Abstract

Technology-based education is designed to help solve educational problems, so as to be able to provide benefits in an effort to improve the quality of learning. however, in practice this is not easy. This type of qualitative-descriptive study aims to explain the problems and challenges faced in applying technology-based learning in schools. Data collection is done by observing documents. It was concluded that educational efforts adjust to technological developments, facing various constraints and challenges. However, the government and education actors continue to try to deal with this, with the hope of increasing self-competence and the quality of Indonesian education quality.

Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of this research is to improve and develop local wisdom in this case. Lubuklinggau folklore becomes a teaching material by teachers during the learning process. The method used in this research is R & D. Data obtained from test and test. Furthermore, the collected data is analyzed and described. Results and discussion in this study are. Folklore as a local wisdom produces many values that can educate as well as form a characteristic student. It can be seen from the growing emotional aspect when responding to Lubuklinggau folklore. The level of significance between the initial ability and the final needs of high school students PGRI 2 Lubuklinggau quite good. This is evidenced by the pretest value of 65.75 while the value of posting 70.90 increased 5.15%. The SPSS results show that the data is normally distributed, indicated by the value of Asymp.sig. (2-vols) 0.239 at a significant level of 0.05. Keywords— Character education, literary learning, local wisdom  Abstrak—Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menyempurnakan sekaligus mengembangkan kearifan lokal dalam hal ini cerita rakyat Lubuklinggau dijadikan sumber materi pelajaran sastra sehingga bisa menjadi alternatif sumber bahan ajar oleh guru pada saat melakukan proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu R & D. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes dan observasi. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dan dideskripsikan. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap-tahap merespons  memfasilitasi pembelajaran sastra untuk membina karakter siswa. Cerita rakyat sebagai kearifan lokal mengandung banyak nilai-nilai yang dapat mendidik sekaligus membentuk siswa  yang berkarakter. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari aspek emosional mereka yang semakin berkembang saat merespons cerita rakyat Lubuklinggau. Taraf signifikasi antara kemampuan awal dan kemampuan akhir siswa SMA PGRI 2 Lubuklinggau tergolong baik. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya nilai pretes  65,75 sedangkan nilai postes 70,90 meningkat 5,15%. Hasil SPSS menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, ditunjukan dengan nilai Asymp.sig. (2-teiled) 0,239  pada signifikan level 0,05.  Kata kunci— Pendidikan karakter, pembelajaran sastra, kearifan lokal

Abstract

Abstract— This paper seeks to present a comprehensive study of the implementation of the 9-year compulsory education program and compulsory education recommendations for children and Indonesian generations. Nine Years of Basic Education Completion is a planned, comprehensive and sustainable effort. It is implemented through various policy platform that is very clear and strong, not only in order to realize the global commitment. The results show that the provision of basic education carried out by observing the conditions and the vast Indonesian territory, with a population of, background, social, economic and cultural are extremely heterogeneous. To that end, this paper explores in depth related to 1) the implementation of the Fair 9 Years; 2); evaluation of 9-year Basic Education Fair Policy; and 3) recommendations for the implementation of 12-year fair in Indonesia.Keywords—Basic Education Fair Policy, Basic Education Completion, implementation of 12-year fair Abstrak— Tulisan ini berusaha menampilkan suatu studi secara komprehensif mengenai pelaksanaan program Wajib Belajar 9 Tahun dan rekomendasi Wajib Belajar bagi anak dan generasi Indonesia. Penuntasan Wajar Dikdas Sembilan Tahun merupakan upaya yang terencana, komprehensif, dan berkelanjutan.  Hal ini dilaksanakan dengan berbagai landasan kebijakan yang sangat jelas dan kuat, bukan hanya dalam rangka mewujudkan komitemen global. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan kondisi dan wilayah Indonesia yang sangat luas, dengan populasi, latar belakang, sosial, ekonomi dan budaya yang sangat heterogen. Untuk itu, makalah ini mengupas secara mendalam terkait dengan 1) pelaksanaan Wajar 9 Tahun; 2); evaluasi Kebijakan Wajar Dikdas 9 Tahun; dan 3) rekomendasi untuk pelaksanaan Wajar 12 tahun di Indonesia.Kata Kunci— Kebijakan Wajar Pendidikan Dasar, Penyelesaian Pendidikan Dasar, penerapan wajar 12 tahun

Abstract

character education become an important element in developing the realm of effective for school age children basic and invested in children age basic in order to establish a private learners who have the value of sublime and create learners smart cognitively. Purpose of this research is to find out comprehensively the importance of education in developing the wisdom of local packed modern way to maintain the values of the local to embed National character in the younger generation. Research method in use is qualitative. Data obtained through research by way of observations, interviews and documentation. Research results in Elementary country 3 rejosari district belitang mulya district Oku East show that character education adopt values in the local knowledge as the value of religious, mutual assistance, Arts and literature, and skill of local. In this study the benefits of character education through the value of wisdom that bear generations competent and dignified; reflect cultural values; participate in the form the nation's character, contribute to the creation of the identity of the nation and contribute in preserving the nation's cultural; give creative ideas for teachers to develop the material character education for learners through the value of wisdom, motivate teachers and parents in order to direct the learners to be a private intelligent and cultured and preserve the cultural property that is in the local area.  Keywords- character education, the value of local knowledge, and globalization

Abstract

This paper is in the form of a paper that aims to see the use of technology in the form of an Android cellphone in the world of Education. In the digital era, seeing the smallest events in the world can quickly be via mobile phones. The technological advancements that have arrived at Android phones make us able to grasp the world. Android can have a positive or negative impact depending on the use and utilization in everyday life, especially in the world of education. One form of technological advancements in Android phones is the playstore, which is one of the bridge programs to install other programs. One of the many programs to study the layout and provinces in Indonesia is the "Indonesia" program. This program allows us to study the location of the province by arranging puzzles so that learning is more fun and not monotonous. This program consists of three levels so that beginners can be done at the beginner stage. The "Indonesia" program can be used at every level of education. Android can be used and used directly on other materials.

Abstract

The principal problem this reseach is how to the role of teachers in improving performance achievments learn students of class IV elementary school of 8 Pulau Rimau. This study using the thedescriptive, where the reseach used to describe the exact phenomenon hapenned in elementary school of 8 Pulau Rimau, Collecting the methods used data is  observasi, inquiries, and the seach reference. Then the tecniques processing data and data analysis done to use a technique a quantitative analysis thedescriptive.The result of reseach shows that the role of performance of the teacher good enough in improving the achievments learn students of class IV in elementary school of 8 Pulau Rimau, it can be determined by the behavior of the existence of a good is evidence that the teacher can attract the attention of students. And about of the accomplishments of learning students in elementary shcool of 8 Pulau Rimau can be seem from the undestanding of the lessons that can be used a as reject the succes of students in lerning.

Abstract

Abstract— Education for entrepreneurship and community service in Indonesia varies greatly with the aim of creating entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education began to be programmed by various organizations, both organizations in the fields of primary, secondary and higher education, as well as government and private organizations. Through this movement it is hoped that entrepreneurial culture can become part of the work ethic of the Indonesian people and nation, which in turn can be born new entrepreneurs who are reliable, resilient and independent. The purpose of this article is to develop an understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship education as a form of community service. The growing interest in entrepreneurship found in young souls who are now getting bigger with all the risks that will be accepted, that is the burden that will be borne by entrepreneurs, and the failure of the worst dreams that always overshadow entrepreneurs. This article concludes that entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions is needed in any field regardless of the area occupied or one's profession.Keywords— Education, entrepreneurship, community. Abstrak— Pendidikan untuk kewirausahaan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Indonesia sangat bervariasi yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan wirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mulai diprogramkan oleh berbagai organisasi, baik organisasi bidang pendidikan dasar, menengah dan pendidikan tinggi, serta organisasi pemerintah dan swasta. Melalui gerakan ini diharapkan budaya kewirausahaan dapat menjadi bagian etos kerja masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia, yang pada akhirnya dapat dilahirkan wirausaha-wirausaha baru yang handal, tangguh dan mandiri. Tujuan artikel ini adalah mengembangkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai bentuk pengabdian  kepada masyarakat. Tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha yang terdapat pada jiwa-jiwa muda yang sekarang semakin besar dengan segala resiko yang akan diterima, itulah beban yang akan ditanggung oleh wirausaha, dan kegagalan mimpi paling terburuk yang selalu membayangi para wirausahawan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi diperlukan dalam bidang apapun tanpa memperhatikan bidang yang ditekuni atau profesi seseorang.Kata kunci— Pendidikan, wirausaha, masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) Principal Strategy in improving teacher professionalism in 17 Rimau Island Elementary School; (2) implementation of the principal's strategy in increasing teacher professionalism, supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the strategy at 17 Rimau Island Public Elementary School. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The technique of collecting research data was collected using observation and interview methods, the strategy of the principal in increasing teacher professionalism using several strategies; (1) Motivating teachers; (2) Growing discipline; (3) Awards; and (4) Guidance to teachers. Besides that, it also organizes and instructs teachers to take part in seminars and training, gives teachers the opportunity to continue their education, places teachers in the right proportion, gives rewards and welfare to teachers to improve performance, namely: first improving mental well-being by creating a school climate safe, peaceful, applying family principles. Supporting factors in the implementation of strategies namely physiology, security, affection, needs will be appreciated, and self-actualization. The inhibiting factors in implementing the strategy are; (1) not all teachers master the curriculum that is currently being used (2) there are still some teachers who have not been disciplined in teaching; and (3) there is an attitude of reluctance when they want to reprimand more teacherssenior compared to the principal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) teachers' perceptions about character education and (2) material given by teachers in character education. This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. Informants in this study are teachers (educators) as many as 6 people consisting of all teachers grade 1 to grade 6. Techniques of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained then processed by descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teachers' perceptions of character education show a positive thing, which integrates character education materials into their learning and learning materials, character education is regarded as an essential value in shaping and fortifying the learner's personality; (2) Character education materials (concepts) prepared and taught by teachers (educators) tailored to the substance of the content of certain subject matter, based on the curriculum 2013.

Abstract

The principal's leadership style is a pattern of consistent behavior that is shown by the leader and known to other parties when the leader tries to influence the activities of others. The research objective was to determine the leadership style of the principal, including; (1) discipline; (2) commitment; (3) ability and (4) teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method, data collection techniques carried out by interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation studies. Subjects of the study were principals, teachers and supervisors at Elementary School 25 Pulau Rimau. The results of the study were found; (1) the principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline, is the style of telling (telling), in addition to style telling, the principal also applies a situational style; (2) the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher commitment is the style of selling (consultative) by directing the teacher to complete the task; (3) the principal's leadership style in enhancing the ability of the teacher, namely the participatory style that is applied during the internal meeting of the teacher council and other meetings; and (4) the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher responsibility, is a delegative style, namely sharing authority with members to carry out organizational tasks. It is hoped that supervisors and principals can provide encouragement and direction in work on discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers effectively and efficiently to improve work in schools.
