Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the infrastructure, the management of infrastructure and the efforts made by Palembang State Senior High School in improving the learning process. In this study the research data used a type of qualitative research, in this study the data was used using analysis gaps that helped Palembang State High School 9 in revealing which ones should be improved in improving infrastructure at Palembang State High School 9. Gap analysis includes determination, documentation, and the positive side of diversity of desires and capabilities now. The results of the gap analysis show that 14 items have not met the standards contained in Permen No. 24 of 2007, facilities that do not meet the standards include: Classrooms, library rooms, biological laboratory rooms, physics laboratory rooms, chemical laboratory rooms, computer laboratory rooms, spaces language laboratory, teacher's room, UKS room, student organization room, toilet, warehouse, circulation room, and sports equipment room. Whereas facilities that are in accordance with the standards contained in Permen No. 24 of 2007 are only 4 items including: leadership room, administration room, worship room, and counseling room. The principal as the school leader has implemented an administrative function to fix the existing infrastructure in the school starting from the functions of planning, coordinating, channeling, to accountability, by setting these functions expected to optimize infrastructure in improving the learning process at Palembang 9 Public High School.

Abstract

The problem in this study is is there any influence of the picture and picture learning model on poetry creative writing skills regarding the natural beauty of the Sriguna Palembang VII grade VII students. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the influence of picture and picture learning models on poetry creative writing skills relating to the natural beauty of the Sriguna Palembang VII grade VII students. The method of this research is the experimental method with the design of the experimental class and the control class. The population of this research was all of the VII grade students of the Sriguna Palembang Middle School, totaling 174 students. The experimental class research sample was 35 students and the control class was 35 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were test techniques, and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used to prove the hypothesis is the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the test level used is a test of 2 (two) parties with a real level α = 0.05 and dk = n - 2, then 70 - 2 = 68. With the value dk (68) then it can it is known for t table = 1.67 (in the attachment to the distribution table value of t) and for the value of t count = 1.72. Thus it can be concluded, that t count> t table (1.72> 1.67) then Ha is accepted because the number of tcount is greater than t table. With the average value of the experimental class 12.88 and the control class 7.88. Thus the hypothesis that the authors say is "There is the influence of the picture and picture learning model has an influence on poetry creative writing skills with regard to natural beauty in Sriguna Junior High School VII grade students" proved the truth.

Abstract

Ogan river was polluted when dry and rainy season. The farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung needed big modal and got big profit. However the farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung also had big loss. This research was cultural research which was done by taking object on farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung of Muara Penimbung Ilir village, Indralaya sub-district, Ogan Ilir district, South Sumatera. The researcher had limited the problem so that the problem was not wide. (1). The researcher explained the impact of river pollution for the farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung. (2) . This research did not discuss the details of the physical condition of river pollution because it required laboratory research. This research used case study description and qualitative research methods, the purpose of that method was to see all of activities from the farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung. Techniques of collecting data used interviews, observation, and documentation. From the result of field research conducted, the researcher saw the society of Muara Penimbung Ilir was still trauma with the modal which borrowed fron the bank, so that they returned the debt of their business. The society of Muara Penimbung Ilir diversified to replace their livelihood such as: traders, framers, farming, songket and making cakes or culinary foods. Nevertheless there were also still defended to be farmers  of keramba jaring apung with big modal was ready to lose or loss due to river pollution. Keywords— Livelihood diversification, Farmers of Keramba Jaring Apung

Abstract

Abstract—  The industrial revolution 4.0 era is recognized as the disruptive era. The occurrence of this era has brought about benefits as well as impacts on the erosion of human values. To reduce the negative impact and at the same time to maximize its benefits, scientists in the world led by Japanese scientists, offer the concept of society 5.0. This article aims to analyze the essence of learning in a disruptive era towards community 5.0 from the educational management perspective. The approach carried out through a review of library materials, national education policy documents, publication of research results and opinions of world leaders, examines the concept of the industrial revolution development from the start, carrying on to the industrial revolution 4.0, until the emergence of the idea of building a society 5.0. The research finding shows the need to increase the role of technology in the 4.0 industrial revolution in order to build a more prosperous and civilized order of human life. Especially for Indonesian people, it is necessary to adapt relevant learning patterns, so that they are ready to enter the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. From the perspective of education management, education reform policies in eight national education standards need to be strengthened in their implementation. A new paradigm in education management based on information technology and artificial intelligence needs to be fostered to support the implementation of learning systems in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Key Words— Industrial Revolution, Society 5.0, Educational Management  Abstrak—   Era revolusi industri 4.0 dikenal juga dengan istilah era disruptif. Kehadiran  era ini menimbulkan manfaat  dan juga dampak terhadap tergerusnya nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif  dan sekaligus mengotimalkan manfaatnya, para ilmuwan di dunia yang dipelopori oleh ilmuwan Jepang, menawarkan konsep masyarakat 5.0. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  esensi pembelajaran di era disruptif menuju masyarakat 5.0 dalam perspektif manajemen pendidikan. Pendekatan dilakukan melalui telaah terhadap sejumah bahan pustaka, dokumen kebijakan pendidikan nasional, publikasi hasil penelitian dan pendapat para tokoh dunia,  yang mengkaji konsep perkembangan revolusi industri  tahap awal sampai dengan revolusi industry 4.0,  sampai  munculnya  gagasan membangun masyarakat 5.0. Hasil studi menunjukkan,  perlunya meningkatkan peran teknologi dalam revolusi industry 4.0 untuk membangun tatanan kehidupan manusia yang lebih sejahtera dan beradab, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam model masyarakat 5.0.  Secara khusus untuk masyarakat Indonesia, perlu menyesuaikan pola pembelajaran yang relevan,  agar siap memasuki era revolusi industry 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0. Dalam perspektif manajemen pendidikan, kebijakan reformasi pendidikan dalam delapan standard nasional pendidikan perlu mendapat penguatan dalam implementasinya. Perlu dibangun paradigma  baru manajemen pendidikan yang berbasis  teknologi informasi dan kecerdasan buatan, untuk mendukung terselenggaranya system  pembelajaran di era revolusi  industry 4.0.  Keywords— Revolusi Industri, Society 5.0, Manajemen Pendidikan

Abstract

An effective school is a school which is able to achieve its desired goal (s) or to produce its desired output (s). Studies showed that an effective school has certain characteristics which are a) the determination to achieve better results, b) maximization of actual net learning time, and c) structured teaching. Consequently, an effective school requires principal leadership to direct, motivate and give support to all school members: teachers, staff, students, school’s communities, and stakeholders to do what should do at their best for a better result (s) or output (s). To be effective, principal leadership strategies should consider the contexts where leadership takes place. There are four possible leadership strategies. They are bartering, building, binding, and bonding. Each strategy is considered more suitable than others in a particular context.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of education based on local wisdom in SD Negeri 8 Rambutan, Banyuasin. In the application of local wisdom in SD Negeri 8 Rambutan, Banyuasin there are various materials that will be taught among others on Indonesian language materials that explain the theme of local wisdom that can be taught through material such as fabricating, proverbs or poetry. In addition to other subject matter can also be taught with local themes. Local dance and drama performances presented at the school farewell ceremony are also part of the application of local wisdom-based education in SD Negeri 8 Rambutan, Banyuasin. This article also explains the sources of local wisdom of local culture as well as the objectives of the local wisdom-based education that is nothing other than to realize a dignified Indonesia by applying local wisdom-based education to schools throughout the country. With local wisdom-based education it will explore the various cultures of Indonesia that will ultimately build the insight of environmental sustainability. And local wisdom-based education will also lead to global citizen, which local culture also should be introduced both nationally and internationally so that will create a community with global insight.

Abstract

Abstract— Character education is a national movement in creating schools to develop students in having ethics, responsibilities, and concerns by applying and teaching good character through an emphasis on universal values. Character education is a deliberate, proactive effort undertaken by schools and governments (regional and central) to instill core, ethical values, such as caring, honesty, fairness, responsibility and respect for self and others. The 21st Century learning model includes: firstly learning is directed at encouraging students to find out from various sources of observation, not being told. Both learning are directed to be able to formulate problems (ask questions), not just solve problems (answer). Third, learning is directed to train analytical thinking (decision making) instead of mechanistic thinking (routine). Fourth, learning emphasizes the importance of collaboration and collaboration in solving problem Keywords— character education, 21st century learning Abstrak— Pendidikan karakter adalah gerakan nasional dalam menciptakan sekolah untuk mengembangkan peserta didik dalam memiliki etika, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian dengan menerapkan dan mengajarkan karakter yang baik melalui penekanan pada nilai-nilai universal. Pendidikan karakter adalah usaha yang  disengaja, proaktif yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dan pemerintah (daerah dan pusat) untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai inti, etis, seperti kepedulian, kejujuran, keadilan, tanggung jawab dan penghargaan terhadap diri dan orang lain (Character Education Partnership).Model pembelajaran Abad 21, meliputi: pertama pembelajaran diarahkan untuk mendorong peserta didik mencari tahu dari berbagai sumber observasi, bukan diberitahu. Kedua pembelajaran diarahkan untuk mampu merumuskan masalah (menanya), bukan hanya menyelesaikan masalah (menjawab). Abstract

Once the importance of charaterized generation, character education, Pancasila values education and antiradicalism education are inevitable. On the other hand, the latest issue that can be considered the most potential to disrupt the unity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia is the idea of radicalism. In order to ensure that today's generation and future will be able to maintain the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, it needs to be printed by generations that have strong character, have an appreciation of the values of Pancasila and also have antiradicalism attitude. Thus, it takes the process and the ideal vehicle to form the intended generation. In this context, the most likely process is education. Education in Indonesia should be oriented towards the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of Law I Thermodynamics class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas. The type of this research is quantitative description research. The population of this research is all grade XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1Ujanmas, with simple random sampling technique obtained class XI IPA 3 as control class and class XI IPA 4 as experiment class. The research instrument is a test question as much as 5 questions that are prepared based on conceptual understanding indicators. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. the result of the analysis was obtained, the mean value of the experimental class posttest was 78.2 and the control class 65.6. T-test of both samples for posttest with significant level α = 0.05 obtained ttable = 2.00 and tcount = 4.98 then thitung> ttable thus Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Based on the calculation of data, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of material physics Law I thermodynamics in class XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas.

Abstract

Abstract— Indonesia's poverty rate in first semester (on March) 2019 reached 9.41% or equivalent to 25.14 people. Although it decreased from first semester of the previous year, but that number is still relatively high. Meanwhile, remote areas are still the highest contributor to poverty rates. On the other hand, the population of the general population over the age of 18 who live below the poverty line reaches 8, 77%. This poverty problem can be caused by low economic levels and unemployment. Various attempts have been made by the government to overcome this problem. One of them is through Aksara Kewirausahaan program, which is a program of empowerment and community capacity development in the form of skills education and entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze and provide an overview related to the entrepreneurship student program in helping develop the potential of community entrepreneurs. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method. Where, research is carried out through literature studies and various information and data to explain and describe empowerment and community development programs through entrepreneurship literacy programs. Keywords— Aksara Kewirausahaan, Empowerment, Community, Poverty Abstrak— Angka kemiskinan Indonesia pada semester 1 (Maret) 2019 lalu mencapai 9,41% atau setara dengan 25,14 juta jiwa. Meskipun mengalami penurunan dari semester 1 tahun sebelumnya, tapi angka tersebut masih tergolong tinggi. Sementara itu, daerah-daerah terpencil masih menjadi penyumbang angka kemiskinan tertinggi. Disisi lain, penduduk kelompok umum di atas usia 18 tahun yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan mencapai 8, 77%. Masalah kemiskinan ini dapat disebabkan tingkat perekonomian yang rendah dan pengangguran. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Salah satunya melalui program Aksara Kewirausahaan, yaitu suatu program pemberdayaan dan pengembangan kemampuan masyarakat dalam bentuk pendidikan keterampilan dan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran terkait dengan program aksara kewirausahaan dalam membantu mengembangkan potensi wirausaha masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana, penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan berbagai informasi maupun data untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan program pemberdayaan dan pengembangan masyarakat melalui program aksara kewirausahaan.   Kata Kunci— Aksara Kewirausahaan, Pemberdayaan, Masyarakat, KemiskinanÂ
