Abstract

Abstrak— The background of the study was directed at the quality of learning at SDN 57 Palembang allegedly still low. One important component in improving the quality of education is educators or teachers in carrying out innovation and creativity in quality learning. To realize a generation that excels in innovative work, we need an educational model that can develop a culture of creative and active learning. Related to the model of learning activities, it is necessary to change the way of thinking of students, from normative and deductive thinking habits (departing from beliefs), towards skeptical thinking (departing from doubts) and inductive thinking (gathering unique facts scattered to be concluded to be concluded a knowledge or theory). The purpose of this study is to implement the management of innovation and creativity of teachers in improving the quality of learning. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study inform that the implementation of innovation management and teacher creativity in improving the quality of learning to realize a superior generation can run well. Through this approach, it is expected to be able to produce superior output because every teacher always has the right effort in transferring his knowledge according to the student’s character and teaching time. Kata Kunci— Innovation, creativity, and a skeptical thinking culture with an inductive approach Abstract— Latar belakang penelitian diarahkan pada mutu pembelajaran di SDN 57 Palembang diduga masih rendah. Salah satu komponen penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah tenaga pendidik atau guru dalam melakukan inovasi dan berkreatifitas dalam pembelajaran berkualitas. Untuk mewujudkan generasi yang unggul dalam karya inovatif, maka diperlukan model pendidikan yang dapat mengembangkan budaya belajar kreatif dan aktif. Terkait dengan model kegiatan belajar tersebut, maka perlu merubah cara berpikir siswa, dari kebiasaan berpikir normatif dan deduktif (berangkat dari keyakinan), ke arah cara berpikir skeptis (berangkat dari keraguan) dan berpikir induktif (menghimpun fakta-fakta unik yang berserakan untuk disimpulkan menjadi sebuah pengetahuan atau teori). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan manajemen inovasi dan kreatifitas guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa implementasi manajemen inovasi dan kreatifitas guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan generasi yang unggul dapat berjalan dengan baik. Melalui pendekatan tersebut diharapkan mampu mengasilkan output yang unggul karena setiap guru selalu memiliki usaha yang tepat dalam mentransferkan ilmunya sesuai karakter murid dan waktu mengajar.  Keywords— Inovasi, Kreatifitas, dan budaya berpikir skeptis dengan pendekatan induktif

Abstract

This journal explains how the creativity of teachers in remote villages in SDN 25 Pulau Rimau in 1. carrying out tasks 2. providing motivation 3. teachers who are competent 4. building cooperative relationships internally and externally. This study used a qualitative approach with the types of cases in several teachers in 25 Rimau Islands Banyuasin District. The research subjects were: school principals, teachers, and parents of students [school committee]. The data collection uses observation and interviews. This study found the implementation of teacher teachers in 1. how a teacher has a role in carrying out his duties 2. can motivate participants students in accepting lessons by giving encouragement 3. can become teachers who have competence by using basic capital of a professional teacher 4. can work together both internally and externally to be built through relationships with students, with superiors, with fellow teachers, with the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Abstract— this research was conducted by researchers related to the confidence of students’ less so that affect their attitude and their interaction in association. The purpose of this research was to determine whether one of the factors lack of student self-confidence caused by the influence of social media so that for some students who stutter the technology causing slow interaction and impact on confidence, especially in mingling. This research was carried out at senior high school Azharyah of Palembang. The number of sample was thirty students in eleventh grade IPA.1 in Senior High School of Azharyah of Palembang. The sample used clusterrandom technique and using t-test for technique analyzing data. The result of this research showed that there were an influence of social media on students’ self-confidence in association. This was evidenced by the average value of quetioner pre-test 4,75 and average value post-test 5,75 after the process of guidance in the second session, the students asked to return his opinion. The result of the answer of the students showed that there were a significant good effect on student self-confidence 13,8. It can made summarize that there were an influence of social media on students’ self-confidence in association of Senior High School Azhariyah of palembang. Keywords— social media, self-confidence, association Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilakukan peneliti terkait dengan kepercayaan diri siswa kurang sehingga mempengaruhi sikap dan interaksi mereka dalam bergaul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah salah satu faktor kurangnya rasa percaya diri siswa disebabkan karena pengaruh sosial media sehingga bagi sebagian siswa yang gaptek menyebabkan interaksinya lamban dan berdampak pada kepercayaan diri khususnya dalam bergaul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Azharyah Palembang. Jumlah sampel 30 orang siswa kelas XI.IPA.1 SMA Azharyah Palembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik clusterrandom Sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan t-tes. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sosial media terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam bergaul, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai rata-rata skor angket angket pre-test sebesar 4,75  dan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 5,75 setelah pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok sesi kedua, siswa diminta kembali pendapatnya. Hasil jawaban siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan pada kepercayaan diri sebesar 13,8. Hasil ini menunjukkan kategori positif, sekaligus menjawab hipotesis bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan nilai thitung  13,8 > dari ttabel 1,83. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sosial media terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam bergaul di SMA Azharyah Palembang. Kata Kunci— Sosial media, kepercayaan diri, pergaulan

Abstract

Abstract— The appearing of several violences, dishonesty, drugs, free-sex, as well as other things that endanger the existence of national generation. To strengthen and develop the glorious characters of elementary school students in their daily lives, the principal roles and function are required optimally. Some of the roles that should be performed by principal of a primary school level is as planner, actor, supervisor and evaluator to control all activities related to development and actuating the value which is agreed at the school. The effort is believed to provide sufficient supplies/ modal to students, so that students are expected to have the optimal competence to compete in life and wherever they are. Keywords— Principal roles, manager, students. Abstrak— Mencuatnya beberapa tindakan kekerasan, ketidakjujuran, penyalahgunaan obat terlarang, sek bebas serta hal lain membahayakan eksistensi generasi bangsa. Untuk menguatkan dan mengembangkan karakter luhur siswa pendidikan tingkat dasar dalam kehidupan seharihari, maka peran dan fungsi kepala sekolah diperlikan secara optimal. Beberapa peran yang dapat dimainkan oleh kepala sekolah pada tingkat dasar adalah peran sebagai seorang perencana, pelaksana, pengontrol serta sebagai evaluator guna mengontrol atau memastikan bahwa semua aktivitas tersebut terkait terhadap pengembangan dan penumbuhkembangan nilai-nilai yang telah disepakati pada sekolah bersangkutan. Abstract

In this article, Teacher is a Profession who prepares human resources to meet the nation’s development in filling Independence. Teachers with all their abilities and effort to prepare learning for learners. So it is not wrong if we put a teacher as one of the keys for developments of nation develop nation in the future. Shaping personality through character of education is absolutely necessary, by following the figures who are worthy of being followed. This article took a descriptive qualitative research. This research provided an overview of the students’ character and gave the solutions in character based learning for students in Banyuasin regency, especially for Senior high school students in Puspita Air Kumbang Banyuasin regency. To get the data the researcher used observation, interviews, and documentations. The results this study explained that in Senior high school Puspita Air Kumbang Banyuasin regency, the students love their homeland very much, responsibility, dicipline, reading interest, religious, environment cares, spirit of nationalism and friendship. Therefore, teachers had an important role in character building of nation.

Abstract

The development and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education can make reforms for a better education system. Current conditions at SDN 7 Rimau Island, Pulau Rimau sub-district, Banyuasin District, teachers face several difficulties in applying (ICT) in the teaching and learning process in schools, due to the absence of infrastructure such as computer laboratories, and mastery of ICT from teachers. Implementation of ICT guidance, training for teachers at SDN 7 Pulau Rimau in Pulau Rimau sub-district by providing knowledge and use of ICT in the learning process. The methods used are: lectures, discussions, and training. The application that is taught is flash, e-learning, management system learning is only an introduction and deeper in Microsoft Word. After attending this training, the teacher has the knowledge and understanding of the diversity of ICT applications. In addition, great motivation arises from the teacher to be able to control and optimize the use of ICT for teaching and learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Abstract—Teaching instruments designed by teachers is to support the learning process runs according to the plan and the competence of mathematics to be mastered students achieved. One of the important competencies in accordance with the Curriculum 2013 is having reasoning ability Especially in learning SPLDV that students have a lot of difficulty in completion. Lack of student understanding of how to complete SPLDV with conceptualized steps correctly and clearly, thus causing high levels of student error in resolving the subject matter of SPLDV. Learning SPLDV closely related to daily life. Thus, this learning can be designed by teachers by linking local stories or cultures, such as South Sumatra's distinctive culture to keep local cultural wisdom. The development of mathematics learning instruments should be structured in order to measure the level of mastery of student material. One way to organize it is by using the SOLO Superitem taxonomy. Stages SOLO has five levels: prestructural, unistructural, multistructural, relational, and extended abstract. Mathematical learning by using SOLO taxonomy starting from simple concepts and processes increases in a more complex. The lessons are designed to assist students in understanding the relationships between concepts and also assist in improving students' maturity of reasoning. Keywords — SPLDV, Reasoning Ability, Typical Culture, Taxonomy SOLO Superitem Abstrak—Instrumen pembelajaran yang rancang guru adalah untuk mendukung agar proses pembelajaran berjalan sesuai rencana dan kompetensi matematika yang hendak dikuasai siswa tercapai. Salah satu kompetensi yang penting sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 yaitu memiliki kemampuan penalaran  Khususnya dalam pembelajaran SPLDV yang siswanya banyak mengalami kesulitan dalam penyelesaiannya. Kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang bagaimana menyelesaikan SPLDV dengan langkah-langkah yang terkonsep secara benar dan jelas, sehingga menyebabkan masih tingginya tingkat kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pokok bahasan SPLDV. Pembelajaran SPLDV erat hubungannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian pembelajaran ini bisa dirancang oleh guru dengan mengaitkan cerita atau kebudayaan lokal setempat, misalnya budaya khas Sumatera Selatan agar kearifan budaya lokal tetap terjaga. Pengembangan instrumen pembelajaran matematika sebaiknya tersusun secara terstruktur untuk mengukur tingkat penguasaan materi siswa. Salah satu cara menyusunannya adalah dengan menggunakan taksonomi SOLO Superitem. Tahapan SOLO memiliki lima level yaitu prestructural, unistructural, multistructural, relational, dan extended abstract. Pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan taksonomi SOLO yang dimulai dari konsep dan proses yang sederhana meningkat pada yang lebih kompleks. Pembelajaran tersebut dirancang agar dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami hubungan antar konsep dan juga  membantu dalam meningkatkan kematangan penalaran siswa.  Kata Kunci — SPLDV, Kemampuan Penalaran, Budaya Khas, Taksonomi SOLO Superitem

Abstract

Abstract— This research is aims to analyze the use of the Youtube application in the learning process, from the implementation to the obstacles encountered when this application is applied. Considering that this application is being sought by some sections of the community, including stakeholders in Banyuasin 1 Madrasah Madrasah (MAN 1 Banyuasin), and as a first step in organizing 21st Century learning, this application is used as a learning medium that is easy and accessible for students . This research is a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were educators and XII class of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuasin. Research data collection through three main sources, namely: direct observation (observation), document analysis, and interviews. To improve data accuracy, researchers used source triangulation and data analysis using the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study are the first, planning activities, implementation, and evaluation of digital learning has been carried out properly. This is evident from the accuracy of the teacher in determining the suitability of the material with the  available Youtube content. Keywords— Youtube Application, Learning Process, Digital LearningAbstrak—Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan aplikasi Youtube dalam proses pembelajaran, mulai dari pelaksanaan hingga kendala yang dihadapi ketika aplikasi ini diterapkan. Mengingat aplikasi ini tengah diminati oleh sebagian lapisan masyarakat, termasuk stake holder di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuasin (MAN 1 Banyuasin), serta sebagai langkah awal menyelenggarakan pembelajaran digital, maka aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang akses dan mudah bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik kelas XII. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui tiga sumber pokok, yaitu: pengamatan  langsung (observasi), analisis dokumen, dan wawancara. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah: pertama, kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran  digital telah dilaksanakan  dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari ketelitian guru dalam menentukan kesesuaian materi dengan konten Youtube yang tersedia.Kata Kunci— Aplikasi Youtube, Proses Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Digital

Abstract

The problem of Euthanasia is a complex and highly controversial issue, so it involves many confusing questions that give rise to the pros and cons, some agree and reject the reason, violate nature as a human being who has no right to terminate one's life. The issue of life is the absolute property of the creator of nature and its contents. The oath of Hippocrates is a vow traditionally committed by doctors in which two ideas are present: the willingness to help the sufferer and refuse to help the person to commit suicide. These two ideas are included in the code of ethics of medicine. These oaths help medical workers to deal with new situations and problems because of the possibility of a "delay" during death that even becomes blurred with sophisticated technology. The procedure of termination of life with the term Euthanasia clearly violates the teachings of religion, the Code of Ethics of Medicine and the Law - Criminal Code 344, is not justified by any reason. Man should have control over oneself by not breaking the law. Proof of patience, resignation and struggle for a life that requires Advercity Quotiont intelligence.

For example, remote areas that still lack the introduction of digital technology and networks so that there are delays in the development of technology-based education.
