Empathy is a part of important things to support students with special needs for their interpersonal development. Moreover, it is also a prominent factor of student’s mental health in inclusive school. This research aimed to investigate student’s empathy based on their educational level. The methods of this research was quantitative.,the instruments used were Empathy Scale from Index of Empathy for Children and Adolescents. Anova and t-test were used to analyze data. The results showed that there were differences empathy based on educational level (F = 435.541 p < .001). Empathy on Junior High School was higher than of other educational levels. Empathy on Junior High School (M = 38.5; SD = 6.135 ), University (M = 29.27; SD = 3.927), Senior High School (M = 20.89; SD = 3.406), Elementary School (M = 14.40; SD = 6.509 ). The results showed that there were differences empathy based on sex (t = 3.940 p< .001). The results showed that empathy on female students (M = 27.33 SD = 9.740) higher than male students (M = 23.75 SD = 9.581).

GTA (Grand Theft Auto) is a video game containing sexual and violent content classified as a mature category (18+). However in Indonesia, this video game is often played by teenegers under 18 years old. This research purposes to describe teeneger’s experience on playing GTA game and the factors influencing them to play the game. The informants of this research are 6 teenegers who have been playing this game with under 18 years old obtained by using snowball sample technique. The method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological approach. The data were collected through semi-structured interview. The result of this research shows that teenegers who play this game said that they could gain new experiences like being outside of country situation. For teenegers it was exciting because they could perform things that they could not do in the real life like kill, rob, and fight beetwen gang. The factors influencing them to play GTA game come from their playmates, parent’s supervision, and also education level. Playmates are the main cause for teenegers to play GTA game. Teenagers playing GTA game without parent's supervision will tend to get negative impact. While higher level of teeneger education decreases the intensity of playing GTA game. Therefore, in order to minimize negative impact obtained by teenegers in playing GTA game, it requires the parent supervision so that the teenegers know time limit to play and the certain behavior in the game that may or may not be imitated in the real life.

Epistemological understanding is an important part of college students’ intellectual development. The present study examines the structure of epistemological understanding on a sample of students in an Indonesian university. The study also compares epistemological understanding of the social and natural science disciplines. Participants were mostly female (58%), on average 17.9 years, and enrolled in either a social science (fashion design, law, and psychology; N = 575) or natural sciences study programme (engineering, pharmacy, and biology; N = 924). A Likert-type instrument was used to measure three dimensions of epistemological understanding regarding authority as a source of knowledge, the subjectivity of knowledge, and the changeability of knowledge. Eigen values and scree plot in the exploratory factor analysis indicate a four-factor solution. These factors referred to the three hypothesised dimensions, and one additional dimension reflecting beliefs related specifically to factual knowledge. Additional analyses show that knowledge in the social sciences are seen as more subjective and uncertain. Furthermore, while students generally trust epistemic authorities from both fields, the trust towards authority in the social sciences is associated with a belief that knowledge is subjective. The reverse pattern was found for the natural sciences. A possible explanation is that social science students recognised but were uncomfortable with the subjective nature of their discipline, and hence sought certainty from epistemic authorities.

Procrastination has an impact on academic achievement, as well as mental health. Although forgiveness is included as an attribute of positive psychology, the evidence about the relationship between forgiveness and procrastination impress contradiction. This study aims to examine the relationship between forgiveness and academic procrastination in college students. There were 127 undergraduate students from The Department of Nutritional Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of Diponegoro, Indonesia, who was selected as research subjects using the stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using The Forgiveness Psychological Scale (32 items, α = .888) and The Academic Procrastination Scale (41 items, α = .916). The results showed a negative and significant correlation (rxy = -.358, p = .000). The effective contribution is 12.8%. Further results showed negative correlations between forgiveness of self, others, and situations with academic procrastination. The differences in the amount of the contribution of forgiveness between different objects discussed further.Â

Academically, the bencmark of successful person is learning achievement which is involved by internal and external factor. One of the external factor that involved students learning achievement is authoritative parenting practices. It is kind of parenting authoritative done by parents in achieving certain purposes, including learning achievement. Including parents in the students instructional process can create a good atmosphere such acceptance or warmness, supervision, and psychological autonomy granting. The sampling technique used was multistage cluster and stratified random sampling. The participants was 334 students (145 males and 189 females). The instrument of this research is adapted from Authoritative Parenting Practices Scale which consists of 26 items, and learning achievement by using the mean of students’ record. The result of data analysis by using Pearson correlation technique showed that was the positive and significant correlation between authoritative parenting practices and students learning achievement in Banda Aceh (r= .309; p< .001). It indicates that the higher authoritative parenting practicesaccepted by the students, the learning achievement increase or vive versa. It can be concluded that parents have the important role in achieving students learning achivement.Â

The aim of this study is to measure the role of student‟s school engagement as mediator in relations between classroom climate with creative attitude in nature-based school. The background of this research is the needs of creative attitude to face the challenge in the future by create the classroom climate and make the children more involved in school activity. One of the ways to increase creative attitude and school engagement is by creating the classroom climate that support the student‟s need. Nature-based school is one of alternative schools in Indonesia that creates active learning in their classroom climate that encourage students to be more engage, so therefore the students can have creative attitude. This research is done with quantitative methods and non-probability sampling methods for elementary school students from grade 3 until 5 in one of Nature Based School in Jakarta, by giving them three self report questionnaires. This research use three measuring instruments, Inventory Classroom Environment, Creativity Attitude Survey, and School Engagement Measure. Thorugh regression analysis, the results showing the positive correlation between classroom climate and school engagement (r = .373; p = .006) and creative attitude (r = .217; p = .002). Through the mediation analysis, the results indicated that school engagement had a role as full mediator in relations between classroom climate with creative attitude in nature based school elementary students. This thing define that classroom climate in nature-based school will improve student‟s creative attitude when students involved emotionally, in cognitive and behavioral in school activity.

The purposes of this study were: 1) assess the orientation of happiness in mothers of children with mild mental retardation, 2) assess the orientation of happiness in the fathers who have children with mild mental retardation. This study is a qualitative study using phenomenological approach. The primary informants are mothers and fathers who have mild mentally disabled children who attend school in SLB C Yakut Purwokerto, while the secondary informants were neighbors. Methods of data collection in this study is the interview. Analysis of the data used interactive model analysis. The results showed: There are differences in the pattern of happiness orientation between the mother and father who have children with mild mental retardation. Orientation mother more happiness are dominated on social engagement, meaning that mother happier if it can be involved in social activities. While the pursuit of happiness if dad can do something fun that is the way the economic needs of the family.

Development of globalization impact to a strict competition between the companies. This lead the Human Resources factor into a crucial role in maintaining, directing and developing the company. Therefore, every company needs employees who are bound by their job. One of the things that can encourage the formation of relationship between the employee is perceived organizational support. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study were 139 permanent employees who were still working or were not taking time off from work with a minimum term of one year and the last education was diploma. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Collecting the data using the scale adaptation of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support with 17-item version (α= .91) and a scale adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) with 17-item version (α= .95). The results of data analysis using pearson product moment correlation technique that showed a positive relationship between perceived organizational support by attachment of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Banda Aceh (rxy = .30, p < .05). The higher of perceived organizational support to the employee, likewise the higher bound of employee or otherwise.Â
