Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by using the Inquiry Based Learning method with Vocational Collaboration. The subjects of this study were 33 students of class X Health Service 2 SMK Muhammadiyah Lumajang in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method is descriptive qualitative and the data collection techniques used are: (1) test; (2) observation; (3) documentation. The data obtained from this study were analyzed descriptively using simple descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the application of the Inquiry Based Learning method with Vocational Collaboration could improve the learning outcomes of participants in learning mathematics and carried out well. Classically, learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 55% and in the second cycle it reached 85%, resulting in an increase of 30% from the first cycle to the second cycle.

Abstract

Untuk memahami pelajaran kimia, dibutuhkan kemampuan matematis tertentu sebagai kemampuan dasar peserta didik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada kimia. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat hubungan  antara kemampuan Matematika dengan kimia peserta didik  ditingkat SMA khususnya dikelas XI.Metode penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara nilai matematika dan kimia yang diberikan guru pada rapot akhir semester dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi.Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi gabungan yaitu r = 0.724 yang artinya nilai Korelasinya  tinggi.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi positif antara kemampuan matematika dengan kemampuan kimia  peserta didik pada peserta didik SMA.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the urgency of providing educators with views on effective teaching through a teaching performance competency model, focusing on 10 aspects of teacher competency. The research method involved literature analysis and case studies on teachers' teaching practices. The research results highlight the key role of performance competency models in improving teacher performance, with a positive impact on student achievement. Principal strategies, including classroom visits, training, motivation, and rewards, were identified as central contributors to improving teacher performance. Measuring teacher performance includes professional duties and considers internal and external factors. Efforts to improve teacher performance also involve learning plans, class management skills, and support from supporting factors. Teacher self-development, through functional training and collective activities, is considered the key to increasing professionalism with material that includes educational planning, teaching methodology, use of information technology, learning innovation, and competency in writing scientific publications. The research conclusion confirms that teacher participation in self-development and application of the performance competency model can significantly improve the quality of learning, have a positive impact on student learning achievement, and emphasizes the urgency of empowering teachers through school principal strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop interactive learning madia for SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman utilizing Lectora Inspire, with the aim of enhancing effectiveness and usefulness. The present study employs the research and development (R&D) approach, which follows the ADDIE development model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The learning tool incorporates a validation questionnaire sheet and a practicality sheet. The process of data collecting involves the administration of a validation questionnaire sheet to the validator, as well as the distribution of a practicality questionnaire page to both the teacher and students. The results of material validation conducted by experts in the field yielded an average score of 0.83, placing it inside the valid category. In comparison, the media validation conducted by professionals in the media field yielded an average score of 0.87. The practicality scores of teachers and students were analyzed, revealing an average score of 84% for teachers and 90% for students in the practicality area.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have not yet achieved their developmental tasks well. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) An overview of the achievement of students' developmental tasks in class XII MIPA 3, 2) Planning for group guidance services using problem solving methods to increase the achievement of developmental tasks. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis methods. The population in this study was 24 students and the sample in this study was 24 samples. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is the developmental task inventory (ITP). The analysis in this research uses a computer processing system that has been programmed in the developmental task inventory (ITP) application.The results of the research show that: 1) The description of the achievement of developmental tasks for class group guidance using problem solving methods. Based on this research, it is recommended that adolescents be able to complete their developmental tasks well in order to achieve their developmental tasks to enter the developmental stage in adulthood.

Abstract

Education aims to develop the potential that exists in each individual. In addition to developing the cognitive aspects of students, education also plays a role in the formation of ethical character in accordance with Indonesian culture based on Pancasila. This paper aims to find out that the merdeka curriculum implements Pancasila character values to students in the aspect of character development. This research uses a naturalistic approach with data collection methods through literature study and analyzed using descriptive. Primary data comes from scientific articles indexed in sinta journals with the latest publications in the last 10 years, and electronic books. The results obtained that Pancasila character education is contained in the Pancasila student profile project which develops the character of faith and piety to God Almighty, and has noble character, global diversity, independence, mutual cooperation, critical and creative reasoning.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' communication skills by implementing the Everyone is a Teacher Here (ETH) strategy. This research is action research in the classroom, with the subject being students from class VII-E of SMP Negeri 1 Porong. The instruments used to collect data were observation sheets and tests. This research data was collected through tests, observations, and interviews. The research was carried out in two cycles, with cycle I taking place in one meeting (3 x 40 minutes) and cycle II taking place in one meeting (3 x 40 minutes) as well. The research results showed a significant increase. The average percentage of students' communication skills in the six indicators in cycle 1 is 43.75%, which is in the medium category, and in cycle 2, it is 75%, which is included in the high category. ETH learning strategies can improve communication skills and increase students' participation and enthusiasm for learning in learning activities.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of giving junk food on the nutritional quality of children aged 4-5 years, and also to find out whether there is an influence of junk food on the nutritional quality of children, as well as finding out what treatment is given to deal with the understanding of consuming junk food. This research was conducted in Kota Baru District in 2023. The method used in this research was quantitative ex post facto. The research subjects were 96 children aged 4-5 5 years. Data was collected through data collection techniques in the form of identity questionnaires and junk food frequency questionnaires, and measuring height, weight and head circumference documentation. The results of the research show that there is an influence in providing junk food on the quality of children's nutrition. The causal factors are divided into 2, namely internal and external factors such as family environmental factors, home environment. And the treatment given can be seen from the provision of food by parents, such as bringing healthy supplies and teachers who help in providing an understanding of junk food, learning activities at school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Group Investigation learning method, determine student learning motivation, and the influence of the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Basics of Visual Communication Design Subject Class X DKV at SMKN 4 Padang. To achieve this goal, researchers used a quantitative approach method with a Quasi Experimental research type. The total population of this study was 75 students, with details of 39 students in the control class and 36 in the experimental class. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are as follows: The average learning outcome of control class students was 62.36 and the average learning outcome of experimental class students was 86.39, which means the average learning outcome in the experimental class was higher than the control class. Based on the results of the analysis test, the results of the Group Investigation learning method showed that the learning outcomes had a sig. 0.014 < 0.05, which means there is an influence between the Group Investigation learning method on learning outcomes. Then the results of learning motivation on learning outcomes show a sig value. 0.029 < 0.05, which means there is an influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes. Finally, the results of the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes have a sig value. 0.002 < 0.05, which means there is an influence between the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Masa anak-anak merupakan masa rasa ingin tahunya tinggi sehingga selalu mencari tahu hal-hal baru yang membuat anak-anak pensaran tanpa memikirkan konsekuensinya. Seringkali, jika kita berada di tempat umum akan menemukan peristiwa dimana anak akan menangis, berteriak, hingga menghentakkan dan menendang kakinya jika sesuatu hal tidak terwujud. Tantrum merupakan salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada spek perkembangan emosional anak, dimana anak tidak bisa mengontrol emosinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Play Therapy merupakan salah satu proses terapi yang diberikan kepada klien dengan cara bermain sehingga klien atau anak akan lebih senang saat menjalankan terapi tersebut. Adapun tiga tahapan pelaksanaan play therapy yaitu (1) rancangan treatment; (2) pelaksanaan treatment; dan (3) evaluasi treatment. Dalam menunjang pelaksanaan play therapy terdapat beberapa metode yaitu: (1) Permainan boneka; (2) bercerita; (3) kotak pasir; dan (4) menggambar. Play therapy diharapkan menjadi penerapan yang tepat untuk mengatasi sikap tantrum
