrism among students (young consumers) is still not really strong/medium level. This was seen also on domestic product belief and willingness to buy. Nevertheless, the tendency has a strong effect on domestic product belief and willingness to buy domestically made electronic products. This means it is important to strengthen the tendency among young (educated) consumers for the national economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze form factor motivation to learn students and the difference by gender in STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. Kind of research that is used is comparative with quantitative analysis tools of confirmatory factor to find factors that form the motivation to learn a student and t-independent tests to know the difference by gender. student motivationThe research results show that the factors that form the motivation of students for college in stahn gde pudja mataram is motivation intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and as a whole there has been gender equality for men and women especially in terms point of view both intrinsic and extrinsic Motivation.

Abstract

In this paper a discussion on portfolio risk analysis will be conductedmethod Monte Carlo Simulation usingusing calculation of Value at Risk (VaR) as the maximum estimate of losses in the portfolio. The use of Monte Carlo Simulation to analyze portfolio risk is done so that risk can be measured more accurately based on random value generator generated by repetition of 1000 iterations, which are designed to describe the risk of a particular asset. A portfolio is a combination of two or more individual shares. In calculating portfolio risk analysis, what needs to be done first is portfolio formation first. The formation of portfolios in this study uses themethod Single Index Model. The data used in this study are stock data for the LQ45 index for the period of 2015 to 2018. The selection of shares in the LQ45 category is because the liquidity of stocks classified as LQ45 is very liquid and many interested in the stock market. Based on the results of calculations, it shows that stocks that make up an optimal portfolio include in the first semester there are 4 stocks, namely: GGRM, BMTR, SILO, ASRI. In semester 2 there is 1 share that forms the optimal portfolio, namely ITMG shares. In semester 3 there are 4 shares, namely: JSMR, GGRM, SCMA, and TBIG. In semester 4 there are 7 shares, namely: INTP, MPPA, WIKA, PGAS, PWON, PTPP and AALI. In semester 5 there are 9 stocks, namely: ELSA, LPKR, PPRO, AALI, PTPP, ASRI, ADRO, AKRA and ANTM. In semester 6 there are 2 shares, namely SSMS and AALI. In the 7th semester there were 7 stocks, namely: SRIL, BSDE, TLKM, BRPT, SSMS, TPIA, and LPPF. In the 8th semester there were 6 stocks, namely: SMRA, ANTM, PTPP, TLKM, SMGR, and SRIL. Then the LQ45 stock portfolio VaR value is obtained at 0.04534961, which means that the loss to be suffered by investors will not exceed Rp. 45,349,610 if the initial investment is Rp. 1,000,000,000.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja, pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian asosiatif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan metode sensus, populasi berjumlah 91 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian di analisa dengan menggunakan analisa jalur dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi SPSS 16.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa, pengembangan karir (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y1) karyawan pada Kantor Cabang Perum DAMRI Mataram, lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y1) karyawan pada Kantor Cabang Perum DAMRI Mataram, pengembangan karir (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y2) karyawan pada Kantor Cabang Perum DAMRI Mataram, lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y2) karyawan pada Kantor Cabang Perum DAMRI Mataram, kepuasan kerja (Y1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y2) karyawan secara signifikan pada Kantor Cabang Perum DAMRI Mataram.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja.

This study aims to determine the significant relationship of individual characteristics, job characteristics, work environment either simultaneously or partially as well as dominant influence.This research is located in West Nusa Tenggara provincial hospital general administration section which consist of 60 people as respondent, research type used is associative research, data collecting method by questionnaire and interview and documentation with linear multiple regression analysis with f test and t test.The result of this research is significant influence of individual characteristic, work characteristic, work environment simultaneously influence to work stress, while partially individual characteristic and work environment have significant effect to work stress, while dominant influence is individual characteristic

Abstract

ABSTRAK Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan jasa perhotelan memicu berkembangnya bisnis perhotelan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Princess Keisha Hotel, Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus), dimana menggunakan keseluruhan populasi yaitu 40 orang sebagai unit analisis. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan memediasi keadilan organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The challenge of education in delivering high quality and highly competitive human resources is increasingly, so teachers are required to always improve their performance in the world of education. Nanmu to achieve the high teacher's performance is required in-depth studies for the factors that affect the teacher's performance in carrying out its duties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of Transformational leadership style and the commitment of the Organization to the performance of teachers in SMA Model in East Lombok district. Analysis carried out using a qualitative, ununionized approach, conducted using structural equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS), using 97 respondents. The results of this study show that the Transformational leadership style has a positive influence on the teacher's performance at SMA Model in East Lombok. Organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant relationship to the performance of teachers in SMA Model East Lombok District.
