Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui system kebijakan CHSE Pemerintah Kabupaten Pinrang terhadap pengembangan Pariwisata Maritim di destinasi pariwisata. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan pendekatan Deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis data ala Moleong yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu proses reduksi data, Penyajian data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi tahap pertama proses orientasi, tahap kedua reduksi, dan tahap ketiga seleksi. selanjutnya akan dicek keabsahan datanya menggunakan teknik Triangulasi data yakni Triangulasi Sumber, Triangulasi Teknik, dan Triangulasi Waktu. Pengorganisasian yang dilaksanakan oleh dinas pariwisata dalam hal mengelompokkan, dan mengatur kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dengan membagi pekerjaan dalam tugas operasional baik dari pengawas, penasehat, dan pengelola objek di masa Pandemi Covid-19 wisata Pantai Harapan Ammani dan Menralo Beach and Resort telah teraktualisasi, Hal ini telang sesuai dengan program CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability). Hal ini telah sesuai dengan Implementasi Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif CHSE yakni Sosialisasi, Edukasi, Simulasi, Uji Coba, juga sesuai dengan penerapan Protokol Kesehatan bagi Masyarakat di Tempat dan Fasilitas Umum dalam Rangka Pencegahan dan Pengenalian Corona Virus Disease 2019 yang tertuang dalam keputusan Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2020 dan visi mis Pemerintah setempat. Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Maritim, Kebijakan CHSE, Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

Abstrak Struktur modal merupakan masalah yang penting bagi perusahaan karena baik buruknya struktur modal akan mempunyai efek langsung terhadap posisi finansial perusahaan, terutama dengan adanya utang yang sangat besar akan memberikan beban kepada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal yang diukur dengan rasio Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Profitabilitas diukur dengan rasio Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2015, ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah struktur modal, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Return On Asset, struktur modal, Debt to Equity Ratio. Abstract Capital structure is an important issue for the company because the good or bad of the capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position, especially with the existence of very large debt that will put a burden on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure as measured by the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Profitability measured by the ratio of Return On Assets (ROA) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was 45 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2015, determined by the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are capital structure, which has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Abstrak Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive effect of e-WOM, brand image, and brand attitude on consumer purchase intentions of online beauty products. This research was conducted on women in the city of Batam who are enthusiasts of Korean brand beauty products and are involved in e-WOM activities on Instagram social media. This study using Smart PLS version 3.0 to analyze data. The results of this test show that positive e-WOM has a significant positive effect on brand image, positive e-WOM has a positive significant effect on brand attitude, brand image has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, the brand attitude has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, e-WOM has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 82 pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Data dalam penelitian ini diuji melalui beberapa tahapan analisis seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan bantuan alat SPSS dan melakukan uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan, dan uji parsial. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel kompensasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R), diperoleh informasi bahwa variabel kompensasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and competence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study involved 82 employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data in this study were tested through several stages of analysis such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is done using the multiple regression method with the help of the SPSS tool and performs the coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test, and partial test. The results of data analysis show that partially and simultaneously, compensation and competence variables affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of South Sulawesi Province. Through testing the correlation coefficient (R), information is obtained that the compensation variable is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of the Regional Secretariat Office of South Sulawesi Province. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, manfaat dan kenyamanan terhadap pengunaan Mobile banking pada nasabah Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Sam Ratulangi. Jenis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif, yaitu data dalam bentuk angka, yang dapat dihitung, yang diperoleh dari perhitungan kuesioner yang akan dilakukan yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang terdaftar sebagai pengguna Mobile Banking PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Sam Ratulangi. Adapun jumlah nasabah pengguna Mobile Banking pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Sam Ratulangi adalah 38.703 orang. Teknik Sampling yang peneliti gunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu nasabah yang menggunakan Mobile Banking. Dengan rumus slovin maka ditetapkan jumlah sampel adalah 100 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kemudahan, manfaat dan kenyamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking di PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Sam Ratulangi. Kata Kunci: persepsi kemudahan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kenyamanan, keputusan nasabah. Abstract This study aims to empirically examine the effect of perceived of ease, perceived of benefit and perceived of enjoyment on the use of Mobile banking for customers of Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sam Ratulangi Branch. The type of data carried out in this study is quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers, which can be calculated, obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire to be carried out related to the problems discussed. The population in this study were all customers who were registered as Mobile Banking users of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sam Ratulangi Branch. The number of customers using Mobile Banking at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sam Ratulangi Branch is 38,703 people. The sampling technique used by the researcher for this research is purposive sampling, which is a technique that determines the sample with certain consider ations, namely Mobile Banking customers. With the slovin formula, it is determined that the number of samples is 100 customers. The results of the study found that perceived of ease, perceived of benefit and perceived of enjoyment have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to use mobile banking at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sam Ratulangi Branch. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada Informasi Kinerja Keuangan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif deskirptif, didukung oleh penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang mempunyai kesamaan konsep. Penelitian berlokasi di PDAM Tirta Dharma Kota Parepare. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer hasil wawancara. Menggunakan teknis deskriptif dan teknik males Huberman untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDAM Tirta Dharma Kota Parepare telah menerapkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada informasi kinerja keuangan. Kinerja keuangan PDAM Tirta Dharma Kota Parepare yang diinformasikan dengan prinsip Good Corporate Governance yaitu informasi likuiditas perusahaan, Informasi solvabilitas perusahaan, dan informasi profitabililtas perusahaan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance Information. This research is descriptive qualitative research, supported by previous studies with the same concept. The research is located in PDAM Tirta Dharma, Parepare City. The type of data used is primary data from interviews. They use the descriptive technique and Huberman's lazy technique for data analysis. The results showed that PDAM Tirta Dharma Parepare City had applied the principles of Good Corporate Governance to financial performance information. The principles inform the financial performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Parepare of Good Corporate Governance, namely company liquidity information, company solvency information, and company profitability information. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui efek profitabilitas, financial leverage dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan mediasi financial distress dan eraning management pada perusahaan sub sektor perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diharapkan memberikan masukan bagi industri perkebunan dalam merumuskan suatu pengungkapan lingkungan yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data pada laporan keuangan 25 perusahaan sub sektor perdagangan terdaftar di bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Teknik penentuan sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunaka metode purposive sampling dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakaan path analysis dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel intervening dalam penelitian digunakan uji hipotesis berdasarkan path coefficient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan namun berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dan earning management sementara itu financial leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan namun berpengaruh prositif terhadap financial distress dan earning management kemudian financial distress dan earning managemen sebagai variabel intervening dapat memediasi hubungan antara pofitabilitas, financial leverage dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Financial Distress, Earning Management, Nilai Perusahaan. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, financial leverage and liquidity on firm value by mediating financial distress and eraning management in retail trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which are expected to provide input for the plantation industry in formulating an adequate environmental disclosure. . This study uses secondary data in the form of data on the financial statements of 25 trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the analytical method in this study using path analysis and to determine the effect of intervening variables in this study, hypothesis testing was used based on path coefficients. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on firm value but had a negative and significant effect on financial distress and earning management , while financial leverage ,had a negative and significant effect on firm value but had a positive and positive effect on financial distress and earning management then financial distress and earnings. management variable intervening can mediate the relationship between profitability, financial leverage and liquidity to firm value. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Partia Artha angkatan 2017 yang berjumlah 47 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, dimana peneliti mengambil sampel seluruh total populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan metode analisis linier berganda berganda, menggunakan program Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS 23). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan serta Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan. Kata kunci : Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of research to know the shopping decision to consumers Matahari Department Store in Makassar City, by a factor of location, price, and quality of service. The method used is quantitative. The population is all customers. Determination of the sample refers to the table Krejcie & Morgan, so number of respondents is 385 people. The questionnaire was measured by a Likert Model Scale, which had been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption test consists of normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Next, multiple linear regression test to the hypothesis. Results of the study simultaneously and partial show that the variable of prices ( X1 ), location ( X2 ), quality of the services ( X3 ) have a positive impact significant of the purchasing decisions (Y) in Matahari Department Store in Makassar City. Simultaneously the correlation coefficient value of 0.421 or 42.1% indicates that the price, location, and service quality variables together have an influence of 42.1% on the purchasing decision variable, while the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other factors that not the focus of this study. Partially, the research variable has an effect of 0.195 or 19.5%, location has an effect of 0.153 or 15.3%, and service quality has an effect of 0.073 or 7.3% on purchasing decisions consumers Matahari Department Store in Makassar City.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Stikubank Semarang, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden sudah menggunakan sepeda motor matic Honda minimal 1 tahun pemakaian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan batuan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk; Citra Merek; Persepsi Harga; Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and price perception of customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Stikubank Semarang University, researchers took a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique with the criteria for respondents already using Matic Honda motorbikes at least 1 year of use. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 21 program rock. The results of the study indicate that the quality of the product does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the brand image does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price perceptions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive effect and significant to customer loyalty, the brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty, thus, the price perception does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
