Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the performance of the economic sector during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This research was conducted from June to August 2021 in Makassar City. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The population and sample in this study were employees affected by COVID-19 in Makassar City in the four sectors of hospitality, retail, restaurant and welding, totaling 200 people. Sample selection is done by using the sampling method. Based on the results of this study indicate that (Competency Training, Government Regulations) have an effect either partially or simultaneously on economic performance in Makassar City. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out, (1) The effect of Recruitment and Compensation jointly influences employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch (2) Effect of Recruitment on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch, (3) Effect of Compensation on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch, which amounted to 46 employees. The sampling technique used was the census. The research instruments used were Likert model questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was linear regression. Multiple The results of the study are, (1) Recruitment and Compensation together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch (2) Recruitment has an effect on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Kediri Branch, (3) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Branch of Kediri. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan servant leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional pada PT POS Indonesia (PERSERO) Cabang Kantor SPP Erlangga Semarang. Variabel bebas didalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan servant leadership , sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah komitmen organisasional. Metode yang diguakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaif. Sampel yang dibagikan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 115 sampel dan hanya 95 sampel dari responden yang dapat di analisis lebih lanjut, tknik yang dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling degan metde purposive sample dan pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner kemudian dianalisis dengan skala likert. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan regresi linier berganda selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisis hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen oganisasional dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Servant leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Demikian hasil penelitan ini membuktikan bahwa semua hipotesis dinyatakan dapat diterima. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Servant Leadership, Komitmen Organisasional Abstract This study was conducted to examine the effect of interpersonal communication and servant leadership on organizational commitment at PT POS Indonesia (PERSERO) SPP Erlangga Branch Office Semarang. The independent variables in this study were interpersonal communication and servant leadership, while the variables used were organizational commitment. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample distributed in this study was 115 samples and only 95 samples from respondents could be analyzed further, the technique used was sampling technique using non-probability sampling with purposive sample method and data collection with questionnaires and then analyzed using a Likert scale. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression and then processed using SPSS version 25. Hypothesis analysis, it was found that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0.002. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0.000. Thus the results of this study prove that all the hypotheses stated can be accepted. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak efisiensi modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada industri Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data perusahaan industri Makanan Dan Minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS . Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal kerja yang terdiri atas Tingkat Perputaran Modal Kerja, Rasio Lancar, dan Rasio Kecukupan Kas secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat profitabilitas untuk Industri Makanan Dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F dengan taraf signifikasi di bawah 0.05. Variabel modal kerja yangberpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas yaitu Tingkat Perputaran Modal Kerja. Sedangkan Rasio Lancar dan Rasio Kecukupan Kas tidak berpengaruh pada taraf signifikasi 0.05 untuk industri Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t, variabel independen secara parsial masing-masing memengaruhi variabel dependen jika tingkat signifikasinya dibawah 0.05. Kata Kunci: Modal Kerja, Tingkat Perputaran Modal Kerja, Rasio Lancar, Rasio Kecukupan Kas,Profitabilitas. Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of working capital efficiency on profitability in the Food and Beverage industry listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. This study uses secondary data on data on food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Statistical analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The findings of this study indicate that working capital variables consisting of Working Capital Turnover Rate, Current Ratio, and Cash Adequacy Ratio simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the level of profitability for the Food and Beverage Industry listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. This is evidenced by the results of the F test with a significance level below 0.05. The working capital variable that partially and significantly influences profitability is the Working Capital Turnover Rate. At the same time, the Current Ratio and Cash Adequacy Ratio have no effect on the 0.05 significance level for the Food and Beverage industry listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The results of the t-test evidence this; the independent variables partially affect the dependent variable if the significance level is below 0.05. Abstract

Abstrak Siri` Na Pesse` merupakan kearifan lokal yang berbicara tentang sebuah kebenaran yang telah menjadi tradisi dalam suatu daerah, kearifan lokal ini merupakan kebijaksanaan manusia yang bersandar pada filosofi nilai-nilai, etika, dan perilaku yang melembaga secara tradisional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perusahaan menunjukkan siri` na pesse` sebagai landasan konseptual dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara dengan karyawan ASTRA. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Instrumen yang mendukung penelitian ini : handphone, alat tulis menulis, dan saya sendiri peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya siri` na pesse` dalam perusahaan karena pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh para karyawan perusahaan ASTRA memang telah sesuai dengan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan. Tindakan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan otomatis akan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas menandakan bahwa laporan keuangan kantor ASTRA memang telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan sebaik mungkin tanpa ada penyelewengan amanah. Tapi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangannya masih kurang mengaplikasikan siri` na pesse` dan akan mencoba lebih mengaplikasikan nilai dari budaya kita sendiri. Dimana menunjukkan bahwa selama ini dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, siri` na pesse` bukan menjadi tujuan pokok karena orientasinya masih profit yang dimana harusnya budaya bisa terintegrasi dalam sebuah bisnis. Kata Kunci : Siri` Na Pesse`, Laporan Keuangan. Abstract Siri` Na Pesse` is local wisdom that talks about a truth that has become a tradition in an area, this local wisdom is human wisdom that relies on the philosophy of values, ethics, and behavior that are traditionally institutionalized. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which companies show siri` na pesse` as a conceptual basis in preparing financial statements. This study uses primary data through interviews with ASTRA employees. The data collection method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Instruments that support this research: mobile phones, writing instruments, and myself as a researcher. The results show that there is siri` na pesse` in the company because the financial management carried out by ASTRA company employees is in accordance with what should be done. Actions taken in accordance with the rules will automatically produce quality financial reports, indicating that the ASTRA office's financial statements have indeed carried out their duties as well as possible without any breach of trust. However, in the preparation of the financial statements, there is still a lack of application of siri` na pesse` and will try to apply more values from our own culture. Where it shows that so far in the preparation of financial statements, siri` na pesse` is not the main goal because the orientation is still profit where culture should be integrated in a business. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini lebih fokus pada Audit Report Lag (ARL) menggunakan profitabilitas, ukuran KAP, Good Corporate Governance dan ukuran perusahaan pada sektor perbankan karena pada indikator finansial sektor perbankan berbeda dengan indikator finansial perusahaan manufaktur, yaitu pada sektor jasa khususnya perusahaan perbankan menggunakan metode RGEC. Indikator keuangan perbankan yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode rasio CAMELS (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings power, Liquidity, dan Sensitivityto Market risk) yang diganti ke metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings dan Capital), hal inilah dasar bagi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian menggunakan indikator keuangan perbankan terbaru yaitu metode RGEC yang menjadi kebaharuan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif serta pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi, Sampel penelitian yaitu perusahaan perbankan khusunya yang terdaftar dalam indeks infobank15 BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Risk Profile dan Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapARL sedangkan Earnings dan Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ARL. Kata Kunci: Audit, LDR, RGEC, ROA, CAR Abstract This study focuses more on Audit Report Lag (ARL) using profitability, KAP size, Good Corporate Governance, and company size in the banking sector because the financial indicators of the banking sector are different from the financial indicators of manufacturing companies, namely in the service sector, especially banking companies using the RGEC method. Banking financial indicators that previously used the CAMELS ratio method (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings power, Liquidity, and Sensitivity to Market risk) were replaced with the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital); this is the basis for researchers to conduct research using the latest banking financial indicators, namely the RGEC method which is the novelty in this research. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection through documentation. The research sample is banking companies, especially those listed on the IDX infobank15 index. The results showed that the Risk Profile and Good Corporate Governance had no significant effect on ARL while Earnings and Capital had a significant effect on ARL. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh antara dimensi Produk, Harga, Tempat dan Promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada unit strata title gedung Menara Bosowa . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuisioner, wawancara, observasi langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa statistika yaitu analisa regresi linier berganda dengan pembuktian hipotesis melalui uji t untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependent secara parsial dan uji f untuk membuktikan keterkaitan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependent secara simultan. Penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Produk, Harga, Tempat dan Promosi secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen unit strata title gedung Menara Bosowa Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Produk, Harga, Tempat dan Promosi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada unit strata title gedung Menara Bosowa. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa variabel Promosi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi tingkat keputusan pembelian unit strata title pada gedung Menara Bosowa. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun secara simultan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Sinarmas MSIG Cabang Olympus D2 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 35 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear, regresi berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktfitas agen asuransi, (ii) disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas agen asuransi, dan (iii) motivasi kerja dan disipln kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas agen asuransi. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the direct or simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on the productivity of insurance agents at PT. Sinarmas MSIG Insurance, Olympus D2 Makassar Branch. This study uses a survey method with saturated sampling with a sample of 35 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression, multiple regression and determination test. The results show that (i) work motivation has a significant and significant effect on the productivity of insurance agents, (ii) work discipline has a significant and significant effect on the productivity of insurance agents, and (iii) work motivation and work discipline simultaneously and significantly affect the productivity of insurance agents. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk yang terdaftar di BEI. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder periode tahun 2017 - 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas menganalisis dan mendapatkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja perusahaan masih kurang memuaskan. Hal ini dilihat pada rasio aktivitas perusahaan selama tahun 2017 - 2020 rata - rata menunjukkan masih berada dibawah rasio industri kecuali rasio perputaran aktiva tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam menghasilkan laba yang nilainya melampaui rata-rata rasio indistri.Pada sisi rasio profitabilitas secara rata-rata masih berada dibawah nilai rasio industri, kecualu rasio gross profit margin yang nilai berada diatas rasio industri. Kata kunci : Kinerja keuangan, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas. Abstract This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk listed on the IDX. The type of data used is secondary data for the period 2017 - 2020. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method and a quantitative approach with financial ratios as an analytical tool, namely profitability and activity ratios. The results showed that the company's overall performance was still unsatisfactory. This can be seen in the company's activity ratio during 2017 - 2020 on average, which shows that it is still below the industry ratio, except that the fixed asset turnover ratio shows good performance in generating profits whose value exceeds the industry average ratio. In terms of profitability ratios, on average, they are still below the industry ratio, except for the gross profit margin ratio, which is above the industry ratio. Abstract

Abstract Financial inclusion has been an economic drawback for many countries, including Indonesia. Developing countries struggle with financial inclusion due to various factors. This paper aims to provide evidence on expanding Indonesia’s financial inclusion through the utilization of Fintech. Studies from previous researchers as secondary data were conceptualized, and to provide complete research, primary data were also gathered to study Indonesian’s response to the theories being hypothesized. This paper elaborates on how Fintech is an alternative in improving accessibility to financial services. It educates and raises awareness to its citizens, eliminates negligence and vulnerability of scams, facilitates credit activities and scores through advanced analytics. It also encourages the efficiency of asset allocation and economic growth and innovation - all of which ultimately leads to the expansion of financial inclusion.
