Abstract

Prevalensi diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di puskesmas Wonogiri 1 dalam dua tahun terakhir dari tahun 2014 sampai 2015 meningkat yaitu tahun 2014 sebanyak 269 orang dan tahun 2015 meningkat menjadi 278. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas dan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Wonogiri 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan kasus kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Wonogiri 1 yang berobat dari bulan Januari sampai Mei 2016 sebanyak 236 pasien. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 orang yag terdiri dari 21 sampel kasus diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dan 21 sampel kontrol yang bukan penderita diabetes mellitus tetapi memiliki karakteristik yang sama. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan si mpel random sampling. Variabel bebas adalah obesitas dan aktivitas fisik. Variabel terikat kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Analisis data menggunakan chi square dengan ? 5% dan OR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan obesitas (p = 0.001; OR = 12,000) dan aktivitas fisik (p = 0.015; OR = 0.200) dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Wonogiri 1. Disarankan pihak puskesmas melakukan sosialisasi tentang faktor-faktor penyebab diabetes mellitus, gejala, komplikasi dan usaha mencegah diabetes mellitus.Kata kunci: obesitas, aktifitas fisik, diabetes mellitus tipe II

Abstract

Pekerjaan dapat memberikan peran penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Pekerjaan dapat memberikan kepuasan dan tantangan, dapat pula menjadi gangguan dan ancaman. Faktor gangguan kesehatan akibat kerja tersebut tidak hanya faktor fisik tetapi juga unsur psikologis. Peningkatan stres kerja dengan cepat dan dapat menimbulkan dampak sosial, emosional, psikologis dan masalah-masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian unruk menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi penelitian semua petugas satuan polisi pamong praja dan sampel sejumlah 50 orang dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian ini beban kerja (variabel independent) dan stres kerja (variabel dependent). Analisa data menggunakan Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja satuan polisi pamong praja termasuk kategori sedang sebanyak 37 orang (74%) sedangkan stres kerja termasuk kategori stres ringan sebanyak 43 orang (86%) dan terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan strs kerja pada satuan polisis pamong praja kabupaten Sukoharjo p=0,000 (p<0,005).Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is the health development success indicator of the health sector. In 2012 there were 43 maternal deaths with 18 deaths in the puerperium Palembang District. Postpartum maternal deaths could prevented by doing postnatal service. Based on data from Palembang District Health Office in 2016 coverage postpartum mothers in Nagaswidak Community Health Center 72,74% lower than target of 97% and even from year to year undergo a decline. This study aims to analyze related factors of postnatal visit in Nagaswidak community health center of Palembang. This study is analytic with cross sectional design. The samples were 51 postnatal women. Analysis of the data used is the Chi-square test (? = 0.05). The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between age, knowledge, attitudes, ease of transportation access, midwife participation and family support (p <0.05) and there was no correlation between education, employment, health service officer availability concierge services, and distance to access with postnatal visit.Keyword: Post Partum, Postnatal Visit

Abstract

The health centre Gondokusuman II was a Yogyakarta Primary Health Centre with two assisted villages, namely Terban and Kotabaru, which has sixteen integrated health post groups for the elderly. Each group of integrated health post sends the results of the patient's health activities once a month to the health centre Gondokusuman II. During this time the reporting used to manage patient data using microsoft excel, but in reporting management found deficiencies namely incomplete reporting, access rights processing elderly patient data can be used by all staff, and in the age column was still filled manually. The purpose of the study was to design a microsoft access 2010 integrated health post based elderly information reporting system in the health centre Nutrition Consultant Unit Gondokusuman II. This study uses a prototype design method as a method of developing management information systems based on microsoft access. The subject of this research was the integrated health post officers of the elderly in the nutrition consultant unit of the health Gondokusuman II. In this study started from the needs of users, applications and information system prototypes that are used as microsoft based desktop access. This prototypes was approved by users, complete filling becomes more complete, access rights can be set, and the age calculation was automatic.Keywords: primary health centre, medical record, electronic

Abstract

One way that can be done, to eliminate the bad view of immunization is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers about the benefits of basic immunization, which in turn will change the behavior of mothers towards basic immunization. This can be improved, by doing health promotion about basic immunization with the right media. Print media (leaflets) are generally widely used in the process of health promotion so that the delivery of information is more acceptable to the target because it can foster interest or interest in the target with the contents of the message delivered. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge & attitudes of mothers about basic immunization in children, in Sukoharjo district. The results of the statistical test showed a p value of <0.05 (CI: 95%). There is a difference between the level of knowledge & attitudes of mothers regarding the coverage of basic immunization in children.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, basic immunization, media effectiveness

Abstract

Range Of Motion (ROM) is an exercise performed to maintain or improve the ability to move the joints normally to increase muscle mass and tone. ROM is performed in patients with post-op fractures with the aim of reducing the risk of contractures and preventing thrombus formation in post-op fracture patients. This study aims to determine the factors that influence post-op fracture patients to perform ROM in Cendrawasih Room II Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. This study is a correlational study that is research that examines the relationship between variables, where the results of the study were analyzed using Fisher and Chi Square. Sampling in this study was purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents from the population of post-op fracture patients. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between pain and knowledge of ROM implementation with a value of p> 0.05. Based on the results of statistical tests for family support, there is a relationship between family support for the implementation of ROM with p <0.05.Keywords: post-op fracture, range of motion

Abstract

Sukoharjo is a regency in Central Java that is having high rank of TB case. In 2016, the sufferers of TB were452 with the total of death were 16 people. In 2017, the sufferers were 335. One of the control indicators was Case Detection Rate (CDR). The established-policy needed medical support facility. The professional employees will support the continuity of health service for the concerned society. The aim of this research was to analyze the rule and fact of TB’s tackling in Sukoharjo regency by looking at the side of government organization needs and the plan had made. The approach was needed in examining the plan of strategy and tackling policy by having framework related to the method and systematic technique. The long-term target of this research was the result of the TB’s situation analysis that could be the input for the stakeholders dealing with designing the priority scale as the arrangement of Regional Action Plan “Rencana Aksi Daerah (RAD)” or as the advocacy material for civil society group in tackling TB so that its prevention and treatment could be managed and supported by all stakeholders in Sukoharjo regency. The method used by the researcher were GAP Analysis and CSF (Critical Sucses Factor). The cause of the high and low of TB’s finding in Sukoharjo regency were categorized into direct and indirect factors. One of them was the absence of special law in regency or regional. The other issue was about human resources. Besides, many health service facilities had not fulfilled the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course) which influenced TB’s achievement in Sukoharjo regency.Keywords : Tuberculosis, TB’s Policy, CSF, GAP Analysis

Abstract

The aims of this research were to: 1) improve the quality of medical records and health workers related to health service facilities in order to be able to collect the data communicatively, 2) do the data collection correctly, 3) do the qualitative and quantitative analysis, 3) improve the management of medical record’s work unit based on the applicable standard to produce information in gaining accurate medical information. The development of medical records worker’s knowledge and competency in the local clinic was accompanied by the improvement of medical record’s management in the local clinic.Dealing with the dedication for society, the implementer team used analysis study and gave the medical record workers intervention service in the local clinic. The service was held into two stages: 1) portraying the partners’ characteristic, problems and needs of medical record workers in the local clinic, 2) giving intervention in the form of medical records management in the local clinic based on the applicable rule and standard. The interactive method was held in this service. The materials were theoretical and practical. The participants’ ability was measured by Pre-Test dan Post-Test. The implementer team monitored and evaluated the training given. The results of dedication program in “Weru” Local Clinic: 1) the employee understood more about the “UKRM” management, 2) there were many problems regarding to the duplication of medical record number and the lack of quality and completeness, 3) the implementation of this activity got positive response from the head of local clinic and the participants (employee of UKRM).Keywords: Medical record, Local clinic, Training, Competency

Abstract

The medical record service management system and good health information in the hospital will be able to create good order and quality of medical record services, so that patients get fast, equitable and orderly services. Based on the observations that have been made, that the medical record management activities in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have been going quite, but there are some obstacles related to the process of recording and managing data, as well as other technical matters relating to the provision of medical record files. Is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that the forms used in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital used paper forms. The medical record forms used in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital for generally include polyclinic sheets, emergency sheets, inpatient sheets, medical resumes, doctor's notes, and notes on drug administration. Assembling or compiling medical record files at PKU Muhamadiyah Hospital has been running well and in accordance with applicable regulations. Coding and indexing in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta is not in accordance with the theory because there is no coding for drugs, devices and radiology.

Abstract

The hospital is one example of a labor intensive organization with all sorts of human resources therein. The hospital is also a health care institution that is the center of service for the community. One of the problems that seemed is the attitude of employees who reduce the quality of hospital services. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 's activity in the medical record unit of private hospital X has not been going well. There are four employees who have low OCB levels and two employees have a high OCB level. The causal factor of OCB in private hospital X medical record service is role clarity, leadership, motivational drives, organizational commitment, organizational justice, and traits individual. The recommendations that can be applied to improve OCB in the medical record unit of private hospital X are as follows: 1) clarify the basic task and function of the employee (Role Clarity), 2) Role model of the leader (Leadership), 3) put the word motivation ( Motivational Drives), 4) Increase organizational commitment with appreciation from the Organization (Organizational Commitment), 5) Equal treatment of employees (Organizational Justice), 6) Development of self confidance, team building, and leadership Employees (Individual Traits).
