Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) di Puskesmas dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang perilaku dan reproduksi sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja dan Pemanfaatannya Pada Puskesmas Guntung Payung. Penelitian kualitatif dengan cara indepth interview, observasi dan FGD. Informan sebanyak 18 orang. Analisa data menggunakan metode thematic content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa program PKPR yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Guntung Payung adalah membuka klinik khusus pelayanan remaja usia 10 – 19 tahun untuk memberikan layanan pengobatan, mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja di sekolah-sekolah, melakukan sosialisasi tentang program PKPR di tiap sekolah, memberikan tablet SF pada remaja putri, memberikan layanan konseling untuk remaja. Konseling di PKPR namun layanan konsultasi secara langsung belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh remaja dan ruang konselingnya masih belum menjaga privacy klien.Kata kunci : PKPR, Puskesmas, sekolahABSTRACTAdolescent Health Care Services (PKPR) established in the clinic is in order to increase knowledge about the behavior of adolescent and reproductive health.This study aims to gain an overview of the implementation program of health care services to adolescents and their utilization in health centers Guntung Payung. This research is qualitative research. The data was collected by depth interview, observation and focus group. Informants as many as 18 people. Analysis of the data using thematic content analysis method.These results illustrate that the program PKPR is implemented in health centers Guntung Payung is to open a special clinic services for adolescents aged 10-19 years providing medical services, conduct counseling on adolescent reproductive health in schools, to socialize PKPR program at each school, provide SF tablets in adolescent girls. For counseling activities, despite being provided in PKPR consulting services directly but has not been widely used by teenagers, and space counseling still maintain client privacy.Keywords: PKPR, public health center, school

Abstract

Pada tahun 2008 sampai dengan 2009, di Kota Ternate terdapat 3 orang waria positif HIV/AIDS dan 7 lainnya memiliki gejala – gejala yang diduga gejala HIV/AIDS, dan pada tahun2011(November) ditemukan 2 orang waria meninggal dengan HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan kondom pada komunitaswaria di kota Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancanganxxplanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel sebanyak 135 orangwaria. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square dan multivariatdengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (55.6%) berniatmenggunakan kondom saat melakukan hubungan seks. Faktor yang paling berpengaruhterhadap niat penggunaan kondom pada komunitas waria di kota Ternate adalah adanyapersepsi kerentanan terhadap penularan IMS dan HIV/AIDS. Variabel yang berhubunganterhadap niat penggunaan kondom adalah persepsi kerentanan terjangkit IMS dan HIV/AIDSdan persepsi kemampuan diri. Diharapkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Ternate agarmeningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya waria dengan cara meningkatkan sosialisasitentang pengertian, penularan dan pencegahan HIV/AIDS dalam program pencegahanpenularan IMS dan HIV/AIDS.Kata Kunci : niat, penggunaan pondom, waria . The Factors Influencing Intention Of Condom Use At Transvestite Community In TernateCity; People with HIV / AIDS in Ternate city tend to increase from the year 2007 are amounted3 people, in 2008 are five people, in 2009 are 8 people, in 2010 are 10 people, and in 2011(November) are 9 people. In the year of 2008 to 2009 based on information from NGOs Kiarahatransvestites there are 10 people died, 3 people positive HIV / AIDS and other 7 had symptomsof suspected the symptoms of HIV / AIDS, and in 2011 discovered two transsexual people diedwith HIV / AIDS. Transvestites are high risk group that are vulnerable of sexually transmittedinfections because they have number of sexual partners more than other group . This aim ofstudy to determine the factors that influence of intention of condom use at transvestite communityin ternate city.This study used quantitative methods with explanatory research and cross sectionalapproach. The sample size is 135 peoples. Data analysis used univariat analysis, bivariate analysiswith cross tabulation and chi square and Multivariate logistic Regression. The results showedmost respondents (55,6%) intend to use condom during sexual intercourse. The factors thatmost influence of intention to use condom at transvestite community in Ternate City is theperception of vulnerability of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, Variable that relatedto the intention of condom use is the perception of vulnerability contracting sexually transmittedinfections and HIV/AIDS, and ability of self perception. To increase knowledge of community about transmission and prevention of HIV / AIDS, Ternate’s health department must givesocialization and counselling to communities especially transvestites about condom use andsexually transmitted infection and HIV/AIDSKeywords: intention,condom use, ttansvestite.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAccording to the risk factors as a result of injecting drug use (IDU) were second highest, after the heterosexual and homo-bisexual. In IDUs face two risks for contracting HIV / AIDS, from the use of unsterilized needles and performed together or alternately with other IDUs and also through sexual intercourse, especially that done with more than one partner without using a condom. Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM) is included in the Harm Reduction program – This is a program of harm reduction drug use in preventing transmission of HIV / AIDS. This research is quantitative with correlational design, sampling using the technique across sectional the total population 50 person IDUs of injecting drug users in the city of Cirebon -use structured questionnaires technique. From the 50 IDUs who were respondents in this research note that 68% did not use PTRM services. It is because most IDUs still can not stop using injection drugs and have not been willing to switch to PTRM. Results of univariate analysis to determine the level of knowledge of IDUs about PTRM 88% have a good category, the attitude of the respondents 80% have category support PTRM, family attitudes 50% have category support PTRM, attitudes of peers 72% have a category does not support the utilizations PTRM, attitude of health workers 66% category does not support PTRM, and the availability of facilities and health facilities 52% support in PTRM services. For the bivariate analysis showed that the attitude of IDUs to program substitution therapy methadone-related measures the utilization of PTRM, whereas knowledge factors, family attitudes, attitudes of peers, attitude of health workers, and the availability of facilities. Then knowledge of IDUs about PTRM shows no relationship with the actions the utilization of PTRM , And based on multivariate analysis known that the action the utilization of PTRM is influenced by the family attitudes were supportive of the utilizations of Methadone maintenance treatment program (PTRM).Keywords: drug, injection, PTRM, HIV/AIDS

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT dan mengetahui secara mendalam Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah ODHA IRT dan subyek penelitian adalah ODHA IRT dengan persalinan pervaginam, dokter penanggungjawab PMTCT, dan MK. Subyek penelitian diambil secara purposive. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya Partisipasi ODHA Ibu Rumah Tangga pada Program PMTCT. Provider PMTCT sebagai pemegang kendali dalam pelaksanaan program memiliki keterbatasan pada tenaga terlatih di pelayanan kesehatan. Disarankan perlu partisipasi aktif dari stakeholders dalam kebijakan untuk menjadikan isu HIV/AIDS pada ODHA ibu rumah tangga sebagai kasus yang harus segera ditangani dan menjadi salah satu target pembangunan daerah sesuai dengan target MDG’s. Serta komitmen antara semua pihak dalam mendukung dan melaksanakan peraturan tersebut .Kata Kunci : partisipasi, ODHA IRT, program PMTCTABSTRACTParticipation Of Mother Hiv On Programme Prevention Of Mother To Child HIV Transmission In Semarang City; The purpose of the research is to describe the programme Prevention of Mother to Child HIV Transmission. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods. Subjects were mother HIV and stakeholders in the PMTCT Programme. Subjects were taken by purposive. Data collection techniques were used questioners and in-depth interviews. The results showed mother HIV basically supported the programme, but this program was not the priority yet. Aids Prevention Commission as holder of the control in the implementation of the programme has limitations on both the trained personnel nor the Working Group ofaids commission on health services. It is suggested the particition of stakeholders actively to create the issue of mother HIV as a case that must be addressed and be one of the target areas of development in accordance with the MDG’s. In addition, the commitment of all elements in implementing the regulation remain important.Keywords : participation, mother HIV, the programme of PMTCT

Abstract

Background: Adolescents are important groups that reported have potentially high risk from unwanted pregnancy, STIs and HIV/AIDS infections. Recent studies reported that they were earlier engaged premarital sex, have multiple partners and inconsistent on using condom.Adolescents who are living in brothel areas, their daily lives were exposed by prostitutions environment and living in more permissive sub-culture.Method: This current study that conducted at two brothels in Semarang namely Sunan Kuning and Gambilangu in 2008 is to examine and to understand the personal and social factors influencing adolescents’ attitudes toward premarital sex. A cross sectional study with both quantitative and qualitative approaches was sequence applied. Cumulatively, 67 adolescents (15-19 years) were interviewed; 5 participants and 8 informants were in-depth interviewed trough this study. Chi square and logistic regression test applied to examine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. Furthermore, content analyses technique was applied to analyze case study.Result: The research findings reported that brothels were not conducive place for adolescents to growing up, they were reported obtain negative impacts from their environment such as stigmatized, school dropped out, alcohol consuming, and exposed by sexual activities: observe people kissing, hugging, erotic dancing, and having sex. Those sexual exposures could lead adolescents into some risky behaviour. The adolescents’ acceptance of premarital intercourse was range between 7.5 – 37.3 percent at any relationship levels; this result was higher compared with other populations of non brothels adolescents. The acceptance level of premarital sex increased when it was done in more serious relationship. Bivariate analyses suggested that sex, close friends’ sexual attitudes and sexual exposure were statistically significant have correlation with adolescents attitudes toward premarital sex. In addition, multivariate analyses revealed that close friends’ sexual attitudes was the most influencing the occurrence of adolescents’ attitudes toward premarital sex, next followed by sex. It means adolescents who have liberal close friends tend to have risk 32,5 times to be more permissive toward premarital sex than those have traditional one; male have risk 4.9 times to be more permissive toward premarital sex than female.Key words: adolescents, sexuality, premarital, sex, permissiveness

Abstract

PHBS in school applying an absolute necessity as the emergence of diseases, which was generally associated with PHBS, especially associated with the practice of washing hands with soap, as an indicator PHBS in educational institutions. The aims of research are identify the factors that associated with practice of hand washing (CTPS) in the elementary school students Semarang City. This research is explanatory research with Cross Sectional design. Research sample is 5th grade elementary school students in the Semarang city with sample retrieval technique with proportional simple random sampling of 394 respondents. Retrieval of data has conducting interview. The results of bivariate analysis using chi square test showed there are three variables which significantly associated with, they are the role of parenting, the role of teachers in schools and the availability of the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students. Logistic regression test results, then gained, variables that jointly associated with the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students are the role of parenting and the availability of the practice of hand washing at the elementary school. The most dominant variables associated with the practice of hand washing at the elementary school students is the availability of hand washing facilities in schools, where the availability of hand washing facilities in schools that both have probably 20 times the practice of washing hands with soap in school of the availability of hand washing facilities are not good.

Abstract

Background : Since 2003 until March 2004 malaria cases in Banjarnegara was still high.The proportion of plasmodium vivax more higher ( 60%) than falciparum (40%). It’s mean reflecting incompliance of malaria drug treatment. The study was intended to know level of compliance and identified same factors that related with compliance of malaria drug treatment.Method : This research was used Cross sectional design. Cases were patients of malaria vivax where detected since October 2004 until March 2005. Respondent more than 15 years age, and was used 14 days treatment method. This study was take 120 respondents of malariavivax cases.Result: Malaria vivax cases who incompliance were 64%, it’s mean that level of compliance were 36%. Reason for stopping treatment was caused by feeling healthy of patients after 3 or 5 days of malaria drug treatment. The result of chi-square test showed a significant associationbetween the level of patient knowledge and level compliance of malaria drug treatment (p-value = 0.002, ratio prevalent = 4,8 ( 95% CI: 1,7 - 13,7)). Level compliance of malaria drug treatment was depended on level of patient knowledge. Patient with poor knowledge had 4,8 times to become incompliance of malaria drug treatment.Keyword: Compliance, malaria drug treatment, malaria vivax

Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior in the students is rising up. The cases of unwanted pregnancy, abortion, and premarital sexual infection increasingly occur in the students. This study was one of explanatory research using Cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research was some university students of adolescence (18-24 year of age) from six colleges in Semarang municipality of 382 students. The sample was taken using proportional simple random sampling.: This research showed that 17,2% of male students and 6,5% of female students have a premarital sexual behavior that risk unwanted pregnancy. The bivariate analysis result using chi square test indicated that there were five variables significantly correlated to university students’ premarital sexual behavior, namely religiosity, attitude, access and contact to information media, comrades’ attitude and comrades’ sexual behavior. From the logistic regression test result, the dominantvariables influencing unwanted pregnancy risk premarital sexual behavior of male students in university were comrades’ sexual behavior and religiosity. While of female students were comrades’ sexual behavior.

Abstract

Para TKI berisiko terhadap berbagai jenis kejahatan seperti kekerasan, prostitusi, perdagangan manusia, sampai terinfeksi penyakit menular seksual, termasuk HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, dengan cross-sectional dan kuantitatif (metode survei) serta pendekatan kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah TKI yang telah bekerja di luar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60% responden berniat untuk mencegah infeksi HIV dan AIDS dan 90% dari responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang HIV dan AIDS. Setengah dari responden mengatakan memiliki pengalaman yang baik di tempat kerja mereka, persepsi kerentanan adalah 53,3%, persepsi kegawatan 56,7%, persepsi respon yang efektif adalah 63,3%, kemampuan persepsi-diri adalah 53,3%, faktor rekan pendukung adalah 66,7%, manfaat dari pelatihan 63,3%, dan pengaruh dari tes kesehatan yang mendukung adalah 63,3%. Ada tiga faktor yang secara bersamaan mempengaruhi niat pekerja dalam mencegah HIV dan AIDS yaitu persepsi kegawatan HIV dan AIDS 79,528 kali lebih besar, faktor rekan pendukung 33,724 kali lebih besar dan status perkawinan telah menikah 14,609 kali lebih besar.Kata Kunci : Niat, TKI, HIV, AIDSIndonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) Intention to Prevent HIV and AIDS in Central Java; The Indonesian migrant workers are at risk of various types of crimes such as violence, prostitution, human trafficking, until various types of infectious diseases due to risky sexual relationships, including HIV/AIDS. This was an explanatory research, with cross-sectional type and both of quantitative (survey methods) and qualitative approaches. The respondents in this study were Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) that has been working abroad. The results of research indicated that 60% of respondents intended to prevent HIV and AIDS infections and 90% of respondents had less knowledge about HIV and AIDS. Half the respondents said having good experience in their workplaces, susceptibility perceptions was 53.3%, criticalness perception was 56.7%, effective response perception was 63.3%, self-ability perception was 53.3%, the supporting colleague factor was 66.7%, the benefits to provide training was 63.3%, and the influence of supporting health tests was 63.3%. There are three factors that simultaneously affecting to workers intention in preventing HIV and AIDS such as perception about criticalness of HIV and AIDS 79.528 times greater, the factor of supporting colleagues33.724 times greater and marital status of have married 14.609 times greater. Abstract

ABSTRACTBehavior of PLWHA in Periodic Diagnostic Examination as Care and Support Effort in The Pemalang District;Improved quality of life of people living with HIV can be realized through care and support for PLWHA was periodic diagnostic examination behavior. PLWHA in Pemalang have routine examination as only 20%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of people living with HIV in periodic diagnostic examination in Pemalang. This research was a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Quantitative data collection techniques through questionnaire interviews where the number of respondents was 53 PLWHA. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis with frequency distribution, using the Chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. The results showed that the variables related to the behavior of people living with HIV in periodic diagnostic check was the last of education, income, knowledge, attitudes, availability and affordability, and HIV/AIDS disclosure. Multivariate analysis showed that knowledge (p value = 0.041) was the variable that has the most significant effect on the behavior of periodic diagnostic examination with OR of 3.927. The advice given to the government is to provide a comprehensive socialization of care and support include periodic medical examinations related what procedure should be done and the standard tariff for the examination.Keywords: PLWHA, Periodic Examination, Pemalang
