Abstract

Abstract—The main focus of this research is the innovative idea of learning Indonesian in schools facing disruptive innovation in the digital era. The discussion uses critical analytics as the development of descriptive methods. The object of study is an idea or ideas. Data collection techniques used are book surveys or library research. The results of the discussion show: (1) The learning model is a conceptual framework that describes a systematic procedure in organizing experiences to achieve learning goals. The learning model is formed from the elements of focus, syntax, social systems and learning situations, and supporting factors; (2) Indonesian Language Learning is an effort to encourage students to learn the Indonesian Language curriculum which results in permanent changes in student behavior. Efforts to optimize Indonesian language learning in schools face Disruptive innovation, including: First, a paradigm shift in Indonesian Language learning is needed that is not only limited to cognitive orientation, but also the realm of psychomotor, affection and aspects of religious attitudes and behaviors. Second, Indonesian Language Learning in schools must be developed and innovated in such a way that Indonesian language learning becomes up to date and attracts students' interest. The use of information technology in the Indonesian learning model must continue to be developed and placed as a source, reference, and information on teaching materials. The use of social media in learning must also be an alternative. Including the use and use of social media for the development of Indonesian language learning in schools Keywords— Disruptive Innovation, Digital Era, Indonesian Language Learning Model Abstrak— Fokus utama penelitian  ini adalah gagasan inovatif pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah menghadapi disruptive innovation era digital. Pembahasan menggunakan analitis kritis sebagai pengembangan dari metode deskriptif. Objek kajian adalah gagasan atau ide. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah book survey atau library research. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan: (1) Model pembelajaran adalah kerangka konseptual yang menggambarkan prosedur sistematis dalam mengorganisasikan pengalaman untuk mencapai tujuan belajar. Model pembelajaran terbentuk dari unsur fokus, sintaks, sistem sosial dan situasi pembelajaran, serta faktor pendukung; (2) Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia merupakan upaya mendorong peserta didik untuk mempelajari kurikulum Bahasa Indonesia yang mengakibatkan perubahan tetap dalam tingkah laku peserta didik. Upaya mengoptimalisasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah menghadapi Disruptive innovation, diantaranya: Pertama, Diperlukan perubahan paradigma pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang bukan hanya terbatas pada orientasi kognitif semata, tapi juga ranah psikomotor, afeksi dan aspek sikap serta prilaku keberagamaan. Kedua, Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah harus dikembangkan dan diinovasi sedemikian rupa, sehingga pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menjadi up to date dan menarik minat para siswa. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam model pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia harus terus dikembangkan dan ditempatkan sebagai sumber, referensi, dan informasi bahan ajar. Penggunaan media sosial dalam pembelajaran juga harus menjadi alternatif. Termasuk digunakan dan dimanfaatkannya media sosial untuk pengembangan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah.. Kata Kunci— Inovasi Disruptif, Era Digital, Model Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Cultural education and character of the nation is basically the development of values that derive from the view of life or ideology of the Indonesian nation. The values in cultural education and character are: religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, nationalism, respect for achievement, and communicative. These values correspond to mathematical dispositions in Mathematics learning. This study was aimed at determining: the effect of mathematical disposition in character education toward concept understanding the 5­­­th grade students’ of Elementry School. This study was designed as quasi-experimental research. The data were obtained by using mathematical disposition questionnaires and concept understanding test. Data were analyzed by using t-test. The result of the data showed that there are the effect of mathematical disposition in character education toward concept understanding. Based on calculations obtained t of 3,10 with a significance level of 5% is 1.679.

Abstract

This research is library research, it is intended that the principle in conducting research utilizes data sources that have been available in various forms of writing. The purpose of this study is to illustrate that ICT can be used as a very relevant learning resource in the digital age today. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a type of literature study. The data used is secondary data. The results obtained from the research conducted that ICT has many impacts in the development of the learning process. The impact generated by ICT is not only positive, but also has a negative impact. However, in this study, one of the positive impacts of ICT was to be a source of learning in the digital era. The use of ICT in learning can optimize the statement that lifelong learning through distance education, asynchronous mode learning in which participants learn or communicate independently at different times anytime they are online (anytime-anywhere learning), and close professional isolation space during this is often felt in learning. The products resulting from ICT that can be used as learning resources are e-learning, e-books, e-libraries, e-modules, online tutorials, educational television, educational radio, interactive multimedia and virtual laboratories. So it was concluded that ICT can be used as a source of learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Illiteration consists of two types, that are traditional illiteration and modern illiteration. Traditional illiteration is those who cannot read, write, and count. Modern illiteration or illiteracy of the 21st century is people who cannot learn, stop learning, and cannot relearn. The literacy of education is essentially how one must understand the essence of the process of taking education and the negative effects that result from failing to implement and implement it. Modern civilization gave birth to demands for technological literacy, in the form of one's ability to provide, use, manage, evaluate, and understand technology. Education is the heart of preparing for the current and future generations to continue to develop, and to further develop human potential rather than pitting sheep with machines. The current generation's journey is in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0), which is characterized by artificial intelligence, automation, cellular supercomputers, intelligent robots, self-driving cars, improved neuro-technology brains, genetic editing, online learning, online student and employee recruitment, and other. There are three main things so that humans can "defeat" machines which are the key to creating future jobs, namely creative efforts, social interaction, and physical dexterity and mobility.

Abstract

Abstract— Innovation is an idea, idea, practice, or object that is considered new by humans or other adoption units . Through creative education learning innovations, students are free from feelings of laziness, bored or bored, fear of failure and feelings of being burdened because of the grace period of duty and so on. Learning in primary schools generally still strives for the ability to think rationally. Abstract

The era of challenging globalization is a time of inevitability. For that educational institution, especially Vocational education must be able to answer the challenge by changing the direction and orientation of education. All stakeholders should be able to read opportunities and challenges. so that SMK graduates can be accepted as well as become the main supporting element in the world community, without losing the identity as a belief and cultured creature. SMK with global standardization, but not leaving local wisdom. That is the ideals conceived in this paper. Abstract

One of the challenges of teachers in the Era of industrial revolution 4.0 is the use of technology in education which focuses on shifting the world towards digital. Age developments caused by innovation or breakthrough by utilizing sophistication. The era of industrial revolution 4.0 was characterized by cyber physical and computerized digital-based manufacturing collaboration with an Internet-of-Things (IoT) based system that was globally connected. In general, experts argue that multiple-faced technology. On the one hand, technology provides many conveniences and benefits, so there are teachers who rely on the use of technology in education. However, on the other hand, technology can also have a negative impact on education. The use of scaffolding in the form of technology can eliminate the essence of education. Therefore, the use of technology as an educational support must be accompanied by an awareness to continue to accommodate and maintain the essence of education not only concerning knowledge transfer, but also giving example, instilling good values, fostering character, fostering the potential "uniqueness" of each student, giving motivation, and various other "hidden curriculum". Such a thing cannot be achieved by relying solely on technological support, but requires human-intersubjective interaction between teacher-students, between students, and between teachers and students with learning resources. Therefore, a thought about "the use of technological support in learning, but still gives" the essence "of education", it is necessary with awareness carried out by the teacher. If not, the accumulation of long-term negative impacts from the use of technological support in education will be very large. We might actually lose the "important thing" in education.

Abstract

Teachers as professionals will need continuous and continuous coaching, and make teachers as laborers need to be considered, valued and recognized for their professionalism. To make them professional, not only improve their competence, increase discipline, provide motivation, provide guidance through supervision, provide incentives, and pay a decent salary to their professionals to enable teachers to be satisfied in working as educators. One of the factors that becomes a benchmark for school success is the teacher's performance in teaching in supervision. Principals as supervisors in the world of education have an important role in fostering, aimed at improving the quality of teaching, knowledge, motivation and improving the quality of teachers in carrying out their duties, especially now that 21st century learning-based learning requires teachers to be more professional, not only can teaching in the learning process but also must be able to master various modern technological tools and supporting technological means in educational activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership and work environment on teacher’s work motivation in SDN 23 Pulau Rimau, and the influence of headmaster leadership, work environment and work motivation on teacher performance. The research uses quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population in this study is all teachers in SDN 23 Pulau Rimau as many as 13 respondents. The results of this study indicate the principal’s leadership and work environment have a partial effect in teachers ‘work motivation, meaning that the principal’s leadership and work environment have a direct influence on Teachers’ work motivation. Since the leadership of principal has a partial effect on Teacher performance, it can be stated that the principal’s leadership has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, since work motivation has no effect on Teacher performance, the leadership of principal and the work environment does not have an indirect effect on Teacher
