Abstract

The production department of PT Sugar Labinta requires overtime to complete its work. This overtime work process requires procedures and calculations. One of the problems that is often faced is too many employees who work overtime (overtime) and limited resources to manage and calculate overtime pay. The staff section in calculating employee overtime pay must look at the employee overtime work order (SPKL) one by one so that it takes a long time, then input the employee overtime hours, basic salary, calculate overtime hours manually, and calculate overtime pay and total wages overtime, this requires accuracy so that if an error occurs it will be detrimental to employees and the calculation of overtime pay will be recalculated. This designed information system can make it easier for companies to calculate employee overtime wages and reduce errors in calculating overtime pay and validating overtime wage data. By using the extreme programming method, it can be more effective in the process because it can produce applications with a performance efficiency level of 75% of the planned target time. The results of the employee overtime wage accounting information system make it easier for the company to make journal reports on cash disbursements for employee overtime wages at PT Sugar Labinta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of computer technology for the world of knowledge affects patterns and methods of work in all fields The Navy Marine Corps is one of the ASN offices tasked with protecting the Indonesian state in all fields. In order for research to be carried out properly and appropriately, of course there must be clear objectives, which has been established an implementation of the research. The data collection method is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies, the data obtained are analyzed in the form of Unified Modeling Language (UML) using Visual Paradigm 16.2 Software. The results of researchers' observations on the ongoing system process using Microsoft Word (manual). The promotion report is described using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Based on the results of the research analysis of problems that occur in the Indonesian Navy Marine Corps that have been described in previous chapters, based on the results of the researchers' observations during the observations, it can be concluded that the application of proposing promotion of rank can simplify and speed up the process to make it faster, more precise and efficient. Abstract

The proper use of energy in the household has many benefits, not only for homeowners but saving energy can benefit human life. The problems that occur, sometimes people forget to turn off their electronic devices before leaving for work such as irons, air conditioners, TVs, fans, rice cookers, dispensers, and others. So that the consequence is that in addition to security issues, it can also lead to a waste of energy on the number of electricity bills. In this research, Smart Home Tools and Systems were designed to be able to control the lights and other electronic equipment using NodeMCU which has been integrated with a Wi-Fi chip so that it can be controlled by a Smartphone anywhere as long as there is internet access. The results obtained from this test were full control over the shutdown or turning on of several electronic devices using an android device connected to the internet so that homeowners don't have to bother returning home to turn off their electronic equipment.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the sectors that can boost the nation's economic condition during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, during the covid-19 pandemic, there are still many farming communities who lack access to marketing their agricultural products. Marketing is one of the factors in increasing the sales of the farming community. Without easy marketing access, farmers 'products are not known by the wider community so that farmers' sales do not increase which will have an impact on the economy. Of course, this situation really needs to be improved, so that farmer products can be recognized and can be sold outside the region so that it can encourage the level of economic turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the efforts to improve this is by building a digital platform that can be used by farmers to market their products. The benefits obtained by farmers as well as consumers directly and indirectly, especially from the wider access to marketing agricultural products can increase production demand and accelerate the procurement of production among farmers and also the price offered to consumers according to market prices so that sales agricultural yields can increase and benefit farmers. The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas in product marketing for farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic to be able to sustain the nation's economy. Abstract

Maintaining customer satisfaction is a big challenge for companies. One effort that can be done is to provide the best service to customers based on the most influential aspects. In this study, the optimization of the Backward Elimination feature in the classification of customer satisfaction using the k-NN and Naïve Bayes algorithm. The use of the Backward Elimination feature aims to increase accuracy and reduce the number of less influential attributes. As a result, it can be seen that the best modeling without Backward Elimination is the Naïve Bayes algorithm with an accuracy of 99.04% and an AUC value of 1. While the application of Backward Elimination works more optimally on the k-NN algorithm with an increase of 33.74% to 97.28% with AUC 0.996. This shows that the performance of the Backward Elimination feature is effective in optimizing the classification of customer satisfaction and can reduce the less influential attributes.

Abstract

In the era of modernization, promotional media in the form of videos as a place to get information easily and quickly. Currently, video media can meet the needs of the wider community in presenting information and promotions that are more attractive and interactive. Days Hotel & Suites Tangerang, is a 4 (four) star hotel, which is located at Jalan Pembangunan 3 No.17 Karang Anyar, Kec. Neglasari, Tangerang City, Banten. The problem is that the previous promotional media only used print media such as brochures, magazines, flyers, online travel agents, simple slide shows via LCD, incomplete and updated information. The methodology used in this research includes: data collection, SWOT analysis, media design using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 software, Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 and Media Production Concept (KPM) which consists of Pre Production, Production and Post Production. . Abstract

VLAN is part of network system that serves as the divider, The use of vlan very helpful in mapping the router or switch on the device. The use of vlan become a sure thing in building architecture of effective and flexible. Not except one of a company service providers like PT. Telkom Indonesia. The use of vlan according to the standard of limited to specification 802.1q with the limited to 1 – 4096 VLAN ID can be used. This will make a problem when found vlan id who have been used for a network will not get used again to another network. The problem also can be found on PT Telkom Indonesia who uses GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) to meet the needs of their customers. Based on the problems encountered , researchers want to use of vlan qinq on technology GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) To solve the problem limited vlan id that might be encountered when meet the needs of from customers PT. Abstract

Security is one of the most important factors in an institution or company. By utilizing CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) technology, it can facilitate security, monitoring, and access to information in certain areas. The problem that often occurs is the lack of monitoring of the device which is not carried out for 24 hours. CCTV surveillance by technicians only runs for 14 hours, from 8 am to 10 pm, which means that outside these hours there is no CCTV surveillance. Therefore, it is necessary to have efforts to monitor CCTV devices if there are obstacles that cause the device to not work optimally. This study aims to create a CCTV device monitor system with problems using Telegram Bot notifications in real time and assist technicians in monitoring and maintaining CCTV devices, then indirectly helping companies achieve KPI targets and supervising employee performance.

Abstract

Beragamnya jenis bunga yang ada serta memiliki spesies dan kemiripan pada setiap ragamnya, membuat para pecinta tanaman dan pembudi daya sulit untuk membedakan dalam penentuan jenis bunga, diperlukannya waktu yang sangat lama untuk mengetahui jenis bunga jika hanya mengandalkan panca indera saja. Penerapan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor serta ekstrasi ciri terhadap warna dan tekstur sangat membantu dalam pengolahan citra untuk mengidentifikasi bunga menjadi lebih mudah dan mempersingkat waktu, dengan akurasi terbesar 71% menggunakan nilai K-7, identifikasi bunga berhasil dilakukan.

Abstract

Banyak pengguna menggunakan internet sebagai alat untuk layanan informasi yang lebih baik di lembaga pendidikan. Jaringan ini tidak memiliki penyedia layanan yang bertindak sebagai otoritas pusat dan pengguna memiliki kontrol lebih besar atas informasi mereka sehingga tidak ada pihak ketiga. Sehingga diusulkan sebagai solusi alternatif untuk sistem pembelajaran jaringan terpusat saat ini menggunakan Decentralized Online Educations (DOE). Banyak DOE telah diusulkan, namun keberadaan layanan Decentralized Online Educations (DOE) membutuhkan solusi terdistribusi yang efisien untuk melindungi privasi pengguna. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, banyak teknologi blockchain telah diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem pembelajaran sehingga sangat cocok untuk institusi pendidikan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah privasi dalam sistem desentralisasi. Pada platform ini, menggunakan teknologi blockchain sebagai sistem penyimpanan, dan materi pembelajaran yang bersifat publik. Dalam studi ini, buat kerangka kerja kontrol akses yang dapat dikelola dan diaudit untuk Decentralized Online Educations (DOE) menggunakan teknologi blockchain untuk membahas definisi kebijakan privasi. Kunci publik yang digunakan oleh pemilik sumber daya menggunakan dari subjek untuk menentukan kebijakan akses dapat diaudit menggunakan Access Control List (ACL), sedangkan untuk mendekripsi data pribadi setelah izin akses divalidasi di blockchain menggunakan kunci pribadi yang terkait dengan akun Ethereum subjek. Untuk memberikan evaluasi dari pendekatan ini, gunakan testnet Rinkeby Ethereum untuk mengimplementasikan Kontrak Cerdas. Dan hasil dari percobaan ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa Access Control List (ACL) yang diusulkan menggunakan Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) dalam sistem pembelajarannya. Untuk mewujudkannya, diperlukan Access Control List (ACL).
