Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dan tantangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur. Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu MBS adalah suatu strategi desentralisasi pengambilan keputusan pendidikan dengan melibatkan orang tua, siswa, guru, pejabat, dan masyarakat untuk mencapai otonomi, fleksibilitas, partisipasi, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan akuntabilitas sekolah. Indikator keberhasilan MBS yaitu meliputi dukungan kepala sekolah, guru, sumber keuangan yang cukup, komitmen yang jelas, tanggung jawab, keterampilan dan kualifikasi pejabat sekolah, rencana yang tepat, tanggung jawab, dan akuntabilitas. Keberhasilan implementasi MBS memerlukan adanya sosialisasi, keterbukaan, motivasi, dan penyatuan visi. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah, Indikator keberhasilan, Kualitas Pendidikan

Abstract

Encheloclarias tapeinopterus is an endemic catfish found only from Bangka Island, Indonesia. This species is listed as a Vulnerable species based on the IUCN Red List, which means that the population of this species has decreased drastically over time, and it is possible that this species will become extinct in the near future if there are no efforts to save the species. Until now, there have been no reports regarding domestication and conservation efforts for this species. In addition, there has been no socialization and punishment given to people who catch this species. Society can freely catch E. tapeinopterus without any punishment or deterrent effect. Theoretically, Indonesia actually has a Conservation Law, namely Law Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Biodiversity and Its Ecosystems which provides protection for biodiversity. However, this law talks more about the conservation system than providing legal protection for wild animals and their habitats. Based on this, the legal protection of wild animals in Indonesia needs to be improved. In this article, we describe legal certainty if Indonesia can adopt the American Wildlife Protection law "The Endangered Species Act (Esa)" in the framework of efforts to protect the endemic fish Encheloclarias Tapeinopterus which has a vulnerable status. In this paper we compare Law Number 5 of 1990 and The Endangered Species Act law.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI materi Zakat di Kelas VI SDN 11 Jalan Bantiang agar meningkat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Observasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang hasil belajar siswa, setelah itu dilakukan tindak lanjut berdasarkan observasi tersebut. Pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian peningkatan pembelajaran, rata-rata siswa pada Siklus I adalah 76. Karena nilai yang dicapai pada siklus I belum memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan maka dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil peningkatan periode kedua, skor rata-rata siswa adalah 89. Skor ini memenuhi standar kesempurnaan minimal yang telah ditetapkan. Tingkat penyelesaian adalah 90%. Berdasarkan peningkatan nilai belajar siswa, metode ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa kelas VI Zakat di SDN 11 Jalan Bantiang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. This research was motivated by the low emotional intelligence of students. As a type of research, the author uses correlation research, which is a way to determine the closeness of a relationship between two or more variables which is explained by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient. The population of this research is all students of SMAN 1 Rao Utara, totaling 196 students and a sample of 49 students. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire. The results of research condected at SMAN 1 Rao Utara show that there is a relationship between teacher communication and students’ emotional intelligence in PAI subjects of 76.2% 23.8% the influence of other factors, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teachers. Communication and emotional intelligence of students. Emotional intelligence of students majoring in PAI at SMAN 1 Rao Utara. Improving teacher communication, namely the ability to perfect teacher communication skills by making changes suvh as attending seminars, reading lots of magazines, studying independently, researching one’s own potential and abilities, participating in various trainings to develop skills, abilities and attitudes related to a teacher’s career and educating students. For ein and to intelligence, namely by knowing their own emotions, controlling their own emotions, encouranging themselves, knowing other people’s emotions and building good relationships.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still OSIS members who are engrossed in social media, there are still OSIS members who are not able to communicate well when asked to appear, there are still OSIS members who lack the courage to express their opinions in front of the forum, there are still OSIS members who are not lacking in courage, appreciate, for example, whwn friends have on opinion, there are still OSIS members who don’t care, for example when a friend is in trouble, there are still OSIS members who are negligent in their duties, there are still OSIS members who are less active in, for example, asking questions and it is difficult for OSIS members to apply a friendly charakter. and communicative, and so on. The purpose of this research is to find out the OSIS activities, find out the friendly and communicative character education contailed in the OSIS activities and to find out the impact of OSIS activities on friendly and communicative charakter. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reducation, data display, and data verification. Result of research at MAN 3 Agam: OSIS routine gate picket activities, cleaning prayer rooms, scheduling calls to prayer and prayers, muhadharah and meetings. Non-routine activities MAN Competition, Classmeeting, LDK, class XII farewell, HBN, HBI. LDK OSIS activitie, muhadharah, meetings, MAN Competition, Classmeeting, teacher’s day, class XII farewell can educate friendly and communicative charakter. The impact of this OSIS activitiy is that OSIS administrators can communicate politely, be good listeners, be attentive, cooperate, be respectful and be active.

Abstract

This research focuses on Islamic school culture on the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. Schools need to realize how important the role of Islamic school culture is in shaping students' religious character. Considering that there are various personality deviations among students, through Islamic school culture it is hoped that students can develop their personalities through the habits carried out at school. The formulation of the problem in this research is how Islamic school culture influences the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of the role of Islamic school culture on the religious character of students at SMP N 2 Bukittinggi. This research method is quantitative and with a causality design with a sample size of 75 students determined using random probability sampling techniques. The instrument used was a questionnaire with student respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire on Islamic school culture and religious character. With a correlation coefficient value of 0.406, meaning it has a positive influence and the coefficient of determination R Squer is 0.165, which means the influence of Islamic school culture on religious character is 16.5% while the remainder is 83.5%. % influenced by other factors. The results of this research analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between Islamic school culture on students' religious character.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of a striking gap in PAI learning outcomes scores between students who had good parental attention and good peer relationships and students who had less good attention and peer relationships. Based on this background, researchers are interested in conducting research on the influence of parental attention and peer interaction on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of parental attention on PAI learning outcomes, to determine the influence of peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes, to determine the significance of the influence of parental attention and peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of parental attention and peer interaction on PAI learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative using correlation (questionnaire). The population in this research is 49 class X students at SMK Gema Nusantara Bukittinggi. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence of parental attention and peer interaction on student learning outcomes in class X PAI subjects at Gema Nusantara Vocational School, Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan di kota Makassar khususnya di Kecamatan Panakukang, terhadap produk perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan berbagai pihak seperti nasabah dan praktisi perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu daru faktor internal dan eksternal yang memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat terhadap produk perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan edukasi yang lebih efektif bagi perbankan syariah di wilayah tersebut, sehingga dapat meningkatkan inklusi keuangan berbasis syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran hal tersebut terjadi karena belum bervariasinya model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga proses pembelajaran masih bersifat theacher centerd, Dimana peserta didik hanya mendengarkan dan memperhatikan guru tanpa adanya feedback, sehingga peserta didik merasa jenuh, lelah dan bosan sehinga mereka banyak keluar masuk kelas, rebut bahkan mengganggu temannya Ketika guru menjelaskan materi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan itu maka perlu adanya Upaya untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model snowball throwing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Snowball Throwing terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI di kelas VIII Mts Ponpes Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Non Equevalent control group design penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing (X) sebagai variabel bebas (Independent Variabel) Keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran SKI (Y) sebagai variabel terikat (Dependent Variabel). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar angket yang di isi oleh siswa. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini 76 orang peserta didik dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 51 orang peserta didik dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keaktifan belajar yang signifikan siswa kelas VIII 2 ( kelas eksperimen) dengan materi Daullah Mamluk Pelanjut Kebudayaan Islam dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain pre-test sebesar 65,76 setelah di laksanakan model snowball throwing kenaikan hasil rata rata N-gain sebesar 81,56 dengan rata rata N-gain total sebesar 0,45 di kategori sedang, sedangkan kelas kontrol yang menerapkan model konvensional hanya mengalami peningkatan keaktifan yang rendah terlihat dari rata-rata N-gain pre-test sebesar 63,84 setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakana model konvensional nilai rata-rata postest hanya sebesar 70,83 dan rata- rata N-gain total sebesar 0,12 dengan kategori sedang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model snowball throwing keaktifan siswa menjadi lebih baik dari pada penerapan model konvensional. Hal ini berdasarkan data dengan menggunakan uji independent sample T test sehingga, terdapat nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa nilai N-gain kelas Kontrol dan N-gain kelas Eksperimen membuktikan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima: adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara keaktifan belajar siswa melalui penerapan model snowball throwing pada mata Pelajaran SKI di MTS Ponpes Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan.

Abstract

Digital literacy is the ability to utilize various digital media. It influences learning outcomes by assessing the students' success level after participating in an educational activity. This study, conducted at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi, addresses issues such as moderate cognitive learning outcomes in the 10th-grade students due to an emphasis on intellectual behavior. Additionally, there's a lack of training from teachers or the school regarding digital literacy and insufficient student response to digital literacy education. The research aims to analyze digital literacy skills, Islamic Education learning outcomes, and the impact of digital literacy on student performance at SMN 2 Bukittinggi. The study follows a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the research instrument. The informants are 10th-grade students in office management and business services classes.The research results indicate that 45% of students in the 2023/2024 academic year at SMKN2 Bukittinggi have high learning outcomes in Islamic Education. Digital literacy significantly and positively influences these outcomes, supported by a calculated T-value of 45.886 ≥ 1.66235 (table value), with a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. This rejects the null hypothesis (Ho) and accepts the alternative hypothesis (H1), meaning digital literacy has a positive and significant impact on student learning in Islamic Education at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. Furthermore, the linear relationship between literacy and learning outcomes is confirmed by the linear test, where the obtained F-value is 0.9521 ≤ F-critical 3.96, and the significance level is 0.556 (≥ 0.05). Support for digital literacy in education can assist students in achieving better learning outcomes.
