The problem of this research was how much the relation of administration of education facilities with the learning result of Accounting in SMA Islam Teladan Palembang in Academic Year 2015/2016. This study aimed at determining the relationship of educational facilities to Accounting learning outcomes in SMA Islam Teladan Palembang. The sample of research were 72 students, with two variables, the learning tool (independent variable) and Accounting learning result (dependent variable). Data collection techniques used documentation and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive, product moment and t-test. The results of this study obtained the value of rcount = 0.1802 based on interpretation table r value is expressed to have a level of relationship "High". While the value of rtable at the significant score of 5% = 0.235 it means rcount greater than rtable at the significant price of 5% = 0.235 it obtained value rcount larger than rtable (0.1802 ⥠0,235). and test of t-test hypothesis from calculation to get value ð¡count equal to = 9,105 when compared with value of ttable equal to 1,944 that mean ð¡count bigger than ttable = (9,105â¥1,994) hence Ho refused and Ha accepted. There is a relationship of educational facilities to student learning outcomes in the subjects of Accounting in SMA Islam Teladan Palembang Year Lesson 2015/2016. There is a relationship of educational facilities to student learning outcomes in the subjects of Accounting in SMA Islam Teladan Palembang Year Lesson 2015/2016.

This research aimed at describing the strategy of principal on upgrading the educational quality of Primary School 03 Sungayang. Type of this research was qualitative, case study. This study aimed at exploring the implementation of the nations character values in relation to the implementation of inclusive education in SD Negeri 8 Talang Kelapa. Currently the moral crisis occured in various countries and also in Indonesia. It need to strengthen character education to overcome this problem. Education in Indonesia also aimed at shaping the human character of Indonesia to be well manifested with the behavior and attitude of living in accordance with the soul of Pancasila. This nation will progress if its education is able to change the character of the nation that is not good to the noble values of Pancasila. Inclusive education as an education that accommodates students with diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs, and learning together in one class. Inclusive education as an implementation of the nations character values. This research was a qualitative research with case study. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 8 Talang Kelapa Banyuasin. The results showed that inclusion education is able to implement the character values among the prominent ones 1) social care 2) tolerance; 3) independent. Activities in the implementation of character values include learning, habituation, and extra curricular.

In this article, I described the implementation of curriculum 2013 and character education in SD Negeri 8 Rambutan, Banyuasin. Since validity of curriculum 2013, this school did the curriculum for first and fourth class, while other class used KTSP. At first appearance of curriculum 2013, this school asked some teachers to follow exercise of curriculum 2013. Then, the teachers were able to implement curriculum 2013 in teaching class. In educational character it implant social values such as religius, national, stand alone, mutual cooperation and integrity. In implementation of curriculum 2013, it also organized school literature program that purposed to form character of children in order to be dilligent and liked reading.

Archives have a role as a source of information in organization or individual life. Archives have specific uses for administrative purposes, law, financial, education, research and verification. Archives are divided into dynamic and static. Dynamic archives are needed directly in the planning, implementation of national life in general or used directly in the administration of the State. While the static archive is an archive that is not used directly for planners, administration, national life in general, or for the administration of day-to-day administration of the State. The archivist is a professional who is responsible for managing important archives. An archivist is a person who is trained professionally, experienced, and responsible in the management of the archives by conducting assessment activities and identifying archives continuously, documenting and preserving the archive. The institutional archive should be able to process information as best as possible and keep archive repository because archives are information that do not have duplication or cannot be reproduced.

This research was conducted to reveal the improvement of teachersâ competence who have received professional allowances in realizing professional teachers. The data were obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. Improving the teachersâ competence is expected in order to improve the quality of education. Only then the professional teacher is capable of conducting learning and succeeding in bringing the learner into the world of life according to todayâs needs and challenges. This study aimed at determining what strategies are used by the headmaster who served in rural areas with various challenges faced to improve the quality of education and character of the citizens of the school in accordance with the goals of national education. This research was a qualitative research, where in this paper researchers see the steps and efforts made by the headmaster while facing an event that is happening. Data collection technique in this study was interview to the principal of SD Negeri 17 Air Kumbang. From the results of the research, it can be seen that the strategy done by the headmaster of SD Negeri 17 Air Kumbang to improve the quality of education and character of the students is settle in the location where he served, socialize the surrounding community about the importance of education in school-aged children, improve the qualification of teachers, improving the competence of students and graduates, improving the character of students and teachers through extracurricular activities scouting and completing facilities and infrastructure in schools.

This study was purposed at examining the work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. The sample used in this study consisted of 15 respondents from 35 employees. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation obtained was Y = 22.100 + 1.167 X1 + 0.420 X2 + e. The result of the research by using t-test that leadership style and work motivation have a significant positive influence on employee performance. The results simultaneously using F-test showed that all independent variables significantly affect employee performance coefficient determinant (R2) is 0,594 which means 59% employee performance is explained by independent variables, where 41% is explained by other variables that are not followed. Keywords: Work Motivation, Leadership Style, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance in Universitas PGRI Palembang. The research method used was survey with quantitative explanative approach. The population in this research were the administrative staff of Universitas PGRI Palembang which consist of 388 people. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling where sampling method taken from the population is done proportionally by taking into account the strata in the population. The number of samples taken was 10% of the total population of 39 respondents. Statistical analysis used for hypothetical action in this research was descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that (1) the better motivation of employee performance of Universitas PGRI Palembang, then the performance of employees will also be increased; (2) The better the leadership in Universitas PGRI Palembang, then the performance of employees will also be increased; and (3) the joint better of motivation and leadership on the performance of Universitas PGRI Palembang, then the performance of Universitas PGRI Palembang staff will also be increased.
