This study aimed at determining whether there is influence of learning model Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) to the ability of mathematical representation of students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Sugihan. The ability of this mathematical representation includes 3 indicators of mathematical representation 1) in the form of diagrams, graphs, tables and drawings, 2) Mathematical equations or expressions and, 3) written words or texts. The method used in this research was posttest only control design model. The population in this study were the entire class VIII in SMP Negeri 2 Muara Sugihan. The sample were taken in this research for experimental class was class VIII 2 was given approach of Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) and control class VIII 3 was given expository learning. Technique of collecting data in this research was written test. Data analysis technique used was T-test. This test refers to an indicator of the ability of a mathematical representation. Based on the calculation results obtained tcalcule = 5.836 and ttable = 1.998. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) model of mathematical representation of students of SMP Negeri 2 Muara Sugihan.

In the present time, the development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, is growing. With the existence of information and communication technology can make it easier for us to learn and get information that we need from anywhere, anytime, and from anyone. In the education world, the development of information technology has begun to have a positive impact because the development of information technology in the education world has begun to show significant changes. Nowadays distance and time are not significant problems to gain knowledge, various applications are created to facilitate them. Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information that is relevant, accurate, and timely information, which is used for personal, business, and government and is strategic information for decision making.

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to determine the influence and significance level of the influence of learning model of Somatis Auditori Visual Intelektual (SAVI) on students' ability to write poetry of class VIII SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. The method used is an experimental method with quantitative data analysis techniques. Abstractâ€” The principal has a very important role in managing the school. High and low quality of the school can not be separated from the role of the Principal. Qualified or professional principals are able to show good performance and have an impact on improving the quality of the school they lead. Therefore the principal's managerial ability is highly demanded to manage and manage all available resources including managing the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. Efforts in implementing literacy have been developed by SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih by various means including a program to enter the library once a week, collection of books in the library, reading corners, making reading halls, wall magazines, selection of reading ambassadors, and putting up posters about literacy and bring in a mobile library from the Prabumulih City Library. The School Literacy Movement (GLS) program was strongly emphasized by the school principal through a teacher council meeting with students because he saw that students at SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih began to be concerned in reading and writing.Keywordsâ€” Literacy, Application of Principal Managerial Competence, SMP Negeri 5 PrabumulihÂ Abstrakâ€” Kepala Sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sekolah. Tinggi rendahnya kualitas sekolah tidak lepas dari peran Kepala Sekolah. Kepala Sekolah yang berkualitas atau profesional mampu menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan berdampak pada meningkatnya kualitas sekolah yang dipimpinnya. karena itu sangat dituntut kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah untuk mengatur dan mengelola semua sumber daya yang ada termasuk mengelola program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. The culture of society is a legacy of society before the need for its preservation by the next generation. The development of information technology is of course a shift in cultural values from the influence of technology development. It needs to develop the culture of rural communities so that culture continues to develop in the era of technology with the emergence of global citizen. In this study the method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation. Interview conducted on the respondents according to the researcher can represent the water village community, then the researcher also conducted observation on the research object that is the water village community, PALI regency, south sumatera province.Respondents who researcher 1) community leaders 2) village tools 3) community 4 ) teenagers, from this study expect the culture of rural communities can be developed through the use of technology and maintaining imformation in the era of global citizen. In maintaining the culture of rural communities in the era of technology is done by 1) at rural about information technology 2) forming cultural group of rural community 3) conducting guidance to young generation in order to preserve local culture. Nowadays the increasing on information of technology can not be depated wit education. The education must be follow the information technology and communication. The education in digital era can be able to integrated with information technology and communication into the whole lessons. The increasing education in digital era thestudent can be understand many skills easily. The impact of inovation is learning technology method of study using experiment of technology. The change of the duty of the education needs inovation and creativities in learning process. The new technology meanly multimedia is the important thing and learning activities. With multimedia can be variation in the situation of lesson and the student enjoy the lesson. So that the teacher as a teacher must be integrated the information technology and communication into learning well and every day can be increasingly the education quality in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of BabyBus application on gadgets on early literacy abilities of early childhood in group A in Palembang IT Fathiyyah ECD in 2018. The research method used in this study was an experimental method with posttest only control group design research design. The sampling technique is done by total sampling technique. With a sample of 26 children from groups A1 and A2 in PAUD IT Fathiyyah. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and hypothesis testing using the t test. From the results of calculations carried out obtained tcount = 2.268> ttable = 2.064. This means that there are significant differences in early childhood literacy abilities in the A PAUD IT Fathiyyah Palembang group between groups of children who use the application on the gadget in the introduction of letters of the alphabet with groups of children who do not use the BabyBus application in the alphabet letter introduction. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the BabyBus application on gadgets on early literacy skills in early childhood, especially in the introduction of letters of the alphabet.

Abstractâ€” The development of technology that continues to increase significantly, including the application of robotics that is growing among the public is believed to continue to reduce and reduce the role of existing human resources. This problem is the background of the creation of the industrial revolution 5.0 or better known as society 5.0. Japan first coined the Society 5.0. This concept is really different from the concept of industry 4.0, where the concept of Society 5.0 emphasizes more on the human aspect or its human resources, namely how humans can anticipate global trends due to the emergence of industry 4.0. A teacher has a very crucial function in the world of education because a teacher must be able to provide assistance to students to find solutions that contain innovations from the source of problems faced by students. All of this is expected to create students who can continue to innovate and be more creative in their real lives. There are many ways that can be done to prepare students who are creative, innovative and integrated. The learning process can continue to be more interesting and not monotonous when a teacher tries to maximize his creative ideas. So students can become more active in the learning process. Because the learning process is student-centered based not teacher-centered. This journal describes the problem of human resources (HR) in elementary schools located in remote areas. The success of an education will not be separated from the human resources that play the role of the teacher or the teaching staff. Elementary School is an education level that lasts for the longest, which is 6 years, where the level of low level formal education is determined by the formation of character in the future students. This type of research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study. Pulau Rimau Public Elementary School 1 has 8 educators with 1 school principal where there are only 4 educators who are undergraduate graduates (S1) and 4 others are high school graduates, this is due to the fact that the region is located in a remote area namely Penuguan Village, Pulau Rimau District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra which is located in the waters and far from the city center. In addition, the number of students in the 2018/2019 academic year from class I to VI is 156 people. Educators must have appropriate qualifications that help improve the ability of students or at least to be able to teach at the elementary school level must be a graduate (S1).

Revolution of Industry 4.0 is a revolution where information can be shared by using technology. Nowdays, we have already used this technology indirectly. Such as, we use non-cash to pay some transaction, or we can use mobile application to send money. And as a teacher, he/she also must follow this technology in education program. A teacher must do a change. Not only in how a teacher teachs but must know what purpose the concept of education itself. So,the students can face all challenges in this era. The one example of technologies is Facebook. Teacher can use it in teaching. So that, Facebook is as learning media. Facebook can be applied by students to access information from teacher. Teacher can use facebook to share the subject, the test, the schedule or to see students’ activity. By using facebook, hopely a teacher can manage them well. If the discussion in the class has not finished yet, teacher can discuss it again on the wall of facebook. And all students can see them.
