Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi web menuntut optimasi kecepatan pemuatan halaman yang sering terbebani oleh ukuran file gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas format gambar WebP dan AVIF dalam mengurangi waktu load website pada perangkat desktop dan mobile. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan mengukur metrik Page Load Time (PLT), First Contentful Paint (FCP), dan Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) menggunakan Chrome Developer Tools. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AVIF menghasilkan ukuran file lebih kecil dengan reduksi hingga 45,78% dan memberikan performa paling efisien di desktop, dengan penurunan waktu muat sebesar 32,7% dibanding JPEG. Namun, pada perangkat mobile, WebP lebih stabil dalam rendering elemen visual terbesar (LCP) meskipun ukurannya sedikit lebih besar. Dengan demikian, strategi optimal adalah mengkombinasikan keduanya, menggunakan AVIF untuk perangkat modern dan WebP sebagai opsi lebih ringan pada perangkat mobile. Abstract

Aplikasi MyPertamina menghasilkan volume ulasan pengguna yang besar di Google Play Store, menjadikannya sumber wawasan yang krusial namun tidak efisien jika dianalisis secara manual. Penelitian ini membangun sebuah model analisis sentimen otomatis menggunakan metode deep learning dengan arsitektur Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Data ulasan yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik scrapping data dilakukan tahap preprocessing untuk memberikan data yang bersih, lalu model diuji dan menunjukkan performa yang sangat baik dengan akurasi mencapai 80%. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi sentimen negatif didominasi oleh keluhan teknis seperti 'error' dan 'susah login', sedangkan sentimen positif menyoroti manfaat aplikasi yang 'membantu' dan 'praktis'. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model yang dibangun efektif dalam menyediakan masukan strategis yang dapat ditindaklanjuti oleh PT Pertamina untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sistem pelayanan yang cepat, efisien, dan mudah diakses mendorong sektor pariwisata untuk mengadopsi pendekatan digital, termasuk dalam proses registrasi pendakian gunung. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka pengguna (User Interface/UI) sistem registrasi online pendaki Gunung Sindoro melalui Basecamp Ndoro Arum dengan metode Prototyping. Metode ini dipilih karena bersifat iteratif dan berorientasi pada pengguna, memungkinkan perbaikan desain secara berkelanjutan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Proses pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan prototipe menggunakan Figma, evaluasi, dan penyempurnaan desain. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode Prototyping efektif dalam menghasilkan desain UI yang responsif, intuitif, dan sesuai dengan ekspektasi pengguna. Prototipe yang dikembangkan meningkatkan efisiensi registrasi sekaligus memperkuat pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses layanan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem registrasi daring berbasis UI/UX.

Abstract

In the rapidly growing tourism industry, efficient data management is crucial for strategic decision-making. This study focuses on the design and implementation of a data warehouse to optimize the monitoring dashboard for hotel bookings on an application X, an online hotel booking platform, a product of PT. XYZ. Along with the increase in volume and complexity of booking transaction data, there is an urgent need for an efficient data management system that can provide insights quickly and accurately. To address this, the study uses Kimball's Nine-Step Methodology and implements a star schema, which simplifies complex data relationships and improves query performance. The ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process is applied to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data from operational systems into the data warehouse, thereby guaranteeing consistency and accuracy for analysis. Tools such as SQL Server Management Studio 2022, Visual Studio 2019, and SQL programming were used to develop the data warehouse and the star schema. The results of the study show that the star schema, with a central fact table and surrounding dimension tables, effectively optimizes data processing and query speed. The system is scalable, allowing for future expansion without significant changes, and provides a robust platform for business intelligence. Recommendations include developing dimension analysis, optimizing the ETL process, and integrating predictive analytics to enhance decision-making. Overall, this study provides a structured data warehouse design that significantly improves PT. XYZ's ability to process, analyze, and visualize hotel booking data for strategic decision-making. Abstract

Data plays a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making, particularly in the retail sector like C Store. To enhance sales performance and understand purchasing trends, an effective system such as a data mart is needed. This study aims to design a data mart that can be used to analyze sales data at C Store to support data-driven decision-making. The methodology used is the nine-step Kimball approach in data mart design. The ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process is used to manage sales transaction data collected from the period of 2021 to 2024. The result of this study is a data mart with a star schema, consisting of fact and dimension tables, enabling the analysis of sales performance based on product categories and time. The implementation of this data mart is expected to assist C Store in managing data efficiently, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving business operational effectiveness. Abstract

The data mart design for Y Clothing store aims to integrate scattered sales data to simplify analysis and speed up business decision making. Using the Kimball Nine-Step method and ETL process, sales transaction data from 2019 to 2023 is managed in a star schema. As a result, these data marts enable faster and more accurate analysis, identifying customer purchasing patterns, sales trends and promotional effectiveness. Implementation of this data mart increased inventory management efficiency by 15% and reduced sales report generation time from hours to minutes. However, challenges such as significant resource allocation for initial implementation and a learning curve for employees slowed down the maximum benefit gain somewhat. However, overall, these data marts contribute greatly to improved business decisions and more effective sales strategies. Abstract

The high demand for airline ticket purchases in Indonesia and ticket sales being one of the important assets for companies in the aviation industry. PT ABC requires a system that can effectively manage this data to support business analysis and strategic decision-making. This research aims to design a data warehouse that can integrate airline ticket sales data, enabling more efficient data storage, processing, and analysis. The approach used in the design of this data warehouse is the star schema, which consists of one main fact table and several dimension tables. The fact table contains ticket sales transaction data, while the dimension tables include information about time, flight routes, airlines, and customers. This research provides a primary contribution in the form of a data warehouse design that integrates airline ticket sales data, enabling faster and more accurate analysis. The resulting business impact includes increased operational efficiency, more accurate data-driven decision-making, and the ability to monitor sales trends in real-time through interactive dashboards. With this data warehouse, PT ABC can reduce data analysis time and improve the accuracy of sales trend predictions. Abstract

With the rapid growth of the tourism industry, particularly within the hotel and airline sectors, understanding customer behavior and segmentation has become crucial for driving strategic decisions. However, customer segmentation in these sectors often faces challenges due to the complexity of transactional data and varying service demands. This study addresses these challenges by designing a data warehouse using a Star Schema architecture, aimed at integrating hotel and airline booking data from 2023 to 2024. The methodology follows the Nine-Step Kimball approach, coupled with the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, to transform transactional data from OLTP systems into a format suitable for Online Analytical Processing (OLAP). The data warehouse features fact and dimension tables that support in-depth analysis of customer segments, booking trends, and performance across service categories and time periods. Key findings show that the data warehouse significantly improves the ability to segment customers based on booking behavior, seasonality, and service preferences, leading to more effective decision-making. This integrated system provides a robust foundation for data-driven strategies, allowing businesses in the tourism industry to optimize customer targeting, improve service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency. Abstract

PT XYZ memiliki Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS) dengan frekuensi tinggi aktivitas bongkar muat yaitu unloading yang dilakukan oleh continuous ship unloader.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dari continuous ship unloader dengan penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Tingginya aktivitas unloading menimbulkan kemungkinan terjadinya kerusakan pada peralatan yang dapat memberhentikan unloading. Dalam menjaga kontinuitas unloading diperlukan pemeliharaan yang mampu memaksimalkan efektivitas dengan menerapkan TPM. Tujuan TPM adalah mengikutsertakan semua karyawan pada seluruh departemen untuk menyusun, memakai, atau memelihara peralatan dalam rangka meningkatkan sistem pemeliharaan produktif guna mengoptimalkan efektivitas peralatan. Hasil dari penerapan TPM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas sekaligus nilai OEE dari continuous ship unloader. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan rata-rata OEE sebesar 72,88% tidak tergolong standar dunia OEE minimal 85%. Perlunya tindakan perbaikan yaitu memberikan buzzer di kabin operator ketika beban tinggi sebelum terjadi overload dan membuat sistem pelumasan otomatis pada setiap bagian mesin yang memerlukan pelumasan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi bagi user atau pemilik rumah dalam mengendalikan dan me-monitoring peralatan elektronik yang digunakan dirumah dengan pemanfaatan teknologi smartphone dan koneksi internet agar dapat melakukan pengendalian dari jarak jauh. Dengan tujuan tersebut, maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem Rumah Hemat Energi dengan konsep Internet of Things (IoT). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simulasi prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem alat rumah hemat energi yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti sensor gerak, dan modul relay. Sistem ini dapat dikendalikan melalui internet menggunakan aplikasi pada smartphone. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengontrol perangkat-perangkat di rumah secara efisien dan mudah.
