<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the facts and phenomena in the development of government policies on higher education governance that were getting tighter, hence “Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swata (PTKIS) requires more intensive administrative and academic coaching, in order to require standard of higher education. The aim of this study was to analyze the problems of private Islamic higher education institutions in Region VII Kopertais in increasing SNP in South Sumatra and how the management of the development of private Islamic higher education in Kopertais VII in increasing SNP in South Sumatra. The researchers used qualitative with the type of descriptive analysis research.Tthe data sources in this study were the Head of the Kopertis II Sumbagsel, Islamic Religious College Leaders, lecturers and employees under the Kopertis II Sumbasel. The research approach uses a Sociological and Phenomenological approach. The results show that PTKIS has tried to carry out a phase of awareness building, physical facilities, academic development, and taking measurements and awards.]]>

<![CDATA[Quality Assurance System is a management system to direct and control an organization/institution in determining policies, targets, plans and quality processes/procedures and their continuous achievement. The Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University (FE-UNJ) is one of the institutions that has implemented the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in Higher Education striving to maintain and maintain the quality improvement consistency in all aspects. The 3 Main Components in Quality Management are: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement. Management. Quality Management uses controls and guarantees for the product process to achieve quality more consistently. The basic pattern of quality management systems (ISO 9001: 2015) is what we will do and after we write (planning and reporting) and what we write we do is better known as the P-D-C-A pattern (Plan - Do - Check - Action). The concept of quality control is the basis for assessing the results to be achieved in the context of meeting customer needs and satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The Issue in this paper was implementation of National Education Standards has not revealed. The informants were 17 person. The data collection was the researchers as a key instrument and supporting instruments were interview, observation guidelines, field notes, camera and HP. Data collection techniques using the participant observation, in depth interview and documentation study. Data were analyzed using models Miles and Huberman. The testing of the data validity using triangulation sources, techniques and timing. <![CDATA[Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) is a skill program in the form of learning while working or working while studying in each odd semester of class XI each year. The method used in this study was quantitative. The results can be seen that with the holding of Industrial Work Practices can grow interest to open their own business (Entrepreneurship). Judging from the data analysis Question Frequency of Very High value that is 31,25%, High Frequency 53,125%, Frequency Medium 6,25%, Low Frequency 9.375%, and Very Low 0 from Frequency of Interest Questionnaire Analysis Entrepreneurship can be seen that the average interest in entrepreneurship High frequency. t arithmetic = 6.143 and t table on α 0.05 / 2 dk 32 - 2 = 2.04 then this proves that there is Influence of Achievement of Industrial Work Practices on Student Interest in Computer Engineering and Network 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang Lesson Year 2017 / 2018. It turned out that the influence of Industrial Work Practice achievement of 0.7202 = 0.5184 or 51.8% on the criteria is quite high (strong), the remaining 48.16% influenced by other factors. The results show students who have done or who have followed the Industrial Work Practice if the value of “Good” Manufacturing Practice then the higher interest also for Entrepreneurship after graduating from school.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the magnitude of influence 1) Coordination of increasing organizational effectiveness of Jambi Province. 2) Communication to increase the effectiveness of organizations in Jambi Province. 3) Coordination and communication to increase the effectiveness of organizations in Jambi Province. 4) Communication on improving coordination of Jambi Province. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of survey approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are 1) there is an influence between coordination on organizational effectiveness because the significance value of 0.010 <0.05, has a beta coefficient of 1.689. coefficient is positive which means that the better the coordination, the better the effectiveness of the organization, Ho is rejected. 2) There is no influence between communication on organizational effectiveness because the significance value of 0.203> 0.05, has a beta coefficient of -1.267. coefficients are negative, which means that even though good communication does not guarantee increasing organizational effectiveness, vice versa, Ho is accepted. 3) There is an influence between coordination and communication on organizational effectiveness because the sign level is 0.0001 <0.05, meaning that if coordination and communication are carried out together well, then the effectiveness of the organization will also increase and vice versa, Ho is rejected.]]>

The purpose of this community service is to give assistance to the public relation of SMK 9 Wagir (Vocational High School 3 Wagir) to elevate the school’s credibility by designing a website for the school to introduce the institution to the public. The method used in elevating the school’s credibility involves: (1) conducting workshop in public relation management, (2) conducting website management workshop, (3) doing website designing assistance, (4) evaluating the whole process. The management information system has been computerized and well-automated, to improve work effectiveness and efficiency. Reducing the use of paper and ink. Then the most important thing is tidying up and securing the data. <![CDATA[The influence of technological developments in the current era of globalization is something that is inevitable, including in the world of education. This study aims to describe the use of IT in an effort to develop religious character in elementary school students in Gelumbang. This research was conducted because of the importance of growing the religious character of children since elementary school. This study used a qualitative approach with observation techniques, and interviews with educators and students in 3 cluster schools in Gelumbang District. The results of the study show: (1) elementary schools in Gelumbang have used IT to support character education activities in schools, despite some limitations; (2) Educators and principals work together to instill and develop religious character in their learners through spiritual activities; and (3) through IT assistance, activities in developing religious character Students become more interesting and meaningful. This effort, is expected to form positive religious character, and build the closeness of learners and creators.]]>
