Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of a striking gap in PAI learning outcomes scores between students who had good parental attention and good peer relationships and students who had less good attention and peer relationships. Based on this background, researchers are interested in conducting research on the influence of parental attention and peer interaction on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of parental attention on PAI learning outcomes, to determine the influence of peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes, to determine the significance of the influence of parental attention and peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of parental attention and peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative using correlation (questionnaire). The population in this research is 49 class X students at SMK Gema Nusantara Bukittinggi. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence of parental attention and peer interaction on student learning outcomes in class X PAI subjects at Gema Nusantara Vocational School, Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how teachers play a role in instilling values of discipline and responsibility in students during Islamic-based thematic learning. In an increasingly complex educational world, teachers must not only inform students but also teach them the positive traits that are essential for their personal and social development. This qualitative study uses interviews, classroom observations, and teaching material analysis for data collection. The research results show that Islamic-based thematic learning incorporates religious values into the learning process, thereby helping to build students' discipline and responsibility. By being a role model, implementing structured routines, and providing a supportive learning environment, teachers play a very important role. Moreover, when Islamic values are incorporated into thematic lessons, students show more responsibility and adherence to rules. This study emphasizes that character education requires a holistic approach. This approach combines daily lessons with religious principles to help students develop into disciplined and responsible individuals.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai sosial Religius yang ditimbulkan dari adanya kultur sholat dhuha di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota, dampak sholat dhuha bagi siswa yang menjalaninya, hambatan yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan sholat dhuha di sekolah. Jenis penelitian penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V sejumlah 28 siswa, 1 wali kelas, dan 5 orang guru di SD Muhammadiyah Bantul Kota. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, observasi secara langsung dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Miles dan Huberman yakni Reduksi data, Penyajian Data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kultur sholat dhuha dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial religius terhadap siswa. Nilai sosial religius yang muncul dalam khultur sholat dhuha yakni nilai sosial kebersamaan dan saling menghargai, Nilai sosial Kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab. Nilai Religius yang terbentuk yakni siswa menjadi semakin taat beribadah, berperilaku sesuai dengan syariat islam, semakin kuat kadar keimanan dan ketakwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yakni masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang disiplin dalam pelaksanaan sholat dhuha namun guru memberikan nasehat dan bimbingan kepada siswa agar senantiasa konsisten dan disiplin. Guru berperan sangat maksimal dalam pelaksanaan kultur sholat dhuha di sekolah dangat penting sebagai teladan bagi siswa dan memberikan dorongan kepada siswa untuk taat beribadah. Kultur sholat dhuha ini harus terus dipertahankan, dikembangkan dan ditanamkan secara konsisten di sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas diri siswa dan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai sosial religius.

Abstract

To achieve the educational objectives, then various approaches are used. One of the approaches is cultural approach. Such as Syarahwandan culture in Wandan society (Banda ely). This culture contains many islamic educational values, then to express the values of Islamic education contained in it, the researcher uses the theory of ethnography with qualitative descriptive method to reveal how the implementation of syarahwandan and the values of Islamic education contained in it. In this study, the researcher found that syarahwandan culture contains aqidah educational values, syari'ah educational values and akhlaq (moral) educational values, so then Syarahwandan culture can be used as a media of modern education for the wandan society (Banda Ely)

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques, while the data analysis involves steps of data reduction, data examination, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Pa’seka Manyiang traditional ceremony in Negeri Tulehu aligns with Islamic teachings, although it incorporates local customs and traditions. The process consists of three stages: preparation, which includes activities such as Kumpul Basudara (gathering relatives), fundraising, and logistical arrangements; implementation, which involves delivering Hikmah Maulud (sermons), collective prayers, dhikr, and blessings upon the Prophet; and closing, which features family entertainment like Sawat dancing and site cleanup. Each stage reflects Islamic educational values, including worship values like charity, ethical values such as fostering relationships and mutual respect, devotional values like dhikr and enjoining good, and faith values like prayer and remembrance of Allah.

Abstract

The Lofu-lofu tradition in marriage ceremonies in Yaputih is a cultural practice carried out by the people of Yaputih for decades as an effort to preserve and maintain the Lofu-lofu tradition. This tradition is practiced during marriage ceremonies and is intended to strengthen social bonds among community members. Furthermore, this tradition is preserved because it embodies Islamic educational values, which have sustained its relevance to this day. This study adopts a qualitative research methodology, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through the following steps: data reduction, data analysis, and conclusion drawing, with the researcher acting as the primary instrument. The findings of this study indicate that marriage ceremonies in Yaputih are conducted in accordance with Islamic teachings, while incorporating customary practices or traditions. The marriage process includes several stages: the proposal, the wedding ceremony, and the final stage, known as gulung tikar (literally "rolling the mat"). Throughout the implementation of these ceremonies, several Islamic educational values are observed, including the values of strengthening kinship (silaturahmi), charity (sedekah), mutual assistance (tolong-menolong), worship (ibadah), and respect for parents.

Abstract

 Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to efforts to improve the quality of IAIN Ambon graduates through the tahfidz Qur'an program. The approach used in this study is a phenomenological approach with an interest in uncovering social reality to its authentic area. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation, and interviews. After collecting the data, the data is reduced according to the research focus, then presented in the form of narratives and ends with drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was found that efforts to develop the quality of graduates through the tahfidz program at IAIN Ambon were only prioritized for students who had not memorized the Qur'an at all. Meanwhile, for students who already have memorization provisions, there are no regulations or special forums to accommodate them. And the results of this study found that the program given to students who did not have memorized the Qur'an in terms of evaluation was inconsistent with the regulations that had been set based on the Rector's Decree number 121 of 2017. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi terkait upaya peningkatan mutu lulusan IAIN Ambon melalui program tahfidz al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi dengan kepentingan untuk menguak realitas sosial hingga pada wilayah autentiknya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya direduksi sesuai fokus penelitian, setelah itu disajikan dalam bentuk narasi-narasi dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa upaya pengembangan mutu lulusan melalui program tahfidz al-Qur’an di IAIN Ambon hanya diprioritaskan bagi mahasiswa yang belum memiliki hafalan al-Qur’an sama sekali. Sedangkan bagi mahasiswa yang sudah mempunyai bekal hafalan belum ada regulasi maupun wadah khusus yang mengakomodirnya. Dan hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program yang diberikan untuk mahasiswa yang belum mempunyai hafalan al-Qur’an dari sisi evaluasinya tidak konsisten terhadap regulasi yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan SK Rektor nomor 121 tahun 2017

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of transformation of religious beliefs (conversion) which occurred in a village which is now called the village of converts precisely in Lapela village, Siwalalat District, Eastern Seram Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Results of this research shows that the Muslim community in the village converted to Islam from the start converting to Islam feels no difficulty in learning the teachings of the Islamic religion, However, this does not mean that it is free from all kinds of challenges and even problem. Abstract

This article starts from the phenomenon and problems of the Covid-19 pandemic which ultimately has an impact on various human activities, one of which is da'wah activities which are also hampered due to social restrictions and even prohibitions on carrying out religious activities in mosques for certain times. From here, researchers took the initiative to research da'wah efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic which will focus on the Maluku Branch of Yakesma. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that in general, Yakezma does not face serious problems in carrying out its da'wah program during the Covid-19 pandemic, because the da'wah program that has been implemented is not only carried out face-to-face, but they can also carry out These activities are virtual, so that social restrictions and community movement, including restrictions on the use of places of worship resulting from the implementation of PSBB and PPKM policies to break the chain of spread of the corona virus, do not become an obstacle for Yakesma to continue implementing the program. his preaching. Apart from that, Yakesma's efforts in carrying out da'wah activities during the pandemic can be seen from their strategy in packaging their da'wah activities. From the results of data collection carried out by researchers, it shows that before the corona virus had pandemic status, and even before the PSBB and PPKM regulations were implemented, Maluku Yakesma was already running a da'wah program by utilizing digital-based information technology facilities. Yakesnya's da'wah program is carried out livestreaming via YouTube and Facebook and also in the form of short 1 minute videos uploaded to Instagram

Abstract

In recent decades, Indonesia has witnessed a concerning rise in radical actions, with various acts of violence frequently making headlines despite the government's efforts to foster a harmonious society. Radical groups come from diverse backgrounds, including ethnic and religious affiliations, with religious extremism often seen as the dominant force behind violent incidents. These conflicts, including those with religious motives, continue to emerge even within communities that uphold diversity and coexistence. In response, the development of an Emancipatory Tafsir Module seeks to help deradicalize students in Islamic higher education institutions by providing structured learning materials for Qur’anic Interpretation (Tafsir) courses. This initiative follows five key steps: (1) selecting the relevant course, (2) analyzing the syllabus, (3) defining clear learning objectives, (4) creating effective instructional strategies, and developing a comprehensive module. The module itself includes essential components such as a (a) concept map, (b) learning objectives, (c) lesson plans, (d) study materials, (e) summaries, (f) evaluations, and (g) references. (5) Finally, it undergoes expert review by specialists in Islamic education, Qur’anic studies, linguistics, and instructional design to ensure its effectiveness in promoting critical thinking and preventing radicalization among students.
