Shifting values in terms of the psychological side is an important review in the current situation. The development of technology, especially the internet, has many impacts on learning, especially on the individual side of students. The purpose of this research is to see what shifts in values or characters are implicated from the application of the internet in the learning process. The method used in this study is the quality method, with secondary data sources that are processed from literature. The results of this study are there is a shift in value when viewed from the psychological aspects due to the application of internet technology in learning. In the psychological review of education which becomes the main scope are contextual teaching and learning, process of teaching and learning, outcomes of teaching and learning. Educational psychology focuses on the situation and conditions of learning, the learning process and the results achieved from the learning process through the learning situations created. The condition of learning by applying internet technology provides space for students to obtain extensive information about whatever they want to know. With ease, students get any information that makes the desire to be serious in learning is not so optimal. In the psychological side of the value it means that it is being eroded by the application of a new technology.

Educational technology is designed to help solve educational problems, so as to be able to provide benefits in an effort to improve the quality of learning. The era is increasingly sophisticated and modern so that every teacher must be innovative and creative in choosing a learning model to improve students 'abilities, especially students' mathematical problem solving abilities so that. This research is an experimental study with Posttest-Only Control Design. The study was conducted in class X TO 4 and X TO 6 SMK PGRI 2 Palembang in the academic year 2018-2019 with a test at the end of the meeting as a tool to measure students' mathematical problem solving abilities with results of tcount 2,693 thus it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of Realistic Matematic learning model Education (RME) on mathematical problem solving skills of students of SMK PGRI 2 Palembang.

In this all-creative era, we must be able to take advantage of all opportunities to become a source of livelihood if we cannot comply with the rules of other people's business work. Making PAUD Education as an entrepreneurial potential is not a new thing, but this field is not done by many people because other fields of business such as fashion and culinary look more promising. Even though the education sector can provide many benefits for both the manager, and for the local community. Children of PAUD age need to be educated from childhood because at this time the growth of the age of gold (gold ege) is increasing. Parents will provide the best education for children from an early age, especially in the midst of their busy work. Therefore PAUD entrepreneurs are currently mushrooming and even new players have emerged that are increasingly tightening competition. The challenge in entrepreneurial competition is how so that PAUD Institutions can continue to exist, survive, and improve, one of the factors that influences them is the management of learning. If the management is good, it will produce a good output that is producing children who are cheerful, cheerful, and balanced with IQ, EQ and SQ. PAUD units can be established by a) district / city government; b) village government; c) individuals; d) groups of people; e) legal entity.

The objectives of this community partnership (PKM) program are; a) To form Teacher Working Group (KKG); b) to improve teachers knowledge and skill about making instructional media with applied science and technology approach; c) to train the making of instructional media with applied science and technology approach; d) to train and assist the use of instructional media in the classroom. The method of adopting the action research implementation includes four stages: program planning, program implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The results of program implementation are; a) 7 teacher working groups with 4 to 9 members formed based on the location of the area; b) the increased knowledge and skills of teachers on the making of instructional media with applied science and technology approach, from the enough to the good category; c) generated media (props) for elementary students; d) teachers ability to use instructional media in goodquality category.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to provide an explanation of the constraints of using technology as a medium of learning in Gelumbang 4 Middle School. The informants in this study included teachers of Gelumbang 4 Middle School, headmaster or vice principal and several students through observation techniques, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the constraints in the use of learning media technology in Gelumbang Public Middle School are as follows: (1) the lack of media available in school; (2) teacher limitations in using technology as a learning medium; (3) unavailability of time for making learning media; and (4) There are some teachers who do not understand the function of media learning.

As we know, times have entered the era of globalization. That opens all the doors and windows of our insights without just going through books, but also through other media. The use of ICT in this era can also improve the quality of education, namely by opening wide access to the access to science and the provision of quality education. With the existence of ICT, the teacher can utilize various supporting facilities that facilitate him in delivering material in the learning process. But in reality there are still many problems that must be corrected in an effort to use ICT in learning such as there are still many teachers and principals who have not been technologically literate, the extent of the Indonesian state so that there are still many areas that have not been touched by electricity especially the internet and the high cost of these ICT tools.

The background of this paper begins with the rise of the issue of technological progress that is growing rapidly in all fields including education. Technology has become one of the needs in every level of society including teenagers today. This has emerged to pro and contra. On the onther side, technological development are very helpful and make many things easier for humans to do their daily activities such as online shopping, business affairs, transportation and others. On the other hand, there are various problems that arise due to the influence of technology in various fields, for example in the field of education. Nowaday, the education is faced with a complex problem. There are students? low motivation of study and low morale. The purpose of this paper is to discuss about 1) Technological developments in daily life, especially Online Games. 2) Effect of technological development (Online Game) on teenagers / students. 3) How to overcome and prevent Online Game addiction among teenagers / students. Through the directed education, adolescents are prepared to become smart and useful communities for the country and nation. Given the importance of education, there have been many efforts made by educators to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. It is because education is a very important investment for every nation to development a better country.
