Abstract

Buying and selling is an economic transaction that cannot be separated from everyday human life. As social beings, humans need interaction with one another, including in fulfilling their daily needs. Buying and selling in Islam is not only seen as a medium of transactions between sellers and buyers who are not bound by rules. In Islam, every muamalah transaction that occurs between an individual and another or a group and community must be built on the principle of mutual benefit, and must avoid the existence of aggrieved parties, then the transaction must also be separated from the usury system. In fact, because of a pressing need, tactics are often carried out to avoid usury, especially qardh (debt) which is common and widespread among the people, among these tactics is to implement the 'inah contract. What is the description and law of the 'inah' contract, then what is the hilah law in this case, these two things will be discussed by comparing the opinions of the jurists along with the arguments of each party. To get and know about the law of 'inah' contract, the author uses the library research method. The research results show that the 'inah buying and selling contract as a solution to riba-free transactions is debated by the law among the jurists, some allow it with one note, but jumhur fuqaha is forbidden for several reasons.

Abstract

Secara terperinci tujuan pendidikan nasional dijelaskan dalam pasal 3 Undang-undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Standart Pendidikan Nasional (selanjutnya akan disebut UUSPN), bahwa pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, berakhlak mulia, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidika diatas maka peran guru pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sangat dibutuhkan, karena guru pendidikan agama Islam tidak hanya dituntut untuk mengajarkan materi Agama saja didalam kelas namun juga dituntut untuk bisa mencetak anak didiknya menjadi siswa yang mampu mengamalkan materi-materi yang disampaikan dikelas dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menerapkan budaya religius pada siswa di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penilitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga metode yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian karakteristik budaya religius di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean MA. Hasan Jufri karakter budaya relegius yang di terapakan di MA. Hasan Jufri ada 7 7 yaitu: 1) memakai kopyah dan baju islami 2) budaya salam, sapa, senyum, sopan da santun (5S) 3) pembacaan doa bersama sebelum memulai pelajaran 4) sholat dhuha berjamaah 5) shalat dhuhur berjama’ah 6) tausiyah tujuh menit/kultum 7) Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI).Sedangkan salah satu Strategi Guru PAI dalam Menerapkan budaya religius di MA Hasan Jufri Bawean adalah 1) Internalisasi nilai, 2) Pemberian reward dan punishment, 3) Pembiasaan, 4) Keteladanan.

Abstract

The research discussed the implementation of teaching and learning English language with Islamic basis and the used of communicative approach. There has been some method used in the process of teaching and learning English focused on the students’ mastery of communication skill with Islamic basis. The research has been done in IAI Al-Khoziny Buduran Sidoarjo. There are many subject involved in it; students of Islamic law, communication, management of education, Islamic economy department, and Islamic education for kindergarten students. The process of collecting data is done by using interview, observation, and also analysis of students report. The researcher analized that it will be useful for the students and also the lecturers. The result of the data analysis found that the students were highly interested in the process of teaching and learning English focused on the speaking skill to improve their competence in communication without ignoring the Islamic rule. The lecturer also has tried hard to implement the process of teaching and learning English by using some method such as jigsaw, presentation, contextual teaching, group working, peer teaching, and also autonomous video recording. The teaching process was made to be simple also appropriate with the students mastery of English language in each department. The teaching and learning system, method and module has been tried to be developed appropriate with the standard competence of each department integrated with Islamic value.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to explain the appropriateness of the google classroom learning facilities as a learning media for PAI class VII at SMPN I Perak Jombang and the morals of class XI at MA Ismailiyah Ngusi Jombang. (2) explain student learning outcomes through the use of google classroom media for class VII at SMPN I Perak and class XI at MA Ismailiyah Ngusi Jombang. This type of research uses developmental research (R & D). The data sources in this study include qualitative and quantitative data sources. In the data collection technique, researchers used validation sheets, pretest and posttest questions, and questionnaire sheets. The results of the research that have been carried out state that: (1) there is a feasibility of a positive means of using google classroom, as a learning medium for students in PAI class VII at SMPN I Perak, seen from the results of the questionnaire for all aspects of 82.24% and in the moral subjects of class XI at MA Ismailiyah Ngusi Jombang the percentage of all aspects of the questionnaire was 85%. This means that the use of google classroom is appropriate as a medium for student learning at the school. (2) there is a positive influence of the use of google classroom on student learning outcomes in PAI class VII subjects at SMPN I Perak Jombang in terms of the average pretest value of 41 and posttest of 80, as well as on the subject of moral aqidah class XI at MA Ismailiyah Ngusi Jombang was seen with the average pretest score of 33 and posttest 79 and calculated using SPSS showed that the significance was <0.05. This means that the use of google classroom has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the motivating based on Islamic business ethics in anticipation of external changes, then obtaining empirical data regarding forms of product diversification that are relevant and effective in an effort to maintain and increase turnover in the retail business. In order to obtain accurate information and data, apart from reviewing the literature on Islamic law sources, related research articles, as well as information from primary sources from retail business actors. Thus, comprehensive data will be obtained to be analyzed as material to obtain accurate conclusions. Based on the data and the results of qualitative data analysis in this study, it was found that the motivation of Islamic business ethics is very strong to be the basis for making changes or in the form of diversification. Economically and managerial, concentric diversification is considered the most applicable to be done, although to measure the level of effectiveness it takes a relatively long time. Through the discussion and conclusions in this article, it is hoped that readers and retail business people in particular can find the right solution in facing intense competition and changes in external conditions such as pandemics and economic crises. For the next researcher, a quantitative test can be carried out regarding the influence of motivation and concentration diversification in increasing retail business turnover.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competence in the use of Google Classroom through guidance and training (Bimlat) at UPT SD Negeri 346 Gresik. This type of research is school action research (action research). This research method is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were 7 teachers consisting of 3 male teachers and 4 female teachers. This research was conducted from July to October 2020 in the 2020/2021 school year with 72 students. Based on the result of questionnaires and observation, these teachers are still not maximal in implementing Distance Learning (PJJ). The result of this study is an increase in teacher competence in using Google Classroom by 43%. In the first cycle from 14% to 57%. In the second cycle the competence of teachers in using Google Classroom increased by 14% from 57% to 71%. Students participation in creases by 10%. In the first cycle it was from 75% to 85% and in the second cycle it increased by 3% from 85% to 88%. Thus it can be concluded that the competence of teachers at UPT SD Negeri 346 Gresik has increased in the use of Google Classroom through guidance and training (Bimlat). In order for distance learning to be carried out well, it is necessary to have cooperation from all observers of education.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in an effort to complete the 9-year compulsory education at MTs NW Teros. BOS is a government program which is basically to provide funding for non-personnel operating costs for basic education units as implementing compulsory education programs. Funds from the central government are distributed through local governments to equivalent SD/MI and SMP/MTs through school accounts to assist school operational activities in the context of completing the nine-year compulsory education of basic education. While the Nine-Year Compulsory Education Program is a development of the Six-Year Compulsory Education Program initiated by the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of National Education) in 1984. Through Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 1994, the Six-Year Compulsory Education Program was upgraded to the Nine-Year Compulsory Education Program in primary and junior secondary education. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Research that uses data mining in the form of words, sentences, and pictures. The various data were obtained from respondents who were then given an interpretation so that the findings were obtained. It can be concluded that the implementation of the School Operational Assistance fund in an effort to complete the 9-year compulsory education at MTS NW Teros has been carried out effectively. The school has specifically formed a BOS Management Team to manage the use of BOS funds. So that from year to year the implementation of BOS at MTS NW Teros has been well patterned and implemented according to the planning and implementation.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a holy book revealed by Allah SWT. to the Prophet Muhammad as a human guide, a way of life for the people of the whole world. In order for the Qur'an to truly be a guide for mankind, understanding the verses of the Qur'an is very important, through its interpretations, as well as interpretations that can reflect the development and style of thought of the interpreter. The history of the interpretation of the Qur'an is Islam itself. This means that the history of the interpretation of the Qur'an is as old as the history of the journey of Islam as a religion, so that the two become identical and inseparable. Interpretive activity, of course, started when the Prophet Muhammad delivered the message of God which came in the form of the Qur'an.

Abstract

The most basic right given by Allah SWT to mankind that is attached to him is a basic right. In the of Islamic teachings, the al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah focuses on the rights of neglected people. Intruth, with the presence of Islam one of the objectives is to lift the dignity of mankind and provide teaching with friendly teachings. Previously in the time before Islam came, people were treated unnaturally and employed arbitrarily without paying attention to aspects of human values. Therefore, this paper to explore the nature of Human Rights Islamic perspective with its principles and maqashid al-shari'ah.

Abstract

Indonesian Islamic Dakwah Institute abbreviated (on Indonesia language) as LDII is an institution or orgnozation on Indonesia that in engaged in Islamic dakwah activities in the form of social activities as well as formal or non formal education. One of the theaching in this institution is the imam concept. Every muslim, especially members of this institution, is obliged to obey the imam, namely the leader of the LDII itseflt. They use the evidence in al-Qur’an surah al-Isra’ verse 71 and surah al-Nisa’ verse 59, as well as the hadith from Imam Ahmad. The word “imam” in the verse by LDII refers to their leader who is recognized as an imam. From the result of a critical analysis of LDII’s interpetation and understanding of the obove verses that none of the scholars interpretations interpret as understood by LDII. Therefore, the result of the LDII interpretation of the verses corcerning of the imam are wrong and heretical.
